Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a toilet valve opening/closing device and a system for recycling cooled hot water in a hot water pipe having the same.
Background
In a building using hot water, such as a bathroom, a bath room, or the like, a tap water pipe for supplying cold water and a hot water pipe for supplying hot water are installed together. The water plug is located at the end of the water supply pipe to open and close the water, and is various depending on the installation position, the use, or the function.
The hot water pipe is connected to a boiler, and water in the hot water pipe from the boiler to the hydrant is cooled by ambient temperature while the hydrant is not in use. Therefore, even if the valve of the water faucet is opened to immediately use the hot water, the cold water that has cooled inside the pipe often flows out for a while. Particularly, when the ambient temperature is low in winter, the time for discharging cold water becomes long, and the user waits until hot water starts to flow out and reaches a desired temperature, and performs an operation such as checking by bringing the water into contact with the body. When the water in the shower is opened for showering, bathing, or the like, cold water is encountered, which is a little inconvenience in daily life, but may pose a threat to users who are ill-health, such as heart diseases, due to a temperature difference caused by the cold water that suddenly comes out.
The water hydrant, although the ultimate source of water in a household or building, exhibits a deviation in water consumption depending on its degree of utilization. Water shortages are also a serious worldwide situation and thus require practical solutions to achieve water savings. However, the cold water flowing directly into the hot water pipe of the sewage as in the above case is considered to be a waste of precious water resources. For this reason, a technology is being developed that enables cool water to be discharged through another piping, not a sewage, by the operation of the hydrant. In addition, there is an attempt to store hot water cooled in the hot water pipe and reuse the hot water in a toilet or the like. However, in order to send the cooled water in the hot water pipe discharged from the hydrant to the toilet for use, the valve device of the toilet needs to be changed accordingly, and the valve device of the conventional toilet is a method of discharging all the water in the tank at once, so that there is a problem that only a predetermined amount of water cannot be used.

The water tank 12 is connected to a discharge pipe 23 in addition to the water supply pipe 21 described above. The water tank 12 stores a predetermined amount of water, and the valve 200 is operated by a user operating the handle. Operation of valve 200 moves valve 200 from drain pipe 100 to supply a predetermined amount of water stored in tank 12 to toilet 11. After a predetermined amount of water is discharged, the valve 200 closes the drain pipe 100. The valve body 300 is formed to operate the internally disposed valve 200. In the valve body 300, a plurality of support columns 310 in a cylindrical shape are arranged in the vertical direction. A disk-shaped attachment frame 320 is formed on the support column 310. The attachment frame 320 is attached to the mounting frame 330. A plurality of inlet ports 340 are formed between the pillars 310. When the valve 200 is opened, the water is discharged to the drain pipe 100 through the input port 340.

The valve guide rod 220 is opened at the top, and has a hollow interior. Although not shown in the drawings, a weight may be added to the hollow portion. As a result, buoyancy may be reduced, and the valve 200 may be easily moved downward and easily closed. The sealing member 230 may be formed of a rubber material in a plate shape. The sealing member 230 is in contact with the drain pipe 100 to maintain water-tightness. The opening and closing plate 210 and the guide rod 220 may be formed in a separate type to ensure ease of assembly. As another example, the opening and closing plate 210 may be formed in a circular plate or polygonal plate shape. As another example, the lower portion of the opening and closing plate 210 may be formed in a staggered layer, and the staggered layer may be inserted into the drain pipe 100.
Example 3-1 this example is related to example 1-1, and may include an overflow pipe 400 having an upper portion opened and a lower portion communicating with the valve body 300, on a side surface of the valve body 300.
Example 3-1 is explained with reference to FIG. 4. The overflow pipe 400 is formed to limit the maximum amount of water in the tank 12. That is, in order to prevent the overflow of the water supplied to or discharged from the tank 12 excessively, an overflow pipe 400 having an opened upper portion is formed inside the tank 12. The water overflowing the upper portion of the overflow pipe 400 flows into the toilet bowl 11 regardless of whether the aforementioned valve 200 is operated. That is, the lower portion of the overflow pipe 400 is combined with the valve body 300. The overflow tube 400 may be formed in the form of an upright linear tube.
Example 4-1 the valve opening and closing device of this example, which is related to example 2-1, includes an opening device 500, and the opening device 500 draws the valve guide rod 220 upward to open the drain pipe 100.
Embodiment 4-2 in this example, in connection with embodiment 4-1, the opening means 500 includes a pull wire 501, a valve operating body 510 which moves the valve 200 upward.
Embodiment 4-3 in this example, in connection with embodiment 4-2, one side of the valve operating body 510 is combined with the first hinge 511, the other side is combined with the drawing wire 501, and the middle side includes a contact lever 512, and the contact lever 512 is formed to be able to contact with the drawing projection 222 of the valve guide bar 220.
Examples 4-1, 4-2, and 4-3 relate to an open apparatus of the present invention, and are explained with reference to FIG. 4. The opening means is formed such that the valve 200 can be opened by operating a handle located outside the water tank 12. The handle operates the valve operating body 510 by means of the pull wire 501. Specifically, one side of the valve operating body 510 is rotatably coupled to the first hinge 511, and the other side is coupled to the pull wire 501. That is, the valve operating body 510 can be rotated by the traction force of the traction wire 501. A contact rod 512 is formed in the middle of the valve operating body 510. The contact rod 512 is in contact with the drawing projection 222 protruded on the valve guide bar 220. That is, the rotation of the valve operating body 510 pushes the drawing protrusion 222 to move the valve guide rod 220 upward, and the opening and closing plate 210 coupled to the valve guide rod 220 moves upward to open the drain pipe 100. The water is discharged as the water discharge pipe 100 is opened. As another example, the pull wire 501 connected to the handle may be directly coupled to the valve guide bar 220. Further, the shaft coupled to the handle may directly move the valve guide rod 220 in the upper direction by a power transmission device.
Embodiment 5-1 the toilet valve opening and closing device of this embodiment is related to embodiment 2-1, and includes a closing device 600, and the closing device 600 operates the valve guide rod 220 downward to close the discharge port.
Example 5-2 in this example, in association with example 5-1, the closure device 600 includes: a second hinge 611, the second hinge 611 being rotatably combined with the valve body 300; and a first blocking operating part 610, wherein the first blocking operating part 610 has a floating body 612 and a pressing plate 613 formed at one side thereof, and a first interference protrusion 614 that interferes with the valve guide rod coupling protrusion 223 formed at the other side thereof.
Example 5-3 in this example, in connection with example 5-2, the floating body 612 may be formed in a container shape with an open lower portion.
Examples 5-1, 5-2 and 5-3 are described with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6. The first closed operation portion 610 is accommodated in the seating frame 330 of the valve body 300, and the first closed operation portion 610 and the seating frame 330 are coupled by a second hinge 611. The first closing operation portion 610 has a first interference protrusion 614 formed at one side thereof centering on the second hinge 611 and a floating body 612 formed at the other side thereof. The first interference protrusion 614 is caught or separated from the coupling protrusion 223 protruded at the side of the valve guide bar 220. The floating body of the first blocking operation portion 610 forms an air bag therein. Therefore, the first interference protrusion 614 of the first blocking operation portion 610 is hung to the coupling protrusion 223 of the valve guide bar 220 to be ascended in the water by buoyancy. In the state where the valve 200 ascends, the coupling projection 223 of the valve guide rod 200 is caught by the first interference projection 614 to maintain the ascended state. In contrast, if the first interference protrusion 614 is moved, the valve guide bar 220 is moved downward, being disengaged from the coupling protrusion 223. Thereby reflecting the valve closed state. The structure for operating the first sealing operation unit 610 will be described with reference to a second sealing operation unit 630 described later.
Embodiment 5-4 the toilet valve opening and closing device of this embodiment is related to embodiment 5-2, and includes a bent portion 631 contacting the pressing plate 613, a contact portion 632 contacting the water level measuring portion 620, and a second sealing operation portion 630 having an intermediate guide portion 633. The second close operation portion 630 is in sliding contact with the valve body 300.
Examples 5 to 4 relate to the second closing operation section 630 operating the first closing operation section 610. The details will be described with reference to fig. 5 and 6. When the bent portion 631 of the second sealing operation portion 630 presses the pressing plate 613 of the first sealing operation portion 610, the first sealing operation portion 610 rotates. The second closing operation portion 630 has a bent portion 631 formed on one side (upper side), a contact portion 632 formed on the other side (lower side), and an intermediate guide portion 633 formed on the intermediate side. The contact portion 632 is moved downward by the water level measuring portion 620. The intermediate guide 633 of the second sealing operation unit 630 is coupled to the mounting frame 330 and guided to move up and down. The water level measuring unit 620 measures the degree of water level decrease, and operates only when the water level is decreased by a predetermined amount. This will be specifically disclosed in the following description.
Embodiment 5-5 in this example, in association with embodiment 5-4, the water level measuring part 620 includes: a main floating body 621 moving along the overflow pipe 400, floating on the water surface of the water tank; a transfer plate 622, the transfer plate 622 being positioned between the overflow pipe 400 and the main floating body 621, moving up and down by a predetermined amount, and selectively contacting the second sealing transfer part 630; a metering rotator 623, the metering rotator 623 being positioned on the main floating body 621 and rotating in contact with the overflow pipe 400; and a locking device 624, wherein the locking device 624 is formed of a fixing pin 624a, and the fixing pin 624a is coaxially coupled to the rotary metering body 623 and fixes the operation plate 622 and the main floating body 621 according to the amount of rotation of the rotary metering body 623.
Embodiment 5-5 relates to a water level measuring unit 620, and is explained with reference to fig. 5 and 6. A typical flush valve has a condition that is limited to a situation where the water inside the tank is completely empty. In contrast, the valve of the present invention has a structure that can be closed even in water. In addition, the water level can be discharged by a predetermined amount even if the water level fluctuates. This will be explained in detail below. The main floating body 621 is always located on the water surface and moves up and down as the water level varies. The main floating body 621 is coupled to the overflow pipe 400 and vertically moves, and forms a pinion (a metering rotating body 623) engaged with a rack formed in the overflow pipe 400. That is, as the water level fluctuates downward, the pinion gear of the main floating body rotates. The pinion of the main floating body rotates to operate the locking device 624. The pinion gear is internally provided with a cam to operate a fixing pin 624a of the locking device. The fixing pin 624a of the locking device is combined with the operation plate 622. The operation plate 622 operates the second closed operation portion 630. The operation plate 622, if combined with the locking device 624 of the main floating body 621, moves downward together. That is, the lower portion of the operation plate 622 operates the second close operation portion 630.
Embodiment 5-6 in this example, in relation to embodiment 5-4, the unlocking device 640 is provided with a third hinge 641 formed in the middle, a second interference projection 642 formed on one side of the third hinge 641 and coming into contact with the opening/closing plate 210, and the other side of the third hinge 641 is formed so as to be able to release the locking device 624.
Examples 5 to 6 are described with reference to fig. 5 and 6. When the opening/closing plate 210 needs to be moved from the upper portion to the lower portion, the coupling state between the operation plate 622 and the main floating body 621 should be released. To meet such a demand, an unlocking means 640 is formed. The second interference protrusion 642 contacting the opening and closing plate 210 is rotated by the third hinge 641 and the other side operates the unlocking device 640.
Embodiment 5 to 7 in the toilet valve opening and closing device of this embodiment, in connection with embodiment 5 to 6, the unlocking device 640 may include: the unlocking rod 651 is fixed at two ends of the unlocking rod 651 along the overflow pipe in a rotatable manner; an unlocking plate 652 which protrudes in a plate shape on a side surface of the unlocking rod 651 and contacts the fixing pin; an unlocking cam 653, the unlocking cam 653 being located at a lower portion of the unlocking rod 651, contacting an opposite-side end of the second interference protrusion 642 centering on the third hinge 641.
Embodiments 5 to 7 relate to the operation of the unlocking device 640, and are explained with reference to fig. 5 and 6. The unlocking means 640 includes an unlocking cam 653 that contacts a projection formed on the opposite side of the second interference projection 642. The unlocking plate 652 is combined with the unlocking bar 651. The unlocking rod 651 is in the form of a rod formed to be long in the longitudinal direction along the overflow pipe 400. On both sides of the unlocking bar 651, unlocking plates 652 elongated in the longitudinal direction are formed. The unlocking plate 652 operates the aforementioned fixing pin 624, and releases the engagement between the operating plate 622 and the main float 621.
