Abstract
The invention relates to a filter element assembly of a plate-and-frame filter press for water quality type essence, which comprises a filter frame, wherein a filter element for filtering the water quality type essence is arranged in the filter frame; the filter element is characterized in that a base body of the filter element is made of filter cloth, a plurality of water absorption areas are arranged on the filter cloth and formed by pressing a plurality of layers of filter cloth, a water absorption inner cavity is formed among the plurality of layers of filter cloth, and magnesium carbonate particles are filled in the water absorption inner cavity. The invention solves the problem of turbid appearance of the water quality essence in the prior art, improves the appearance performance of the water quality essence, and does not need to strictly control the addition amount of magnesium carbonate before filtration.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of plate-and-frame filters, and particularly relates to a filter element assembly of a plate-and-frame filter for water quality essence.
Background
In order to obtain pure essence liquid in the production process of liquid essence, the essence needs to be filtered by using filtering equipment, and the commonly used filtering equipment is a plate-and-frame filter press. The plate-and-frame filter press is common intermittent filtering equipment for realizing solid-liquid two-phase separation operation, and is widely applied to multiple departments of chemical industry, light chemical industry, coal, metallurgy, pharmacy, food, environmental protection and the like. The main structure of the plate and frame filter press is that the filter plates with filtrate channels and filter frames are arranged alternately in parallel, filter cloth is sandwiched between each group of filter plates and filter frames, and the filter plates and filter frames are pressed by pressing ends to form a filter pressing chamber between the filter plates and filter frames. Mixed liquor flows into each filter pressing chamber from the feed inlet, then liquid phase fluid is discharged from the filtrate outlet through the filter plate, and solid phase filter cakes are accumulated on the filter cloth in the frame.
The water-quality essence can cause the existence of oil-water mixture due to insufficient solubility of the solvent, so that the product is turbid, the appearance is not clear enough, and white light reflection of white fog is seen when the product faces light. In order to improve the appearance quality of the water-based essence, 1% of magnesium carbonate is generally added into the water-based essence and stirred after being added, and the magnesium carbonate can absorb a small amount of water and can react with the water to generate magnesium hydroxide (the magnesium hydroxide is more difficult to dissolve in the water than the magnesium carbonate) when being heated because the magnesium carbonate is not very soluble in the water. Adding essence containing magnesium carbonate, fully stirring, feeding into a plate-and-frame filter press, absorbing water in essence products through natural water absorption and reaction water absorption, and filtering oils and impurities with poor solubility and magnesium carbonate and magnesium hydroxide after water absorption, wherein the filtering pressure is 0.25MPa generally, the filtrate does not lose fragrance, and the product is not polluted.
However, the main problems of the filtration treatment of the water quality essence in the prior art are that the impurity content and the oil-water mixture content in different batches of the water quality essence are inconsistent, the appearance is also inconsistent after 1% of magnesium carbonate is uniformly added, the magnesium carbonate is stirred and filtered, the qualified appearance standard can be achieved by frequently filtering, and whether magnesium carbonate needs to be added or not and the amount of magnesium carbonate added in the subsequent filtration is difficult to control.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a filter element assembly of a plate-and-frame filter press for water quality essence, which solves the problem that the appearance of the water quality essence is turbid in the prior art, improves the appearance of the water quality essence, and does not need to strictly control the addition amount of magnesium carbonate before filtration.
