Referring to fig. 1 to 3B of the drawings accompanying the present specification, a cow body massaging device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is disclosed and illustrated in the following description, wherein the cow body massaging device comprises a supporting unit 10, a driving unit 20, and a brush roller 30, the driving unit 20 is mounted to the supporting unit 10, and the brush roller 30 is drivably mounted to the driving unit 20, wherein the supporting unit 10 is configured to be mounted to an attachment such as a wall or a supporting pillar of a cow pen to maintain the brush roller 30 in a use environment (cow pen). When the cattle contacts the brush roller 30 and drives the brush roller 30 to be inclined to a preset angle, the driving unit 20 can drive the brush roller 30 to rotate so that the brush roller 30 provides massage to the cattle by brushing the body of the cattle. Accordingly, when the cow body is far from the brush roller 30, the brush roller 30 has a tendency to return to an initial state (vertical state) and can eventually return to the initial state by gravity, and when the inclination angle of the brush roller 30 is smaller than a preset angle, or after the inclination angle of the brush roller 30 is smaller than a certain period of time (for example, 20s), the rotation of the brush roller 30 is stopped.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1 to 3B, the stand unit 10 includes a mounting stand 11 and a swing stand 12, the mounting stand 11 having a fixed end 101 and a connection end 102 corresponding to the fixed end 101, wherein the swing stand 12 is mounted to the connection end 102 of the mounting stand 11. The fixed end 101 of the mounting bracket 11 is provided to be capable of being mounted to an attachment such as a wall or a support pillar of a cowshed, and the mounting bracket 11 keeps the swing bracket 12 away from the attachment such as the wall or the support pillar of the cowshed, so that the cattle massage apparatus can be mounted to a use environment (cowshed).
More specifically, the mounting bracket 11 includes a mounting plate 111, a suspension arm 112 and an extension arm 113, the suspension arm 112 has a first end 1121 and a second end 1122 corresponding to the first end 1121, wherein the mounting plate 111 is disposed at the first end 1121 of the suspension arm 112 to form the fixed end 101 of the mounting bracket 11 by the mounting plate 111, and the extension arm 113 is disposed at the second end 1122 of the suspension arm 112 to form the connecting end 102 of the mounting bracket 11 by the extension arm 113.
It is worth mentioning that the shape of the mounting plate 111 of the mounting bracket 11 is not limited in the cow body massage apparatus of the present invention, for example, the mounting plate 111 may be a flat plate-shaped structure to allow the fixed end 101 of the mounting bracket 11 to be reliably fixed to the wall of a cow's pen, or the mounting plate 111 may be a circular arc-shaped structure to allow the fixed end 101 of the mounting bracket 11 to be reliably fixed to a support post of a cow's pen.
It should be noted that the manner of disposing the mounting plate 111 at the first end 1121 of the suspension arm 112 is not limited in the cattle massage apparatus of the present invention, and for example, the mounting plate 111 may be welded to the first end 1121 of the suspension arm 112, or the mounting plate 111 may be integrally formed with the suspension arm 112. Accordingly, the manner of disposing the extension arm 113 at the second end 1122 of the cantilever 112 is not limited in the cattle massage apparatus of the present invention, for example, the extension arm 113 may be welded to the second end 1122 of the cantilever 112, or the extension arm 113 may be integrally formed with the cantilever 112, or the extension arm 113 may be sleeved on the second end 1122 of the cantilever 112.
With continued reference to fig. 1 to 3B, the mounting bracket 11 includes a diagonal support member 114, wherein the diagonal support member 114 is obliquely disposed between the mounting plate 111 and the middle portion of the suspension arm 112, so that a stable triangular structure is formed among the diagonal support member 114, the mounting plate 111 and the suspension arm 112, thereby ensuring the reliability of the cattle massage apparatus. Specifically, the first end portion 1121 of the suspension arm 112 is disposed at the upper side of the mounting plate 111 such that the suspension arm 112 extends from the upper side of the mounting plate 111 to a direction away from the mounting plate 111, one end portion of the diagonal support member 114 is disposed at the lower side of the mounting plate 111, and the other end portion of the diagonal support member 114 extends to and is connected to the middle portion of the suspension arm 112, so that the diagonal support member 114, the mounting plate 111 and the suspension arm 112 form a stable triangular structure.
With continued reference to fig. 1-3B, the swing bracket 12 includes a bracket body 121, at least one upper retaining arm 122 and at least one lower retaining arm 123, wherein the upper retaining arm 122 extends upward from the bracket body 121 to be mounted to the extension arm 113 of the mounting bracket 11, and correspondingly, the lower retaining arm 123 extends downward from the bracket body 121 to be mounted to the driving unit 20, such that the swing bracket 12 retains the driving unit 20 at the lower side of the connecting end 102 of the mounting bracket 11.
Preferably, in this specific example of the cattle massage apparatus shown in fig. 1 to 3B, the upper holding arm 122 of the swing bracket 12 is rotatably mounted to the extension arm 113 of the mounting bracket 11 to form a first rotating shaft 1001 at a connection portion of the extension arm 113 of the mounting bracket 11 and the upper holding arm 122 of the swing bracket 12, so that the swing bracket 12 can be driven to rotate about the first rotating shaft 1001 with respect to the extension arm 113 of the mounting bracket 11, thereby adjusting an angle of the brush roller 30 in a use environment (cattle pen).
Specifically, the extension arm 113 includes two connecting arms 1131 and a U-shaped pivot frame 1132, wherein the two connecting arms 1131 are disposed to extend downward from the second end portion 1122 of the cantilever 112 in a mutually spaced and symmetrical manner, two sides of the U-shaped pivot frame 1132 are respectively installed on the two connecting arms 1131, and two sides of the U-shaped pivot frame 1132 respectively form a pivot arm 11321. Accordingly, the swing bracket 12 includes two upper holding arms 122, wherein the two upper holding arms 122 are disposed to extend upward from a pair of opposite sides of the bracket body 121 in a spaced and symmetrical manner to each other, and each of the upper holding arms 122 of the swing bracket 12 is rotatably mounted to each of the pivoting arms 11321 of the mounting bracket 11, respectively, such that the first rotation axis 1001 is formed at the connection point of the extension arm 113 of the mounting bracket 11 and the upper holding arm 122 of the swing bracket 12.
It should be noted that the manner of rotatably mounting each of the upper retaining arms 122 of the swing frame 12 to each of the pivoting arms 11321 of the mounting frame 11 is not limited in the bovine body massage apparatus of the present invention, for example, in the specific example of the bovine body massage apparatus shown in fig. 1 to 3B, the cradle unit 10 further includes two first bearings 13, wherein each of the upper retaining arms 122 of the swing frame 12 is mounted to each of the pivot arms 11321 of the extension arms 113 of the mounting frame 11 by each of the first bearings 13, this allows the two upper retaining arms 122 of the swing bracket 12 to be rotatably mounted to the two pivot arms 11321, respectively, of the extension arm 113 of the mounting bracket 11, thereby allowing the swing bracket 12 to be rotatably mounted to the mounting bracket 11. Alternatively, in other examples of the bovine body massage apparatus, each of the upper retaining arms 122 of the swing frame 12 may be directly rotatably mounted to both of the pivot arms 11321 of the extension arm 113 of the mounting frame 11 such that the swing frame 12 is rotatably mounted to the mounting frame 11.
With continued reference to fig. 1-3B, the drive unit 20 includes a motor support 21 and a drive motor 22 disposed on the motor support 21, wherein the motor support 21 is mounted to the lower retaining arm 123 of the swing bracket 12 and the brushroll 30 is drivably mounted to an output shaft 221 of the drive motor 22. The central axis of the brush roll 30 defines a second axis of rotation 1002, wherein the drive motor 22 is capable of driving the brush roll 30 about the second axis of rotation 1002 to allow the brush roll 30 to brush the body of a cow.
Preferably, in this specific example of the cattle massage apparatus shown in fig. 1 to 3B, the motor mount 21 is rotatably mounted to the lower holding arm 123 of the swing bracket 12 to form a third rotation axis 1003 at a connection portion of the motor mount 21 and the lower holding arm 123 of the swing bracket 12, so that the motor mount 21 can be driven to rotate about the third rotation axis 1003 with respect to the lower holding arm 123 of the swing bracket 12, thereby adjusting the angle of the brush roller 30 in a use environment (cowshed).
Specifically, the swing bracket 12 includes two of the lower holding arms 123, wherein the two lower holding arms 123 are provided to extend downward from a pair of opposite sides of the bracket main body 121 in a mutually spaced and symmetrical manner. Accordingly, the motor mount 21 includes a mount main body 211 and two mount arms 212, wherein the two mount arms 212 are provided to extend upward from a pair of opposite sides of the mount main body 211 in a spaced and symmetrical manner to each other, and the two mount arms 212 of the motor mount 21 are rotatably mounted to the two lower holding arms 123 of the swing bracket 12, respectively, such that the third rotation shaft 1003 is formed at a connecting portion of the mount arms 212 of the motor mount 21 and the lower holding arms 123 of the swing bracket 12.
Preferably, the rotation direction of the upper holding arm 122 of the swing bracket 12 with respect to the extension arm 113 of the mounting bracket 11 and the rotation direction of the holder arm 212 of the motor holder 21 with respect to the lower holding arm 123 of the swing bracket 12 are different, so that the angle of the brush roller 30 in the use environment (cowshed) is more flexible. More preferably, the rotation direction of the upper holding arm 122 of the swing bracket 12 with respect to the extension arm 113 of the mounting bracket 11 and the rotation direction of the bracket arm 212 of the motor bracket 21 with respect to the lower holding arm 123 of the swing bracket 12 are perpendicular, that is, the first rotation axis 1001 formed at the connection point of the upper holding arm 122 of the swing bracket 12 and the extension arm 113 of the mounting bracket 11 is orthogonal to the third rotation axis 1003 formed at the connection point of the bracket arm 212 of the motor bracket 21 and the lower holding arm 123 of the swing bracket 12.
Specifically, the two upper holding arms 122 of the swing bracket 12 extend upward from one pair of opposite sides of the bracket body 121 to be rotatably mounted to the two pivoting arms 11321 of the mounting bracket 11, and correspondingly, the two lower holding arms 123 of the swing bracket 12 extend downward from the other pair of opposite sides of the bracket body 121 to be rotatably mounted to the two holder arms 212 of the motor holder 21, so that the direction of rotation of the upper holding arm 122 of the swing bracket 12 with respect to the extension arm 113 of the mounting bracket 11 and the direction of rotation of the holder arm 212 of the motor holder 21 with respect to the lower holding arm 123 of the swing bracket 12 can be made perpendicular, that is, the first rotation axis 1001 formed at the connection point of the upper holding arm 122 of the swing bracket 12 and the extension arm 113 of the mounting bracket 11 and the holder arm 212 formed at the connection point of the motor holder 21 and the holder arm 212 and the swing arm 113 of the motor holder 21 The third pivot shaft 1003 at the connecting portion of the lower holding arm 123 of the movable bracket 12 is orthogonal to each other.
More specifically, the holder main body 121, the two upper holding arms 122, and the two lower holding arms 123 of the swing holder 12 are integrally formed, for example, the structural members for forming the holder main body 121, the two upper holding arms 122, and the two lower holding arms 123 of the swing holder 12 may be a stamping formed of a square-shaped intermediate member and first protruding portions extending outward from one pair of opposite sides of the intermediate portion and second protruding portions extending outward from the other pair of opposite sides of the intermediate portion, and the intermediate portion forming the holder main body 121, the two first protruding portions forming the two upper holding arms 122, and the two second protruding portions forming the two lower holding arms 123 can be formed by bending the two first protruding portions upward and the two second protruding portions downward, such that the two upper holding arms 122 extend upward from one pair of opposite sides of the holder main body 121, and two of the lower holding arms 123 extend downward from the other pair of opposite sides of the holder main body 121.
It should be noted that the manner of rotatably mounting the two support arms 212 of the motor support 21 on the two lower retaining arms 123 of the swing frame 12 is not limited in the cattle massage apparatus of the present invention, for example, in the specific example of the cattle massage apparatus shown in fig. 1 to 3B, the cattle massage apparatus further includes two second bearings 40, wherein each support arm 212 of the motor support 21 is respectively mounted on each lower retaining arm 123 of the swing frame 12 through each second bearing 40, such that the two support arms 212 of the motor support 21 are respectively rotatably mounted on each lower retaining arm 123 of the swing frame 12, and thus the motor support 21 is rotatably mounted on the swing frame 12. Alternatively, in other examples of the cow body massaging device, each of the holder arms 212 of the motor holder 21 may be directly rotatably mounted to each of the lower holding arms 123 of the swing bracket 12, such that the motor holder 21 is rotatably mounted to the swing bracket 12.
Further, the holder main body 211 of the motor holder 21 has an extended passage 2110 in which the driving motor 22 mounted to the holder main body 211 is held between the motor holder 21 and the swing bracket 12, and the output shaft 221 of the driving motor 22 is extended to the outside of the motor holder 21 through the extended passage 2110 of the holder main body 211 for mounting the brush roller 30, so that the cattle massage apparatus can hide the driving motor 22 between the motor holder 21 and the swing bracket 12 to prevent the driving motor 22 from being exposed, thereby contributing to securing reliability and stability of the cattle massage apparatus.
With continued reference to fig. 1-3B, the brush roll 30 is removably mounted to the output shaft 221 of the drive motor 22 of the drive unit 20 to allow the brush roll 30 to be replaced as needed. For example, when the cow body massage apparatus is used for a long time to cause the bristles of the brush roller 30 to be worn, the brush roller 30 may be detached from the output shaft 221 of the driving motor 22, and a new brush roller 30 may be mounted to the output shaft 221 of the driving motor 22.
Specifically, the output shaft 221 of the driving motor 22 has a first through hole 2210, the end portion of the brush roller 30 has a mounting cavity 31 and two second through holes 32 which are symmetrical to each other and are communicated with the mounting cavity 31, wherein the output shaft 221 of the driving motor 22 extends to and is held in the mounting cavity 31 of the brush roller 30, and the first through hole 2210 of the output shaft 221 of the driving motor 22 corresponds to and is communicated with the second through hole 32 of the brush roller 30. The massage apparatus for a cow body includes a holder 50, wherein the holder 50 simultaneously penetrates and holds the first through hole 2210 of the output shaft 221 of the driving motor 22 and the second through hole 32 of the brush roller 30, so that the brush roller 30 is mounted to the output shaft 221 of the driving motor 22 by the holder 50, and the driving motor 22 can drive the brush roller 30 to rotate.
It is understood that, when the brush roller 30 is detached from the output shaft 221 of the drive motor 22, firstly, the holder 50 is taken out from the first through hole 2210 of the output shaft 221 of the drive motor 22 and the second through hole 32 of the brush roller 30, and secondly, the output shaft 221 of the drive motor 22 is allowed to be disengaged from the mounting chamber 31 of the brush roller 30. When mounting the brush roll 30 to the output shaft 221 of the drive motor 22, firstly the output shaft 221 of the drive motor 22 is allowed to extend to and be held in the mounting chamber 31 of the brush roll 30 with the first through hole 2210 of the output shaft 221 of the drive motor 22 corresponding to and communicating with the second through hole 32 of the brush roll 30, and secondly the holding member 50 is allowed to penetrate into and be held in the first through hole 2210 of the output shaft 221 of the drive motor 22 and the second through hole 32 of the brush roll 30 to mount the brush roll 30 to the output shaft 221 of the drive motor 22.
With continued reference to fig. 1-3B, the driving unit 20 includes a controller 23, wherein the driving motor 22 is controllably connected to the controller 23 to control the operating state of the driving motor 22 and thus the operating state of the cattle massage apparatus via the controller 23. For example, the controller 23 is provided to control whether the driving motor 22 is rotated. Preferably, the controller 23 is configured to control the rotation direction of the driving motor 22, for example, the controller 23 is configured to control the driving motor 22 to rotate forward, or the controller 23 is configured to control the driving motor 22 to rotate backward, or the controller 23 is configured to control the driving motor 22 to rotate forward and backward alternately. It is understood that the rotation state and the rotation direction of the brush roller 30 mounted to the output shaft 221 of the driving motor 22 coincide with the rotation state and the rotation direction of the driving motor 22.
Further, the driving unit 20 includes a monitor 24, wherein the monitor 24 is communicably connected to the controller 23, wherein the monitor 24 is configured to monitor the tilting angle of the driving motor 22, and the controller 23 is configured to control the operating state of the driving motor 23 according to the monitoring result of the monitor 24. It will be appreciated that the inclination of the drive motor 22 corresponds to the inclination of the brush roll 30, so that the inclination of the brush roll 30 can be monitored by monitoring the inclination of the drive motor 22.
In a preferred example of the cattle massage apparatus of the present invention, when the monitor 24 monitors that the driving motor 22 is inclined to a preset angle, the controller 23 controls the driving motor 22 to rotate to drive the brush roller 30 to rotate, and accordingly, when the monitor 24 monitors that the inclination angle of the driving motor 22 is smaller than the preset angle, or when the monitor 24 monitors that the inclination angle of the driving motor 22 is smaller than the preset angle for a certain period of time, the controller 23 controls the driving motor 22 to stop, so that the brush roller 30 stops rotating, thereby achieving automatic massage of cattle.
Specifically, when the body of the cow touches the brush roller 30 and pushes the brush roller 30, the brush roller 30 can drive the motor support 21 to rotate around the third rotating shaft 1003 relative to the swing bracket 12 through the driving motor 22, and/or the brush roller 30 can drive the swing bracket 12 to rotate around the first rotating shaft 1001 relative to the mounting bracket 11 through the driving unit 20, and at this time, the monitor 24 can monitor whether the tilting angle of the driving motor 22 reaches a preset angle, for example, but not limited to, 15 °, if the monitor 24 monitors the tilt angle of the driving motor 22 to reach the preset angle, the controller 23 can control the driving motor 22 to drive the brush roller 30 to rotate, so that the body of the cow is massaged by the brush roller 30 in a manner of brushing the body of the cow. It is understood that when the cow body leaves the brush roller 30, the brush roller 30 is restored to the state by the rotation of the motor support 21 around the third rotation shaft 1003 relative to the swing bracket 12 by the driving motor 22 due to the principle of gravity, in one example of the cow body massage apparatus of the present invention, the controller 23 can control the driving motor 22 to stop rotating when the inclination angle of the driving motor 22 is smaller than a preset angle, and in another example of the cow body massage apparatus of the present invention, the controller 23 can control the driving motor 22 to rotate after the inclination angle of the driving motor 22 is smaller than the preset angle for a period of time (for example, 20 s).
It is to be noted that the type of the monitor 24 is not limited in the bovine body massage apparatus of the present invention as long as it can be used to monitor the inclination angle of the driving motor 22. For example, in a preferred example of the cattle massage apparatus of the present invention, the monitor 24 may be a gyroscope provided to the driving motor 22, or to the motor support 21, or to the brush roller 30, for monitoring the inclination angle of the driving motor 22. In another preferred example of the cattle massage apparatus of the invention, the monitor 24 may be a camera that monitors the inclination angle of the driving motor 22 by photographing the driving motor 22, or photographing the motor holder 21, or photographing the image of the brush roller 30.
In a specific example of the cattle body massage device using the camera of the embodiment of the monitor 24, the monitor 24 can automatically identify the age of the cattle body by taking an image of the cattle body, for example, for a cowshed, the breed of the cattle body is determined, so that the age of the cattle body can be judged and identified by obtaining the body (height, body type) of the cattle body, so that the controller 23 can control the brush roller 30 to massage the cattle body at a proper rotation speed and in a proper rotation manner according to the age of the cattle body, thereby meeting the individual requirements of the cattle body. Specifically, the controller 23 may control the brush roller 30 to massage the cow body in a slow rotation, a medium rotation, or a high rotation according to the age of the cow body, or the controller 23 may control the brush roller 30 to massage the cow body in a forward rotation, a reverse rotation, or an alternate forward and reverse rotation according to the age of the cow body.
Further, in a preferred example of the cattle massage apparatus of the invention, the monitor 24 and the controller 23 are each mounted on a circuit board 25, so as to facilitate miniaturization of the cattle massage apparatus, to facilitate communicably connecting the monitor 24 to the controller 23, and to facilitate subsequently supplying power to the monitor 24 and the controller 23 through the circuit board 25. Preferably, the driving motor 22 is electrically connected to the circuit board 25.
With continued reference to fig. 1 to 3B, the cattle massage apparatus further comprises a control switch 60, wherein the driving motor 22 is electrically connected to the control switch 60, the control switch 60 is electrically connected to an external power source and the circuit board 25, so that the external power source needs to be transmitted to the circuit board 25 through the control switch 60, and then the circuit board 25 distributes power to the driving motor 22, the controller 23 and the monitor 24, so as to perform the operation after the cattle massage apparatus needs to be shut down for maintenance and cleaning, or the control switch 60 is powered off in case of emergency, thereby ensuring safety.
It is to be noted that although fig. 1 to 3B show an example in which the bovine body massage apparatus has the first rotating shaft 1001 and the third rotating shaft 1003, that is, the upper holder arm 122 of the swing bracket 12 of the bovine body massage apparatus is rotatably mounted to the pivoting arm 11321 of the mounting bracket 11, and the holder arm 212 of the motor holder 21 is rotatably mounted to the lower holder arm 123 of the swing bracket 12, it is understood that in a modified example of the bovine body massage apparatus of the present invention, the bovine body massage apparatus may also rotatably mount the upper holder arm 122 of the swing bracket 12 to the pivoting arm 11321 of the mounting bracket 11, and fixedly mount the holder arm 212 of the motor holder 21 to the lower holder arm 123 of the swing bracket 12, in another modified example of the cattle massage apparatus of the invention, the cattle massage apparatus may also fixedly mount the upper holding arm 122 of the swing frame 12 to the pivoting arm 11321 of the mounting frame 11, and rotatably mount the base arm 212 of the motor base 21 to the lower holding arm 123 of the swing frame 12.
Fig. 4 to 8 show a process in which a cow is massaged using the cow body massaging device of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 4, the cow body massage apparatus is maintained in a use environment (cowshed) in such a manner that the mounting plate 111 of the mounting bracket 11 is mounted to the wall of the cowshed, wherein the brush roller 30 of the cow body massage apparatus is spaced apart from the wall of the cowshed to avoid touching the wall during a subsequent massage process.
Referring to fig. 5, when the brush roller 30 is pushed by the buttocks of the cow, the brush roller 30 can drive the motor support 21 to rotate around the third rotation axis 1003 relative to the swing bracket 12 and drive the swing bracket 12 to rotate around the first rotation axis 1001 relative to the mounting bracket 11 through the driving motor 22, at this time, the monitor 24 monitors that the inclination angle of the driving motor 22 reaches a preset angle and then sends the monitoring result to the controller 23, and the controller 23 can control the driving motor 22 to rotate to drive the brush roller 30 to rotate around the second rotation axis 1002, so that the brush roller 30 massages the cow body in a manner of brushing the body of the cow.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the brush roller 30 may massage from the hip to the back along the body of the cow as the cow moves, and the inclined angle of the brush roller 30 may be automatically changed as the body part of the cow is changed to automatically massage each possible part of the cow. It is understood that in some specific locations, the driving motor 22 can also realize the positive and negative alternate rotation of the brush roller 30 by the positive and negative alternate rotation, so as to provide better massage effect for the cattle.
Referring to fig. 8, when the cow body leaves the brush roller 30, the brush roller 30 may be automatically restored to the vertical state by gravity, and in one example, the driving motor 22 may be controlled to stop rotating when the inclined angle of the brush roller 30 is smaller than a preset angle, such that the brush roller 30 stops rotating when the driving motor 22 stops rotating, and in another example, the driving motor 22 may be controlled to stop rotating after the inclined angle of the brush roller 30 is smaller than the preset angle for a certain period of time (e.g., 20s), such that the brush roller 30 stops rotating when the driving motor 22 stops rotating.
According to another aspect of the present invention, the present invention further provides a method for massaging a bovine body, wherein the method for massaging a bovine body comprises the steps of:
(a) mounting the swing bracket 12 at the lower side of the connecting end of the mounting bracket 11;
