The invention has the advantages that the operation is simple and easy, the adapter formed by fastening the U-shaped clamp and the connecting plate is utilized, the bracket of the operation platform is prevented from being directly welded with the steel column, the service life of the steel column is greatly prolonged, the potential safety hazard is greatly reduced, and valuable experience is accumulated for similar construction in the future.
