Description

Image forming method and apparatus
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to image forming technologies, and in particular, to an image forming method and an image forming apparatus.
Background
Image forming apparatuses such as printers, copiers, and the like are indispensable apparatuses in work, learning, and the like. In daily life, users often need to add watermarks (such as characters, patterns, etc.) to copied documents to meet use requirements, for example, users add specific watermarks to house-renting contracts, confidential documents, work documents, personal identification documents, etc., for example, the watermarks may include characters, pictures, seals, personal drawn images, etc. such as "confidential", "copied", "house-rented use only", or personal signatures, according to different needs of users.
In a conventional method of adding a watermark to a copied document, a driver of an image forming apparatus has a function of adding a watermark to a document to be copied, and a user sets a character or an image as a watermark in the driver, and when the image forming apparatus performs a copying operation, the image forming apparatus reads a watermark image and the image to be copied, synthesizes the watermark image and the image to be copied by pixels to obtain a combined image, and converts the combined image into a rasterized image to form a visible image on an image forming medium (i.e., to form the copied document with the watermark). The first method in the prior art has the disadvantage that the image forming device needs to combine the watermark image and the image to be copied into a combined image according to pixels, which not only occupies the memory of one image, but also consumes a large amount of time for combining the image, resulting in longer printing or copying time and slower printing speed.
The second existing method for adding a watermark in a copied document is that a user uses image processing software in advance to synthesize a watermark image and an image to be copied into an image to be copied with a watermark, and then the image to be copied is converted into a rasterized image by the image forming device to form the copied document with the watermark. The second method has the disadvantages that the user needs to have certain use knowledge and capability of the image processing software, the operation difficulty is high, and the use experience is poor.
In addition, in a print shop or a copy station, an image forming apparatus is connected to a public computer, a user needs to set a text or an image as a watermark in a driver on the public computer, and the public computer sends the watermark image to the image forming apparatus to complete printing or copying, which is likely to cause misuse or embezzlement of the watermark by others, and the like, and thus there is a problem of security and privacy disclosure. In addition, some existing copiers store a preset watermark of a print or a pattern, and when a document is copied, the copier can directly add the preset watermark to the copied document, but cannot meet the personalized requirements of users.

Detailed Description
The terminology used in the description of the embodiments section of the present application is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments of the present application only and is not intended to be limiting of the present application.
The application provides an image forming method and device, whether a job sent by an electronic device is to be added with a watermark or not can be received and identified, namely, a user can send watermark information to the image forming device in a job format through the electronic device, namely, the watermark can be sent to the image forming device, and the applicability is higher.
In a first aspect, fig. 1 is a flowchart of an embodiment of an image forming method according to the present application, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the image forming method is applied to an image forming apparatus, and includes:
s101, receiving the job transmitted by the electronic equipment.
The image forming apparatus may include a printer, a copier, or the like for forming an image such as text or pictures on an image forming medium, which may include a material such as paper, cloth, leather, film, or the like. Representative examples of the image forming apparatus include a copying machine that acquires an image formed on a surface of a document to be copied and prints the image on an image forming medium to form a visualized file (such as a document or the like). However, the image forming apparatus is not limited to the copying machine, and may be: a printer that prints an image received through communication on an image forming medium; and a multi-function device capable of performing part or all of functions such as printing, copying, scanning, or faxing.
In this embodiment, the electronic device may include a mobile phone, a computer, an electronic watch, an image processing device, or the like, the job may include a picture, a document, text, or the like, and the format of the job may include word, PDF, JPG, or another format recognizable by the image forming device, or the like. That is, the electronic apparatus transmits data such as pictures, documents, or characters to the image forming apparatus in a job format. The job may include a picture stored in the electronic device, a picture taken by the electronic device, an editable document or editable text (e.g., printed or handwritten text), and the like. That is, a user can select a stored picture, take a picture, edit a document or text, or the like in the electronic apparatus, and the like is transmitted by the electronic apparatus to the image forming apparatus in a job format, and the image forming apparatus can receive the job. The pictures, the documents or the characters can be freely edited on the electronic equipment by a user, and are sent to the image forming equipment in a job format after the editing is finished so as to meet the personalized requirements of the user. Optionally, the electronic device may include an editable area displayed on the touch screen, and the user may operate the editable area to form personalized text (such as a personal signature) or a picture.
S102, detecting whether the operation contains a watermark identification, and determining whether the operation is set to be added with the watermark or not based on the watermark identification.
Specifically, the watermark identifier may be a page description instruction recognizable by the image forming apparatus, such as PJL, PCL, or the like.
For example, the watermark identification may include a field configured in the job, including but not limited to a copy job watermark. The watermark identification is used for determining whether the operation is set to be added with the watermark.
In one possible implementation manner, step S102 includes: and if the operation contains the watermark identification, setting the operation as the watermark to be added.
That is, when the image forming apparatus detects that the job includes the watermark identifier (for example, the watermark identifier is a copy watermark, etc.) then the job is set to be watermarked. And if the operation does not contain the watermark identification, the image forming equipment does not set the operation as the watermark to be added.
In one possible implementation manner, the watermark identifier includes a field value, and step S102 includes:
if the operation contains the watermark identification, acquiring a field value of the watermark identification;
and if the field value is equal to the preset value, setting the operation as the watermark to be added.
That is, when the job includes the watermark identifier, the image forming apparatus determines whether the field value is equal to a preset value, and if the field value is equal to the preset value (if the field value is copyjobwaterworks equal to 1, and the preset value is 1), the job is set as the to-be-watermarked.
For example, the following fields may be included in the job:
UEL@PJL
@PJL SET COPYJOBWATERWARK=1
@PJL ENTER LANGUAGE=POSTSCRIPT
if the field value of the watermark identifier may be copy watermark 1, the image forming apparatus sets the job as a watermark to be added.
If the field value is not equal to a preset value or 0 (e.g., copyjobwaterworks is not equal to 1 or 0), the image forming apparatus does not set the job to be watermarked.
That is, when the image forming apparatus receives a job that does not include the watermark identification, or when the image forming apparatus receives a job that includes the watermark identification but the field value of the watermark identification is not equal to a preset value, the image forming apparatus does not set the job as a to-be-watermarked job, and the image forming apparatus may perform other operations, such as performing a printing or copying operation, and the like, without limitation.
It is worth mentioning that when the image forming device sets the watermark information as the watermark to be added, the image forming device does not print the watermark to be added, and the image forming device may store the watermark to be added, so as to form a visual file with a watermark subsequently.
S103, receiving a first file to be imaged.
In the present embodiment, the first document to be imaged may include an image or text data or the like obtained by scanning a document to be copied by a copying machine, or a picture, a document, or a character or the like sent to the image forming apparatus (such as a copying machine, a printer or the like) in a job format by an electronic apparatus.
For example, the first file to be imaged is a document or an image to be printed, the first file to be imaged may be stored in an electronic device, and a user may operate the electronic device to send the first file to be imaged to the image forming device in a job format. The image forming apparatus may include a copy area for placing a document to be copied.
Further, a user may send a copy instruction to the image forming apparatus through the electronic apparatus, causing the image forming apparatus to perform a copy operation.
For example, the copy instruction may include the following fields:
UEL@PJL
@PJL SET COPYSTART=1
UEL
that is, the image forming apparatus performs a copy operation in response to copy start being equal to 1, scans the document to be copied placed in the copy area, and obtains the first document to be imaged.
Alternatively, the image forming apparatus may further include a copy operation panel. The user can manually operate the copying operation panel, so that the image forming device responds to the user operation to scan the file to be copied to obtain the first file to be imaged.
It is to be understood that the execution sequence of step S101 and step S103 may not be sequential, so that the image forming apparatus may receive the job first and then receive the first file to be imaged, may acquire the job first and then acquire the first file to be imaged, and may acquire the job and the first file to be imaged simultaneously.
And S104, combining the watermark to be added and the first file to be imaged to form a first visual file.
The first visual file may include an imaging medium or the like for forming a visual image or text on a surface, that is, the first visual file surface may present the content in the first file to be imaged and the watermark information, that is, the first visual file is a visual file with a watermark.
Compared with two ways of adding watermarks in the prior art: the watermark is formed and combined by the images to be imaged, which can only be completed at the electronic equipment end, and before the operation is issued, the electronic equipment firstly synthesizes the images to be imaged corresponding to the watermark into a combined image according to pixels and then issues the combined image to the image forming equipment, so that when the copy processing is executed, only the self-contained and limited watermark pattern of the image forming equipment can be used, and the applicability is low. The watermark is transmitted from the electronic device to the image forming device and can only be transmitted according to the imaging command, so that the form of watermark transmission is very limited, and complicated software needs to be developed to convert the watermark corresponding operation into the imaging command.
In the technical solution provided in this embodiment, the watermark delivered in the job form can be directly received, so that a user can edit watermarks of various styles on the electronic device as long as the watermarks are delivered in the job form to the image forming device; data in a job form can be originally transmitted between the existing electronic device and the image forming device; when the corresponding operation of the watermark is issued, the watermark identification is added in the issuing operation, the watermark identification is used for representing that the watermark is set to be added, and the image forming equipment accurately executes the watermark processing operation according to the watermark identification; the whole implementation process does not increase much extra development workload; the whole technical scheme is simple, convenient and quick to realize.
It should be noted that the core of the technical solutions corresponding to the above-mentioned S101-S104 is how to solve the problem that the watermark pattern is limited or the watermark transmission is complex in the prior art. For the image forming device to execute the watermark processing operation according to the watermark identification, the existing software and firmware can be used to synthesize the image pixels, and the hardware implementation scheme mentioned in the following preferred mode can also be used. For example, it is mentioned that the image forming apparatus may also load an image processing algorithm on the SoC, merge the file to be watermarked (job form) and the first file to be imaged (job form), convert the merged file into a print language, and send the print language to the imaging engine unit to form a visualized file. For example, the image processing module of the hardware may convert a to-be-watermarked image (job format) into a first rasterized image, convert a first to-be-imaged file (job format) into a second rasterized image, process the first rasterized image and the second rasterized image according to a logical operation, send a pulse image after the logical operation to the laser controller, and input the pulse image into the imaging engine unit according to the synthesized pulse signal to form a visualized file.
Further, in a preferred embodiment, step S104 includes:
s201, converting the watermark to be added into a first rasterized image;
s202, converting the first file to be imaged into a second rasterized image;
s203, synchronously synthesizing the pulse signal corresponding to the first rasterized image and the pulse signal corresponding to the second rasterized image through a logic operation unit to form a synthesized pulse signal input to a laser controller;
and S204, inputting the laser controller to an imaging engine unit according to the synthesized pulse signal to form the first visual file.
In the conventional method, a driver of an image forming apparatus has a function of adding a watermark to a document to be copied, and a user sets a character or an image as a watermark in the driver, and when the image forming apparatus performs a copying operation, the image forming apparatus reads the watermark image and the image to be copied, synthesizes the watermark image and the image to be copied by pixels to obtain a combined image, and then converts the combined image into a rasterized image to form a visualized image on an image forming medium (i.e., to form a copied document with the watermark). The existing method has the disadvantages that the image forming device needs to combine the watermark image and the image to be copied into a combined image according to pixels, which not only occupies the memory of one image, but also consumes a large amount of time for combining the image, resulting in longer printing or copying time and slower printing speed.
In the image forming method in this embodiment, the watermark to be added is converted into the first rasterized image, the first file to be imaged is converted into the second rasterized image, and the watermark to be added and the first file to be imaged are not synthesized into a combined image by pixels, so that the image forming apparatus does not need to synthesize the watermark to be added and the first file to be imaged by pixels and synthesize and store the combined image, thereby reducing an occupied memory, saving time, and having simple operation and faster hardware processing speed.
In step S104, the first rasterized image and the second rasterized image may be synchronously synthesized by a logical operation unit in page synchronization or line synchronization, forming a synthesized pulse signal.
In one possible implementation manner, as shown in fig. 3, the step S203 includes:
s301, synchronously reading line data in the first rasterized image and the second rasterized image;
s302, synchronously synthesizing the pulse signal corresponding to the line data of the first rasterized image and the pulse signal corresponding to the line data of the second rasterized image through a logic operation unit.
Specifically, the image forming apparatus may include a controller, a buffer, a logical operation unit, a laser controller, and an imaging engine unit, the controller of the image forming apparatus generates a synchronization signal, the controller synchronously reads line data of the first rasterized image and the second rasterized image in accordance with the synchronization signal, and reading the same line of data of the first rasterized image and the second rasterized image into the buffer respectively, and synchronously outputting pulse signals corresponding to the line data of the first rasterized image and the second rasterized image to the logic operation unit, and synthesizing by the logic operation unit, and outputting the synthesized pulse signal to the laser controller, inputting the synthesized pulse signal to the imaging engine unit by the laser controller according to the synthesized pulse signal, and printing the first visual file on the surface of the imaging medium.
It is understood that the buffer may include a first buffer and a second buffer, the first buffer is used for storing the line data of the first rasterized image, the second buffer is used for storing the line data of the second rasterized image, and the first rasterized image and the same line data in the second rasterized image are synchronously output to the logic operation unit by bit shift. The logical operation unit may include a logical exclusive or unit or circuit, such as a logical or, a logical and or, a logical exclusive or, etc., which is not limited herein.
In one possible implementation, the first rasterized image to be watermarked and/or transformed by the watermark to be added may be stored.
In one possible implementation, the method further includes:
s901, storing the watermark to be added or a first rasterized image obtained by converting the watermark to be added;
s902, receiving a second file to be imaged;
and S903, combining the watermark to be added or the first rasterized image with the second file to be imaged to form a second visual file.
It can be seen that the second document to be imaged may include an image obtained by scanning a document to be copied by the image forming apparatus or a document to be printed sent by an electronic apparatus, and because the watermark to be added or the first rasterized image is stored in the image forming apparatus, when the image forming apparatus performs next copying or printing of a document, the watermark to be added or the first rasterized image may be directly called, and the watermark to be added or the first rasterized image may be merged with the second document to be imaged to form the second visualized document, thereby saving time. Optionally, the first rasterized image may be stored in the image forming apparatus, and when the image forming apparatus performs the next copying or printing of the document, the image forming apparatus directly calls the first rasterized image without converting the watermark to be added into the first rasterized image again, so that the speed of image formation is increased, and the time is saved.
The second visual file may include the content of the second to-be-imaged file and the to-be-watermarked formed on a surface of an imaging medium. It is to be understood that the image forming apparatus may also form a third visual file, a fourth visual file, and the like, without limitation thereto.
In one possible implementation manner, the method further includes:
and S105, when a preset condition is met, deleting the watermark to be added, wherein the preset condition comprises that the process of forming the visual file is stopped or finished, or the image forming equipment receives a preset deleting instruction.
In one possible implementation manner, the preset condition may include that the visual file (such as the first visual file or the second visual file, etc.) is formed completely, that is, after the visual file is formed, the to-be-watermarked or the first rasterized image stored in the image forming apparatus is deleted, so as to prevent others from misusing or stealing the to-be-watermarked or the first rasterized image, so as to ensure personal privacy information of a user.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that in the step S105, the method further comprises deleting the first rasterized image to prevent others from misusing or misappropriating the watermark to be added.
In one possible implementation manner, the preset condition may further include receiving a preset deletion instruction.
That is, the user may operate the electronic device to send the deletion instruction to the image forming device, and delete the first rasterized image or the watermark to be added by the image forming device, so as to prevent others from misusing or stealing the first rasterized image or the watermark to be added. It is to be understood that the deletion instruction may be prestored in the image forming apparatus, and when the image forming apparatus interrupts receiving the first document to be imaged, the image forming apparatus may call the deletion instruction to delete the first rasterized image or the watermark to be added.
In one possible implementation manner, the preset condition may further include that the process of forming the visual file by the image forming apparatus is suspended, that is, when the image forming apparatus suspends forming the visual file due to an external reason (such as an apparatus failure or a network interruption), the image forming apparatus deletes the first rasterized image or the watermark to be added.
In another aspect, the present application also provides an image forming method applied to an image forming apparatus, including:
s401, receiving a first job and a second job sent by an electronic device, wherein the first job comprises a watermark identifier, the watermark identifier is used for determining whether the first job is set to be added with a watermark, and the second job is a file to be imaged.
Specifically, the image forming apparatus establishes a connection with an electronic apparatus, and the electronic apparatus transmits the first job and the second job to the image forming apparatus. The first job may include pictures stored in the electronic device, pictures taken, documents editable or text editable, and the like. The file to be imaged can comprise a picture to be printed or a document to be printed and the like stored in the electronic equipment.
S402, whether the first operation and the second operation contain watermark identification or not is respectively detected, and whether the first operation is set to be added with the watermark or not is determined based on the watermark identification.
For example, the watermark identifier may be a copyjobmatchrank field or the like.
In one possible implementation manner, the first job includes the watermark identifier (such as a copy job metadata watermark field), the second job does not include the watermark identifier, and when the image forming apparatus detects that the first job includes the watermark identifier and the second job does not include the watermark identifier, the first job is set to be watermarked, and the second job is not set to be watermarked. For example, the image forming apparatus may set the second job as a document to be imaged, a job to be imaged, or the like.
In one possible implementation manner, the first job and the second job each include the watermark identifier (such as a copy job identifier field), and the watermark identifier further includes a field value, and step S402 includes:
respectively judging whether the field values of the watermark identifications in the first operation and the second operation are equal to preset values (if the preset values are 1);
and if the field value of the watermark identification in the first operation is equal to a preset value, setting the first operation as the watermark to be added.
That is, when the field value copyjobmatchwark of the watermark flag in the first job is equal to 1 and the field value copyjobmatchwark of the watermark flag in the second job is not equal to 1 or 0, the image forming apparatus sets the first job as to-be-watermarked and does not set the second job as to-be-watermarked.
For example, the following fields may be included in the first job:
UEL@PJL
@PJL SET COPYJOBMATERWARK=1
@PJL ENTER LANGUAGE=POSTSCRIPT
and S403, combining the watermark to be added with the file to be imaged to form a visual file.
In one possible implementation manner, the step S403, merging the to-be-watermarked file and the first to-be-imaged file to form a first visual file, includes:
converting the watermark to be added into a first rasterized image;
converting the first file to be imaged into a second rasterized image;
synchronously synthesizing the pulse signal corresponding to the first rasterized image and the pulse signal corresponding to the second rasterized image through a logic operation unit to form a synthesized pulse signal input to a laser controller;
and the laser controller inputs the synthesized pulse signal to an imaging engine unit to form the first visual file.
The step S403 is identical to the step S104 of the method of the first aspect, and is not described herein again.
It is to be understood that the method of the second aspect may include a step of deleting the first rasterized image, the watermark to be added, or the watermark to be added, which is similar to the method of the first aspect, and is not described herein again.

s501, responding to a first operation of a user, and acquiring watermark information.
For example, the first operation may include a user clicking to select a picture or a document stored in the electronic device, or the first operation may include a user operating the first device to take a picture, or the first operation may include a user editing a document or text on the electronic device through a touch screen, or selecting a document, printing a word, or the like. The watermark to be added can comprise one or more combinations of pictures, editable or printable documents or texts so as to meet the personalized requirements of users.
S502, generating operation based on the watermark information, wherein the operation comprises watermark identification, and the watermark identification is used for representing that the operation is set to be added with a watermark.
Specifically, the format of the job may include word, PDF, JPG, or other formats recognizable by the image forming apparatus, and the like. In step S502, the format of the watermark information may be converted into the format of the job, where the job may be a document in a format such as word, PDF, and JPG that includes the watermark information.
S503, responding to a second operation of the user, sending the job to the image forming device, enabling the image forming device to set the job as the watermark to be added based on the watermark identification, and combining the watermark to be added and the file to be imaged to form a visual file.
In one possible implementation manner, as shown in fig. 5, the process of the user performing the operation on the electronic device may include the following steps:
601. a user scans a two-dimensional code provided by the copying machine by the electronic equipment (such as a mobile phone) or brings the electronic equipment (such as an NFC mobile phone) close to an NFC reading area of the copying machine;
602. the WIFI or Bluetooth connection between the electronic equipment and the copying machine is completed through the two-dimensional code or the NFC;
603. after the electronic equipment and the copying machine are connected, starting a 'remote control screen' program of the copying machine (for example, an APP is pushed to be installed if the APP does not exist);
604. a user places a document to be copied in a region to be copied of the copying machine, so that the copying machine can scan the document to be copied;
605. the user operates on the electronic device, for example, watermark content is written in a handwriting area of a screen of the electronic device, so that the electronic device forms the watermark information based on the operation of the user, or the user can obtain the watermark information by taking a picture of the electronic device, or the user can select a printing font as the watermark information;
606. and clicking 'start copying' on the electronic equipment by the user, sending the watermark information to the copying machine by the electronic equipment in an operation format, starting the copying machine to start copying, adding the watermark on the file to be copied, and finishing copying.
