The principle of the operation display system is shown in fig. 3, a battery supplies power to a circuit board, a displacement sensor is connected with a control board, and a singlechip on the control board acquires data of the displacement sensor through a displacement signal processing circuit; the pressure sensor is connected with the control panel, and the singlechip on the control panel acquires data of the pressure sensor through the pressure signal processing circuit; the singlechip on the control panel is connected with the liquid crystal screen 3 and displays data information; the single chip microcomputer detects the key state through the keyboard input circuit, executes corresponding functions and carries out man-machine interaction.
During measurement, the connecting rod 13 is screwed in or out of the adjusting shaft 8 by rotating the measuring handle 6, so that the length of the right pressure foot 1 in the transverse direction is adjusted, the pressure feet 1 at two ends of the measuring main machine are abutted against the skirt boards at two sides of the escalator, then the standard pressure and the standard deformation are set, and the measurement is started. The measuring handle 6 continuously rotates the measuring shaft 7 to apply pressure to the apron board, the pressure sensor 11 senses pressure change, the displacement sensor 10 on the transmission rod 9 senses displacement change of the measuring shaft 7 and transmits the displacement change to the displacement sensor 10, and the operation display system automatically records and displays the maximum pressure and the maximum deformation. And stopping applying force when the real-time pressure is greater than the standard pressure or the real-time deformation is greater than the standard deformation, and automatically recording the maximum pressure and the maximum deformation by the measuring host.
The measurement host has two working modes of a single machine and an online machine, measurement can be independently completed in the single machine mode without depending on a handheld terminal, the field measurement portability is good, and the measurement can be completed by a single person; the system can be in wireless communication with the handheld terminal in an online mode, the application software can send the set parameters to the measurement host, display the measurement data sent by the measurement host, draw a measurement curve and record the measurement result.
