Adjusting the position of the adjustment plate 33 also controls the maximum travel distance of the reset block 25.

In the initial state, the piston rods of the four first cylinders 4 are all in an extended state, and the four supporting blocks 37 are inserted into the four grooves, respectively. The piston rods of the four first cylinders 4 are consistent in length, and a certain distance exists between the top plate 5 and the machine base 2, so that the slurry conveying pipe 10 does not need to be bent for many times, and the improvement of the slurry conveying efficiency is facilitated.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the base 2 is sleeved with a horizontally arranged ring 38, the inner side of the ring 38 is fixedly connected with the side of the base 2, a circle of slide rail 39 is arranged on the top surface of the ring 38, and a circle of clamping groove 40 is arranged on the inner wall of the slide rail 39, which is far away from the center of the circle of the ring 38. A sliding block 41 is slidably connected in the sliding rail 39, a clamping block 42 is fixed on the side surface of the sliding block 41 close to the clamping groove 40, and the clamping block 42 is slidably connected to the clamping groove 40, so that the sliding block 41 is not easy to fall off from the sliding rail 39 when moving along the sliding rail 39. The worker controls the first servomotor 44, the output shaft of the first servomotor 44 drives the gear 45 to rotate, and the rotating gear 45 is engaged with the teeth 43, so that the mounting seat 46 can move along the slide rail 39, thereby enabling the worker to adjust the position of the grouting head 11 by moving the mounting seat 46.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, when the mounting base 46 slides along the slide rail 39 under the driving of the output shaft of the first servo motor 44, the slurry conveying pipe 10 swings along with the sliding grouting head 11, and when the slurry conveying pipe 10 swings to one of the first cylinders 4, the first cylinder 4 blocking the slurry conveying pipe 10 is controlled to shorten the piston rod of the first cylinder 4, and the supporting block 37 slides out of the groove, so as to provide a swinging position for the slurry conveying pipe 10, so that a worker can continue to rotate the grouting head 11, and the slurry conveying pipe 10 can reset the piston rod of the first cylinder 4 after passing through the first cylinder 4.
Referring to fig. 7, a lifting assembly for adjusting the height of the grouting head 11 is provided on one side of the mounting seat 46 through a horizontal support plate 47, and a working portion of the lifting assembly is connected to the grouting head 11.

When the position of the connecting column 15 needs to be adjusted, the worker controls the corresponding second cylinder 20, the piston rod of the second cylinder 20 pushes the second servo motor 21, the output shaft of the second servo motor 21 is connected to the connecting groove through the square rod 23, the square rod 23 needs to be rotated until the square rod 23 is right opposite to the connecting groove through the output shaft of the second servo motor 21 before the square rod 23 is connected to the connecting groove. After the connecting column 15 moves from the initial position to the adjusting position, the corresponding spring 26 is in a compression state, and when the connecting column is reset, the corresponding second servo motor 21 is controlled, so that the corresponding winding roller 18 is unwound, meanwhile, the corresponding spring 26 applies thrust to the reset block 25 through deformation, further, the reset block 25 returns to the initial position, the connecting column 15 is driven to return to the initial position, and the base 2 returns to the initial position. Therefore, a worker can adjust the grouting head 11 more flexibly, the flexibility of the cement grouting equipment for the road soil base diseases is improved, when a plurality of diseases on the road are close to each other, the equipment repairs one of the diseases, the worker does not need to move the cement grouting equipment to adjust the position of the grouting head 11, grouting can be carried out on other diseases, the position of the grouting head 11 can be directly adjusted, and the repairing efficiency is improved.
