The working principle is as follows: when the grinding wheel 1 tamps the foundation, the electromagnet 13 and the electronic valve 1501 inside the grinding wheel 1 are powered on, because the magnetism generated by the powered electromagnet 13 is the same as the magnetism of the magnetic plate 1301 on the opposite surface, the magnetic plate 1301 moves upwards to extrude the cooling liquid in the cooling chamber 14 into the cooling pipe 15, and simultaneously the electromagnet 13 attracts the limiting rod 1102, so that the limiting rod 1102 rotates and is separated from the limiting groove in the stop rod 1101, so that the driving rod 11 is in contact with the driven rod 9 under the action of the fixed spring 12, and the stop rod 1101 seals the flow chamber 1001, so that when the grinding wheel 1 rotates, the rotating shaft 2 outside the driven rod 9 is driven by the driving rod 11 to rotate, so that the driven shaft 8 is driven by the rotating shaft 2, so that the driven wheel 8 drives the driving wheel 7 to rotate, then the driving wheel 7 drives the driving wheel 5 to rotate, so that the driving wheel 5 drives the rotating rod 6 to rotate, because the outside the supporting frame 4 is provided with a convex block, so push flat pole 601 and outwards stretch out under the protruding piece effect, when pushing flat pole 601 rotate to parallel with the bottom of running wheel 1, dwang 6 is spacing by the protruding piece, when running wheel 1 continues to rotate, contracts under buffer spring 801 from driving wheel 8 for push flat pole 601 pushes away the tie to ground, saves artifical smooth work in advance, has improved production efficiency and has reduced the cost of labor.
When the foundation is tamped, high-temperature filler is added into the foundation to ensure that the foundation is firmer, when the grinding wheel 1 is heated, the cooling liquid in the cooling pipe 15 inside the grinding wheel is heated to increase the pressure, and simultaneously, under the pressure of the magnetic plate 1301, the cooling liquid flows in the cooling pipe 15 rapidly to bring the heat on the surface of the grinding wheel 1 into the cooling chamber 14 for heat exchange, so that the surface temperature of the grinding wheel 1 is maintained in a normal range, after the foundation is tamped, the electromagnet 13 and the electronic valve 1501 are powered off, at the moment, because the temperature in the cooling pipe 15 is still higher, and the magnetic plate 1301 is reset, a cavity is formed in the cooling chamber 14, so that the high-temperature and high-pressure cooling liquid enters the flowing chamber 1001 and drives the stop lever 1101 to move inwards, so that the stop lever 1101 is contacted with the limit lever 1102 and limited, the driving rod 11 is separated from the driven rod 9, and simultaneously the cooling liquid drives the impeller 1002 to rotate, so that the worm 10 rotates to drive the driven rod 9 through the gear, reset dwang 6 to push away flat bar 601 and reset and fall the earth clearance on rolling wheel 1 surface, dispel the heat through the coolant liquid circulation, realized preventing that high temperature from filling and causing rolling wheel 1 to take place slight deformation, lead to the condition of ground unevenness to take place.
