When in use, the left upper column 1 and the lower column 2 are firstly fixed with the back of the bed head of the sickbed through the first mounting plate 5 and the second mounting plate 7, then the right upper column 1 and the right lower column 2 are stably placed on the sickbed through the base 8, then the two ends of the control part of the breathing endoscope penetrate through the endoscope columns 13 on the two sides, the height of the breathing endoscope is adjusted through the first sliding block 28 and the second sliding block 35 according to the requirement, whether the upper column 1 needs to be lifted is firstly judged, the upper column 1 is directly pulled up if the requirement is met, then the first rotating knob 15 is rotated to release the clamping block 27 from the clamping block groove 41, the clamping block 27 is contacted with the top surface of the lower column 2, when the upper column 1 needs to be lowered, the first rotating knob 15 is rotated to retract the clamping block 27 into the clamping block groove 41, and after the state of the upper column 1 is regulated, the clamp 20 is separated from the second control rope 22, a user can hold the endoscope placing groove 14 provided with the breathing endoscope by hand to adjust the proper height, then the redundant second control rope 22 is retracted into the rope disc 23 through the handle 24, the second control rope 22 is clamped by the clamp 20, and after all the control ropes are adjusted, the second control knob 34 is rotated to fix the breathing endoscope in the endoscope column 13, so that the user can not hold the breathing endoscope all the time, the burden of the user is relieved, after the use is finished, the connecting rod 4 can be separated from the movable rod 9, then the connecting rod 4 is rotated to the vertical direction, then the endoscope placing groove 14 is taken down, and finally the whole set of device is stored through the storage rope 12, so that the occupied space of the whole set of device is reduced.
