Specifically, the PICC catheter power assisting device of the present embodiment is mainly used for thrombolysis when the PICC catheter 70 is blocked; when using, switch on through vacuum device and tee bend device 10 and PICC pipe 70 intermittent type nature and draw into the negative pressure with the space in tee bend device 10 and the PICC pipe 70 gradually, supply medicine device 30 to be in the closing device this moment, the liquid medicine in the medicine device 30 can't enter into tee bend device 10 and PICC pipe 70, when pressure drops to certain level, trigger and supply medicine device 30, supply medicine device 30 to be in the open mode this moment, the liquid medicine in the medicine device 30 can enter into tee bend device 10 and PICC pipe 70 under the effect of pressure differential, and then enter into the human body in the obstructed position of PICC pipe 70, play the effect of dissolving the jam. Because supply medicine device 30 is triggered by pressure, therefore do not need artificial judgement, also need not the manual work to switch on supply medicine device 30 and PICC pipe 70, just can accomplish whole operating procedure alone, and operating procedure still less, only need periodically to operate negative pressure device and take out the negative pressure, the liquid medicine just can periodically get into PICC pipe 70 in, PICC pipe 70 is inside all to be in same negative pressure when can also guaranteeing liquid medicine entering PICC pipe 70 at every turn like this, improve the standardization of operation.
The medicine supplying device 30 in this embodiment includes an injector 35 and an automatic valve, and a nipple of the injector 35 is communicated with the second connection tube 12; the automatic valve comprises a liquid inlet pipe 31, a connecting rod 32 fixed on the inner wall of the liquid inlet pipe 31, and a sealing block 34 fixedly connected with the connecting rod 32 through a telescopic strip 33; the liquid inlet pipe 31 is communicated and coaxially connected between the nipple of the injector 35 and the second connecting pipe 12; the inner diameter of the liquid inlet pipe 31 is smaller than that of the second connecting pipe 12; the sealing block 34 is disposed at one end of the liquid inlet pipe 31 close to the second connecting pipe 12 and is in sealing sliding connection with the inner wall of the liquid inlet pipe 31. Specifically, the elastic strip 33 in this embodiment is made of a material having a certain elasticity, such as rubber, and may be a spring 45 made of stainless steel. When the device is not used, the telescopic strip 33 is in a free state, the sealing block 34 is positioned inside the liquid inlet pipe 31 and close to the end part, when the negative pressure device is opened for pumping negative pressure, the pressure in the three-way device 10 and the PICC catheter 70 is gradually reduced, and the pressure in the liquid inlet pipe 31 and the injector 35 is kept unchanged, so that a certain pressure difference exists between the liquid inlet pipe 31 and the three-way device 10, the sealing block 34 is pushed to move towards the three-way device 10 by the existence of the pressure difference, the telescopic strip 33 is gradually elongated, when the pressure in the three-way device 10 and the PICC catheter 70 is reduced to a preset level, the sealing block 34 is completely separated from the liquid inlet pipe 31, the injector 35 and the three-way device 10 are conducted, the liquid medicine in the injector 35 can enter the three-way device 10 and the PICC catheter 70, when the negative pressure pumping is stopped, the liquid inlet pipe 31 and the three-way are conducted, at this time, the seal block 34 is pulled back into the inlet tube 31 by the expansion bar 33, and the inlet tube 31 is blocked, so that the liquid medicine cannot flow into the three-way device 10 and the PICC catheter 70. When the medicine needs to be taken again, the negative pressure device is used again to pump the negative pressure. The operation is simple, the time is saved, people do not need to hold the device all the time, and the equipment does not need to be replaced frequently.
In the embodiment, a filtering device is connected between the first connecting pipe 11 and the negative pressure device in a conduction manner, and the filtering device is detachably connected with the negative pressure device; the filtering device comprises a plurality of filters 25 which are sequentially connected in a conducting manner, and water absorption cotton 26 is arranged inside the filters 25. Specifically, during the process of sucking the negative pressure by the negative pressure device, the liquid in the PICC catheter 70, such as water, blood, etc., may enter the three-way device 10 through the PICC catheter 70, but will not enter the liquid inlet tube 31 and the syringe 35, because when the liquid in the PICC catheter 70 first appears and enters the three-way device 10 during the process of sucking the negative pressure, the syringe 35 containing the liquid medicine should be replaced by the empty syringe 35 or the liquid inlet tube 31 should be directly plugged by the plug, and then the normal negative pressure is sucked to suck the blood, blood clot, etc., as much as possible. In order to prevent the liquid in the PICC catheter 70 from flowing into the negative pressure device to pollute the negative pressure device and cause the negative pressure device to be incapable of being reused, and increase the cost, a plurality of filters 25 are additionally arranged between the first connecting pipe 11 and the negative pressure device, and blood and the like are fully absorbed by using the absorbent cotton 26 in the filters 25, and the plurality of filters 25 are arranged, so that whether the filters 25 can be continuously used or not can be judged in real time by observing the condition of the absorbent cotton 26 in the pre-filter 25, the filters 25 can be replaced in time before the last filter 25 starts to absorb water, and the negative pressure device is prevented from being polluted.
The negative pressure device in the embodiment comprises a vacuum tube 21 and a first negative pressure cavity 22 arranged in the vacuum tube 21; one end of the first negative pressure chamber 22 is communicated with the first connecting pipe 11, and the other end is communicated with a vent pipe 51; a first check valve 24 is provided between the first negative pressure chamber 22 and the first connecting pipe 11; a second check valve 52 is arranged between the first negative pressure cavity 22 and the vent pipe 51; the side wall of the vacuum tube 21 is provided with a second negative pressure cavity 23 communicated with the first negative pressure cavity 22; the second negative pressure cavity 23 is communicated with an air exhaust device; the first check valve 24 is used to prevent gas from entering the first connection pipe 11 from the first negative pressure chamber 22; the second check valve 52 prevents gas from entering the first sub-pressure chamber 22 through the vent pipe 51. Specifically, when the air extractor extracts negative pressure, in the first stage, the first one-way valve 24 is flushed by the gas in the PICC catheter 70, the gas in the PICC catheter 70 sequentially passes through the first connecting pipe 11 and the first one-way valve 24 and then enters the first negative pressure cavity 22, meanwhile, the second one-way valve 52 is closed, and the gas in the vent pipe 51 cannot enter the first negative pressure cavity 22; in the second stage, the pressure in the first negative pressure chamber 22 is the same as the pressure in the PICC catheter 70, the first one-way valve 24 is closed, at this time, the gas in the first negative pressure chamber 22 cannot enter the PICC catheter 70, the second one-way valve 52 is opened at the same time, and the gas in the first negative pressure chamber 22 sequentially passes through the second one-way valve 52 and the vent pipe 51 and then enters the outside air. By repeating the first and second stages, the gas in the PICC catheter 70 is continuously vented and a negative pressure is gradually created.
The air extractor in this embodiment includes a cylinder 41 fixedly disposed on the side wall of the vacuum tube 21 and in communication with the second negative pressure chamber 23, a piston 42 disposed in the cylinder 41, and a driving device for driving the piston 42 to reciprocate in the cylinder 41. Specifically, when the piston 42 is moved away from the vacuum tube 21, the total volume of the cylinder 41 and the first negative pressure cavity 22 is increased, the pressure is decreased, and at this time, the air pressure in the PICC catheter 70 and the three-way device 10 is higher than the air pressure in the first negative pressure cavity 22, so that the air in the PICC catheter 70 pushes the first one-way valve 24 open and then enters the first negative pressure cavity 22. When the piston 42 is no longer moving, the PICC catheter 70 gradually conforms to the gas pressure in the first sub-ambient pressure chamber 22, at which time the first one-way valve 24 closes; when the piston 42 moves close to the vacuum tube 21, the total volume of the first cylinder 41 and the first negative pressure chamber 22 gradually decreases, the pressure gradually increases, the second check valve 52 is pushed open, and the gas in the first negative pressure chamber 22 flows from the second check valve 52 to the external atmosphere when the first check valve 24 is closed. Through one piston 42 cycle, a portion of the gas in the PICC catheter 70 is carried away, and the process is cycled continuously to pump out the gas in the PICC catheter 70, gradually creating a negative pressure. It should be noted that, here, in order to be able to draw the negative pressure faster and, ultimately, lower pressure, the volumes of the first negative pressure chamber 22 and the second negative pressure chamber 23 should be designed to be sufficiently small.
The second negative pressure cavities 23 in the embodiment are provided with a pair, and the pair of second negative pressure cavities 23 is distributed along the length direction of the vacuum tube 21; the air extracting devices are provided with a pair; one air extractor is connected with one second negative pressure cavity 23 in a conducting way, and the other air extractor is connected with the other second negative pressure cavity 23 in a conducting way. Specifically, two second negative pressure chambers 23 and two air-extracting devices are designed so that the negative pressure is extracted more quickly. But also more stable and balanced in operation.

Specifically, the user can hold the U-shaped frame 46 and the holding rod 44 at the same time, and then suck negative pressure by repeatedly pinching and releasing the palm, so that labor is saved, and the suction can be conveniently finished by one hand. In addition, when the conventional hollow needle is used for sucking negative pressure, the hollow needle piston can be separated, liquid in the hollow needle can be splashed, and the risk of occupational exposure and the like can be caused. The device can well prevent the piston 42 from slipping off the cylinder 41 by limiting the distance between the cross bar of the U-shaped frame 46 and the vacuum tube 21, and can effectively prevent the risk of liquid splashing by fully filtering the liquid in the PICC catheter 70 through the filter device.
In this embodiment, the device further comprises a guiding device, wherein the guiding device comprises a guiding rod 47 and a spring 45 sleeved on the guiding rod 47; the guide rod 47 vertically penetrates through the holding rod 44 and is connected with the holding rod 44 in a sliding way; one end of the guide rod 47 is fixedly connected with the side wall of the vacuum tube 21, and the other end of the guide rod is fixedly connected with the cross rod of the U-shaped frame 46; the spring 45 is arranged between the holding rod 44 and the vacuum tube 21, and one end of the spring is fixedly connected with the holding rod 44 while the other end is fixedly connected with the vacuum tube 21. Specifically, in order to avoid the piston 42 not moving completely along the cylinder 41 when the negative pressure is pumped, which may cause the jamming of the shell or damage to the device, the guide rods 47 are inserted through the two ends of the grip rod 44, and the restriction of the movement track of the grip rod 44 by the guide rods 47 is equivalent to the restriction of the movement track of the piston 42, so that the piston 42 can reciprocate smoothly in the cylinder 41.
