The piston rod of the oil cylinder 7 pushes the connecting plate 9 to move downwards so as to drive the pitch adjusting wheel 3 to perform pitch adjusting operation on the spring 2, the vertical adjusting mechanism of the oil cylinder 7 can ensure the position moving repeatability of the pitch adjusting wheel 3 in the vertical direction, and the guide pillar 8 and the guide sleeve 10 are matched, so that the stability of the device during working is further improved, and the phenomenon that the connecting plate 9 drives the pitch adjusting wheel 3 to move to influence production is avoided.
The rotation driving mechanism comprises a driving motor 11, the driving motor 11 is fixedly installed on the rack 1, a driving wheel 12 is arranged on an output shaft of the driving motor 11, a driven wheel 13 is installed at one end of each of the two supporting rollers 4, and the driving wheel 12 and the two driven wheels 13 are connected through a belt to rotate synchronously.
