Preferably, after the bottle cap is transported for a certain distance after the step (2), the bottle cap is blown by sterile hot air, so that the bottle cap is further sterilized by contact during the transportation process through gradually condensing hydrogen peroxide attached to the surface of the bottle cap.
Preferably, in step (2), the hydrogen peroxide mother liquor is metered by a liquid flow meter, the sterile low-pressure gas is metered by a gas flow meter, the hydrogen peroxide mother liquor and the sterile low-pressure gas are mixed proportionally, and the mixture is heated to obtain the vaporous hydrogen peroxide with the sterilization temperature.

metering the hydrogen peroxide mother liquor through a liquid flow meter, metering the sterile low-pressure gas through a gas flow meter, mixing the hydrogen peroxide mother liquor and the sterile low-pressure gas in proportion, and heating the mixture to obtain vaporous hydrogen peroxide with a sterilization temperature; in this embodiment, the concentration of the hydrogen peroxide mother liquor is 30-40%, the hydrogen peroxide mother liquor and the sterile low-pressure gas are fully mixed in a gas-liquid mixing device, and are heated by an evaporator to obtain vaporous hydrogen peroxide;
the temperature of the vaporous hydrogen peroxide is detected by the first temperature sensor, and when the temperature of the vaporous hydrogen peroxide is detected to reach the sterilization temperature (T2), the vaporous hydrogen peroxide is sprayed to the bottle cap.
(4) After the spraying of the vaporous hydrogen peroxide is finished, the bottle caps sequentially enter the first holding unit 5 and the second holding unit 6 from the sterilization unit 4, so that the bottle caps are further sterilized by contact through gradually condensing the hydrogen peroxide attached to the surfaces of the bottle caps in the transmission process; the sterilization retention time was t 3.
(5) Then the bottle cap enters a decomposition unit 7, and the bottle cap is blown by sterile hot air to activate and decompose the residual condensed hydrogen peroxide on the surface of the bottle cap;

this decomposition unit 7 has a dual function:
a. carrying out thermal decomposition on the residual condensed hydrogen peroxide on the bottle cap, and playing a role in thermal activation and further sterilization;
b. the sterile hot air is applied for a time t4 to allow a portion of the condensed hydrogen peroxide to be gradually decomposed and removed.
The method mainly aims at sterilizing the HDPE bottle cap, and can effectively kill microorganisms or bacteria existing in the bottle cap to prevent the microorganisms from growing in the bottle cap, so that the potential risk that the microorganisms are transferred to the downstream of the bottle cap in the use process is eliminated.
The method has the advantages that:
(1) the method completely breaks through the limitation of the traditional sterilization process, and does not need to add additional sterile water in the whole sterilization process, thereby reducing the related cost;
