The connector fitting mold 11 is adapted to the micro rectangular connector housing 7, and the connector fitting mold 11 is a conventional product having pins or holes arranged in a regular and deep pattern on its surface for receiving pins or pin contacts. In the case of J30J series micro rectangular connectors, the number of rows of pins or holes arranged in the contact fitting mold is generally two, three and four, and the length and width of the connector fitting mold 11 are the same for the same number of rows, so that in use, the micro rectangular connector housing 7 is fixed in the horizontal direction by simply selecting the corresponding connector fitting mold 11 according to the size of the micro rectangular connector housing 7 and directly fitting it over the connector fitting mold 11.

Selecting a proper connector pressing plate 3 according to the model of the micro rectangular connector shell 7, adjusting the position of the connector pressing plate 3 to enable the groove 32 to be abutted against the outer thin wall of the inner cavity of the micro rectangular connector shell 7, screwing the quick-release screw 7 into the connector pressing plate fixing hole 23, determining the fixing position of the connector pressing plate 3, and finishing the fixing of the micro rectangular connector shell 7 in the vertical direction.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the guide slots 31 of the two connector press plates 3 are sleeved on the guide posts 21 of the bases 2 at two sides, and the connector press plates 3 are adjusted simultaneously in the horizontal direction by taking the guide posts 21 as the guide, so that the slots 32 at two sides are abutted with the outer thin wall of the inner cavity of the micro rectangular connector housing 7, and simultaneously the lower surface of the connector press plate 3 is abutted with the upper surface of the boss extending in the circumferential direction of the micro rectangular connector housing 7, and the quick release screw 5 inserted into the connector press plate fixing hole 23 is screwed.
At the moment, the connector pressing plate 3 presses the micro rectangular connector shell 7 tightly, so that the connector shell does not shake in the horizontal and vertical directions, and the contact element operation window is exposed, thereby facilitating subsequent glue pouring and other operations.
Specifically, taking the J30J series micro rectangular connector as an example, the width of the inner cavity of the connector housing is related to the number of rows of the arranged contacts, and the width of the inner cavity of the connector housing of the contacts in the same number of rows is consistent, so that only the connector pressing plates 3 with different slot sizes need to be machined, and the distance between the connector pressing plates 3 can be adjusted to meet the fixing requirement of all micro rectangular connector housings to be assembled. When the connectors of other models are assembled, only the proper connector pressing plate 3 needs to be replaced, and the connector shell can be prevented from shaking to influence the assembly quality after the micro-rectangular connector shell to be assembled is compressed by the two side connector pressing plates 3.
The combination of the front cable pressing plate 41 and the rear cable pressing plate 42 is used for clamping the cable 6 to be fixed, and in actual operation, because the cable 6 has a certain weight, if the cable 6 is not fixed, the contact piece in the inner cavity can be pulled by the cable 6 due to gravity to cause the cable 6 to deviate, so that the cable 6 needs to be fixed.
Specifically, two supporting columns 45 are fixed in the mounting holes 12 processed in the bottom plate 13; the cable 6 is fixed in a combined space formed by the arc-shaped areas of the front cable pressing plate 41 and the rear cable pressing plate 42 by using a quick-release screw 5; inserting two ends of the front cable pressing plate 41 into the supporting columns 45, and sliding up and down along the vertical direction of the supporting columns 45 to adjust the height; the front cable pressing plate 41 is provided with a threaded hole 46 on the surface of the axle center of the vertical supporting columns 45 at the two ends of the through hole, and is used for being matched with the quick-release screw 5, so that the combination of the front cable pressing plate 41 and the rear cable pressing plate 42 is fixed, the root of the cable is fixed, and the influence of the cable traction on the assembly quality can be prevented.
