Description

Projectile water trough with sound deadening launch section
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of underwater ballistic experiments, and particularly relates to a projectile water tank with a silencing emission section.
Background
The research on underwater trajectory has great significance for solving the practical engineering problems of torpedo, deep-water bomb, anti-submarine missile underwater movement, spacecraft recovery and the like. With the current development of ballistic disciplines, the study of the ballistic trajectory of a single medium in air or underwater has become relatively mature, and thus the study of the cross-medium ballistic trajectory has gradually become the focus of research in various countries. Under the increasingly critical international situation of the offshore defense system, the research on the relevant theory of projectile entering water and the underwater ballistic trajectory experiment is more necessary and urgent.
The projectile water tank is one experimental device for researching the ballistic motion of projectile in water. In conventional water ballistic experiments, the projectile moves at high speed and generates a loud noise. Most of the prior projectile water tanks neglect the design of noise reduction, and a part of the projectile water tanks adopt a traditional noise reduction mode, namely a muzzle noise suppressor, and the principle of the muzzle noise suppressor is to reduce muzzle noise by changing the repulsion mode of propellant gas. Although this method can effectively reduce noise, such noise reduction means may cause poor connection of components in the transmitting section. Therefore, the existing projectile water tank has a plurality of defects in the aspect of noise elimination, the function of the noise elimination is single, and the components are easy to be poorly connected.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a projectile water trough with a sound-deadening launching section.
The technical solution for realizing the purpose of the invention is as follows: a projectile water tank with a silencing emission section comprises a projectile water tank, a silencing section and an emission section;
the projectile water tank is formed by sequentially connecting a plurality of unit water tanks in series, an observation window is arranged on the side surface, and a guide rail and a top cover are arranged at the top; the water tank of the ballistic terminal is provided with a cylindrical bullet receiver;
the silencing section is connected with the projectile water tank through a flange frame, and the inner wall of the silencing section is made of silencing materials;
the launching section, the silencing section and the projectile water tank are all arranged on the I-shaped steel and are coaxial; the launching section comprises a horizontal launching frame and an inclined water launching frame; the gun barrel on the launcher can be detached.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following remarkable advantages: (1) the invention can achieve the purpose of silencing under the condition of not changing a shot launching device. The potential influence of the added silencer part of the shot launching device on the experimental result is avoided. (2) The invention can adjust the strength of the sound-eliminating effect at any time, and has convenient assembly and strong flexibility. (3) The invention provides three different launching modes, the launching device of the projectile can be flexibly replaced, the launching mode of the projectile in the general projectile water tank is single, and the invention can carry out more in-depth experimental research. (4) A plurality of projectile water tanks are not provided with covers, although the observation result is more convenient, the projectile water tanks which are not provided with the covers have considerable potential safety hazards due to the phenomenon of bouncing.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a schematic overall view of a projectile flume with an anechoic section and a launch section of the present invention.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view showing the structure of one of the unit sinks of the projectile sink of the present invention.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of the muffling segment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the figures and examples.
As shown in fig. 1. The projectile trough and launcher are placed on the two i-steel rails of figure 1. The I-steel rails 1 are placed on the horizontal ground, the arrangement mode is similar to that of railway rails, and the two rails are placed in parallel to play a role in supporting a water tank and a launching rack. The height and angle of the launcher may be adjusted so that the barrel on the launcher is aligned with the projectile water trough in front of the barrel. When the experiment is carried out, the shot emitted by the gun barrel enters the projectile water tank along the shot emission direction after being emitted, the shot breaks through the valve 2 after being emitted and enters the projectile water tank and continues to advance in the water, if the movement direction of the shot does not change after entering the water, the shot continues to advance along the original direction and hits the cylindrical bullet receiver at the end position of the projectile water tank, and the inside of the bullet receiver 3 is filled with cobblestones. When the projectile moves at a high speed in the projectile water tank, experimenters can record the movement track of the projectile through various technical means, analyze a flow field and carry out related experimental research on the underwater trajectory. The projectile troughs are clearly seen in tandem in figure 1. The length of the projectile water tank can be lengthened or shortened by adding or reducing the number of the water tanks in series, and the projectile water tank is very convenient and flexible for experimental research.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view showing the structure of one of the unit sinks of the projectile sink of the present invention. The projectile water tank is formed in series in the ballistic direction for a plurality of unit water tanks, and fig. 2(a) shows an enlarged view of the unit water tanks within a dashed frame in fig. 1. Fig. 2(b) and 2(c) are a front view and a side view of this unit sink. The unit water tank shown in fig. 2(a) - (c) is shown with the receiver section at the ballistic terminal end. Fig. 2(d) shows the unit water bath without the cylindrical bullet receiver.
The flange frame 4 links up adjacent unit basin around, and the structure of flange frame is similar to the frame construction of window to adopt screw and unit basin to fix. As shown in fig. 2(a), the receiver at the ballistic terminus is attached to a thick steel panel 5. The outer layer of the bullet receiver 3 is a steel wire mesh which is of a multilayer structure, cobblestones are arranged inside the steel wire mesh, and the cylindrical surface of the cylindrical bullet receiver is overlapped with the inner side of the panel. The side wall of the unit water tank is made of steel plate. Each unit water tank of the invention opens eight observation windows on the side surface, namely eight areas filled with glass are cut on the side wall surface of each unit water tank. Four of which are square areas and four of which are circular areas. As shown by reference numerals 6 and 7 of fig. 2, the area of the four square observation windows 6 on the upper portion is larger than that of the four circular observation windows 7 on the lower portion, wherein the flow field is convenient to observe through the windows 6, the area of the circular observation windows 7 is smaller, but the circular observation windows can be polished by an external light source, so that the observation effect of the ballistic flume is better. The window glass is fixed on the side wall of the unit water tank by a sealing leather strip. And 8, a track for moving the cover plate is placed on a tripod 9, and the tripod is fixed on the inner side wall of the unit water tank through screws. A removable deck 10 is placed on the deck track 8 and is wheeled to slide on the track 8. The movable cover plate can shield light and prevent bouncing, and the safety of the experimental environment is guaranteed. The track makes the removal that removes the apron can be nimble, and the apron can be torn open as required. Therefore, the position and the number of the movable cover plates can be adjusted more conveniently, and observation is facilitated.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of the muffling segment of the present invention. The muffling segment can be regarded as a unit water tank with special structure. Because there is no glass window as compared to the other unit tanks, the valve 2 on the back panel 11 acts as a seal and can be punctured by a projectile into the water. The projectile is launched from the barrel, breaks through the valve 2 of the muffling segment in the advancing direction, then enters the muffling segment part, and continues to advance to finally hit the receiver 3 at the ballistic end of the projectile water tank. The muffling segment can be viewed as a unitary flume structure without a glass window. The silencing material is galvanized steel plate with porous surface. The steel plate and the side wall steel plate of the muffling section are welded together to form the side wall of the muffling section. The principle of the silencer is a resistive silencer, sound waves are transmitted in a porous sound absorption material or a sound absorption structure, and the sound energy is converted into heat energy due to friction and is dissipated, so that noise transmitted along a pipeline is attenuated along with distance, and the aim of silencing is fulfilled. It has small pressure drop to the airflow and good silencing effect to medium-frequency and high-frequency sound waves. The porous structure is shown in fig. 3.
The inclined water launching frame and the launching frame shown in figure 1 can be fixed on I-shaped steel, and the movement and the disassembly are very convenient. The frame legs are connected and reinforced by steel plates by using the principle of triangular stability. The inclined water launching cradle can lift from front to back at both ends, and height and incident angle are adjusted, therefore to crossing the ballistic test of medium, this launching section provides three kinds of different launching methods:
(1) the experimental mode that the shot is obliquely put into water from the upper part of the projectile water tank as the oblique water-entering launcher in the figure 1 removes the device for moving the panel on the upper side of the experimental section to ensure that the motion process of the shot to the shot receiver is not interfered by the panel.
(2) Cross-medium and direct water launching mode. The inclined water launching platform of fig. 1 is replaced by a horizontal launching platform, and the height is adjusted to enable the emitting direction of the gun barrel to be in the same straight line with the valve 2 and the bullet receiver 3. The projectile enters the water through a valve.
(3) And (4) launching in water, and moving the gun barrel forwards to deep into the valve to perform a water projectile test.
The invention provides 3 different launching modes to carry out the cross-medium projectile test, and the design of the side observation window and the top movable door cover optimizes the observation environment and can better observe the experiment result. The invention achieves the aim of silencing by changing the experimental structure of the projectile water tank, and optimizes the experimental environment of the underwater projectile.
