Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of noise-proof instruments, in particular to a disposable automatic inflatable noise-reducing helmet which can be used for protecting ears in a noise place.
Background
In life, there are a lot of scenes with noise which damages human ears, and in order to protect the ears, instruments such as noise-proof earmuffs and noise-proof earplugs have been developed. However, the head as a whole also conducts noise, which results in a noisy background sound being audible even with a noise-proof earmuff or noise-proof headset. In addition, the existing noise-proof earmuffs are large in size and inconvenient to carry. The anti-noise earplug is too small in volume, easy to drop and lose and also has the risk of damaging the external auditory canal of a human.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems that the existing noise reduction earmuffs are inconvenient to carry, the existing noise reduction earphones are easy to lose and damage auditory canals, and the noise bone conduction cannot be prevented.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
a disposable automatic inflatable noise reduction helmet comprises an airbag and at least one automatic inflating device, wherein the airbag is composed of a plurality of plastic airbag units; the air bag units are in polygonal structures, and each air bag unit is connected with other air bag units with the polygonal structures around; the airbag unit is provided with a plurality of layers, an airbag channel is arranged between the layers of each airbag unit, and the corresponding layers of the adjacent airbag units are communicated with each other; the automatic inflation device is arranged in an inflation unit connected with the airbag unit, and gas in the automatic inflation device enters the airbag unit from the inflation unit to swell the airbag to form the sound-insulation noise-reduction helmet; the helmet is in a hat shape and comprises helmet ear protectors covering ear parts on two sides and a helmet rear part covering the back of the head; the air bag is provided with an air release opening.
Preferably, the airbag unit has a hexagonal or pentagonal structure.
As a preferable scheme, the material of the air bag is degradable plastic, which is beneficial to environmental protection.
Preferably, the material of the air bag is selected from polylactic acid, biodegradable polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene succinate/hexanoate, polyhydroxybutyrate/valerate, polyethylene succinate, polyesteramide or polycaprolactone/mixture.
Preferably, the automatic inflation device is integrated at the end of the helmet ear protector.
Preferably, the automatic inflation device is a compressed gas cylinder, and after the compressed gas cylinder is punctured, gas enters the airbag unit through the inflation unit to form the sound-insulation noise-reduction helmet.
Preferably, the automatic inflation device is an air pump with a battery.
Furthermore, the automatic inflation device is provided with a manual inflation nozzle.
Preferably, the inflatable helmet is provided with an MP3 player and a built-in loudspeaker at the ear protection position, and the comfortable song can be played while the noise is isolated.
Furthermore, the lower parts of the two sides of the inflatable helmet are provided with buckles.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the anti-noise helmet disclosed by the invention wraps ears and a skull, so that the air conduction and bone conduction of noise are effectively reduced.
(2) The noise-proof helmet of the invention is only as big as a plastic bag when not in use (deflated), is light and thin and is convenient to carry.
(3) The noise-proof helmet is an integral whole, avoids the problem that the traditional noise-proof earplugs are lost, does not invade the auditory canal, and cannot cause damage.
(4) The anti-noise helmet integrates the music player and can play music to relax mood.

Detailed Description
The above-described scheme is further illustrated below with reference to specific examples. It should be understood that these examples are for illustrative purposes and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. All equivalent changes and modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be covered within the protection scope of the present invention. The conditions not specified in the examples are generally those in routine experiments.
A disposable automatic inflatable noise reduction helmet comprises an airbag consisting of a plurality of plastic airbag units 2 and at least one automatic inflating device 4; the airbag forms a helmet body 1.
The air bag units 2 are in polygonal structures, and each air bag unit 2 is connected with other air bag units 2 with the polygonal structures around; the air bag unit 2 is provided with a plurality of layers, air bag channels 3 are arranged among the layers of each air bag unit 2, and the corresponding layers of the adjacent air bag units 2 are communicated with each other.
The automatic inflating device 4 is arranged in an inflating unit connected with the air bag unit 2, and gas in the automatic inflating device 4 enters the air bag unit 2 from the inflating unit to swell the air bag, so that the sound-insulation noise-reduction helmet is formed; the helmet is in a hat shape and comprises helmet ear protectors covering ear parts on two sides and a helmet rear part covering the back of the head; the air bag is provided with an air release opening.
In the embodiment, the airbag unit 2 has a hexagonal or pentagonal structure.
