judging whether the trademark application date is earlier than the registration time of the matched name used by the enterprise;

if the trademark application date of a certain trademark is earlier than the registration time of the matched name used by the enterprise, the enterprise information data corresponding to the name used by the enterprise is not the enterprise information data of the trademark applicant, that is, the enterprise with the first name of the trademark applicant as the name used by the enterprise is not the trademark applicant, that is, the trademark applicant has already changed the enterprise name and does not use the first name of the original trademark applicant, and the trademark needs to be changed.

In practical applications, when the first name of the trademark applicant matches the name in use of a business of certain business information data, all the public trademark information corresponding to the first name of the trademark applicant can be obtained according to the first name of the trademark applicant;

judging whether the trademark application date of each piece of obtained public trademark information is earlier than the registration time of the name being used by the matched enterprise;

the first name of the trademark applicant, of which all trademark application dates are earlier than the registration time of the matched name being used by the enterprise, is classified into a trademark set to be changed.

In practice, if it is determined that a trademark change is required before the trademark is obtained in step S4, the system can notify the trademark applicant corresponding to the trademark to change the trademark in time, and change the trademark applicant name information from the first name of the original trademark applicant to the current name of the trademark applicant.

Step S3: if the first name of the trademark applicant matches any of the historical business use names in the business information database, the trademark needs to be brand-changed.

In step S3, if the first name of the trademark applicant matches any of the historical corporate use names in the corporate information database, the trademark needs to be modified, including: after step S2, if a matching business history use name is found in the business history use name entry in the business information database, the business name of the original trademark applicant has been changed, and the first name of the original trademark applicant becomes the business history use name. If the enterprise historical use name which is consistent with the first name of the trademark applicant is not matched in the enterprise historical use name items in the enterprise information database, the fact that the enterprise name of the original trademark applicant is not changed is explained, and the trademark corresponding to the first name of the trademark applicant does not need to be changed.

In practical applications, in step S3 of the present embodiment, if it is determined that a trademark needs to be changed before the trademark is obtained, the system can notify the trademark applicant corresponding to the trademark to change the trademark in time, and change the trademark applicant name information from the first name of the original trademark applicant to the current name of the trademark applicant.

In practical application, when a trademark needs to be changed when one public trademark is obtained, all public trademarks with the same trademark applicant name item can be obtained according to the trademark applicant names of the public trademarks needing to be changed;

The working process of the trademark change judging system in this embodiment is as follows:

and the result module 4 is used for obtaining the result that the trademark needs to be changed when the first name of the trademark applicant of a certain trademark does not match any enterprise using name in the enterprise information database, or obtaining the result that the trademark needs to be changed when the first name of the trademark applicant of a certain trademark matches any enterprise historical using name in the enterprise information database.

The working process of the system for judging trademark change in this embodiment at least includes the following two types:

(1) the first acquiring module 1 of the embodiment acquires a first name of a trademark applicant of the same trademark according to the published trademark information; the matching query module 3 is used for performing matching query on the obtained first name of the trademark applicant and the enterprise in-use name in an enterprise information database which is preset in the database module 2 and contains the enterprise in-use name; if the first name of the trademark applicant does not match any of the names in the enterprise information database that are being used by any of the enterprises, the result module 4 concludes that the trademark needs to be modified.

(2) The first acquiring module 1 of the embodiment acquires a first name of a trademark applicant of the same trademark according to the published trademark information; the matching query module 3 is used for matching and querying the acquired first name of the trademark applicant with the enterprise historical use name in an enterprise information database which is preset in the database module 2 and contains the enterprise historical use name; if the first name of the trademark applicant matches any of the historical business use names in the business information database, the result module 4 concludes that the trademark needs to be modified.
