Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of polyvinyl chloride resin production, in particular to a method and a device for reducing the material accumulation of a discharge hopper of a centrifuge, wherein the method comprises the following steps: a jacket is arranged on the outer wall of a discharge hopper of the centrifuge, a sleeve is arranged on the outer wall of a discharge port of the screw conveyor, a heat distribution water pipeline of a dry condensate main pipeline is communicated into the sleeve, and a connecting pipeline is arranged between the outlet of the sleeve and the inlet of the jacket; the latter includes centrifuge, screw conveyer, and centrifuge's lower hopper is fixed being linked together with screw conveyer's feed inlet, and centrifuge's lower hopper outer wall is provided with the cover that presss from both sides, and screw conveyer's feed outlet outer wall fixed mounting has the sleeve pipe. The invention effectively improves the wall temperature of the discharging hopper of the centrifuge, avoids moisture condensation in the discharging hopper, prevents the discharging hopper of the centrifuge from blocking materials, meanwhile, the steam condensate is sent to the jacket of the discharging hopper of the centrifuge and the sleeve of the discharging opening of the screw conveyor for use after heat exchange by the system, fully utilizes the waste heat of the condensate, reduces the steam consumption and saves the production cost.

Background
In the prior production of polyvinyl chloride resin, a discharge hopper of a centrifuge is of a stainless steel cubic structure, the discharge hopper is easy to hang and accumulate materials in the operation process of the centrifuge, the temperature of the materials in the discharge hopper of the centrifuge is 60-75 ℃, the temperature outside the wall of the hopper is 35-45 ℃ in summer, and the temperature is as low as 10 ℃ in winter. Meanwhile, the drying system uses medium-pressure steam, and steam condensate is sent to other processes for treatment after heat exchange of the system, so that the steam consumption of the drying system is high.

The technical characteristics form an embodiment of the invention, which has strong adaptability and implementation effect, and unnecessary technical characteristics can be increased or decreased according to actual needs to meet the requirements of different situations.
