The cleaning mechanism is connected to the adjusting mechanism, the cleaning mechanism comprises a booster pump 6, a liquid supply pipe 5, a cleaning hose 26, a cleaning brush, a third fixing block 25 and a pressure sensor 27, the booster pump 6 is arranged on the liquid supply pipe 5 and pumps cleaning agent in the box body 2 into the liquid storage cavity 8 of the liquid filling machine when the booster pump is opened, the liquid supply pipe 5 is communicated with the top end of the rotating shaft 12, two ends of the cleaning hose 26 are respectively communicated with the bottom end of the rotating shaft 12 and the cleaning brush, the liquid supply pipe 5 and the cleaning hose 26 are communicated through the inside of the rotating shaft 12, thus, the cleaning agent injected through the booster pump 6 sequentially enters the liquid supply pipe 5, the rotating shaft 12 and the cleaning hose 26 and finally reaches one end of the cleaning hose 26, one side of the third fixing block 25 is respectively hinged with the second fixing rod 18 and the connecting rod 22, the third fixing block 25 is provided with two bulges for connecting the second fixing rod 18 and the connecting rod 22, and the connecting holes are arranged at the two bulges, one end of the second fixing rod 18 is hinged to the third fixing block 25 through the connecting hole by using a pin shaft, one end of the connecting rod 22 is hinged to the third fixing block 25, and the other side of the third fixing block 25 is fixed with the cleaning brush, so that the cleaning brush can be conveniently driven by the adjusting mechanism to perform cleaning work; the cleaning brush comprises a brush body 23 and a sponge 24, two sides of the brush body 23 are respectively connected with a third fixing block 25 and the sponge 24, a pressure sensor 27 is arranged between the brush body 23 and the sponge 24, the brush body 23 is embedded into one side of the third fixing block 25, the sponge 24 is attached to one side of the brush body 23, a gap is formed between the sponge 24 and the brush body 23, the pressure sensor 27 is clamped into the gap for fixation, a liquid spraying hole is formed in one side, close to the sponge 24, of the brush body 23, one end of a cleaning hose 26 is connected to the liquid spraying hole of the brush body 23, the sponge 24 is provided with a through hole which is consistent with the position and the size of the liquid spraying hole of the brush body 23, so that a cleaning agent in the cleaning hose 26 enters the through hole of the sponge 24 through the liquid spraying hole, and the inner wall of a liquid filling machine is cleaned.
The cleaning device further comprises a controller, the controller of the embodiment is a PLC (programmable logic controller), the liquid supply valve 4, the cleaning valve 3, the booster pump 6, the servo motor 9, the first air cylinder 15, the second air cylinder 19, the third air cylinder 20 and the pressure sensor 27 are respectively electrically connected with the PLC, the opening and closing of the liquid supply valve 4 and the cleaning valve 3 are controlled through the controller, so that the cleaning agent flowing into the liquid supply pipe 5 is controlled, the booster pump 6 is controlled through the controller, so that the cleaning agent is pumped into the cleaning hose 26, the servo motor 9 is controlled through the controller, so that the rotation of the rotating shaft 12 is controlled through the controller, the adjusting mechanism is driven to rotate, and the position of the cleaning brush is adjusted through the value fed back by the pressure sensor 27 through the controller controlling the first air cylinder 15, the second air cylinder 19, the third air cylinder 20 and the pressure sensor 27.
The cleaning method of the liquid filling machine is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, before cleaning, filling the prepared cleaning agent into the inner space of the box body 2, then turning on a power switch, controlling the switch of the liquid supply valve 4 on the liquid supply pipe 5 to be closed and the switch of the cleaning valve 3 to be opened, then starting the booster pump 6 to convey the cleaning agent in the box body 2 to the rotating shaft 12 through the cleaning valve 3 and the liquid supply pipe 5, and then reaching the sponge 24 of the brush body 23 through the through hole of the rotating shaft 12 and the cleaning hose 26, thereby reaching the cleaning position and further completing the omnibearing automatic cleaning of the inner wall of the liquid filling machine;
s2, during cleaning, the controller controls the lifting mechanism and the adjusting mechanism to move, so that the cleaning brush reaches any cleaning position of the inner wall of the liquid filling machine, the first gear 10 fixedly connected with the output end of the servo motor 9 is meshed and matched with the second gear 11 fixedly connected with the top end of the rotating shaft 12, and the servo motor 9 further drives the whole cleaning device to rotate;
s3, when cleaning the inner wall of the sealing cover of the liquid filling machine, the controller controls the first air cylinder 15 to stretch and retract to do lifting movement, so that the first air cylinder 15 contracts to the minimum stroke, and controls the second air cylinder 19 and the third air cylinder 20 to reach the maximum stroke, at this time, the cleaning brush is vertically contacted with the inner wall of the sealing cover of the liquid filling machine and is close to the rotating shaft 12, and when the controller receives the pressure of the pressure sensor 27 to reach the preset value, the controller controls the third air cylinder 20 to move, so that the cleaning brush moves in the direction far away from the rotating shaft 12; when the third cylinder 20 reaches the minimum stroke, the cleaning of the sealing cover of the liquid filling machine is completed;
s4, when the side surface of the inner wall of the liquid filling machine is cleaned, the controller controls the second air cylinder 19 and the third air cylinder 20 to move in a telescopic mode, so that the cleaning brush is vertically contacted with the side surface of the inner wall of the liquid filling machine, when the controller receives the pressure of the pressure sensor 27 and reaches a preset value, the controller controls the second air cylinder 19 and the third air cylinder 20 to stop moving and controls the first air cylinder 15 to move in a telescopic mode to move in a lifting mode, and when the first air cylinder 15 reaches the maximum stroke, the side surface of the inner wall of the liquid filling machine is cleaned;
s5, when the bottom surface of the inner wall of the liquid filling machine is cleaned, the controller controls the first air cylinder 15 to do lifting movement, so that the cleaning brush reaches the lowest position, the second air cylinder 19 reaches the maximum stroke, the third air cylinder 20 reaches the minimum stroke, at this time, the cleaning brush is contacted with the bottom surface of the inner wall of the liquid filling machine and is abutted against the side surface of the inner wall of the liquid filling machine, when the controller receives the pressure of the pressure sensor 27 and reaches the preset value, the controller controls the second air cylinder 19 to do contraction movement, so that the cleaning brush moves along the direction of the center of the liquid filling machine, and when the second air cylinder 19 reaches the minimum stroke, the cleaning of the bottom surface of the inner wall of the liquid filling machine is completed.
To sum up, in the embodiment of the invention, the box body is used for providing the cleaning agent for the liquid filling machine, the cleaning valve, the liquid supply valve and the booster pump are controlled by the controller, so that the cleaning agent is pumped into the liquid storage cavity 8, the cleaning agent enters the cleaning hose after passing through the rotating shaft and finally reaches the cleaning brush, the servo motor is used for driving the first gear and the second gear to rotate, so that the rotating shaft is driven to rotate in the bearing, the cleaning brush is driven to rotate along the inner wall of the liquid filling machine, and the height of the cleaning brush in the vertical direction and the position of the cleaning brush along the inner wall of the liquid filling machine are adjusted through the extension and retraction of the first cylinder, the second cylinder and the third cylinder, so that the cleaning is convenient; the device can adjust automatically, and the washing region is comprehensive, carries out all-round washing to the inner wall of liquid filling machine effectively.

the rotating mechanism comprises a servo motor, a first gear, a second gear, a rotating shaft, a bearing and a first fixed block, the servo motor is arranged at the top of the liquid filling machine, the output end of the servo motor is fixedly connected with the first gear, the first gear and the second gear are meshed and matched to be connected, the second gear is fixedly arranged at the top end of the rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is vertically arranged at the center of the top of the liquid filling machine, the bearing is fixed on the top wall of the liquid storage cavity, the rotating shaft is connected with the liquid filling machine through the bearing, and the first fixed block is fixed at the bottom end of the rotating shaft;
the lifting mechanism comprises a first air cylinder and a second fixing block, the first air cylinder is arranged at the bottom end of the first fixing block in the vertical direction, and the second fixing block is fixed at the bottom end of the first air cylinder;
the adjusting mechanism comprises a first fixing rod, a second cylinder, a third cylinder, a rocker and a connecting rod, the first fixing rod is connected to the bottom end of the second fixing block, the second fixing rod is hinged to the first fixing rod, two ends of the second cylinder are hinged to the first fixing rod and the second fixing rod respectively, the second fixing rod rotates relative to the first fixing rod through the stretching of the second cylinder, one end of the third cylinder is hinged to the second fixing rod, the other end of the third cylinder is hinged to the rocker and one end of the connecting rod at the same time, the other end of the rocker is hinged to the second fixing rod, the rocker rotates relative to the second fixing rod through the stretching of the third cylinder, and the third cylinder drives the connecting rod to rotate relative to the rocker;
the wiper mechanism includes booster pump, feed pipe, washing hose, cleaning brush, third fixed block and pressure sensor, the booster pump is located on the feed pipe, the feed pipe communicates with the top of rotation axis, wash the hose both ends respectively with the bottom and the cleaning brush intercommunication of rotation axis, the feed pipe communicates with the inside that the washing hose passes through the rotation axis, one side of third fixed block is articulated with second dead lever and connecting rod respectively, the opposite side and the cleaning brush of third fixed block are fixed, pressure sensor sets up on the cleaning brush.

The cleaning device for the liquid filling machine according to claim 1, wherein the cleaning brush comprises a brush body and a sponge, two sides of the brush body are respectively connected with the third fixing block and the sponge, one side of the brush body close to the sponge is provided with a liquid spraying hole, the sponge is provided with a through hole with the position and the size consistent with those of the liquid spraying hole of the brush body, and the pressure sensor is arranged between the brush body and the sponge.

4. The cleaning device for liquid filling machines as claimed in claim 2, wherein the rotating shaft is provided with a through hole inside, and the through hole connects the top and bottom of the rotating shaft to form a hollow structure.
5. The cleaning device for liquid filling machines as defined in claim 2, wherein said liquid supply tube is rotatably connected to the top end of the rotating shaft.

The cleaning device for liquid filling machines according to claim 2, wherein a waste liquid tank is disposed below the liquid filling machine, a liquid outlet port and a waste discharge port are disposed at the bottom end of the liquid filling machine, and the waste discharge port discharges the cleaning waste liquid into the waste liquid tank by connecting a waste discharge pipe.

The cleaning device for the liquid filling machine according to claim 1, wherein the cleaning device further comprises a tank base, a tank body, a cleaning valve and a liquid supply valve, the tank base is fixed at the bottom of the tank body, an inner space for storing the cleaning agent is arranged in the tank body and connected with a liquid supply pipe, the cleaning valve is arranged on the liquid supply pipe, the liquid filling machine is provided with a liquid inlet port communicated with the liquid storage cavity, the liquid inlet port is communicated to the inner space of the tank body through a pipeline, and the pipeline is provided with the liquid supply valve.

9. The cleaning apparatus for a liquid filling machine of claim 8, wherein said controller is a PLC controller.
10. A method of cleaning a cleaning apparatus of a liquid filling machine according to any one of claims 2-9, comprising the step of cleaning the liquid filling machine, characterized in that the step comprises:
s1, before cleaning, filling the prepared cleaning agent into the inner space of the box body, then turning on a power switch, controlling a liquid supply valve switch on a liquid supply pipe to be closed and a cleaning valve switch to be opened, then turning on a booster pump to convey the cleaning agent in the box body to the rotating shaft through the cleaning valve and the liquid supply pipe, and then reaching the sponge of the brush body through a through hole of the rotating shaft and a cleaning hose so as to reach a cleaning position, thereby completing the omnibearing automatic cleaning of the inner wall of the liquid filling machine;
s2, during cleaning, the controller controls the lifting mechanism and the adjusting mechanism to move, so that the cleaning brush reaches any cleaning position on the inner wall of the liquid filling machine, the first gear fixedly connected with the output end of the servo motor is meshed and matched with the second gear fixedly connected with the top end of the rotating shaft, and the servo motor further drives the whole cleaning device to rotate;
s3, when cleaning the inner wall of the sealing cover of the liquid filling machine, the controller controls the first cylinder to stretch and move up and down, so that the first cylinder contracts to the minimum stroke, and controls the second cylinder and the third cylinder to reach the maximum stroke, at this time, the cleaning brush is vertically contacted with the inner wall of the sealing cover of the liquid filling machine and is close to the rotating shaft, and when the controller receives the pressure of the pressure sensor and reaches the preset value, the controller controls the third cylinder to move, so that the cleaning brush moves along the direction far away from the rotating shaft; when the third cylinder reaches the minimum stroke, the cleaning of the sealing cover of the liquid filling machine is completed;
s4, when the side surface of the inner wall of the liquid filling machine is cleaned, the controller controls the second air cylinder and the third air cylinder to do telescopic motion, so that the cleaning brush is vertically contacted with the side surface of the inner wall of the liquid filling machine, when the pressure of the pressure sensor received by the controller reaches a preset value, the controller controls the second air cylinder and the third air cylinder to stop moving and controls the first air cylinder to stretch and move to do lifting motion, and when the first air cylinder reaches the maximum stroke, the side surface of the inner wall of the liquid filling machine is cleaned;
and S5, when the bottom surface of the inner wall of the liquid filling machine is cleaned, the controller controls the first air cylinder to do lifting movement, so that the cleaning brush reaches the lowest position, the second air cylinder reaches the maximum stroke, the third air cylinder reaches the minimum stroke, at the moment, the cleaning brush is contacted with the bottom surface of the inner wall of the liquid filling machine and is abutted against the side surface of the inner wall of the liquid filling machine, when the controller receives the pressure of the pressure sensor and reaches the preset value, the controller controls the second air cylinder to do contraction movement, so that the cleaning brush moves along the direction of the center of the liquid filling machine, and when the second air cylinder reaches the minimum stroke, the cleaning of the bottom surface of the inner wall of the liquid filling machine is completed.
