Each monitoring device is assigned to a different department according to its different functions, for example, monitors that can monitor fetal heart rate and fetal movement data of pregnant women are assigned to the obstetrical department; for another example, the monitors capable of monitoring the heart rate, respiration, body temperature, etc. of the patient are distributed to the intensive care units, and the central monitoring station can manage each monitoring device according to the classification of departments, so that the medical personnel in different departments can conveniently check the monitoring devices in charge of the medical personnel in the central monitoring station, and correspondingly manage the patient being cared by the medical personnel.
The following describes in detail a management method of a monitoring device according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the management method of the monitoring device includes the following steps:
and step S1, acquiring identification information representing the unique identity of the monitoring equipment.
In practical application, in order to distinguish different monitoring devices, a manufacturer sets different identification information for the monitoring devices respectively to represent the uniqueness of the identities of the monitoring devices when the monitoring devices leave a factory, and when a central monitoring station communicates with each monitoring device, the central monitoring station needs to acquire the identification information representing the unique identities of the monitoring devices so as to distinguish the different monitoring devices.
And step S2, creating a device list corresponding to the department according to the identification information.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the product serial number information (i.e., SN number information) of the monitoring device may be acquired as the identification information of the unique identity of the monitoring device, and the corresponding devices are created in batch according to the product serial number information, which is only taken as an example and not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, other identification information representing the unique identity of the monitoring device, such as the model or name of the monitoring device, may be used. For example, monitors for monitoring fetal heart rate and fetal movement data of pregnant women belong to obstetrical department, monitors for detecting heart rate, respiration and other data belong to intensive care unit, mental stress analyzers belong to psychiatric department, electrocardiograph monitors belong to cardiac surgery and the like.
Step S3, selecting target monitoring equipment from the equipment list corresponding to the department to acquire the monitoring data acquired by the target monitoring equipment.
In the embodiment of the invention, when a medical worker receives a patient, the central monitoring system firstly needs to acquire information of a department to which the medical worker belongs, and allocates the monitoring equipment according to the department to which the medical worker belongs, the medical worker can correspondingly view the equipment allocated to the department, and the monitoring data of the patient acquired by the monitoring equipment is acquired according to the allocated monitoring equipment of the department to which the medical worker belongs, so that real-time monitoring is performed.
The monitoring equipment management method provided by the embodiment of the invention enables medical staff to generate equipment items by importing the product serial number information of the monitoring equipment in the central monitoring station, reduces the work that customer service staff of a monitoring equipment manufacturer individually input the equipment information into the central monitoring station when installing and deploying, creates an equipment list corresponding to each department according to the identification information of the monitoring equipment and the department to which the customer service staff belongs, manages the equipment according to the department, enables the medical staff to check the equipment distributed to the department to which the medical staff belongs when receiving patients, and enables the equipment list seen by nurses to be concise and more targeted when receiving the patients.
In an optional embodiment, the acquiring identification information representing a unique identity of a monitoring device includes: receiving an import file containing a plurality of identification information, wherein each identification information corresponds to a monitoring device; and acquiring identification information representing the unique identity of the monitoring equipment from the import file.
In the embodiment of the invention, a plurality of identification information can be generated into an import file in advance in a list form, each identification information corresponds to one monitoring device in the import file, and the import file is imported into the central monitoring station so as to import all the monitoring devices at one time.
For example, the EXCEL file edited with the device SN number information and the department to which it belongs may be imported into the loading central monitoring station. Factory customer service personnel select and edit the file with the SN number of the equipment and import the file into the central monitoring system, and the central monitoring system establishes the equipment corresponding to the SN number in batches according to the SN number information in the file.
In another optional embodiment, the acquiring identification information representing a unique identity of a monitoring device includes: acquiring a list of devices to be added, which comprises a plurality of identification information, wherein each identification information corresponds to a monitoring device; and acquiring identification information representing the unique identity of the monitoring equipment from the list of the equipment to be added.
In the embodiment of the invention, the central monitoring system can identify the network state and automatically identify the monitoring equipment which is successfully set and connected to the central monitoring station, a user can directly select the equipment which is currently in network communication with the central monitoring station, the equipment is registered into the current central monitoring station for use, a list of the equipment to be added is generated, the list of the equipment to be added is opened, and the equipment which needs to be registered into the central monitoring system equipment list is selected, so that the registration of the selected equipment can be completed.
In an alternative embodiment, after performing step S3, as shown in fig. 4, the method further includes:
step S4: and updating the equipment list corresponding to the department according to the identification information.
In practical application, when the monitoring device cannot be normally used due to update or abnormal condition, the SN number of the monitoring device in the central monitoring system is correspondingly added, replaced or deleted, and the device list corresponding to the department is updated in real time or at regular time according to the change of the SN number of the monitoring device.
In an optional embodiment, the selecting a target monitoring device from the device list corresponding to the department, as shown in fig. 5, includes:
step S31, when a first adding instruction is received, displaying the equipment list corresponding to the department to which the equipment list belongs;
step S32, selecting target monitoring equipment according to a selection instruction input by a user;
and step S33, adding the target monitoring device to the department device.
In the embodiment of the invention, the monitoring equipment is managed according to departments, and medical staff can only view the department equipment list of the department to which the medical staff belongs when receiving patients, so that the terminal only displays the equipment list of the department to which the medical staff belongs when receiving the adding instruction of the medical staff, and the medical staff selects and adds the monitoring equipment required to be used in the department equipment list of the department according to the monitoring requirement of the physical parameters of the actual patients. Before that, the medical staff can add department equipment to the department management page of the central monitoring station, and add the target monitoring equipment to the department equipment.
In an optional embodiment, after adding the target monitoring device to the department device, the method further comprises:
and step S34, generating a unique main identification containing department information, a number serial number and IP address information of the target monitoring device.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the monitoring equipment of each department is successfully added, the unique main identification of the monitoring equipment in the central monitoring system can be generated, and the unique main identification is mainly generated according to the prefix and the serial number/IP. The prefix can be a short for department, or a prefix which is self-defined by playing a recognition role according to the actual needs of a user; the serial number is a digital serial number automatically generated by the central monitoring system; IP is the number of part 4 of the IP address of the monitoring device. The primary identifier is unique within the central monitoring system, and a system administrator of the central monitoring system can identify the allocation purpose and the current allocation serial number of the device according to the information. After the monitoring devices are added to each department, medical staff of the corresponding department can check each monitoring device when receiving patients at the central monitoring station, and all monitoring devices added to the departments are displayed in a device list form when the medical staff receive the patients, so that the monitoring devices can be conveniently searched and selectively added.
In an embodiment of the invention, a device may have the attributes of a single device with multiple departments, i.e., a monitoring device may be added to multiple departments, and medical personnel of each department who succeeds in the addition may view the device and use the device to receive a patient when receiving the patient. Therefore, the management method of the monitoring device, as shown in fig. 6, further includes:
step S5, receiving the identification information of the monitoring devices of other departments and a second adding instruction for adding the monitoring devices of other departments;
and step S6, monitoring equipment of other departments is added into the equipment list corresponding to the department according to the second adding instruction.
In an embodiment, for example, a medical staff in a department b searches or searches a monitoring device 1 that needs to borrow a current department a from a device list in a central monitoring system, selects the monitoring device 1 and then adds the selected monitoring device, and after the addition is successful, the monitoring device 1 appears in a monitoring device list in the department b. The department B can view the monitoring equipment in the equipment list to receive the patient operation when receiving the patient.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the method for managing a monitoring device further includes:
step S7, receiving a removal instruction for removing the monitoring equipment;
and step S8, removing the monitoring equipment from the equipment list corresponding to the department according to the removing instruction.
For example, after the department b returns the monitoring device 1 to the department a, the department b only needs to remove the monitoring device 1 from the department b by using the monitoring device page, the central monitoring system receives a removal instruction which is input by the user and indicates to remove the monitoring device, the central monitoring system removes the corresponding monitoring device from the device list corresponding to the department to which the user belongs according to the removal instruction, and the medical staff in the subsequent department b cannot view the returned monitoring device 1 when receiving the patient at the central monitoring station. This removal does not affect the position of the monitoring device 1 at the department device of the first department nor does the monitoring device 1 be reduced in the system device list. The removing operation only removes the information of the monitoring devices 1 in all the related device lists of the department B, thereby avoiding that the medical personnel of the department B selects the monitoring devices 1 which do not belong to the department actually due to misoperation.
In order to prevent the problem that the patient actually monitored by the monitoring device is released from the central monitoring station (the release of the patient management concept of the central monitoring station means that the patient is released from the received state and the monitoring data of the patient is not displayed in real time in the central monitoring station) caused by the fact that a plurality of departments select the same device to receive the patient in sequence due to the attribute of the single device and the plurality of departments, medical staff can only release the patient of the department to which the medical staff belongs and cannot release the patients of other departments.
In order to adapt to the phenomenon that a user is not used to operate and solve a patient and needs to remove the operation of an original patient when receiving a new patient, when the target monitoring device receives new monitoring data, the embodiment of the invention sends out prompt information which is used for prompting that the monitoring data of an original bound user is removed if the target monitoring device receives the new monitoring data. The management method of the monitoring equipment of the embodiment of the invention can support that when a medical worker receives a patient, the received monitoring equipment is selected to receive a new patient, when the monitoring equipment is selected to receive the new patient, the system prompts the medical worker that the operation can cause the original XX (XX is the original patient information and can include but is not limited to a bed number, a name and a medical record number) patient to be released, whether the operation is continued or not is requested to be confirmed, if the medical worker confirms the continuous receiving, the original patient information is released, and the new patient information can be successfully received.
In the embodiment of the invention, in order to facilitate the user to quickly and easily identify the monitoring equipment, the name of the monitoring equipment is set in the central monitoring system to be consistent with the name identifiable by the monitoring equipment, so that the real objects of the monitoring equipment are in one-to-one correspondence with the equipment information of the central monitoring system, and the equipment name on the monitoring equipment and the central monitoring station can be controlled bidirectionally. In practical application, medical staff can check the device names on the device list and the monitoring device page, and can also modify the device names on the monitoring device page. The name of the monitoring device can be displayed on the general monitoring device, if the name cannot be displayed on the monitoring device, the medical staff can mark a label on the monitoring device and set the label information into the device name information of the central monitoring system.
According to the monitoring equipment management method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the function of generating corresponding equipment items by importing SN (serial number) information in the central monitoring station is reduced, the work of inputting the individual equipment information into the central monitoring station when customer service personnel of a manufacturer are installed and deployed is reduced, an equipment list to be added can be generated by automatically identifying the function of the equipment connected to the central monitoring station, meanwhile, the monitoring equipment is managed according to departments, medical personnel can check the equipment distributed to the departments to which the medical personnel belong when receiving patients and cannot check the equipment of other departments, and the equipment list seen when receiving the patients is concise and more targeted. The monitoring device can have the attribute of single device and multiple departments, namely the monitoring device can be added into multiple departments, medical staff of each successfully added department can check the device and receive patients by using the device when receiving the patients, the problem that the patient monitoring data of the patient currently monitored by the device is lost due to the fact that the medical staff uses the same device in different departments in a conflicting manner is avoided, and the medical staff can only remove the patients of the departments to which the medical staff belongs but cannot remove the patients of other departments. In addition, in order to facilitate the user to quickly and easily identify the monitoring equipment, the monitoring equipment real object corresponds to the equipment information of the central monitoring system one by one, and the equipment name on the monitoring equipment and the central monitoring station are controlled bidirectionally.
