It is understood that the same sub-account number may correspond to multiple combined account numbers.
And screening the acquired service information according to the historical service records of the sub-accounts, and returning the service information to the vehicle-mounted client terminal logged in by the corresponding combined account, thereby providing personalized service information for each user on the same vehicle.
Optionally, the service acquisition request is generated and sent by the vehicle-mounted client according to a service identifier when the current condition meets a preset starting condition, where the service identifier corresponds to the preset starting condition.
In the embodiment of the invention, besides processing the active input of the user by the way that the vehicle-mounted client provides the service information for the user, the vehicle-mounted client can also automatically push the corresponding service information to the user by presetting the preset starting condition corresponding to the service. The preset starting condition may be a starting condition determined according to different types of preset services, and may be obtained according to one or more factors of a time node, an ambient temperature, a vehicle condition, a weather condition, and the like. The preset starting condition can be automatically generated according to the behavior preference corresponding to the combined account logged in by the vehicle-mounted client, or can be configured by a user through manual input.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the preset service may be one or more service information that is automatically pushed to the user after the surrounding environment or the vehicle reaches a preset starting condition, where the preset service corresponds to the one or more service starting conditions. The preset service can be push catering information, the corresponding preset starting condition is a preset time node, if the current time is at the time node, the vehicle-mounted client automatically sends a service acquisition request containing a server identifier of the catering service type to the user data management platform so as to acquire corresponding catering service information, and the vehicle-mounted client can push the service information to a user in a picture form and/or a voice form.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the service information corresponding to the preset service is provided for the user according to the preset starting condition, so that the diversity of the service information acquired by the user through the vehicle-mounted client is increased.
The embodiment of the invention provides another service request processing method, which is applied to a user data management platform, wherein the user data management platform is respectively connected with a vehicle-mounted client and a resource service platform which are installed on a vehicle, and the method comprises the following steps: responding to a service acquisition request aiming at the vehicle-mounted client, wherein the service acquisition request comprises: combining account numbers; (ii) a And acquiring service data corresponding to the service acquisition request from the resource service platform by using the service account bound to the sub-account, and returning the acquired service data corresponding to the service acquisition request to the vehicle-mounted client. The service information is acquired through the combined account bound with the sub-accounts, so that the personalized service suitable for multiple users is returned, and the flexibility of acquiring the vehicle-mounted service is improved.

The service information is acquired through the combined account bound with the sub-accounts, so that the personalized service suitable for multiple users is returned, and the flexibility of acquiring the vehicle-mounted service is improved.

accessing the resource service platform by using the service account number bound by the sub account number to acquire service data corresponding to the service identifier;
returning the service data corresponding to the acquired service acquisition request to the vehicle-mounted client;
the service obtaining request is generated and sent by the vehicle-mounted client according to a service identifier, the service identifier is obtained by matching the vehicle-mounted server according to a keyword and a historical service record of the sub-account, the keyword is determined by the vehicle-mounted client according to semantic features, and the semantic features are extracted by the vehicle-mounted client from a received voice instruction.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein after the step of acquiring the service data corresponding to the service acquisition request from the resource service platform by using the sub-account, the method further includes:

a determining module, configured to determine a sub-account corresponding to the combined account, where the combined account is an account with a unique user name generated by binding at least two sub-accounts, and the sub-account corresponds to a single user;
a return module comprising:
the acquisition submodule is used for accessing the resource service platform by using the service account number bound by the sub account number so as to acquire service data corresponding to the service identifier;
the return module is used for returning the acquired service data corresponding to the service acquisition request to the vehicle-mounted client;
the service obtaining request is generated and sent by the vehicle-mounted client according to a service identifier, the service identifier is obtained by matching the vehicle-mounted server according to a keyword and a historical service record of the sub-account, the keyword is determined by the vehicle-mounted client according to semantic features, and the semantic features are extracted by the vehicle-mounted client from a received voice instruction.
