As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, further, a first abutting portion and a second abutting portion are distributed at intervals, and the first abutting portion is located on a side of the first limiting member 12 away from the second limiting member 14 and abuts against the first limiting member 12, or the first abutting portion is located on an outer side of the first limiting member 12 and abuts against an outer side of the first limiting member 12; the second abutting portion is located on a side of the second limiting member 14 away from the first limiting member 12 and abuts against the second limiting member 14, or the second abutting portion is located on an outer side of the second limiting member 14 and abuts against an outer side of the second limiting member 14.
As shown in fig. 1, it should be noted that a side of the first limiting member 12 or the second limiting member 14 for clamping is an inner side, and a side opposite to the inner side is an outer side.
In this embodiment, by providing a first abutting portion and a second abutting portion, the first abutting portion abuts against the first limiting member 12, and the second abutting portion abuts against the second limiting member 14, when the device is mounted together, the first limiting member 12 and the second limiting member 14 can be respectively and simultaneously pressed against the device, so as to clamp the first device 20 and the second device 22; in addition, since the first abutting portion and the second abutting portion abut against the first limiting member 12 and the second limiting member 14, respectively, and at least one of the first abutting portion and the second abutting portion is detachably connected to the connecting body, the first limiting member 12 or the second limiting member 14 can be more conveniently assembled and disassembled, and the convenience of assembling and disassembling the stacking bracket 1 is improved.
As shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments, the first abutment is formed as an adjustment member, such as an adjustment nut 100, that is movably coupled to the connection body; the adjusting piece is configured to be unlocked or locked with the connecting body, wherein the unlocking between the adjusting piece and the connecting body enables the adjusting piece to be movable relative to the connecting body so as to adjust the distance between the first limiting piece 12 and the second limiting piece 14; the adjusting member and the connecting body are locked to lock the distance between the first limiting member 12 and the second limiting member 14, so as to clamp the equipment.
In this embodiment, the first abutting portion is formed as an adjusting member, the adjusting member can move relative to the connecting body by unlocking between the adjusting member and the connecting body, and further the first limiting member 12 can move relative to the connecting body, so that the relative distance between the first limiting member 12 and the second limiting member 14 can be adjusted, and the adjusting member and the connecting body are locked to make the position of the first limiting member 12 relatively fixed, so that the relative distance between the first limiting member 12 and the second limiting member 14 is locked, and for different sizes of device groups, the adjusting member can also adjust and lock the relative distance between the first limiting member 12 and the second limiting member 14 to clamp the first device 20 and the second device 22, thereby improving the versatility and the convenience of use of the stacking bracket 1.
It is to be understood that the present invention is not limited to this, and the second abutting portion may be formed as the adjusting member, or the first abutting portion and the second abutting portion may be formed as the adjusting member at the same time.
It should be noted that the device groups with different sizes proposed in the present embodiment refer to that the first device 20 and the second device 22 in one device group have different sizes from the first device 20 and the second device 22 in another device group, but the first device 20 and the second device 22 in the same device group have different sizes.
In any of the above embodiments, the connecting body is provided with a threaded portion, the first abutting portion is provided with a threaded structure matched with the threaded portion, and the threaded structure is screwed with the threaded portion, so that the first abutting portion can be detachably connected, and the assembling and disassembling mode is simple and easy to operate.
Of course, the second abutting portion may also have a thread structure formed thereon to be fitted to the thread portion.
As shown in fig. 6, further, the threaded portion includes a threaded rod 106, the first abutting portion includes an adjusting nut 100, and the threaded structure includes an internal thread formed on the adjusting nut 100, the adjusting nut 100 is sleeved on the threaded rod 106 by screwing with the threaded rod 106, and moves axially relative to the threaded rod 106 by screwing, so that the axial position of the adjusting nut 100 on the threaded rod 106 can be adjusted, and further the position of the first limiting member 12 can be adjusted, and adjustment of the distance between the first limiting member 12 and the second limiting member 14 is achieved, so that the stacking bracket 1 can clamp devices of different sizes.
It will be appreciated that for the purpose of adjusting the position of the first retaining member 12, the threaded rod 106 must have a length which is obviously at least greater than the axial length of the adjustment nut 100.
In other embodiments, as mentioned above, the second abutting portion may also have a threaded structure, or the second abutting portion also includes the adjusting nut 100, so that the positions of the first limiting member 12 and the second limiting member 14 can be adjusted at the same time, thereby improving the adjustment efficiency and the convenience of adjustment.
In other embodiments, the threaded structure includes the threaded rod 106, and the threaded portion on the connecting body includes an internal thread, which can also achieve the distance adjustment between the first limiting member 12 and the second limiting member 14, and since the threaded rod 106 is included in the threaded structure, i.e. the threaded rod 106 is disposed on the first limiting member 12 or the second limiting member 14, when rotating, the threaded rod 106 is not exposed to the outside of the first limiting member 12 or the second limiting member 14, thereby avoiding scratching the user.
Optionally, at least one of the first abutting part and the second abutting part can be detachably connected in a clamping and plugging manner.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in an embodiment, the first through hole 124 on the first limiting member 12 is a circular hole; as shown in fig. 4, the second through hole 144 of the second limiting member 14 is an elliptical hole, as shown in fig. 5, the connecting body includes a rod 104, one end of the rod 104 is provided with a threaded rod 106, and the first abutting portion includes an adjusting nut 100, which is in threaded connection with the threaded rod 106; the second abutting part comprises a hook 102 which is rotatably connected with the rod body 104, and when the hook 102 rotates to the first position, the hook 102 and the rod body 104 are unlocked; when the hook 102 rotates to the second position, the hook 102 is locked with the rod 104.
Further, one end of the rod body 104 provided with the threaded rod 106 is inserted into the circular first through hole 124, and the adjusting nut 100 abuts against the outer side of the first limiting member 12; one part of the hook 102 penetrates through the second through hole 144, and rotates to the second position to be locked through the hook 102, and the other part of the hook 102 is hooked at the outer side of the second limiting member 14, so that the assembly of the stacking bracket 1 is realized, and the distance between the first limiting member 12 and the second limiting member 14 is locked through the abutting of the adjusting nut 100 on the first limiting member 12 and the hooking of the hook 102 at the outer side of the second limiting member 14, so that the clamping of the first equipment 20 and the second equipment 22 is realized.
In the embodiment, the first position-limiting member 12 is sleeved on the rod 104 through the first through hole 124, and can slide on the rod 104 to adjust the position, and the position is limited by the abutting of the adjusting nut 100; the second position-limiting member 14 is hooked by the hook 102 to limit the position, and meanwhile, a part of the hook 102 penetrates through the second through hole 144, so that the hook 102 cannot rotate along the circumferential direction of the second through hole 144, and further the rotation of the rod body 104 is limited, thereby facilitating the rotation of the adjusting nut 100 and the threaded rod 106 for position adjustment; when the adjusting nut 100 and the rod body 104 are screwed, such a structure can ensure that the rod body 104 is relatively static and cannot rotate along with the adjusting nut 100, thereby ensuring that the adjusting nut 100 and the rod body 104 can be connected through threads, and on the other hand, the problem that the rod body 104 rotates to drive the first limiting part 12 and the second limiting part 14 to rotate so as to make the first limiting part 12 and the second limiting part 14 leave the clamping position and cause clamping failure can be avoided.
Optionally, the second through hole 144 is a polygonal hole.
In some embodiments, a clamping groove is formed in the connecting body, a buckle is arranged on the first abutting portion, and the first abutting portion and the connecting body are locked by inserting the buckle into the clamping groove; the buckle is deviate from the clamping groove, and the first abutting part and the connecting body are unlocked.
Further, the connector is provided with a plurality of clamping grooves, and the position of the first limiting part 12 is adjusted by matching the buckle on the first abutting part with different clamping grooves, so that the distance between the first limiting part 12 and the second limiting part 14 is adjusted.
In other embodiments, a slot is arranged on the connecting body, a bolt is arranged on the first abutting part, and the first abutting part and the connecting body are locked by inserting the bolt into the slot; and taking out the bolt from the slot to unlock the first abutting part and the connecting body.
Further, the connector is provided with a plurality of slots, and the pins of the first abutting portion are inserted into different slots to adjust the position of the first limiting member 12, so that the distance between the first limiting member 12 and the second limiting member 14 is adjusted.
In other embodiments, the first abutting portion includes a hook 102, and the second abutting portion also includes a hook 102, that is, the first limiting member 12 and the second limiting member 14 are both limited by the hook 102, and the hook 102 is both rotatably connected to the rod 104, and is unlocked from the rod 104 when rotated to the first position and locked with the rod 104 when rotated to the second position.
Specifically, the first through hole 124 of the first limiting member 12 is an elliptical hole, and the second through hole 144 of the second limiting member 14 is an elliptical hole; a part of the hook 102 on the first abutting portion is inserted into the first through hole 124, and rotates to the second position to hook the first limiting member 12 to limit the position of the first limiting member 12; a part of the hook 102 on the second abutting portion is inserted into the second through hole 144, and rotates to the second position to hook the second limiting member 14 to limit the position of the second limiting member 14, so that the distance between the first limiting member 12 and the second limiting member 14 is relatively determined, so as to clamp and lock the first device 20 and the second device 22.
As shown in fig. 3, in any of the above embodiments, the first limiting member 12 is provided with a first stopping portion 120 and a second stopping portion 122, the first stopping portion 120 and the third stopping portion 140 are disposed opposite to each other and distributed at intervals, and the first stopping portion 120 and the third stopping portion 140 can approach each other and move away from each other; as shown in fig. 4, the second limiting member 14 is provided with a third stopping portion 140 and a fourth stopping portion 142, the second stopping portion 122 and the fourth stopping portion 142 are disposed opposite to each other and distributed at intervals, and the second stopping portion 122 and the fourth stopping portion 142 can be close to each other and far from each other, wherein at least one of the first limiting member 12 and the second limiting member 14 is detachably connected to the connecting member 10.
In the present embodiment, by arranging the first blocking portion 120 and the third blocking portion 140 to be distributed oppositely and at intervals, the first blocking portion 120 and the third blocking portion 140 can clamp the first device 20 when they are clamped close to each other; the second stopping portion 122 and the fourth stopping portion 142 are arranged to be distributed oppositely and at intervals, so that the second stopping portion 122 and the fourth stopping portion 142 can clamp the second device 22 when being close to and clamped with each other, which is beneficial to realizing locking of the first device 20 and the second device 22, avoiding relative displacement of the first device 20 and the second device 22, and particularly effectively preventing the devices stacked above from falling due to relative displacement when the first device 20 and the second device 22 are stacked together up and down, and the structure is simple, easy to produce and assemble, and can fix the devices in a clamping manner no matter whether the devices have supporting feet or not, and a structure connected with the stacking bracket 1 does not need to be arranged on the first device 20 or the second device 22, thereby improving the universality of the stacking bracket 1.
As shown in fig. 1 and 7, more specifically, the stacking bracket 1 includes a connecting member 10, a first limiting member 12, and a second limiting member 14, when the first device 20 and the second device 22 are locked, the connecting member 10 is disposed between the two devices, and the first limiting member 12 and the second limiting member 14 are installed outside the two devices, so that the first blocking portion 120 and the third blocking portion 140, which are opposite and spaced apart, can form a space for accommodating the first device 20, thereby clamping the first device 20, and the second blocking portion 122 and the fourth blocking portion 142, which are opposite and spaced apart, can form a space for accommodating the second device 22, thereby clamping the second device 22, thereby locking the first device 20 and the second device 22.
It should also be noted that the provision of the first, second, third and fourth stops 120, 122, 140, 142 also facilitates the adjustment of the distance between the first and third stops 120, 140 and the distance between the second and fourth stops 122, 142, respectively, so that the clamping of the first and second devices 20, 22 is also ensured when the dimensions of the first and second devices 20, 22 are different.
As shown in fig. 3, in any of the above embodiments, at least one of the first blocking portion 120, the second blocking portion 122, the third blocking portion 140 and the fourth blocking portion 142 is provided with a positioning groove 126 adapted to receive a gasket, so as to prevent the gasket from falling off or slipping.
Furthermore, a gasket is arranged on the positioning groove 126, so that the friction force between each stopper and the equipment can be increased, and the gasket can be used for preventing each stopper from being in rigid contact with the equipment to cause clamping marks on the equipment or damage the equipment; further, in the case of a difference in size between the first device 20 and the second device 22, the difference in size between the two devices can be compensated for by adjusting the thickness of the spacer to ensure effective clamping.
As shown in fig. 3, in any of the above embodiments, the first limiting member 12 includes a supporting portion 128, the supporting portion 128 of the first limiting member 12 connects the first stopping portion 120 and the second stopping portion 122, and the supporting portion 128 of the first limiting member 12 is configured to be disposed between the first device 20 and the second device 22 and support the first device 20 and the second device 22; and/or the second limiting member 14 includes a supporting portion 128, the supporting portion 128 of the second limiting member 14 connects the third stopping portion 140 and the fourth stopping portion 142, and the supporting portion 128 of the second limiting member 14 is configured to be disposed between the first device 20 and the second device 22 and support the first device 20 and the second device 22.
In this embodiment, a certain gap is formed between the first device 20 and the second device 22 stacked up and down by the support portion 128, so that when the distance between the first limiting member 12 and the second limiting member 14 needs to be adjusted after the first device 20 and the second device 22 have been installed, a hand or a tool can be inserted into the gap to lift up the above device, that is, an operation space is provided by the gap, so that the first limiting member 12 or the second limiting member 14 can move conveniently, the situation that the first limiting member 12 or the second limiting member 14 is pressed to prevent the gap from being unable to adjust the distance is avoided, the gap between the first device 20 and the second device 22 is also convenient for the installation and the disassembly of the up-down stacked device, and the situation that the above device is pressed to a finger of an installer can also be avoided.
In the above embodiment, the surface of the support portion 128 for abutting against the first device 20 or the second device 22 is provided with the anti-slip rib; and/or support 128 includes upper panel 1280, lower panel 1282 and a plurality of rib 1284, and upper panel 1280 sets up with lower panel 1282 relatively, and interval ground distributes between a plurality of rib 1284, and a plurality of rib 1284 locate between upper panel 1280 and lower panel 1282 to link upper panel 1280 and lower panel 1282.
In this embodiment, the anti-slip ribs are arranged on the surface of the support portion 128 abutting against the first device 20 or the second device 22, so that the friction force between the support portion 128 and the first device 20 or the second device 22 can be increased, the first device 20 or the second device 22 is prevented from being displaced relative to the support portion 128, and the stability and the reliability of the first device 20 and the second device 22 after being installed are improved.
The supporting part 128 comprises an upper side plate 1280, a lower side plate 1282 and a plurality of ribs 1284, and the plurality of ribs 1284 are distributed at intervals and are connected with the upper side plate 1280 and the lower side plate 1282, so the structure is simple and light, the material is saved, and the strength is high.
Optionally, a positioning groove 126 for receiving a gasket may also be provided on the surface of the support portion 128 for abutting with the first device 20 or the second device 22.
In some embodiments, an arched rib is further disposed on the first abutting portion at a position corresponding to the first through hole 124 to increase the wall thickness of the supporting portion 128 at the position of the first through hole 124, or an arched rib is further disposed on the second abutting portion at a position corresponding to the second through hole 144 to increase the wall thickness of the supporting portion 128 at the position of the second through hole 144.
As shown in fig. 7, an embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention provides a device assembly comprising a first device 20 and a second device 22; in the stacking rack 1 of any of the above embodiments, the first stopping portion 120 and the third stopping portion 140 of the stacking rack 1 clamp the first device 20, and the second stopping portion 122 and the fourth stopping portion 142 of the stacking rack 1 clamp the second device 22.
The device assembly provided by the above embodiment of the present invention has all the above beneficial effects by providing the stacking bracket 1 described in any of the above embodiments, and details are not repeated herein.
Optionally, the number of the stacking holders 1 is one or more.
Furthermore, the first device 20 and the second device 22 are distributed up and down, so that the occupied area of device components can be reduced, and the space is saved.
In other embodiments, the first device 20 and the second device 22 are horizontally side-by-side.
In some embodiments, one of the first apparatus 20 and the second apparatus 22 includes a dryer and the other includes a washing machine, which facilitates installation of apparatus components in a narrow space, saves a floor space, and for a user, after completion of washing of laundry, laundry taken out of the washing machine may be directly put into the dryer, improving convenience of use of the washing machine and the dryer, and saving time for the user.
It is understood that the combination of the first device 20 and the second device 22, not limited to the dryer and the washing machine, can be variously combined according to different use requirements; for example, the washer is below and the dryer is above; or two washing machines with different sizes are combined to meet different washing requirements; or in the kitchen, a combination of a microwave oven and an oven.
According to the stacking bracket 1 of one embodiment of the present invention, the clothes treatment devices stacked up and down can be limited, and the clothes treatment devices positioned at the upper side can be prevented from falling off during operation.
As shown in fig. 1, the stacking bracket 1 includes a connecting member 10, and a first limiting member 12 and a second limiting member 14 located at two sides of the connecting member 10, wherein the connecting member 10 is detachably connected to the first limiting member 12 and the second limiting member 14.
Specifically, the connecting piece 10 includes an adjusting nut 100, a hook 102 and a rod body 104, wherein a threaded rod 106 is disposed on one side of the rod body 104, a first through hole 124 is disposed on the first limiting member 12, a second through hole 144 is disposed on the second limiting member 14 for being sleeved on the connecting piece 10, and the first limiting member 12 is sleeved on one side of the threaded rod 106; the adjusting nut 100 abuts against the outer side of the first limiting member 12, the hook 102 is hooked on the outer side of the second limiting member 14, the second through hole 144 on the second limiting member 14 is an elliptical hole, and a part of the hook 102 penetrates through the second through hole 144 to prevent the rod body 104 from rotating along with the rotation of the adjusting nut 100.
During installation, the rod body 104 penetrates through the second limiting part 14, the hook 102 is hooked on the outer side of the second limiting part 14 to realize pre-positioning, then the first limiting part 12 is sleeved on the rod body 104, and a part of the hook 102 penetrating through the second through hole 144 is matched with the elliptical second through hole 144 to limit rotation of the rod body 104; the adjusting nut 100 is screwed onto the threaded rod 106 to adjust and lock the position of the first limiting member 12, so as to clamp the first device 20 and the second device 22.
The stacking support 1 between the upper and lower apparatuses is not limited to only one set.
In summary, compared with the prior art, the stacking support provided by the invention has the advantages of simple structure, easiness in installation and disassembly and strong universality.

1. A stacking support for locking a first device (20) to a second device (22), comprising:
a first stopper (12);
a second stopper (14);
the first limiting piece (12) and/or the second limiting piece (14) are detachably connected with the connecting piece (10);
the first limiting part (12) and the second limiting part (14) are respectively arranged at two ends of the connecting piece (10) to form a clamping space, wherein at least one part of the first equipment (20) is arranged in the clamping space and is stopped and limited by the first limiting part (12) and the second limiting part (14), and at least one part of the second equipment is arranged in the clamping space and is stopped and limited by the first limiting part (12) and the second limiting part (14).
2. The stacking support of claim 1,
at least one of the first limiting part (12) and the second limiting part (14) is in quick-release connection with the connecting piece (10).
3. The stacking support of claim 1 or 2,
the connecting piece (10) comprises a connecting body and a first abutting part and a second abutting part which are arranged on the connecting body, at least one of the first abutting part and the second abutting part is detachably connected with the connecting body, wherein,
the first abutting portions and the second abutting portions are distributed at intervals, the first abutting portions are located on one side, away from the second limiting member (14), of the first limiting member (12) and abut against the first limiting member (12), and the second abutting portions are located on one side, away from the first limiting member (12), of the second limiting member (14) and abut against the second limiting member (14).
4. The stacking support of claim 3,
at least one of the first abutting part and the second abutting part is formed into an adjusting piece which is movably connected with the connecting body and is configured to be locked or unlocked with the connecting body, wherein the adjusting piece is unlocked with the connecting body so that the adjusting piece can move relative to the connecting body to adjust the distance between the first limiting piece (12) and the second limiting piece (14), and the adjusting piece is locked with the connecting body to lock the distance between the first limiting piece (12) and the second limiting piece (14).
5. The stacking support of claim 4,
the connecting body is provided with a thread part, at least one of the first abutting part and the second abutting part is provided with a thread structure matched with the thread part, and the thread structure is screwed with the thread part.
6. The stacking support of claim 5,
the threaded portion comprises a threaded rod (106), the adjusting piece comprises an adjusting nut (100), the threaded structure comprises internal threads formed on the adjusting nut (100), the adjusting nut (100) is sleeved on the threaded rod (106) and moves axially relative to the threaded rod (106) through screwing with the threaded rod (106) so as to adjust the axial position of the adjusting nut (100) on the threaded rod (106).

the number of the stacking support (1) is one or more.
19. The equipment assembly of claim 17 or 18,
one of the first apparatus (20) and the second apparatus (22) comprises a clothes dryer and the other comprises a clothes washing machine.
