By adopting the optional embodiment, negative pressure can be formed in the humidifying channel 202 and the moisture absorption channel 201 by utilizing a centrifugal fan or a direct current fan, and air flow is guided to pass through the humidifying channel 202 and the moisture absorption channel 201, so that the air flow is more uniform and stable when passing through the first moisture absorption module 110 and the second moisture absorption module 120, and the stability of the moisture absorption process and the humidification process is improved.
Optionally, an air outlet of the humidification channel 202 is provided with a centrifugal fan, and an air outlet of the moisture absorption channel 201 is provided with a direct current fan. By adopting the optional embodiment, the air outlet of the humidifying channel 202 turns and discharges the humidified air flow through the centrifugal fan, so that the connecting pipeline can conveniently introduce the humidified air flow into the space needing to be humidified; the air outlet of the moisture absorption channel 201 adopts a direct current fan to directly discharge the air flow which is absorbed moisture in the moisture absorption channel 201, and the structure is simple and the performance is stable.
Optionally, an air outlet of the humidification channel 202 is communicated with an air inlet of a centrifugal fan, and the air outlet of the centrifugal fan is perpendicular to the humidification channel 202. With this alternative embodiment, it is convenient to direct the humidified gas flowing out of the humidification passage 202 in one direction alone.
Optionally, an air inlet grille and a filter layer are arranged between the air inlets of the humidifying channel 202 and the moisture absorbing channel 201 and the first moisture absorbing module 110 and the second moisture absorbing module 120. With this alternative embodiment, dust in the air can be filtered. Preventing dust from being deposited on the first and second moisture absorption modules 110 and 120, resulting in a decrease in the ventilation of the first and second moisture absorption modules 110 and 120.
Alternatively, both the centrifugal fan and the axial fan may be rotated in opposite directions. With this alternative embodiment, the first and second absorbent modules 110 and 120 and the air intake grill and filter are cleaned of dust by reverse blowing.
Optionally, a movable opening 209 is provided on the partition 208 between the moisture absorption channel 201 and the humidification channel 202, and the first moisture absorption module 110 and the second moisture absorption module 120 reciprocate in the movable opening 209.
Alternatively, the size of the opening 209 may be the same as the size of the cross-section of the first and second absorbent modules 110 and 120 through the opening 209. With this alternative embodiment, the size of the first moisture absorption module 110 and the second moisture absorption module 120 completely seals the movable opening 209, so as to prevent the air flow in the humidification passage 202 and the moisture absorption passage 201 from communicating with each other, thereby affecting the overall humidification effect.
Optionally, a sealing strip is arranged around the movable opening 209. With this alternative embodiment, the sealing between the activation port 209 and the first absorbent module 110 and the second absorbent module 120 is improved by the sealing strips.
Fig. 11 shows a structure in which a humidifying device provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure is connected to a gas valve, and fig. 12 is one structure of the gas valve provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure.
Optionally, the air inlet of the humidification channel 202 and the moisture absorption channel 201 is provided with an air valve 210, the air valve can move 360 degrees, when the air valve 210 is perpendicular to the air inlet, the humidification channel 202 or the moisture absorption channel 201 is opened, and when the air valve 210 is horizontal to the air inlet, the humidification channel 202 or the moisture absorption channel 201 is closed. With this alternative embodiment, the humidification passage 202 and the moisture absorption passage 201 can be opened or closed to prevent dust from entering when not in use.
Optionally, the gas valve 210 comprises: a motor 211 including a rotating shaft; and a rotation plate 212 having a side connected to a rotation shaft of the motor 211. With this alternative embodiment, the motor 211 drives the rotating plate to rotate, and the humidifying channel 202 or the moisture absorption channel 201 is opened or closed.
Optionally, sensing devices are arranged in the humidifying channel 202 and the moisture absorption channel 201, and are used for sensing whether the humidifying channel 202 or the moisture absorption channel 201 provided with the first moisture absorption module 110 and the second moisture absorption module 120 is provided; the sensor can be an infrared sensing switch; when the first moisture absorption module 110 and the second moisture absorption module 120 are not arranged in the humidification channel 202 or the moisture absorption channel 201, the axial flow fan or the centrifugal fan communicated with the humidification channel 202 or the moisture absorption channel 201 is closed, and the gas valve 210 at the gas inlet of the humidification channel 202 or the moisture absorption channel 201 is closed.
Fig. 13 shows an example structure of the inside of the humidifying device provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure.
As an example, the humidifying device includes: a humidifying channel 202 and a moisture absorption channel 201, and the width of the humidifying channel 202 is the same as that of the moisture absorption channel 201; the length of the first moisture absorption module 110 and the length of the second moisture absorption module 120 are both equal to the width of the humidification channel 202, when the first moisture absorption module 110 is located in the heated airflow in the humidification channel 202 to release moisture, the second moisture absorption module 120 is located in the airflow in the moisture absorption channel 201 to absorb moisture, after a preset time, the first moisture absorption module 110 and the second moisture absorption module 120 move in opposite directions under the driving of the driving device 300, so that the first moisture absorption module 110 enters the airflow in the moisture absorption channel 201 to absorb moisture, the second moisture absorption module 120 is located in the heated airflow in the humidification channel 202 to release moisture, and the first moisture absorption module 110 and the second moisture absorption module 120 move in a reciprocating manner to continuously humidify.
Fig. 14 shows another example structure of the interior of the humidifying device provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure.
As another example, a humidifying device includes: the humidifying device comprises a humidifying channel 202 and two moisture absorption channels 201, wherein the two moisture absorption channels 201 are an A moisture absorption channel 201-1 and a B moisture absorption channel 201-2 respectively, and the width of the humidifying channel 202 is the same as that of the A moisture absorption channel 201-1 and that of the B moisture absorption channel 201-2; the length of the first moisture absorption module 110 is the same as that of the second moisture absorption module 120 and is equal to the sum of the width of the humidification channel 202 and the width of one moisture absorption channel 201, the first moisture absorption module 110 is divided into an a part 110-1 and a B part 110-2 from the middle, the second moisture absorption module 120 is divided into a C part 120-1 and a D part 120-2 from the middle, when the a part 110-1 of the first moisture absorption module 110 is positioned in the air flow in the a moisture absorption channel 201-1 to absorb moisture, the D part 120-2 of the second moisture absorption module 120 is positioned in the air flow in the B moisture absorption channel 201-2 to absorb moisture, and the B part 110-2 of the first moisture absorption module 110 and the C part 120-1 of the second moisture absorption module 120 are overlapped in the heated air flow in the humidification channel 202 to release moisture, after a preset time, the driving device 300 drives the first moisture absorption module 110 and the second moisture absorption module 120 to move in opposite directions, the part B of the first moisture absorption module 110 enters the air flow in the part B moisture absorption channel 201-2 to absorb moisture, the part C120-1 of the second moisture absorption module 120 enters the air flow in the part A moisture absorption channel 201-1 to absorb moisture, the part A110-1 of the first moisture absorption module 110 and the part D120-2 of the second moisture absorption module 120 are overlapped in the heated air flow in the humidifying channel 202 to release moisture, and the humidifying is continuously performed through the reciprocating movement of the first moisture absorption module 110 and the second moisture absorption module 120.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides an air conditioner.
Fig. 15 shows one structure of an air conditioner provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure, fig. 16 shows a side sectional structure of an air conditioner provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure, and fig. 17 shows another structure of an air conditioner provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure.
In some embodiments, an air conditioner includes: the humidifying device 001 according to any one of the above embodiments.
In some embodiments, an air conditioner includes: an outdoor unit 002; the humidifying device 001 is connected to the sidewall of the outdoor unit 002, and includes an airflow channel 500 and the moisture absorption module 100 disposed in the airflow channel 500, and the airflow channel 500 is parallel to the sidewall of the outdoor unit 002.
By adopting the optional embodiment, compared with a moisture absorption turntable structure, the moisture absorption module 100 structure has the advantages that the width of the moisture absorption module 100 can be smaller under the condition of the same area, so that the moisture absorption module 100 can stand on the outdoor unit 002 of the air conditioner, the humidified air flow is parallel to the side wall of the outdoor unit 002, and the air channel can be directly connected with the front side and the rear side of the humidifying device 001, so that the air channel structure is simplified.
Alternatively, the humidifying device 001 is connected to an outer sidewall of the outdoor unit 002. With this alternative embodiment, the humidifying device 001 is directly installed outside the outdoor unit 002, and the internal space of the outdoor unit 002 does not need to be changed, thereby simplifying the installation structure.
Alternatively, the humidifying device 001 is detachably connected to the side wall of the outdoor unit 002. Adopt this optional embodiment, can dismantle the maintenance alone to humidification device 001 to can directly install humidification device 001 on current ordinary air condensing units 002, be convenient for reform transform current ordinary air condensing units 002.
Alternatively, the humidifying device 001 is fixedly connected to the side wall of the outdoor unit 002 by screws. Alternatively, the humidifying device 001 is connected to a top wall, a left side wall, or a right side wall of the outdoor unit 002. With this alternative embodiment, the top side wall, the left side wall, or the right side wall of the outdoor unit 002 does not need to be load-bearing, and can prevent the humidifying device 001 from being pressed, and can prevent the humidifying device 001 from being damaged by pressure.
Alternatively, the humidifying device 001 is connected to the top sidewall of the outdoor unit 002. Adopt this optional embodiment, humidification device 001's mounted position is more stable, can not cause and drop.
Alternatively, the humidifying device 001 is connected to the left or right side wall of the outdoor unit 002. With this alternative embodiment, when the installation position of the top side of the outdoor unit 002 is compact, the humidifying device 001 is installed on the left side wall or the right side wall of the outdoor unit 002, and the installation and combination are more reasonable.
Alternatively, one side wall of the casing of the humidifying device 001 is the same size as one side wall of the casing of the outdoor unit 002. With this alternative embodiment, the humidifying device 001 and the outdoor unit 002 can be installed together more integrally.
Alternatively, one side wall of the casing of the humidifying device 001 is the same size as the top side wall of the casing of the outdoor unit 002. With this alternative embodiment, it is convenient to install the humidifying device 001 on the top side wall of the outdoor unit 002, and the integrity after installation is stronger.
Alternatively, one side wall of the casing of the humidifying device 001 is the same size as the left or right side wall of the casing of the outdoor unit 002. With this alternative embodiment, it is convenient to install the humidifying device 001 on the left or right side wall of the outdoor unit 002, and the integrity after installation is stronger.
Alternatively, the airflow direction of the airflow passage 500 is the same as the discharge direction of the outdoor unit 002. With this alternative embodiment, the stability of the airflow in the airflow channel 500 and the airflow in the outdoor unit 002 can be increased, and the disturbance of the airflow can be prevented.
Optionally, the absorbent module 100 is perpendicular to the airflow channel 500. With this alternative embodiment, the airflow within airflow channel 500 is made easier to pass through absorbent module 100.
Optionally, the air flow channel 500 comprises a moisture absorption channel 201 and a humidification channel 202; the moisture absorption module 100 is movably disposed in the moisture absorption channel 201 and the humidification channel 202, and absorbs moisture in the moisture absorption channel 201 and releases moisture in the humidification channel 202. With this alternative embodiment, the moisture absorption module 100 absorbs moisture in the moisture absorption passage 201 and then releases the moisture in the humidification passage 202, and thus the humidification operation can be stably performed.
Optionally, a partition 208 is provided between the humidification channel 202 and the moisture absorption channel 201, so that the humidification channel 202 and the moisture absorption channel 201 are independent from each other. With this alternative embodiment, the release of moisture in the humidification passage 202 and the absorption of moisture in the moisture absorption passage 201 are prevented from affecting each other, and the humidification efficiency is improved.
Optionally, the humidification channel 202 and the moisture absorption channel 201 are adjacent and parallel to each other. By adopting the optional embodiment, the moisture absorption module 100 can move between the humidification channel 202 and the moisture absorption channel 201 conveniently, the moisture absorption module 100 can absorb moisture in the moisture absorption channel 201 and release the moisture in the humidification channel 202 conveniently, and the humidification efficiency is improved.
Optionally, the absorbent module 100 includes a first absorbent module 110 and a second absorbent module 120.

Claims (10)

1. A humidification device, comprising:
a housing including a moisture absorption passage and a humidification passage;
the first moisture absorption module and the second moisture absorption module are movably arranged in the moisture absorption channel and the humidification channel and are configured to absorb moisture in the moisture absorption channel and release moisture in the humidification channel;
and the driving device is connected with the first moisture absorption module and the second moisture absorption module and is configured to drive the first moisture absorption module and the second moisture absorption module to reciprocate between the humidification channel and the moisture absorption channel, and the moving directions of the first moisture absorption module and the second moisture absorption module are opposite.
2. The humidification device of claim 1, wherein the length of the first moisture absorption module is greater than or equal to the largest width of the humidification channel and the moisture absorption channel and less than or equal to the sum of the widths of all the moisture absorption channels and the humidification channel.
3. The humidification device of claim 2, wherein the first and second moisture absorption modules are the same length.
4. The humidification device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the housing includes one humidification passage and one moisture absorption passage, and the humidification passage has a width equal to a width of the moisture absorption passage.
5. The humidification device of claim 4, wherein the first and second moisture absorption modules each have a length equal to a width of the humidification channel.
6. The humidifying device of claim 1, wherein the housing comprises:
the humidifying device comprises one humidifying channel and two moisture absorption channels, and the two moisture absorption channels are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the humidifying channel.
7. The humidification device of claim 6, wherein the length of the first moisture absorption module and the length of the second moisture absorption module are both equal to the width of the moisture absorption channel plus the width of one of the humidification channels.
8. The humidification device of claim 1, wherein the first moisture absorption module and the second moisture absorption module are slidably connected to the humidification channel and an inner wall of the moisture absorption channel by a slide rail.
9. The humidifying device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the driving device comprises:
the first rack is arranged on the first moisture absorption module;
the second rack is arranged on the second moisture absorption module;
a gear engaged with the first rack and the second rack;
the motor comprises a power output part fixedly connected with the gear; the gear is driven by the motor to rotate, and drives the first rack, the second rack, the first moisture absorption module and the second moisture absorption module to move in a reciprocating mode.
10. An air conditioner characterized by comprising the humidifying device as recited in any one of claims 1 to 9.
