Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a falling-off prevention device for a window and a window with the same.
Background
Windows have been widely used in various buildings in our lives, and windows used in living houses are almost always openable, and windows in some high-rise buildings are gradually enlarged. These windows are required to be highly safe and can have a significant impact if the window is dropped.
In general, a window mainly includes a window frame installed on an opening of a wall body, and a window sash openably and closably installed on the window frame, and the window sash mainly includes a window sash frame and a panel (the panel is mostly glass).
In order to prevent the window sash from falling off the window frame, a device for preventing the window sash from falling off is disclosed in chinese utility model application No. 200720172584.6. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the device for preventing the window sash from falling off includes fixing blocks 52 and 54 and a metal cord 53, the fixing blocks 52 and 54 are respectively fixed to the window frame 1 and the window sash 2, and the metal cord 53 is connected between the fixing blocks 52 and 54, so that when the window sash 2 itself falls off from the window frame 1, the window sash 2 that falls off can be pulled by the device.
However, for some large window sashes, the panels are made of glass, and the weight of the panels is quite large. At the moment that the window sash falls to be hung by the metal rope of the anti-falling device, the force applied to the metal rope is large, so that the metal rope is likely to break, and the anti-falling function is lost.
As a method for solving the above problem, generally, a metal cord is thickened or a plurality of drop-off prevention means are provided. However, the window sash needs to be opened when in use, the thick metal rope obviously makes the opening and closing operation of the window become heavy, and the plurality of anti-falling devices also affect the appearance.
In addition, when the window sash is in an open state, the connection distance of the metal rope may be increased due to the absence of the limiting device, which may cause certain influence.
Furthermore, when the window sash is closed, the metal cord is not provided with an auxiliary device, so that the storage of the metal cord has a certain influence on the operation of closing the window sash, and the window sash cannot be smoothly closed.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a drop preventing device for a window, which can reliably prevent a window sash from dropping, can smoothly perform an opening and closing operation of the window, and does not affect the appearance, and a window including the same.
In order to achieve the above object, a drop preventing device for a window according to the present invention includes: a metal rope connected between a window frame and a sash frame openably and closably installed to the window frame; a first connection fixing member that connects a portion of one end side of the metal cord to the window frame and prevents the metal cord from falling off the window frame; and a second connection fixing member which connects a portion of the other end side of the metal cord to the window sash frame and prevents the metal cord from falling off from the window sash frame, the first connection fixing member including a first connection fixing piece fixed to the window frame and a first metal cord fixing piece slidably disposed on the window frame, the first connection fixing piece having a first passing portion through which the metal cord passes and a first fixing portion fixed to the window frame, one end of the metal cord being fixed to the first metal cord fixing piece, a first resilient member being provided between the first connection fixing piece and the first metal cord fixing piece. In this way, by providing the first resilient member, when the window sash and the window frame are separated, the first connecting and fixing piece compresses the first resilient member to reach the front end portion of the metal cord (i.e., one end of the metal cord) and holds the window sash, so that the window frame that is most stressed is given a reverse resilient force when dropped (i.e., the force applied to the window frame is buffered by the first resilient member), thereby reliably preventing the metal cord from being broken. The window sash can be smoothly closed. Therefore, by providing the first resilient member, the window sash can be reliably prevented from coming off, and the opening and closing operation of the window can be smoothly performed without affecting the appearance.
In the drop preventing device for a window according to the present invention, the other end of the metal cord may be connected and fixed to the sash frame by the second connecting and fixing member.
In the drop preventing device for a window according to the present invention, the second connecting and fixing member may include a second connecting and fixing piece fixed to the window sash frame and a second metal cord fixing piece slidably provided on the window sash frame, the second connecting and fixing piece may include a second passing portion through which the metal cord is passed entirely and a second fixing portion fixed to the window sash frame, the other end of the metal cord may be fixed to the second metal cord fixing piece, and a second resilient member may be provided between the second connecting and fixing piece and the second metal cord fixing piece. In this way, by further providing the second resilient member, the window sash can be more reliably prevented from coming off, the opening and closing operation of the window can be more smoothly performed, and the appearance is not affected.
In the drop preventing device for windows according to the present invention, the first resilient member is preferably a spring, and the second resilient member is preferably a spring. Thus, the first and second resilient members can be realized with a simple configuration.
In the drop preventing device for a window according to the present invention, the first fixing portion may be fixed to the window frame by a screw, and the second fixing portion may be fixed to the sash frame by a screw. In this way, each fixing portion can be reliably fixed to the window frame or the sash frame.
The window according to the present invention is characterized by including the above-described anti-drop device for a window.
According to the present invention, there are provided a window drop preventing device capable of reliably preventing a window sash from dropping and smoothly performing an opening and closing operation of a window without affecting the appearance, and a window provided with the same.
