Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of civil aviation aircrafts, in particular to a device and a method for oil mixing between aircrafts during maintenance of civil aviation.
Background
The common point of the work is that the fuel quantity in the fuel tank of the airplane needs to be adjusted, some fuel tanks need to have a certain fuel quantity, and some fuel tanks need to be directly emptied. In the existing maintenance work, a refueling truck is arranged to operate by contacting with an aviation fuel company, fuel is filled into an aircraft fuel tank or the fuel in the fuel tank is pumped into the refueling truck, and then the aviation company continues to perform the maintenance work, so that the defects are as follows:
firstly, whether a refueling truck of an aviation fuel company fills fuel into a fuel tank of the airplane or pumps the fuel in the fuel tank of the airplane into the refueling truck, the aviation fuel company needs to pay, and even if the fuel is pumped out, the aviation fuel company only serves as a gift for pumping out service cost. Taking an empty fuel tank as an example, if an aircraft finishes a day's mission, 4 tons of fuel remain in the fuel tank, and the 4 tons of fuel are originally purchased from an oil company at a normal price. The fueling company also needs to be paid for pumping services if it is notified that the fueling vehicle is scheduled to draw fuel away. Before the airplane takes off the next day after the maintenance work is finished, the airline company needs to purchase 4 tons of fuel oil for the airplane to the oil pumping company, and besides the payment of oil pumping service cost, the total cost of 8 tons of fuel oil is wasted.
Secondly, maintenance work is mostly carried out at night, even the latter half night, and the oil filling company needs the dispatch tank service truck, and the tank service truck reaches maintenance work place and carries out work according to the navigation department's requirement, just so need wait for very long time can expand work.
Therefore, the current mode causes a great amount of economic loss for an airline company, and wastes the work and rest time of maintenance personnel. Therefore, a scheme for facilitating oil mixing between airplanes during airplane maintenance is needed, and the efficiency and the burden of an airline company are reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a device and a method for oil mixing between airplanes, aiming at the defects, the device and the method are used for oil mixing between airplanes, an oil pump is connected with two oil tank joints through a fuel oil pipeline, the joints are respectively connected with fuel oil tanks of two airplanes, so that oil in the fuel oil tank of one airplane can be extracted and added into the fuel oil tank of the other airplane, and a maintenance worker can completely use the device by himself, extract redundant fuel oil and add the redundant fuel oil into the fuel oil tank of the airplane at an adjacent position, or extract the fuel oil from the fuel oil tank for supplement. The intervention of an aviation oil company is not needed, and the manpower, material and financial resources of the aviation company are greatly saved.
The scheme is realized by the following scheme: a device for oil mixing between airplanes comprises a first connector, a second connector, an oil pump, a first flow selector and a second flow selector, wherein the first connector is used for connecting a fuel tank of an airplane to be pumped, the second connector is used for connecting the fuel tank of the airplane to be pumped, the oil pump is used for pumping oil, the first flow selector is used for realizing the communication between an inlet of the oil pump and the first connector or the communication between an outlet of a reserve oil tank and an inlet of the oil pump, and the second flow selector is used for realizing the communication between the outlet of the oil pump and the second connector or the communication between the outlet of the oil pump and the inlet of the reserve oil tank; the first joint and the second joint can be used for connecting the fuel tank of the airplane, wherein the joint adopts a common refueling joint of the airplane, so that the complete matching connection of the fuel tank of the airplane is realized; the oil pump is used for providing transmission power for fuel oil; the flow direction selector can select the trend of fuel oil, and select to pump oil from a spare oil tank or pump oil from an aircraft fuel tank, and the spare oil tank is added to the aircraft fuel tank or the spare oil tank, and the spare oil tank has the volume of 1.5m, 1m and 1m in length, width and height respectively.
The first flow direction selector is respectively connected with the first joint, the oil pump inlet and the spare oil tank inlet through pipelines, the second flow direction selector is respectively connected with the second joint, the oil pump outlet and the spare oil tank outlet through pipelines, a fuel sensor is arranged on the pipeline between the first flow direction selector and the oil pump inlet and is connected with a controller, the controller is connected with the oil pump, and the controller adopts a common controller, such as STM32F103, to control the on-off of the oil pump; the fuel sensor detects whether fuel flows through the fuel pipeline or not, and prevents the oil pump from idling without load.
And a fuel filter is arranged between the second joint and the second flow direction selector and is used for filtering fuel to prevent impurities from flowing into a fuel tank of the airplane.
A method for carrying out oil mixing between airplanes comprises the following steps: determining an airplane needing oil pumping and refueling, and connecting a joint; the rotary flow direction selector enables the oil pumping aircraft oil tank to be communicated with an aircraft oil tank needing oil filling; starting an oil pump to enable fuel to flow from an oil pumping airplane fuel tank to an airplane fuel tank to be refueled; confirm to pump oil or refuel then the attach fitting, avoid connecing the contrary, can't carry out maintenance work.
In the above steps, when determining the airplane needing oil pumping and refueling, firstly determining the difference value between the residual oil quantity and the required oil quantity of the airplane fuel tank needing to execute work; if the residual oil quantity is larger than the required oil quantity, an airplane with the smaller oil quantity in the fuel tanks of the adjacent airplane is selected to carry out oil mixing operation, and if the adjacent airplane cannot meet the requirements, the airplane is adjusted to a proper airplane position to ensure that the adjacent airplane position airplane can contain the residual fuel. The size of the oil mass is determined, so that the correct airplane can be conveniently selected, the workload of a maintenance worker for connecting pipelines is reduced, and the oil mixing work is better matched.
When carrying out the oil work of cluster, need refuel aircraft tank oil mass when too much, rotate the second and flow to selector and make oil pump export and reserve tank intercommunication, make the fuel flow into reserve tank, reserve tank is reserve as collecting the fuel, prevents that the oil mass is too much.
When the oil pump is started to carry out oil mixing operation, the first flow direction selector is rotated firstly to enable the oil pumping aircraft oil tank to be communicated with the oil pump inlet, fuel oil of the oil pumping aircraft oil tank is pumped out, the fuel oil quantity of the aircraft oil tank is adjusted, then the first flow direction selector enables the spare oil tank outlet to be communicated with the oil pump inlet, and the fuel oil in the spare oil tank is filled into the oil tank of the aircraft needing to be refueled.
It can be seen from the above description that when the fuel tank is used for aircraft maintenance tasks, the fuel tank can directly string fuel from one aircraft to another aircraft without intermediate storage, and the fuel tank is only reserved to prevent excessive fuel; the fuel sensor can realize automatic shutoff after the fuel tank is emptied; the fuel filter is arranged after the flow direction selector of the oil pump in the outflow direction, so as to prevent the fuel from polluting the fuel tank of the airplane.
