Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to communication technologies, and in particular, to a communication processing method and a communication processing apparatus.
Background
In a mobile communication system, it is ensured that the service quality can provide a good service experience for a user, and after a terminal device establishes a connection with a network in a certain cell, the terminal device still needs to measure the signal quality of the serving cell and the neighboring cells currently serving the terminal device, so that the terminal device can select a more appropriate serving cell to meet the mobility requirement.
The moving path of the terminal device (such as an unmanned aerial vehicle or an unmanned vehicle) is relatively fixed. In the moving process, the terminal device may detect signal quality of other cells (for example, cell 1) around the current serving cell, and when the terminal device detects that the signal quality of the cell 1 is better than that of the current serving cell, the terminal device reports a measurement report to the base station of the current serving cell, and then the terminal device may receive a first handover instruction sent by the base station of the current serving cell, and may handover from the current serving cell to the cell 1 according to the first handover instruction. When the terminal device detects that the signal quality of the cell 2 is better than that of the cell 1 within the short duration of switching to the cell 1, the terminal device sends a measurement report to the base station of the cell 1, and then the terminal device may receive a second switching instruction sent by the base station of the cell 1 and switch from the cell 1 to the cell 2 according to the second switching instruction.
According to the scheme, the terminal equipment detects the signal quality of surrounding cells at intervals in the moving process of the terminal equipment. When the signal quality of the surrounding cell is found to be better than the signal quality of the current serving cell, the terminal device switches from the current serving cell to the surrounding cell. Therefore, in the moving process of the terminal device, the terminal device may frequently switch between cells, but the number of switching times is large, which may cause large signaling overhead and waste of air interface resources.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the application provides a communication processing method and a communication processing device, which are used for avoiding or reducing some unnecessary switching of terminal equipment between cells, reducing switching times, and reducing signaling overhead and waste of air interface resources.
A first aspect of an embodiment of the present application provides a communication processing method, including:
the method comprises the steps that a terminal device obtains a path site information set, wherein the path site information set comprises information of at least one access network device which provides service for the terminal device on a moving path of the terminal device; then, the terminal equipment detects surrounding cells and determines that the signal quality value of a target cell is larger than that of the cell which provides service for the terminal equipment at present; when the first access network device corresponding to the target cell does not belong to the access network device included in the path site information set, the terminal device keeps connected with the cell currently providing service for the terminal device.
In this embodiment, the terminal device determines, by combining with the path site information set, whether the target cell is a site on the moving path of the terminal device, and when the target cell does not belong to the site on the moving path, the terminal device may keep a cell currently serving the terminal device, and does not perform a handover operation, thereby avoiding or reducing some unnecessary handovers of the terminal device between cells, reducing the number of handovers, and reducing signaling overhead and waste of air interface resources.
In one possible implementation, the maintaining, by the terminal device, a connection with a cell currently serving the terminal device includes: when a preset condition is met, the terminal equipment keeps being connected with a cell which provides service for the terminal equipment at present; the preset conditions include: the terminal equipment sends a measurement report of the target cell to second access network equipment corresponding to the cell which provides service for the terminal equipment currently, and the terminal equipment does not receive a switching instruction sent by the second access network equipment; or, the terminal device determines that the cell currently serving the terminal device meets the service requirement of the terminal device and the terminal device does not send the measurement report of the target cell to the second access network device. In this possible implementation manner, when the terminal device meets the preset condition, the terminal device may further keep connecting with the cell currently providing the service for the terminal device, for example, when the terminal device determines that the cell currently providing the service for the terminal device meets the service requirement of the terminal device and the terminal device does not send the measurement report of the target cell to the second access network device, or when the terminal device does not receive the handover instruction sent by the second access network device, the terminal device does not execute the handover procedure. The possible implementation manner further determines whether the terminal device needs to be switched to the target cell according to whether the cell actually currently providing service for the terminal device can meet the service requirement of the terminal device, so as to further determine a necessary switching process and an unnecessary switching process, and perform switching operation more accurately.
In another possible implementation manner, the determining, by the terminal device, that the cell currently providing service for the terminal device satisfies the service requirement of the terminal device includes: the terminal device receives a Reference Signal Receiving Power (RSRP) value of a reference signal from a second access network device corresponding to a cell currently serving the terminal device, where the RSRP value is smaller than a first preset threshold; or the terminal device receives the average value of the time delay or the average value of the packet loss rate of the data packet from the second access network device within the preset time length, wherein the average value of the time delay or the average value of the packet loss rate is smaller than a second preset threshold value. In the possible implementation manner, two manners of determining that the cell currently providing service for the terminal device meets the service requirement of the terminal device are provided, so that the realizability of the scheme is improved.
In another possible implementation manner, the sending, by the terminal device, the measurement report of the target cell to the second access network device includes: the terminal equipment marks the target cell as a non-priority cell to be switched in the measurement report, and sends the marked measurement report to the second access network equipment. In this possible implementation manner, the terminal device marks the target cell in the measurement report, so that the second access network device may determine that the target cell is a non-priority cell to be switched according to the mark, and thus the second access network device may not send a switching instruction to the terminal device, so that the terminal device does not perform a switching operation, thereby reducing unnecessary switching operations and reducing signaling overhead and waste of air interface resources.
In another possible implementation manner, when the first access network device belongs to the access network device included in the path site information set, the method further includes: the terminal equipment sends the measurement report of the target cell to the second access network equipment; the terminal equipment receives a switching instruction sent by the second access network equipment; and the terminal equipment is switched to the target cell from the cell which provides service for the terminal equipment at present according to the switching instruction. In this possible implementation manner, if the first access network device corresponding to the target cell is a station on the moving path of the terminal device, the terminal device may send a measurement report to the second access network device, and the second access network device may send a handover instruction to the terminal device according to the measurement report, so that the terminal device is handed over from the cell currently serving the terminal device to the target cell.
In another possible implementation, the target cell includes a first cell and a second cell; the sending, by the terminal device, the measurement report of the target cell to the second access network device includes: the terminal device determining that the signal quality value of the first cell is greater than the signal quality value of the second cell; the terminal device sends a measurement report of the first cell to the second access network device. In this possible implementation manner, when there are multiple target cells, the terminal device may select a first cell with a larger signal quality value, and send a measurement report of the first cell to the second access network device, so that the terminal device may be switched to the first cell during subsequent switching, thereby better satisfying the mobility requirement of the terminal device.
In another possible implementation, the target cell includes a first cell and a second cell; the sending, by the terminal device, the measurement report of the target cell to the second access network device includes: firstly, the terminal equipment determines that the range covered by the first cell on the moving path is larger than the range covered by the second cell on the moving path; the terminal device then sends a measurement report for the first cell to the second access network device. In this possible implementation manner, when there are multiple target cells, the terminal device may select a first cell with a large coverage area on the moving path, and send a measurement report of the first cell to the second access network device, so that the terminal device may switch to the first cell during subsequent handover, thereby better satisfying the mobility requirement of the terminal device.
In another possible implementation manner, the path site information set includes an identifier of the at least one access network device; the first access network device corresponding to the target cell does not belong to the access network device included in the path site information set, and the first access network device includes: the identifier of the at least one access network device does not include the identifier of the first access network device corresponding to the target cell. In this possible implementation manner, when planning a station on a moving path of the terminal device, the station through which the moving path passes may be planned with the access network device as a granularity.
In another possible implementation manner, the path site information set includes an identifier of at least one cell that provides a service for the terminal device, where the identifier of the at least one cell carries an identifier of the at least one access network device; the first access network device corresponding to the target cell does not belong to the access network device included in the path site information set, and the first access network device includes: the identity of the at least one cell does not include the identity of the target cell. In this possible implementation manner, when planning a station on a moving path of the terminal device, the station through which the moving path passes may be planned with a cell as a granularity.
A second aspect of the present application provides a communication processing method, including:
the second access network equipment receives a measurement report of a target cell sent by the terminal equipment; the second access network equipment judges whether the target cell is a cell to be switched preferentially or not according to the measurement report; if not, the second access network device does not send a switching instruction to the terminal device. In this possible implementation manner, the second access network device may determine whether the target cell is a cell to be preferentially switched according to the measurement report of the target cell, and when the target cell is not the cell to be preferentially switched, the second access network device does not send a switching instruction to the terminal device, so that the terminal device may be prevented from performing a switching operation, switching times may be reduced, and signaling overhead and waste of air interface resources may be reduced.
In a possible implementation manner, the second access network device not sending the handover instruction to the terminal device includes: when the cell currently serving the terminal device meets the service requirement of the terminal device, the second access network device does not send a switching instruction to the terminal device.
In another possible implementation manner, if the target cell is a cell to be preferentially switched, the method further includes: and the second access network equipment sends the switching instruction to the terminal equipment, wherein the switching instruction is used for indicating the terminal equipment to be switched to the target cell from the cell which provides service for the terminal equipment at present. In this possible implementation manner, when the target cell is the cell to be preferentially switched, the second access network device sends the switching instruction to the terminal device, and then the terminal device may switch from the cell currently providing the service for the terminal device to the target cell according to the switching instruction.
In another possible implementation manner, the determining, by the second access network device, whether the target cell is a cell to be preferentially switched according to the measurement report includes: the second access network equipment judges whether the measurement report carries a mark of the target cell; if yes, the second access network equipment determines the target cell as a cell to be switched preferentially; if not, the second access network equipment determines that the target cell is the non-priority cell to be switched. In this possible implementation manner, when the measurement report carries the flag, the second access network device may determine that the target cell is the cell to be preferentially switched, and a specific manner for determining whether the target cell is the cell to be preferentially switched according to the measurement report by the second access network device is provided.
In another possible implementation manner, the determining, by the second access network device, whether the target cell is a cell to be preferentially switched according to the measurement report includes: the second access network equipment judges whether the mark of the target cell carried in the measurement report is a preset mark of a cell to be switched preferentially; if yes, the second access network equipment determines the target cell as a cell to be switched preferentially; if not, the second access network equipment determines that the target cell is the non-priority cell to be switched. In this possible implementation manner, another specific manner is provided for the second access network device to determine whether the target cell is the cell to be preferentially switched according to the measurement report.
In another possible implementation manner, the meeting the service requirement of the terminal device by the cell currently serving the terminal device includes: and the absolute value of the reference signal sending power value of the reference signal sent by the second access network equipment to the terminal equipment is smaller than a first preset threshold value. In this possible implementation manner, a specific manner is provided for determining, by the second access network device, whether the cell currently serving the terminal device meets the service requirement of the terminal device.
In another possible implementation manner, the meeting the service requirement of the terminal device by the cell currently serving the terminal device includes: and the average value of the time delay or the average value of the packet loss rate of the data packet sent to the terminal equipment by the second access network equipment within the preset time length is smaller than a second preset threshold value. In this possible implementation manner, another specific manner for the second access network device to determine whether the cell currently serving the terminal device meets the service requirement of the terminal device is provided.
A third aspect of the embodiments of the present application provides a communication processing method, including:
the method comprises the steps that a terminal device obtains a path site information set, wherein the path site information set comprises information of at least one access network device which provides service for the terminal device on a moving path of the terminal device; then, the terminal equipment determines a target cell, and the signal quality value of the target cell is larger than that of a cell which provides service for the terminal equipment at present; when the first access network device corresponding to the target cell belongs to the access network device included in the path site information set, the terminal device sends a measurement report of the target cell to a second access network device corresponding to a cell currently providing service for the terminal device; the terminal equipment receives a switching instruction sent by the second access network equipment; and the terminal equipment is switched to the target cell from the cell which provides service for the terminal equipment at present according to the switching instruction. In this embodiment, the terminal device determines, by combining with the path site information set, whether the target cell is a site on a moving path of the terminal device, and when the target cell belongs to the site on the moving path, the terminal device sends a measurement report of the target cell to a second access network device corresponding to a cell currently serving the terminal device; and then the terminal equipment receives the switching instruction sent by the second access network equipment and switches from the cell which currently provides service for the terminal equipment to the target cell according to the switching instruction, thereby avoiding or reducing some unnecessary switching of the terminal equipment between the cells, reducing the switching times and reducing the signaling overhead and the waste of air interface resources.
In one possible implementation, the target cell includes a first cell and a second cell; the sending, by the terminal device, the measurement report of the target cell to the second access network device includes: the terminal device determining that the signal quality value of the first cell is greater than the signal quality value of the second cell; the terminal device sends a measurement report of the first cell to the second access network device.
In another possible implementation, the target cell includes a first cell and a second cell; the sending, by the terminal device, the measurement report of the target cell to the second access network device includes: the terminal equipment determines that the range covered by the first cell on the moving path is larger than the range covered by the second cell on the moving path; the terminal device sends a measurement report of the first cell to the second access network device.
In another possible implementation manner, the sending, by the terminal device, the measurement report of the target cell to the second access network device includes: the terminal equipment marks the target cell as a cell to be switched preferentially in the measurement report, and sends the marked measurement report to the second access network equipment. In this possible implementation manner, the terminal device may mark the target cell as the cell to be switched preferentially in the measurement report of the target cell, so that the second access network device may send a switching instruction to the terminal device according to the measurement report, so that the terminal device is switched from the cell currently serving the terminal device to the target cell according to the switching instruction.
In another possible implementation manner, when the first access network device does not belong to the access network device included in the path site information set, the method further includes: the terminal device sends the measurement report to the second access network device; or, the terminal device marks the target cell as a non-priority cell to be switched in the measurement report, and sends the marked measurement report to the second access network device. In this possible implementation manner, if the first access network device does not belong to the access network device included in the path site information set, the terminal device may mark the target cell as a non-priority cell to be switched in the measurement report, or directly send the measurement report to the second access network device, that is, the target cell is set as the non-priority cell to be switched in a default manner under the condition of no mark, so that the second access network device may determine that the target cell is the non-priority cell to be switched, and then does not send a switching instruction to the terminal device, thereby avoiding or reducing the switching operation performed by the terminal device, reducing the switching times, and reducing the signaling overhead and the waste of air interface resources.
In another possible implementation manner, when the first access network device corresponding to the target cell does not belong to the access network device included in the path site information set, the method further includes: the terminal equipment judges whether a cell which provides service for the terminal equipment currently meets the service requirement of the terminal equipment; if yes, the terminal device does not send the measurement report of the target cell to the second access network device. In this possible implementation manner, if the first access network device does not belong to the access network device included in the path site information set, the terminal device may determine whether the cell currently serving the terminal device can meet the service requirement of the terminal device, and if so, the terminal device does not send the measurement report of the target cell to the second access network device, thereby avoiding or reducing the switching operation performed by the terminal device, reducing the switching times, and reducing the signaling overhead and the waste of air interface resources.
In another possible implementation manner, when the cell currently serving the terminal device does not meet the service requirement of the terminal device, the method further includes: the terminal device sends the measurement report to the second access network device; the terminal equipment receives the switching instruction sent by the second access network equipment; and the terminal equipment is switched to the target cell from the cell which provides service for the terminal equipment at present according to the switching instruction. In this possible implementation manner, if the cell currently serving the terminal device cannot meet the service requirement of the terminal device, the terminal device may send a measurement report to the second access network device, and then the terminal device may receive a handover instruction sent by the second access network device and execute a corresponding handover operation, that is, in the case of ensuring the mobility requirement of the terminal device, the handover procedure of the terminal device is avoided or reduced as much as possible, so as to reduce signaling overhead and waste of air interface resources.
In another possible implementation manner, the step of the cell currently serving the terminal device not meeting the service requirement of the terminal device includes: the terminal equipment determines that the absolute value of the RSRP value of the reference signal received from the second access network equipment is smaller than a second preset threshold value; or, the terminal device determines that the average value of the delay or the average value of the packet loss rate of the data packets received from the second access network device within the preset time length is smaller than a third preset threshold.
In another possible implementation manner, the path site information set includes an identifier of the at least one access network device; the first access network device corresponding to the target cell belongs to the access network device included in the path site information set, and the access network device includes: the identifier of the at least one access network device includes an identifier of a first access network device corresponding to the target cell. In this possible implementation manner, when planning a station on a moving path of the terminal device, the station through which the moving path passes may be planned with the access network device as a granularity.

In a possible implementation manner, if the second access network device determines that the target cell is a non-priority cell to be handed over, the method further includes: the second access network equipment judges whether the cell which provides service for the terminal equipment currently meets the service requirement of the terminal equipment; if so, the second access network equipment does not send the switching instruction to the terminal equipment; if not, the second access network equipment sends the switching instruction to the terminal equipment. In this possible implementation manner, if the target cell is a non-priority cell to be switched, the second access network device may determine whether the cell that provides service for the terminal device can meet the service requirement of the terminal device, if so, the second access network device may send the switching instruction to the terminal device, and if not, the second access network device does not send the switching instruction to the terminal device, thereby avoiding or reducing some unnecessary switching operations of the terminal device, reducing the switching times, and reducing signaling overhead and waste of air interface resources.

Detailed Description
The embodiment of the application provides a communication processing method and a communication processing device, which are used for avoiding or reducing some unnecessary switching of terminal equipment between cells, reducing switching times, and reducing signaling overhead and waste of air interface resources.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario of a communication processing method according to an embodiment of the present application. The moving path of the terminal device (e.g., an unmanned aerial vehicle or an unmanned vehicle) is relatively fixed, and as shown in fig. 1, the moving path of the terminal device is a distance from point a to point B.
When the terminal device is at point a, the cell serving the terminal device is the serving cell of the base station 1, and during the moving process, the terminal device may detect the signal quality of the surrounding cells. For example, when the terminal device moves to point C and the terminal device detects that the signal quality of the cell corresponding to the base station 2 is relative to the signal quality of the cell currently providing service for the terminal device, the terminal device switches from the current serving cell to the serving cell corresponding to the base station 2. And the terminal equipment continues to move, and when the terminal equipment detects that the signal quality of the cell corresponding to the base station 3 is relative to the signal quality of the cell corresponding to the base station 2 when the terminal equipment reaches the point D, the terminal equipment is switched from the cell corresponding to the base station 2 to the cell corresponding to the base station 3.
Because the moving path of the terminal equipment is relatively fixed, the terminal equipment can be switched among cells in the base station 1, the base station 2, the base station 3, the base station 4 and the base station 5 in sequence according to the switching process of the terminal equipment; however, as can be seen from fig. 1, the moving path of the terminal device mainly passes through the range covered by the signals of the base station 1, the base station 3 and the base station 5, the signal coverage of the base station 2 and the base station 4 is not the range mainly passed through on the moving path, after the terminal device is switched from the cell of the base station a to the cell of the base station 2, the terminal device is quickly switched from the cell of the base station 2 to the cell of the base station 3, and at this time, if the signal quality of the base station 1 can still meet the service requirement of the terminal device, the switching process of the terminal device from the cell of the base station 1 to the cell of the base station 2 can be avoided or reduced.
In view of this, the present application provides a communication processing method. Therefore, the terminal device determines whether the target cell is a station on the moving path of the terminal device by combining the path station information set, and when the target cell does not belong to the station on the moving path, the terminal device can keep the cell serving the terminal device at present, and does not execute the switching operation, thereby avoiding or reducing some unnecessary switching of the terminal device between the cells, reducing the switching times, and reducing the waste of signaling overhead and air interface resources.
In the embodiment of the present application, a terminal device, which is also referred to as a User Equipment (UE), a Mobile Station (MS), a Mobile Terminal (MT), etc., is a device that provides voice/data connectivity to a user, for example, a handheld device or a vehicle-mounted device with a wireless connection function. Currently, some examples of terminal devices are: a mobile phone (mobile phone), a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a palm top computer, a Mobile Internet Device (MID), a wearable device, a Virtual Reality (VR) device, an Augmented Reality (AR) device, a wireless terminal in industrial control (industrial control), a wireless terminal in self driving (self driving) (such as an unmanned aerial vehicle or an unmanned vehicle), a wireless terminal in remote surgery (remote medical supply), a wireless terminal in smart grid (smart grid), a wireless terminal in transportation safety (transportation safety), a wireless terminal in smart city (smart city), or a wireless terminal in smart home (smart home), etc. The terminal device may also be a chip for implementing the functions of the foregoing devices.
An access network device is a device in a wireless network. At present, examples of the access network device are: a gbb, a Transmission Reception Point (TRP), an evolved Node B (eNB), a Radio Network Controller (RNC), a Node B (NB), a Base Station Controller (BSC), a Base Transceiver Station (BTS), a home base station (e.g., home evolved Node B, or home Node B, HNB), a Base Band Unit (BBU), or a wireless fidelity (Wifi) Access Point (AP), etc. In one network configuration, the access network device may include a Centralized Unit (CU) node, or a Distributed Unit (DU) node, or an access network device including a CU node and a DU node. The access network device may also be a chip system for implementing the functions of the access network device.
The communication processing method of the embodiment of the application can be applied to 2G, 3G, 4G or 5G communication networks, and can also be applied to future communication networks, such as 6G networks, 7G networks and the like. Secondly, the communication processing method in the embodiment of the application is suitable for switching among cells with the same frequency, cells with different frequencies or cells with different systems. For example, when the cell currently serving the terminal device is a cell located in a 4G communication system, and the terminal device detects that the signal quality value of the 5G communication system is greater than that of a target cell of the serving cell currently serving the terminal device, and the target cell is on the moving path of the terminal device, the terminal device may switch from the cell of the 4G communication system to the target cell of the 5G communication system. That is, when the terminal device determines a target cell on a moving path, where a communication system in which the target cell is located is a communication system of a higher hierarchy than a communication system in which the cell currently serving the terminal device is located, the terminal device may switch from the communication system of the lower hierarchy to the communication system of the higher hierarchy.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating an embodiment of a communication processing method according to the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the steps of:
201. the terminal equipment acquires the path site information set.
Wherein the path site information set includes information of at least one access network device serving the terminal device on the moving path of the terminal device.
In this embodiment, the path site information set may be generated by a third party (for example, a UAS Traffic Management (UTM)) and an operator through planning, or generated by a network function network element, which is not limited in this application. There are various ways to plan the stations passing through the moving path, which are exemplified as follows:
and planning mode 1, planning the station passed by the moving path by using the access network equipment as granularity.
The path site information set includes an identification of at least one access network device serving the terminal device on the movement path.
As shown in fig. 1, for example, when planning, a third party and an operator plan the moving path according to the signal coverage of the base station that the terminal device mainly passes through during moving. For example, a base station serving a terminal device is provided by repeatedly measuring the moving process of the terminal device from point a to point B a plurality of times. If it is determined that the probability of occurrence of the base station 1, the base station 3, or the base station 5 is greater than the probability of occurrence of the base station 2, the base station 4, or the like during the one hundred measurements, it can be determined that the moving path of the terminal device mainly passes through the range covered by the signals of the base station 1, the base station 3, and the base station 5, and it can be determined that the path site information set includes the identities of the base station 1, the base station 3, and the base station 5.
And 2, planning the station passed by the moving path by using the cell as granularity.
The path site information set includes an identifier of at least one cell serving the terminal device on the moving path, and the identifier of the cell is a globally unique cell identifier.
For example, when planning, the third party and the operator plan the moving path by using the cell through which the terminal device mainly passes during moving, here, the cell in the base station 1 on the moving path in fig. 1 is taken as an example for description, and the planning manner of the range covered by other base stations is similar, which is not described here. As shown in fig. 3, the operator determines the cell mainly serving the terminal device during the movement of the terminal device from point a to point E by repeating the measurement for a plurality of times. For example, if the operator determines that the probability that cell 1 and cell 3 provide service for the terminal device is greater than the probability that the terminal device provides service for the cells such as cell 1 through multiple measurements, it may be determined that the path site information set includes the identity of cell 2 and the identity of cell 3 of the base station 1.
202. The terminal device determines a target cell.
And the signal quality value of the target cell is larger than that of the cell which provides service for the terminal equipment currently.
The terminal device detects the signal quality of the surrounding cells in the moving process, and when the terminal device detects that the signal quality value of the target cell is larger than that of the current serving cell, the terminal device generates a measurement report of the target cell, wherein the measurement report comprises the measurement information of the target cell.
203. The terminal device determines whether the first access network device corresponding to the target cell belongs to the access network device included in the path site information set, if yes, step 204 is executed; if not, go to step 207.
Optionally, the step 203 is described with reference to the planning method of the step 201:
a. with reference to planning mode 1 in step 201, the terminal device determines whether the identifier of the first access network device corresponding to the target cell is the identifier of the access network device included in the path site information set, and if so, performs step 204; if not, step 207 is performed. For example, as described with reference to fig. 1, when the terminal device moves to point C, and the terminal device detects that the signal quality value of the cell of the base station 2 is greater than the signal quality value of the cell of the base station 1, the terminal device may determine whether the identifier of the base station 2 exists in the path site information set, and since the base station 2 does not belong to a site planned on a moving path, the terminal device performs step 207.
b. With reference to the planning mode 2 in step 201, the terminal device determines whether the identifier of the target cell is the identifier of the cell included in the path site information set, and if so, performs step 204; if not, step 207 is performed. For example, as described with reference to fig. 3, when the terminal device is located at point a, the cell serving the terminal device is the cell 2 at this time, the terminal device detects signal quality of surrounding cells, and at this time, the terminal device determines that the signal quality value of the cell 1 is greater than the signal quality value of the cell 2, then the terminal device may determine whether the identifier of the cell 1 exists in the path site information set, and since the cell 1 does not belong to a site planned on a moving path, the terminal device performs step 207.
204. And the terminal equipment sends the measurement report of the target cell to the second access network equipment.
And the second access network equipment is the access network equipment corresponding to the cell which provides service for the terminal equipment at present.
Alternatively, when there are a plurality of target cells on the moving path whose signal quality values are greater than the signal quality value of the cell currently serving the terminal device, the terminal device may select one of the target cells and send a measurement report of the selected target cell to the second access network device. The cell selection method of the terminal device may be various, and the following description illustrates, by way of example, that the target cell includes a first cell and a second cell:
a. the terminal equipment selects a cell with a larger signal quality value from the target cells. For example, when the signal quality value of the first cell is greater than the signal quality value of the second cell, the terminal device selects the first cell and sends a measurement report of the first cell to the second access network device.
b. The terminal device selects a cell with a large coverage area on a moving path from the target cells.
For example, when an operator plans a station through which a movement path of a terminal device passes, the terminal device repeatedly moves on the movement path a plurality of times. In the multiple moving processes, the terminal device may determine a moving distance of the terminal device in the first cell and a moving distance of the terminal device in the second cell, and if the moving distance in the first cell is greater than the moving distance in the second cell, the terminal device selects the first cell and sends a measurement report of the first cell to the network device.
For another example, the terminal device may obtain, from a background server agreed by an operator, a coverage area of the first cell on the moving path and a coverage area of the second cell on the moving path, and if the moving distance in the first cell is greater than the moving distance of the terminal device in the second cell, the terminal device selects the first cell and sends a measurement report of the first cell to the network device.
It should be noted that, when the target cell and the cell currently serving the terminal device belong to a cell under the same access network device, the first access network device and the second access network device are the same access network device; when the target cell and the cell providing the service by the terminal device belong to cells under different access network devices, the first access network device and the second access network device are two different access network devices, and the method and the device are applicable to both of the two scenarios.
205. And the terminal equipment receives the switching instruction sent by the second access network equipment.
And the switching instruction is used for switching the terminal equipment from the cell which provides service for the terminal equipment to the target cell.
For example, after receiving the measurement report of the target cell sent by the terminal device, the second access network device may generate a corresponding handover instruction according to the measurement report, and send the handover instruction to the terminal device.
206. And the terminal equipment is switched to a target cell from the cell which provides service for the terminal equipment at present according to the switching instruction.
Optionally, as can be seen by combining the above planning manner for the station passing through on the moving path, for the planning manner 1, in this embodiment of the present application, a scenario in which the terminal device switches the cell is mainly for cell switching across base stations, as shown in fig. 1, when the first access network device is the base station 3, and a second access network device corresponding to the cell currently providing service for the terminal device is the base station 1, the terminal device is switched from the base station 1 to the base station 3.
As for the planning mode 2, the scenario of switching cells by the terminal device in the embodiment of the present application includes cell switching under the same base station and cell switching across base stations. For example, for cell handover under the same base station, as shown in fig. 3, in the process of moving the terminal device from point a to point E, the terminal device is handed over from cell 2 of base station 1 to cell 3 of base station 1, and belongs to inter-cell handover under the same base station. For the cell handover across base stations, as shown in fig. 3, the terminal device is handed over from cell 3 to cell 4, and the terminal device belongs to the handover between cells under different base stations.
207. The terminal device maintains a connection with the cell currently serving the terminal device.
When the second access network device does not belong to the access network device included in the path site information set, the terminal device may maintain a connection with the cell currently serving the terminal device.
Optionally, the step of the terminal device maintaining the connection with the cell currently serving the terminal device includes: when a preset condition is met, the terminal equipment keeps connection with the cell which provides service for the terminal equipment at present; the preset conditions include a plurality of conditions, which are exemplified as follows:
1. the terminal device sends a measurement report of a target cell to a second access network device corresponding to a cell which provides service for the terminal device at present, and the terminal device does not receive a switching instruction sent by the second access network device.
When the first access network device corresponding to the target cell does not belong to the access network device included in the path site information set, the terminal device may mark the target cell as a non-priority cell to be switched in the measurement report, and then report the marked measurement report to the second access network device; then, the second access network device determines whether to send a handover instruction to the terminal device according to the flag, which is described in the embodiment shown in fig. 4 and is not described herein again.
2. The terminal device determines that the cell currently serving the terminal device meets the service requirement of the terminal device and the terminal device does not send the measurement report of the target cell to the second access network device.
When the first access network device corresponding to the target cell does not belong to the access network device included in the path site information set, the terminal device determines whether the cell currently providing service for the terminal device meets the service requirement of the terminal device, and if so, the terminal device does not send the measurement report of the target cell to the second access network device, and then the second access network device does not send a handover instruction to the terminal device.
It should be noted that, when the preset condition is not satisfied, the terminal device performs other operations. For example, when the terminal device determines that the cell currently serving the terminal device does not satisfy the service requirement of the terminal device, the terminal device sends a measurement report of the target cell to a second access network device; then, the terminal device receives a handover instruction sent by the second access network device, and switches from the cell currently providing service for the terminal device to the target cell according to the handover instruction.
In the embodiment of the application, a terminal device acquires a path site information set, where the path site information set includes information of at least one access network device that provides a service for the terminal device on a moving path of the terminal device; then, the terminal equipment detects surrounding cells and determines that the signal quality value of a target cell is larger than that of the cell which provides service for the terminal equipment at present; when the first access network device corresponding to the target cell does not belong to the access network device included in the path site information set, the terminal device keeps connected with the cell currently providing service for the terminal device.
In this embodiment of the present application, the planning of the station that the terminal device passes through on the moving path includes two different planning manners illustrated in step 201 in fig. 2, and in the subsequent embodiment, only the planning manner 1 is taken as an example for description, that is, the path station information set includes an identifier of at least one access network device that the terminal device provides service for the terminal device on the moving path.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram illustrating another embodiment of a communication processing method according to an embodiment of the present application. The method comprises the following steps:
401. the terminal equipment acquires the path site information set.
402. The terminal device determines a target cell.
Steps 401 to 402 are similar to steps 201 to 202 in fig. 2, and please refer to the related description of steps 201 to 202 in fig. 2 for details, which are not described herein again.
403. The terminal device determines whether the first access network device corresponding to the target cell belongs to the access network device included in the path site information set, if yes, step 404 is executed; if not, go to step 407.
In a possible implementation manner, the path site information set includes an identifier of at least one access network device that the terminal device provides service for the terminal device on the moving path; the terminal device determines whether the path site information set includes the identifier of the first access network device, and if so, executes step 404; if not, step 407 is performed.
404. And the terminal equipment marks the target cell as a cell to be switched preferentially in the measurement report of the target cell.
When the first access network device is an access network device on the moving path, the terminal device may mark the target cell as a cell to be switched preferentially in the measurement report of the target cell. For example, the terminal device marks the target cell with a label "1" in the measurement report of the target cell, where the label "1" is used to indicate that the target cell is a cell to be handed over preferentially.
405. And the terminal equipment sends the measurement report of the target cell to the second access network equipment.
And the terminal equipment sends the measurement report of the target cell to the second access network equipment, wherein the measurement report is the marked measurement report. For example, the measurement report carries label "1" of the target cell.
406. And the terminal equipment marks the target cell as a non-priority cell to be switched in the measurement report of the target cell.
When the first access network device is not the access network device on the moving path, the terminal device may mark the target cell as a non-priority cell to be handed over in the measurement report of the target cell. For example, the terminal device marks the target cell with a label "0" in the measurement report of the target cell, where the label "0" is used to indicate that the target cell is a non-priority cell to be handed over.
407. And the terminal equipment sends the measurement report of the target cell to the second access network equipment.
And the terminal equipment sends the measurement report of the target cell to the second access network equipment, wherein the measurement report is the marked measurement report. For example, the measurement report carries the label "0" of the target cell.
408. The second access network equipment judges whether the target cell is a cell to be switched preferentially or not according to the measurement report, if so, the step 409 is executed; if not, go to step 411.
Wherein the measurement report carries the label of the target cell. The second access network equipment judges whether the target cell is a cell to be switched preferentially or not according to the mark of the target cell, if so, the step 409 is executed; if not, step 411 is performed.
In this embodiment, before determining whether the target cell is the cell to be preferentially switched, the second access network device needs to determine meanings respectively represented by the marks of the cells in the measurement report, and the specific determination manners are various, which are exemplified below:
a. default flags for the contract are preset. For example, label "1" indicates a cell that is preferred to be handed over, and label "0" indicates a cell that is not preferred to be handed over.
b. The second access network equipment determines the meaning represented by each mark by receiving the indication information sent by the terminal equipment.
While in this manner, the embodiment further includes steps 408a and 408b, where steps 408a and 408b are performed before step 408:
step 408 a: the terminal equipment sends indication information to the second access network equipment;
for example, the indication information carries a label "1" indicating a cell to be handed over preferentially, and a label "0" indicating an indication of a cell not to be handed over preferentially.
Step 408 b: the second access network device determines the meaning represented by each tag based on the indication information.
For example, the second access network device determines that the label "1" indicates a cell to be switched with priority according to the indication information, and the label "0" indicates a cell to be switched with non-priority.
409. And the second access network equipment sends a switching instruction to the terminal equipment.
And the switching instruction is used for switching the terminal equipment from the cell which provides service for the terminal equipment to the target cell.
Illustratively, when the second access network device determines that the target cell is the cell to be preferentially switched, the second access network device sends a switching instruction to the terminal device.
410. And the terminal equipment is switched to the target cell from the cell which provides service for the terminal equipment at present according to the switching instruction.
Step 410 is similar to step 206 in fig. 2, and please refer to the related description of step 206 in fig. 2 in detail, which is not repeated herein.
411. The second access network device determines whether the cell currently serving the terminal device meets the service requirement of the terminal device, if yes, step 412 is executed; if not, go to step 413.
When the target cell is a non-priority cell to be switched, the second access network device determines whether the cell currently serving the terminal device meets the service requirement of the terminal device, and if so, executes step 412; if not, step 413 is performed.
There are various ways for the second access network device to determine whether the cell served by the terminal device meets the service requirement of the terminal device, which are exemplified below:
1. the second access network equipment judges whether the absolute value of a reference signal sending power value of a reference signal sent by the second access network equipment to the terminal equipment is smaller than a first preset threshold value, if so, the second access network equipment determines that a cell which provides service for the terminal equipment currently meets the service requirement of the terminal equipment; if not, the second access network equipment determines that the cell currently providing service for the terminal equipment does not meet the service requirement of the terminal equipment.
For example, the first preset threshold is 75; when the value of the reference signal transmission power value is-70 db (decibel), that is, the absolute value of the reference signal transmission power value is 70, it can be known that the absolute value of the reference signal transmission power value is smaller than the first preset threshold, and it can be considered that the cell currently providing service for the terminal device meets the service requirement of the terminal device.
2. The second access network equipment judges whether the time delay average value or the packet loss rate average value of a data packet sent to the terminal equipment within a preset time length is smaller than a second preset threshold value, if so, the second access network equipment determines that a cell which provides service for the terminal equipment currently meets the service requirement of the terminal equipment; if not, the second access network equipment determines that the cell currently providing service for the terminal equipment does not meet the service requirement of the terminal equipment.
For example, if the second preset threshold is 10ms (milliseconds), the preset duration is 0.5h (hours), and the average value of the time delay of the second access network device sending the data packet to the terminal device within 0.5h is 11ms, it is known that the second access network device determines that the cell currently providing service for the terminal device does not meet the service requirement of the terminal device. For another example, if the second preset threshold is 15%, the preset duration is 0.5h (hour), and the average value of packet loss rates of the data packets sent by the second access network device to the terminal device within 0.5h is 5%, it may be considered that the cell currently providing service for the terminal device meets the service requirement of the terminal device.
412. The second access network device does not send a handover command to the terminal device.
When the cell currently serving the terminal device meets the service requirement of the terminal device, the second access network device does not send a switching instruction to the terminal device. Specifically, the second access network device may discard the measurement report of the target cell.
413. And the second access network equipment sends a switching instruction to the terminal equipment.
And the switching instruction is used for switching the terminal equipment from the cell which provides service for the terminal equipment to the target cell.
Optionally, when the cell currently providing the service for the terminal device does not meet the service requirement of the terminal device, the second access network device sends a switching instruction to the terminal device.
414. And the terminal equipment is switched to a target cell from the cell which provides service for the terminal equipment at present according to the switching instruction.
Step 414 is similar to step 206 shown in fig. 2, and please refer to the related description of step 206 in fig. 2 in detail, which is not repeated herein.
In the embodiment of the application, a terminal device acquires a path site information set, where the path site information set includes information of at least one access network device that provides a service for the terminal device on a moving path of the terminal device; then, the terminal equipment detects surrounding cells and determines that the signal quality value of a target cell is larger than that of the cell which provides service for the terminal equipment at present; the terminal device judges whether the first access network device corresponding to the target cell is the access network device included in the path site information set according to the path site information set, and then makes a corresponding mark in the measurement report of the target cell. Then, the second access network equipment determines whether to send a switching instruction to the terminal equipment according to the mark in the measurement report; when the target cell is determined to be the cell to be switched preferentially according to the mark, the second access network equipment sends a switching instruction to the terminal equipment, so that the terminal equipment executes corresponding switching operation according to the switching instruction. When the target cell is determined to be the non-priority cell to be switched according to the mark, the second access network equipment judges whether the cell currently providing service for the terminal equipment meets the service requirement of the terminal equipment, if so, the second access network equipment does not send a switching instruction to the terminal equipment, so that the terminal equipment keeps the connection with the cell currently providing service for the terminal equipment, thereby avoiding or reducing some unnecessary switching of the terminal equipment between the cells, reducing the switching times, and reducing the signaling overhead and the waste of air interface resources.
The present application also provides an embodiment that is implemented similar to the embodiment shown in fig. 4, except for step 404 and step 408. In this embodiment, step 404 is not executed, that is, when the target cell is the access network device on the moving path, the terminal device does not mark the target cell, and directly executes step 405; step 408 may be replaced with: the second access network device determines whether the measurement report carries a flag for the target cell, if yes, step 411 is executed; if not, go to step 409.
The present application also provides another embodiment, which is implemented similarly to the embodiment shown in fig. 4, except for step 406 and step 408. In this embodiment, step 406 is not performed, that is, when the target cell is not the access network device on the moving path, the terminal device does not mark the target cell, and directly performs step 407; step 408 may be replaced with: the second access network equipment judges whether the measurement report carries a mark of the target cell, if so, the step 409 is executed; if not, go to step 411.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of another embodiment of a communication processing method according to the embodiment of the present application. The method comprises the following steps:
501. the terminal equipment acquires the path site information set.
502. The terminal device determines a target cell.
Steps 501 to 501 are similar to steps 201 to 202 in fig. 2, and please refer to relevant contents of steps 201 to 202 in fig. 2 in detail, which is not described herein again.
503. The terminal device determines whether the first access network device corresponding to the target cell belongs to the access network device included in the path site information set, if yes, step 504 is executed; if not, go to step 507.
In a possible implementation manner, the path site information set includes an identifier of at least one access network device that the terminal device provides service for the terminal device on the moving path; the terminal device determines whether the path site information set includes the identifier of the first access network device, and if so, executes step 504; if not, step 507 is performed.
504. And the terminal equipment sends the measurement report of the target cell to the second access network equipment.
505. And the second access network equipment sends a switching instruction to the terminal equipment.
506. And the terminal equipment is switched to the target cell from the cell which provides service for the terminal equipment at present according to the switching instruction.
Step 504 to step 506 are similar to step 204 to step 206 in fig. 2, and please refer to the related description of step 204 to step 206 in fig. 2 for details, which are not repeated herein.
507. The terminal device determines whether the cell currently serving the terminal device meets the service requirement of the terminal device, if yes, step 508 is executed; if not, go to step 509.
When the second access network device is not the access network device on the moving path, the terminal device determines whether the cell currently serving the terminal device meets the service requirement of the terminal device, if yes, step 508 is executed; if not, step 509 is performed.
A manner of determining, by the terminal device, whether the cell currently serving the terminal device meets the service requirement of the terminal device is similar to the manner of determining, by the second access network device in step 411 in fig. 4, whether the cell currently serving the terminal device meets the service requirement of the terminal device, please refer to the related description of step 411 in fig. 4 in detail, which is not described herein again.
508. The terminal device does not send a measurement report of the target cell to the second access network device.
And if the current cell providing service for the terminal equipment meets the service requirement of the terminal equipment, the terminal equipment does not send the measurement report of the target cell to the second access network equipment. Specifically, the terminal device may discard the measurement report of the target cell.
509. And the terminal equipment sends the measurement report of the target cell to the second access network equipment.
And if the current cell providing service for the terminal equipment does not meet the service requirement of the terminal equipment, the terminal equipment sends a measurement report of the target cell to the second access network equipment.
510. And the second access network equipment sends a switching instruction to the terminal equipment.
511. And the terminal equipment is switched to the target cell from the cell which provides service for the terminal equipment at present according to the switching instruction.

In the embodiment of the application, a terminal device acquires a path site information set, where the path site information set includes information of at least one access network device that provides a service for the terminal device on a moving path of the terminal device; then, the terminal equipment detects surrounding cells and determines that the signal quality value of a target cell is larger than that of the cell which provides service for the terminal equipment at present; the terminal equipment judges whether the first access network equipment corresponding to the target cell is the access network equipment included in the path site information set or not according to the path site information set, if so, the terminal equipment executes the sending of a measurement report of the target cell to the second access network equipment, and then the terminal equipment receives a switching instruction sent by the second access network equipment and executes the corresponding switching operation; if not, the terminal device judges whether the cell currently providing service for the terminal device meets the service requirement of the terminal device, if so, the terminal device does not send the measurement report of the target cell to the second access network device, and the terminal device keeps the connection with the cell currently providing service for the terminal device, namely, the switching operation is not executed. Therefore, when the terminal equipment reports the measurement report, the screening process of the measurement report is added, and the measurement report which is unnecessarily sent to the second access network equipment is filtered, so that the terminal equipment is prevented from carrying out cell switching according to the switching instruction sent by the second access network equipment, namely, some unnecessary switching of the terminal equipment between cells is avoided or reduced, the switching times are reduced, and the signaling overhead and the waste of air interface resources are reduced.
