Description

Folding table
Technical Field
The invention relates to a table, in particular to a folding table.
Background
Referring to fig. 1, the conventional folding table mostly includes a table 91, a plurality of legs 92 extending downward from the table 91 and pivotable with respect to the table 91, and a plurality of supporting members 93 respectively connected between the table 91 and the legs 92. The supporting members 93 are used to enhance the supporting effect of the legs 92 on the table 91, so that each supporting member 93 is supported on the bottom of the table 91 by extending obliquely inward and upward from the corresponding leg 92.
Considering that the folding table is changed from an original unfolded state to a folded state in which the legs 92 are all upwardly close to the table 91, the supporting members 93 are usually formed of two rod-like members 931 pivotally connected to each other. When the user wants to operate the folding table from the open state to the closed state, the user must push the pivot points of the rods 931 of each supporting member 93 with two hands, so that each supporting member 93 is bent due to the mutual pivoting of the rods 931, and then the legs 92 can be further operated to fold the bottom of the table 91.
However, when the conventional folding table is folded, each supporting member 93 is manually pushed in the above manner, which is inconvenient and time-consuming, even when the supporting members 93 are long-standing and the material of the supporting members is deteriorated (for example, ), the rod 931 is not easy to pivot, thereby affecting the folding function of the conventional folding table. Therefore, the existing folding table still has room for improvement.
Disclosure of Invention
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a folding table which overcomes at least one of the drawbacks of the prior art.
Thus, the folding table of the invention comprises a table plate mechanism and at least one supporting mechanism. The at least one supporting mechanism comprises a foot rod unit which is pivoted with the table plate mechanism and extends downwards, and a positioning unit which is connected between the foot rod unit and the table plate mechanism.
The positioning unit is provided with a top supporting rod pivoted on the table plate mechanism and extending obliquely downwards towards the foot rod unit, a sliding component arranged on the top supporting rod, and a push-pull component pivoted between the foot rod unit and the sliding component. The sliding component is provided with a sliding sleeve which is sleeved outside the top supporting rod in a sliding way and is pivoted with the push-pull component.
When the foot rod unit pivots upwards from an open position to a folding position close to the table plate mechanism relative to the table plate mechanism, the sliding sleeve is linked by the pivot of the foot rod unit to slide upwards along the top support rod and drive the top support rod to pivot upwards and close to the table plate mechanism.
The invention has the following effects: the sliding component is slidably sleeved outside the top supporting rod, so that the top supporting rod can be driven to pivot upwards and close to the table plate mechanism when the table plate mechanism pivots from the open position to the closed position, and compared with the existing folding table, the folding table is more convenient and rapid to operate.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, a first embodiment of the folding table of the present invention comprises a table mechanism 1 and two supporting mechanisms 2 symmetrically disposed below the table mechanism 1.
Each supporting mechanism 2 comprises a foot bar unit 3 pivoted to the table plate mechanism 1 and extending downwards, and a positioning unit 4 connected between the foot bar unit 3 and the table plate mechanism 1.
The foot bar unit 3 has two foot bars 31 rotatably pivoted to the table mechanism 1. Each leg 31 has a pivot section 311 pivotally mounted to the table mechanism 1, a support section 313 extending downward from the pivot section 311 and being a hollow tube, an extension section 314 slidably mounted inside the support section 313, and an adjustment assembly 315 mounted to the support section 313. The foot bar unit 3 is pivotable relative to the table mechanism 1 from an open position (shown in fig. 3) in which the support section 313 is spaced apart from the table mechanism 1 to a closed position (shown in fig. 4) in which the support section 313 is spaced closer to the table mechanism 1.
Referring to fig. 5, the adjusting component 315 can adjust the sliding position of the extension 314 relative to the support 313 by adjusting the pipe diameter of the support 313, however, the sliding position of the extension 314 relative to the support 313 can be achieved in a plurality of ways, and thus the pipe diameter of the support 313 is not limited by the adjusting component 315, but the adjusting component is not focused on here and will not be described again. The extension 314 is not limited to be disposed inside the support 313, and can be adjusted according to the actual use situation, for example, the extension 314 is slidably disposed outside the support 313 up and down, and the adjusting component 315 is mounted on the extension 314 and can adjust the sliding position of the extension 314 relative to the support 313.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the positioning unit 4 includes a top supporting rod 41 pivoted to the table mechanism 1 and extending obliquely downward toward the foot rod unit 3, a sliding component 42 mounted on the top supporting rod 41, and a push-pull component 43 pivoted between the foot rod unit 3 and the sliding component 42.
The top brace 41 has a pivot end 411 pivotally connected to the table mechanism 1 and a free end 412 opposite to the pivot end 411. The sliding component 42 has a sliding sleeve 422 slidably sleeved outside the top supporting rod 41 and pivoted with the push-pull component 43, and a spring buckle 421 disposed in the free end 412 of the top supporting rod 41 and elastically and telescopically protruding radially outside the top supporting rod 41. The push-pull assembly 43 has two push-pull rods 431 pivotally connected to the support sections 313 and pivotally connected to the sliding sleeve 422.
The sliding sleeve 422 is provided with a clamping groove 423 for the elastic buckle 421 to be detachably clamped, and when the sliding sleeve 422 slides to be mutually clamped with the elastic buckle 421, the foot rod 31 mechanism is pivoted and positioned at the open position. When the snap 421 is pressed to disengage from the sliding sleeve 422, the foot rod unit 3 can pivot from the open position to the closed position, so that the sliding sleeve 422 slides from the free end 412 to the pivoted end 411, and drives the top support 41 to pivot upwards to approach the table mechanism 1.
However, the latch 421 is not limited to be disposed at the free end 412, but may be disposed at the pivot end 411 according to practical use, so that the foot bar 31 mechanism can pivot to be positioned at the retracted position when the sliding sleeve 422 slides to be mutually engaged with the latch 421.
In addition, it should be noted that the number of the supporting mechanisms 2 is not limited to two, and one, three, …, etc. may be used according to practical requirements, and the arrangement of the supporting mechanisms 2 is not limited to symmetrical arrangement according to the practical installation number. In addition, if the number of the supporting mechanisms 2 is one, when the invention is used, one side of the desk plate mechanism 1 can be supported on the ground by the supporting mechanisms 2, and the other side of the desk plate mechanism 1 can be abutted against a relatively stable object in the use situations such as short form or a vehicle ….
When the first embodiment is used, if the foot rod unit 3 of each supporting unit is to be pivoted from the open position to the closed position, the spring buckle 421 on the corresponding top supporting rod 41 is pressed first, so that the spring buckle 421 is separated from the sliding sleeve 422, and then the foot rod unit 3 is pushed to pivot towards the table mechanism 1 to the closed position, and meanwhile, the sliding sleeve 422 is also pushed by the push-pull rods 431 to slide towards the pivoted end 411 and drive the top supporting rod 41 to pivot upwards to close to the table mechanism 1, so as to complete the closing of the foot rod unit 3.
If the foot rod unit 3 of each supporting unit is to be pivoted from the retracted position to the open position, only the foot rod unit 3 needs to be pulled to pivot to the open position in a direction away from the table mechanism 1, and at the same time, the sliding sleeve 422 is pulled by the push-pull rods 431 to slide towards the free end portion 412 and drive the corresponding top supporting rod 41 to pivot downwards to swing away from the table mechanism 1, and finally when the sliding sleeve 422 slides to be mutually clamped with the snap 421, the opening of the foot rod unit 3 is completed.
In addition, referring to fig. 5, if the height of the first embodiment is to be adjusted, when each foot bar unit 3 is located at the open position, the adjusting components 315 are separately operated, so that the extending sections 314 can slide relative to the supporting sections 313, and after the extending sections 314 slide to the proper height position, the adjusting components 315 are operated again, so as to limit the sliding of the extending sections 314 relative to the supporting sections 313, thereby completing the height adjustment of the first embodiment.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, a second embodiment of the present invention is constructed substantially the same as the first embodiment except that: the table mechanism 1 comprises two adjacently arranged plate bodies 11, a first pivot seat 12 which is installed and connected with the plate bodies 11 so that the plate bodies 11 can pivot and fold relatively around a front-back axis, and two second pivot seats 13 which are installed and connected with the plate bodies 11 so that the plate bodies 11 can pivot and fold relatively around the front-back axis. The pivot sections 311 of the pins 31 of each pin unit 3 are pivoted to the plates 11 in the left-right axial direction, respectively. The number of the second pivot seats 13 is not limited to two, and may be adjusted to be the same as the number of the leg units 3 according to the number of the leg units 3 actually used.
The first pivot seat 12 has two first pivot parts 121 respectively mounted on the plates 11 and pivoted along the front-rear axis, and for the left-right axial pivoting of the top stay 41. Each second pivot seat 13 has two second pivot parts 131 for pivotally fixing the pivot sections 311 of the corresponding pins 31 to the plates 11 in the left-right axial direction, and pivotally connecting the two second pivot parts along the front-rear axis.
Each foot bar 31 further has a pivot portion 312 disposed at the pivot sections 311, and the pivot portions 312 of the foot bars 31 of each foot bar unit 3 are pivoted vertically, so that when the foot bar unit 3 is located at the open position, since the pivot portions 312 are perpendicular to the pivot directions of the second pivot members 131, the pivot portions 312 and the second pivot members 131 cannot pivot (as shown in fig. 6), the structural strength of the foot bar unit 3 in the open position can be enhanced, and the pivot portions 312 are propped against the lower portion of the plate 11 (as shown in fig. 6), so as to provide the upward supporting force of the plate 11.
When the foot bar unit 3 pivots from the open position to the closed position, the pivot portions 312 are driven by the pivot segments 311 to pivot into front-rear axial pivoting, and at this time, the pivot portions 312 and the second pivot members 131 pivot in the same direction, so that one of the foot bars 31 can pivot relative to the other foot bar 31 (as shown in fig. 7).
Compared with the first embodiment, when the second embodiment is used, when the foot bar unit 3 is located at the folding position, the plate bodies 11 can be further pulled by hand to enable the plate bodies 11 to pivot and fold relatively around the front axis and the rear axis, so that the plate bodies 11 of the table plate mechanism 1 can be folded and the storage space for storing the second embodiment is saved.
In summary, the folding table of the present invention is slidably sleeved outside the top brace 41 by the sliding component 42, and the top brace 41 is driven to pivot upwards and close to the table mechanism 1 when the table mechanism 1 pivots from the open position to the closed position, so that the folding table is more convenient and faster to operate than the conventional folding table, and the purpose of the present invention can be achieved.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art, who is within the scope of the present invention, should make equivalent substitutions or modifications according to the technical scheme of the present invention and the inventive concept thereof, and should be covered by the scope of the present invention.
