Fig. 2 is a view of the beauty treatment apparatus 1 viewed from the contact portion 10 side. The contact portion 10 is an example of the contact portion of the present invention. In the present embodiment, the contact portion 10 contains silver powder as a conductor. The conductor included in the contact portion 10 is not limited to silver, and may be carbon black, gold-plated silica, graphite, or the like that imparts conductivity to silicone. The contact portion 10 may be configured as a powder containing titanium dioxide in addition to silver. The contact portion 10 is not limited to silicone having conductivity, and may be a material other than silicone as long as it is a material having conductivity and elasticity. For example, the contact portion 10 may be a conductive rubber having conductivity among rubbers of synthetic resins as elastomers, or may be an elastomer of synthetic resins having elasticity and conductivity. The contact portion 10 may be formed of a conductive synthetic resin, for example, a conductive plastic, and may not have elasticity. The contact portion 10 has a circular flat area 12, and the area 12 has a plurality of protrusions 11 of a predetermined length. The plurality of protrusions 11 are cylindrical, flexible and deformable, and serve as electrodes for extracting ions from the skin. In the present embodiment, the tip of the protrusion 11 has a hemispherical shape. The plurality of protrusions 11 may be arranged in a matrix, or may be arranged concentrically.
Fig. 3 is a block diagram showing an electrical configuration of the cosmetic apparatus 1. The motor 103 is a motor for rotating the inner blade of the electric shaver portion 20. The motor 103 is connected to the electric shaver portion 20, and rotates an inner blade of the electric shaver portion 20. The output portion 102 is connected to the contact portion 10 and the metal case 50. The output unit 102 outputs an electric signal for extracting ions by using the contact unit 10 as a negative electrode and the case 50 as a positive electrode. The output unit 102 is an example of the output unit of the present invention.
The control unit 101 is, for example, a microcomputer. The control unit 101 controls each unit according to the operated button 40. When the button 40 is operated to turn on the electric shaver function, the control unit 101 drives the motor 103 to rotate the inner blade of the electric shaver unit 20, and when the button 40 is operated to turn off the electric shaver function, the control unit 101 stops the driving of the motor 103 to stop the rotation of the inner blade of the electric shaver unit 20. Further, when the button 40 is operated to turn on the function of ion extraction, the control unit 101 outputs an electric signal for ion extraction using the contact portion 10 and the case 50 as electrodes, and when the button 40 is operated to turn off the function of ion extraction, the control unit 101 stops the output of the electric signal for ion extraction. The control unit 101 controls the display unit 30 to display the state of the secondary battery, icons of functions to be turned on, and the like on the display unit 30.
In the case of using the function of ion extraction, the user holds the housing 50 and abuts the plurality of protrusions 11 against the skin. When an electric signal for ion extraction is output to the skin via each of the plurality of protrusions 11, old keratin, cosmetic pigment, and the like are attracted to the protrusions 11, and the skin is cleaned.
[ modified examples ]
The embodiments of the present invention have been described above, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments and can be implemented in other various forms. For example, the present invention may be implemented by modifying the above-described embodiment as follows. The above embodiment and the following modifications may be combined.
In the above embodiment, the cosmetic device 1 conducts ions by using the conductive contact portion 10 as a negative electrode and the metal case 50 as a positive electrode, but may conduct ions by using the conductive contact portion 10 as a positive electrode and the metal case 50 as a negative electrode. In the present invention, the following may be provided: when an electric signal for ion derivation is output, the mode in which the contact portion 10 is the negative electrode and the metal case 50 is the positive electrode and the mode in which the contact portion 10 is the negative electrode and the metal case 50 is the positive electrode can be switched by operating the button 40.
In the above embodiment, the shape of the region 12 in which the plurality of protrusions 11 are provided is circular, but is not limited to circular, and may be other shapes such as rectangular, polygonal, and elliptical shapes.
In the present invention, the length of the plurality of protrusions 11 may be different from the length of the periphery of the region 12. For example, the length of the protrusion 11 may be shorter from the center of the region 12 toward the peripheral edge, or the length of the protrusion 11 may be longer from the center of the region 12 toward the peripheral edge.
In the above embodiment, the tip of the protrusion 11 has a hemispherical shape, but the shape is not limited to the hemispherical shape, and for example, the tip of the protrusion 11 may have a spherical shape or a flat surface.
In the present invention, the cosmetic device 1 may be configured to have a vibration motor in addition to the motor 103. In the case where the cosmetic device 1 is configured to have a vibration motor, the control unit 101 may drive the vibration motor to vibrate the protrusion 11 while outputting an electric signal for ion extraction. The vibration motor is an example of the vibration unit of the present invention.
In the above embodiment, the electric shaver unit 20 may be detachably attached, or other components may be detachably attached. For example, instead of the electric shaver unit 20, an attachment having a wash brush may be attached and rotated by the motor 103.
In the present invention, the output unit 102 may be configured to switch at least one of the frequency, amplitude, and waveform of the output electric signal in accordance with an operation of the button 40.
In the above embodiment, the case 50 is made of metal, but in the present invention, the case 50 may be made of synthetic resin, and a metal electrode may be provided as an electrode for ion extraction in a part of the case 50.
In the above embodiment, the cosmetic device 1 has the electric shaver unit 20, but may have a structure without the electric shaver unit 20.
Fig. 4 is a diagram showing an external appearance of a cosmetic device 1A of a modification. The beauty treatment apparatus 1A is different from the beauty treatment apparatus 1A in that it does not have the function of an electric shaver. The cosmetic device 1A includes a button 41, a case 50A, and a contact portion 10A formed of silicone rubber, which is an example of a synthetic resin having conductivity and elasticity. The button 41 is a button for switching on/off of ion extraction. The housing 50A is constituted by a first housing 501 and a second housing 502. The first housing 501 is made of synthetic resin and contains a secondary battery as a power source, an electric circuit for realizing an ion extraction function, and the like. The second case 502 is made of metal and also functions as an electrode for ion extraction.
The contact portion 10A has a plurality of protrusions 11, similar to the contact portion 10. The contact portion 10A has a tear-shaped configuration in which the tip is tapered when viewed from above, and a plurality of protrusions 11 are arranged. When a cross section obtained by cutting the contact portion 10A in the vertical direction is viewed, as shown in fig. 8, the contact portion 10A is formed in a downwardly concave shape, and if an imaginary plane connecting the distal ends of all the protrusions 11 is assumed, the imaginary plane is formed in a downwardly concave shape. In the contact portion 10A, the number of the protrusions 11 is reduced toward the tip of the teardrop shape, and therefore, the protrusions 11 are easily brought into contact with, for example, a nose portion or the like. Further, the contact portion 10A is concave when viewed from the distal end side of the protrusion portion 11, and is therefore suitable for a human body with many curved surfaces. The protrusion 11 of the contact portion 10A may be formed in a shape that is thin and long at the tip portion of the teardrop shape, and may be formed in a shape that is thicker than the tip portion around the tip portion by the same length as the tip portion. The projection 11 of the contact portion 10A may be formed in a shape shorter than the tip portion at the rear end portion of the tear shape by the same thickness as the tip portion, and may be formed to have a longer length without changing the thickness from the rear end portion toward the periphery of the tip portion. The contact portion 10A may have a shape with a tapered tip, and may have another shape such as an oval shape, a diamond shape, a triangular shape, a star shape, a polygonal shape, or an elliptical shape, which is formed so that the tip is tapered when viewed from above, instead of the tear shape. In the cosmetic devices 1 and 1A, the protrusion 11 has a cylindrical shape, but may have a hemispherical shape. In addition, the contact portions 10 and 10A may have the following configurations: instead of the protrusions 11, a plurality of depressions are provided, and portions other than the depressions are in contact with the skin.
In addition, in the projection 11, in order to improve the effect of ion extraction, it is preferable that the diameter of the projection 11 be increased to increase the area of the tip of the projection 11. The thicker the diameter of the protrusion 11, the larger the contact area with the skin, and the higher the ion extraction effect.
Fig. 5 is a diagram showing an external appearance of a cosmetic device 1B of a modification. The skin-contact portion of the cosmetic device 1B is different from the cosmetic device 1A. The cosmetic device 1B includes a button 41, a case 50A, and a contact portion 10B formed of silicone rubber, which is an example of a synthetic resin having conductivity and elasticity. The contact portion 10B has a plurality of projections 13 having an annular teardrop shape when viewed from above. The upper end of the projection 13 has a predetermined width and a rectangular cross section. The convex portion 13 is an example of the protrusion of the present invention. In the contact portion 10B, since the convex portion 13 has an annular tear shape, the convex portion 13 is easily brought into contact with, for example, a nose portion or the like. In the contact portion 10B, the skin is cleaned by the contact of the corners of the convex portions 13 with the skin. The cross section of the projection 13 is not limited to a rectangle, and may be a semicircle.
Fig. 6 is a diagram showing an external appearance of a cosmetic device 1C of a modification. The skin-contact portion of the cosmetic device 1C is different from the cosmetic device 1A. The cosmetic device 1C includes a button 41, a case 50A, and a contact portion 10C formed of silicone rubber, which is an example of a synthetic resin having conductivity and elasticity. The surface of the contact portion 10C that contacts the skin is wavy. The portion that is convex in the wave shape is an example of the protrusion of the present invention. In the contact portion 10C, the wavy unevenness comes into contact with the skin, thereby cleaning the skin.
Further, the contact portion may be configured by combining a protrusion and a convex portion. Fig. 7 is a view showing the external appearance of the cosmetic device 1D having a contact portion in which a protrusion and a convex portion are combined. The skin-contact portion of the cosmetic device 1D is different from the cosmetic device 1A. The cosmetic device 1D includes a button 41, a case 50A, and a contact portion 10D formed of silicone rubber, which is an example of a synthetic resin having conductivity and elasticity. The contact portion 11D has a projection 11 in a predetermined range from the tip of the tear shape, and the portion other than the projection 11 has the same wave shape as the contact portion 11C. In the contact portion 10D, ion extraction can be performed in the nose wing portion at the protrusion portion 11, and ion extraction can be performed over a wide range in the wavy portion.
In the present invention, heaters for heating the contact portions 10, 10A, 10B, and 10C may be provided. Fig. 8 is a view showing a cross section of the beauty apparatus 1A having a heater, and is a view showing a cross section obtained by cutting the beauty apparatus 1A in a vertical direction. A conductive portion 61 made of conductive metal or resin is provided on the lower surface side of the contact portion 10A, and a heater 60 in contact with the contact portion 10A is provided between the conductive portion 61 and the contact portion 10A. The conductive portion 61 is electrically connected to the control portion 101 and the heater 60. When the control section 101 outputs an electric signal, the output electric signal is supplied to the heater 60 via the conductive section 61, and the temperature of the heater 60 rises. In the cosmetic device 1B, the heater 60 may be disposed on the lower surface side of the contact portion 10B, and in the cosmetic device 1C, the heater 60 may be disposed on the lower surface side of the contact portion 10C. In the contact portion 10, the heater 60 may be disposed on the side opposite to the side on which the protrusion 11 is formed. When the heater 60 for heating the contact portions 10, 10A, 10B, and 10C is provided, for example, the tips of the protruding portion 11 and the convex portion 13 are preferably set to 40 ℃. In the case of the structure in which the contact portions 10, 10A, 10B, and 10C are heated, pores are opened by warming the skin, and dirt on the stratum corneum and the skin easily floats.
The structure for heating the skin in contact with the contact portions 10, 10A, 10B, and 10C is not limited to the structure using the heater, and may be another structure. For example, a circuit that outputs an alternating voltage of radio waves is provided in the device, so that the alternating voltage of radio waves is applied to the contact portions 10, 10A, 10B, 10C. When radio waves are applied to the contact portions 10, 10A, 10B, 10C, high-frequency current flows on the skin so that the skin is warmed.
In the above modification, the whole of the cosmetic apparatus 1 is vibrated by the vibration motor, but the contact portions 10A, 10B, and 10C may be vibrated without vibrating the whole. Fig. 9 and 10 are views showing a cross section of the beauty apparatus 1A having a structure to vibrate the contact portion 10A. Fig. 9 is a view of the upper side when the beauty treatment apparatus 1A is cut in the horizontal direction, and fig. 10 is a cross-sectional view when the beauty treatment apparatus 1A is cut in the vertical direction, as viewed from below toward above.
A motor 103A is disposed in the housing 50A, and an eccentric shaft 73 is attached to a rotary shaft 71 of the motor 103A. A shaft 72 is attached to the eccentric shaft 73 at a position offset from the rotary shaft 71. A rubber holder 74 having three arms in a tripod shape is attached to the shaft 72. Supported portions 14 protruding downward from the contact portion 10A are attached to the tip end portions of the three arms of the rubber holder 74.
When ion extraction is turned on by the button 41, the motor 103A is also turned on, and the rotary shaft 71 is rotated. When the rotation shaft 71 rotates, the eccentric shaft 73 and the shaft 72 rotate about the rotation shaft 71 as the rotation shaft 71 rotates, and the rubber holder 74 rotates as the shaft 72 rotates. Since the supported portion 14 of the contact portion 10A is attached to the rubber holder 74, when the rubber holder 74 rotates, the contact portion 10A vibrates via the supported portion 14. In the cosmetic devices 1B and 1C, the contact portions 10B and 10C may be vibrated with the same configuration as the above-described modification.
In the present invention, the electric signal for ion derivation is preferably made to be a pulse wave having a frequency in any range from 10Hz to 1.5 kHz. When the resistivity of the contact portion 10(10A, 10B, 10C) is in the range of 100 Ω · cm to 200 Ω · cm, the duty ratio of the pulse wave is preferably 50% to 80%.
In the present invention, a light source for irradiating light to the skin may be disposed around the contact portions 10A, 10B, and 10C. As the light source, for example, an LED is used. The LED may be, for example, an LED that outputs blue light having a peak wavelength of 465 nm. This blue light is well absorbed by hemoglobin and is therefore effective for red face or erythema. The color can increase lymph drainage and blood circulation. Further, the effect of relieving stress or tension can be obtained.
The LED of the light source may be an LED that outputs green light having a peak wavelength of 522nm, for example. Since the skin permeability of the green light is higher than that of the blue light, the green light is absorbed by hemoglobin in the deep dermis, and is effective for erythema in the deep dermis. The product can be used for improving dry skin, and removing speckle caused by sebum or pigmentation. In addition, a relaxing effect of the body and mind can be obtained.
The LED of the light source may be an LED that outputs yellow light having a peak wavelength of 592nm, for example. The yellow light has higher skin penetration than the red light and the orange light, and is effective for spots on the skin surface. In addition, the color is also suitable for improving aged skin and problem skin.
The LED of the light source may be an LED that outputs orange light having a peak wavelength of 609nm, for example. This orange light is absorbed by melanin/hemoglobin and is thus effective against brown speckles. In addition, the coloring effect is important in improving oily skin or acne skin and optimizing metabolic function.
The LED of the light source may be an LED that outputs red light having a peak wavelength of 641nm, for example. The red light has high skin penetration and is effective for deep spots in the skin by reacting with melanin pigment in the deep part of the skin. In addition, the red coloring effect is also suitable for improving reddish skin, and the effect of promoting blood circulation can be obtained. In addition, it is also suitable for so-called slimming care.
The LED of the light source may be an LED that outputs infrared light having peak wavelengths of 870nm and 940nm, for example. This infrared light reacts with moisture, melanin, and hemoglobin in the deep dermis, and is effective for increasing collagen. In detail, it has an activating effect on fibroblasts, and thus can efficiently produce new collagen. In addition, the light source may be configured to output a plurality of lights by a configuration including two or more LEDs.
