The water-based hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber dipping solution provided by the invention does not use an organic solvent, has lower viscosity and stronger permeability to fiber base cloth; the preparation method of the impregnation solution is disclosed; the dipped fabric prepared by the dipping solution has good adhesive property and elasticity, and the static and dynamic properties of the synchronous belt can be improved.
