When the drying box works, the fan 25 introduces air into the air inlet box 23 and enables the air to enter the drying box 2 through the air supply pipe 26, and the sucked air is heated through the electric heating wire 27 in the air supply pipe 26, so that hot air is fed into the drying box 2, and the drying efficiency of medical instruments is improved.
The drying device further comprises a second supporting plate 28, a swing motor 29, a second coupler 30, two rotating shafts 31 and two bearings 32, wherein the two ends of the water filtering basket 18 are respectively provided with the rotating shafts 31, the two rotating shafts 31 penetrate through the side wall of the drying box 2 to extend to the outside, one rotating shaft 31 is rotatably connected with the drying box 2 through one bearing 32, the second supporting plate 28 is fixed at the lower part of one side of the drying box 2, the swing motor 29 is arranged on the second supporting plate 28, an output shaft of the swing motor 29 is connected with one rotating shaft 31 through the second coupler 30, and the swing motor 29 is connected with the controller. After the swing motor 29 is started, the water filtering basket 18 can be driven to swing in the drying box 2, so that the cleaning containing barrel 5 in the water filtering basket 18 can move, compared with a static state, a plurality of surfaces of medical instruments in the cleaning containing barrel 5 in the moving process can be fully contacted with hot air, and further the drying efficiency is improved.
In order to take out medical instruments conveniently, the drying box 2 is of an upper-end open structure, a cover plate 33 is installed at the upper end of the drying box 2, a plurality of disinfection lamps 34 are arranged on the lower surface of the cover plate 33, and then the medical instruments in the water filtering basket 18 are disinfected while being dried.
The vibration mechanism during operation drives bottom plate 35 motion easily, and in order to make bottom plate 35 place more stably, bottom plate 35 lower surface is provided with the rubber skid resistant course.
