Machine tool fixtures have become important equipment in machining. When a workpiece is machined on a machine tool, in order to ensure machining accuracy and improve production efficiency, the workpiece needs to be positioned correctly on the machine tool relative to a cutter, and the process is called positioning. Such a process results in the workpiece being fixed in position on the machine tool. At present, modern clamps are lacked in the market for clamping, fixing and machining the lever hole, the machining requirement of the lever hole is mainly reflected on the surface roughness and the parallelism between the lever hole and the middle hole of the lever, although the machining of the hole is the last step of the lever machining process, the problems of the existing clamps on the machining precision, the dimensional tolerance and the like of the hole still need to be improved, and the problem of difficult clamping also causes the production efficiency of the lever to be limited to a certain extent.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a clamp device for drilling a lever, which solves the problems that in the process of machining a lever arm, holes to be machined are arranged on the lever arm, the lever arm is in central symmetry distribution on the whole workpiece, the difficulty of clamping and machining the holes on two end planes of the workpiece on the same clamp is increased due to the distribution condition of one high part and one low part, the two end planes and a middle cylinder part are not on the same plane, and the difficulty of machining the holes is increased due to the height difference.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to facilitate the installation and positioning of the lever member, a threaded hole is formed at the upper end of the first bracket 2, a first pin hole is formed at the upper end of the second bracket 3, one end of the drilling plate 15 is in threaded connection with the threaded hole through a spherical shoulder nut 5, and the other end is inserted into the first pin hole through a pin 4.
