Abstract
The invention discloses a rectangular section bar (100), which is characterized in that an interface (101) is arranged at least one right angle of the rectangular section bar (100), the interface (101) comprises two U-shaped bending structures which are opposite in opening and can be mutually clamped to form a closed opening, and the opening depth of the U-shaped bending structures is larger than or equal to the thickness of a material. The rectangular section bar is formed into the closed rectangular section bar through a plurality of working procedures, and has good mechanical stability and high tensile capacity.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of manufacturing of middle and low voltage switch cabinet shells, and particularly relates to a rectangular section bar suitable for a switch cabinet body frame.
Background
Most of the power distribution cabinet shells in the current power distribution cabinet market take sectional materials as supporting frames, and then beams (plates) are installed in the supporting frames, door plates are installed outside the supporting frames, and the power distribution cabinet shells are formed through assembly. Common sectional materials of the supporting frame comprise 8MF sectional materials for GGD alternating current low-voltage power distribution cabinet products, C sectional materials for MNS low-voltage draw-out type switch cabinet products, sectional materials produced by ABB company, 9-fold and 16-fold sectional materials for power distribution cabinets produced by German Wei-Chart company, and a sectional material disclosed by Wan-control group Limited company under patent number 201630227985.1, wherein the sectional materials have simple structure, poor rigidity and strength after combination and limited load capacity; some section bar structural design is complicated, and processing is difficult, and its supporting connecting piece odd-shaped, the commonality is not strong. The sectional shape and merits of the common sectional material are shown in figure 1.
As can be seen from the comparative analysis of the profiles in FIG. 1, there is an urgent need in the marketplace for a product with a relatively simple structure, high versatility, and high rigidity.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a sectional material of a switch cabinet, which can overcome the defects in the background technology.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the rectangular section bar is provided with an interface at least one right angle position, the interface comprises two U-shaped bending structures with opposite openings and capable of being mutually clamped to form a closed opening, and the opening depth of the U-shaped bending structures is larger than or equal to the thickness of the material.
Preferably, the rectangular section bar may be integrally formed, or at least comprises a first bending member and a second bending member, and at least one end of the first bending member and at least one end of the second bending member are respectively provided with a U-shaped bending structure.
Preferably, the rectangular section is provided with at least one plane, sedimentation surface or wave surface.
Preferably, the connector is further arranged on the rectangular section bar, the connecting hole is connected with the connector through a fastener, and the connector is in pressure connection with the interface.
Preferably, the connector may be an angle connection, a beam or a mounting plate.
Preferably, the rectangular section bar further comprises at least one supporting section bar, and the supporting section bar is arranged in the cavity of the rectangular section bar in a penetrating or sectioning way.
Preferably, the cross section of the support profile can be C-shaped, G-shaped, L-shaped, S-shaped, U-shaped, V-shaped, Z-shaped, flat, triangular, diamond-shaped, rectangular, trapezoidal or irregular polygonal.
Preferably, the support profile is fixed to the rectangular profile by means of a fastener or a locking device on the rectangular profile.
Preferably, the support section bar is provided with a mounting hole corresponding to the connecting hole.
Compared with the interface at the middle part, the interface connection mode of the section bar at the right angle has the following beneficial effects:
1. the anti-falling part has better anti-falling effect under the direct action of the metal plate vertical face;
2. simulation data show that the integral yield strength of the section bar can be improved by the interface connection mode at the right angle, and the rigidity of the section bar is better;
3. the effective installation space occupied by the interface connection mode at the right angle is minimum, so that the metal plate facade is prevented from being perforated when the metal plate facade is arranged at the middle part;
4. the special rolling mill equipment investment of the right-angle joint connection mode is less, and the section bar is easy to process.

Description of the embodiments
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.
The upper, lower, left or right directions mentioned below are based on the angles shown in fig. 3.
As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the invention discloses a rectangular section bar 100 suitable for a switch cabinet, a right angle of the rectangular section bar 100 is provided with a connector 101, the connector 101 comprises a first bending piece 102 and a second bending piece 103, the end parts of the first bending piece 102 and the second bending piece 103 are respectively provided with a U-shaped bending structure, the U-shaped bending structure openings of the first bending piece 102 and the second bending piece 103 are opposite and mutually clamped to form a closed port, and the depth of the U-shaped bending structure opening of the first bending piece 102 and the second bending piece 103 is larger than or equal to the thickness of a material. The first bending piece 102 and the second bending piece 103 may be integrally formed, or may be assembled by being separately formed and then clamped, and when the first bending piece 102 and the second bending piece 103 are integrally formed, two ends of the integrally formed bending piece are respectively provided with a U-shaped bending structure with opposite openings, and the first bending piece 102 and the second bending piece 103 are clamped and then are enclosed to form a rectangular structure with a cavity in the middle. Preferably, the first bending member 102 and the second bending member 103 may be roll-formed by a rolling mill.
Of course, the interface 101 may be disposed at one right angle of the rectangular section bar 100, or may be disposed at two or more right angles, and when the interface 101 is disposed at two or more right angles of the rectangular section bar 100, both ends of the first bending member 102 or the second bending member 103 are provided with U-shaped bending structures, and the opening of the U-shaped bending structures may be oriented upward, downward, leftward or rightward. As shown in fig. 4 to 8, a plurality of different structural realizations are disclosed for the first bending piece 102, the second bending piece 103 and the rectangular profile 100 having a plurality of interfaces 101.
Referring to fig. 2, 9 and 10, four peripheral surfaces 110 are disposed on the rectangular section bar 100, where the peripheral surfaces 110 may be a plane, a sedimentation surface or a wave surface, and specifically, the four peripheral surfaces 110 of the rectangular section bar 110 may be all planes, sedimentation surfaces or wave surfaces, or may be any combination of two or three of the planes, sedimentation surfaces or wave surfaces, so as to meet different use conditions.
Referring to fig. 11, a plurality of connection holes 120 are formed on the peripheral surface 110 of the rectangular section bar 100, and when the rectangular section bar 110 is in use, connection with other parts can be achieved through a connection piece 200. In specific implementation, the connecting piece 200 is connected with the rectangular section 110 and other parts through fasteners, the connecting piece 200 is in compression joint with the interface 101, one end of each fastener passes through the connecting piece 200 and the connecting hole 120 respectively, so that the connection between the fasteners and the rectangular section 110 is realized, in addition, the connecting piece 200 is in compression joint with the interface 101, the connection withdrawal of the U-shaped bending of the first bending piece 102 and the second bending piece 103 can be prevented, the interface 101 is prevented from falling off, and the connection strength of the rectangular section 100 is ensured.
As shown in fig. 11, an embodiment is disclosed, in which a connection hole 120 is formed at an end portion of the rectangular section extending in the length direction, a connection piece 200 is formed at the end portion, the connection piece 200 is crimped at the end portion and connected with the connection hole 120 by a screw, the connection piece 200 may be an angular connection, a cross beam or a mounting plate, or may be a dedicated crimping material, and in this embodiment, the connection piece 200 is an angular connection.
Referring to fig. 12, a supporting section 300 is disposed in the cavity of the rectangular section 100, and the supporting section 300 may penetrate through the entire cavity of the rectangular section 100 along the length direction of the rectangular section 100, or may be disposed in a part of the space of the cavity, that is: the length of the support profile 300 may be equal to or less than the length of the rectangular profile 100, and the support profile 300 may be wholly or partially penetrated into the cavity. When the length of the support profile 300 is smaller than that of the rectangular profile 100, a plurality of support profiles 300 may be disposed in the cavity, and the plurality of support profiles 300 may be disposed at intervals, and the cross-sectional shape of the support profile 300 may be C-shaped, G-shaped, L-shaped, S-shaped, U-shaped, V-shaped, Z-shaped, flat, triangular, diamond-shaped, rectangular or trapezoidal, or may be any other irregular shape, which is not limited herein, and as shown in fig. 12, various cross-sectional forms of the support profile 300 are given.
The supporting section bar 300 can be locked and fixed with the rectangular section bar 100 through bolts, and of course, besides the bolt fixation, the supporting section bar 300 can be fixed in the cavity of the rectangular section bar 100 through a locking device on the rectangular section bar 100, and the locking device comprises a clamp spring, a clamp pin and a wedge, so that the tensile strength of the rectangular section bar 100 can be increased due to the fact that the supporting section bar 300 is arranged in the rectangular section bar 100.
Similarly, when the supporting section bar 300 is disposed in the cavity of the rectangular section bar 100, in addition to the connection hole 120 provided on the rectangular section bar 100, the supporting section bar 300 is also provided with a via hole corresponding to the connection hole 120, so as to realize connection with other parts or connectors 200 when the rectangular section bar 100 needs to be connected with other parts.
The rectangular section bar 100 is formed into a closed rectangular section bar through a plurality of working procedures, the mechanical stability is good, the tensile strength is high, the rectangular section bar 100 is compared with a universal control section bar through software simulation data, and the data result shows that the mode of hooking connection of the rectangular section bar at right angles is better than the mode of hooking connection of the universal control section bar at the middle part.

Claims (8)
1. A rectangular section bar (100), characterized in that an interface (101) is arranged at least one right angle of the rectangular section bar (100), the interface (101) comprises two U-shaped bending structures with opposite openings and capable of being mutually clamped to form a closed opening, the opening depth of the U-shaped bending structures is greater than or equal to the thickness of the material, and one side of at least one U-shaped bending structure is parallel to the peripheral surface of the rectangular section bar connected with the U-shaped bending structures; the peripheral surface of the rectangular section bar connected with the other U-shaped bending structures which are mutually clamped with the U-shaped bending structures is vertical to one side of the U-shaped bending structures; the rectangular section bar (100) comprises at least one plane, a sedimentation surface or a wave surface, and the rectangular section bar (100) is provided with a connecting hole (120).
2. A rectangular profile (100) according to claim 1, characterized in that the rectangular profile (100) is integrally formed or comprises at least a first bending member (102) and a second bending member (103), wherein at least one end of the first bending member (102) and the second bending member (103) is provided with a U-shaped bending structure, respectively.
3. The rectangular profile (100) according to claim 1, further comprising a connector (200), wherein the connecting hole (120) is connected to the connector (200) by a fastener, and wherein the connector (200) is crimped to the interface (101).
4. A rectangular profile (100) according to claim 3, wherein the connection (200) may be an angle connection, a beam or a mounting plate.
5. A rectangular profile (100) according to claim 1, further comprising at least one support profile (300), said support profile (300) being placed through or in sections inside the cavity of said rectangular profile (100).
6. A rectangular profile (100) according to claim 5, wherein the support profile (300) cross-section is C-shaped, G-shaped, L-shaped, S-shaped, U-shaped, V-shaped, Z-shaped, flat, triangular, diamond-shaped, rectangular, trapezoidal or irregular polygonal.
7. A rectangular profile (100) according to claim 5, characterized in that the support profile (300) is fastened to the rectangular profile (100) by means of fasteners or locking means on the rectangular profile (100).
8. A rectangular profile (100) according to claim 5, wherein the support profile (300) is provided with mounting holes corresponding to the connecting holes (120).
