Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
Aiming at the problem that in the prior art, in the process of washing clothes, the colored clothes are faded, so that the clothes with other colors in the washing barrel are colored. The embodiment of the invention provides a control method of a clothes treatment device, which is characterized in that water is injected into the clothes treatment device, the injected water is electrolyzed, and the clothes treatment device is controlled to wash by adopting the electrolyzed water. Therefore, the electrolyzed water can effectively remove the colored dye in the washing water, thereby avoiding the phenomenon that clothes with different colors in the washing barrel are mutually dyed.
A control method and apparatus of a laundry treating apparatus and a laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of a laundry processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As an example, the laundry processing apparatus may be a drum washing machine, a pulsator washing machine, or a washing and drying machine, which is not limited in this embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1, the control method of the laundry treating apparatus includes the steps of:
step 101, water is filled into the clothes treatment device.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the clothes to be washed are placed in the washing barrel of the clothes treatment device and a proper amount of detergent is added, the clothes treatment device detects that a user starts the washing operation, and then controls the water inlet valve of the clothes treatment device to be opened so as to fill water into the water barrel.
In the embodiment of the invention, the water inlet valve of the clothes treatment device is controlled to be opened, and the water level in the water bucket is monitored by the water level sensor in the water filling process until the water level in the water bucket reaches the preset target water level.
The preset target water level is in positive correlation with the weight of the clothes to be washed, namely, when the clothes to be washed are more, a higher target water level is set, and conversely, when the clothes to be washed are less, a lower target water level is set. For example, the water level set when washing two adult down jackets is higher than the water level set when washing a child shirt.
It should be noted that, in the process of controlling water inflow by opening the water inlet valve, when the water amount does not reach the set target water level, the clothes do not fully contact with the washing water, and even if the motor drives the inner barrel to rotate, the effective washing effect cannot be achieved, therefore, the motor does not drive the washing barrel to rotate in the process of water inflow, and thus, the electric quantity can be effectively saved.
Step 102, electrolysis is performed on the injected water.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the clothes treatment device is filled with water, in order to avoid the phenomenon that other colored clothes in the washing barrel are colored due to fading of the colored clothes in the water, the electrolysis device and the water inlet valve for water injection can be synchronously opened, or the electrolysis device and the water inlet valve for water injection are successively opened, so that the electrolysis device is adopted to electrolyze the water injected into the washing barrel. Therefore, the dyes dissociated in the water after the color fading of the colored clothes can be destroyed by the electrolysis device, thereby avoiding the phenomenon that different clothes colors in the washing barrel are mutually infected.
As a possible implementation manner, when the water inlet valve is opened to inject water into the clothes treatment device, the electrolysis device arranged in the clothes treatment device is opened, the electrolysis device generates active chlorine by electrochemically oxidizing chloride ions with the catalytic electrode, generates ferrous ions in situ with the induction iron electrode, and generates hydroxyl radicals by the reaction of the active chlorine and the ferrous ions. The hydroxyl free radical and active chlorine generated by the electrolysis device can destroy the structure of the colored dye molecules dissociating in the water and oxidize the colored dye into carbon dioxide and water. Therefore, the colored dye in the washing water can be removed, and the colored dye is prevented from dyeing clothes with other colors.
It should be noted that, due to the action of the detergent, the colored clothes in the clothes treatment device are easy to fade, so that the electrolytic device needs to be controlled to be turned on before the washing process is started to remove the colored dyes in the washing water.
And 103, controlling the clothes treatment device to wash by using the electrolyzed water.
In the embodiment of the invention, before the washing process is started, after the electrolysis device is controlled to electrolyze the washing water injected into the washing barrel of the clothes treatment device, the motor of the clothes treatment device is controlled to drive the inner barrel to rotate so as to wash by using the electrolyzed water.
Further, the laundry treatment apparatus is controlled to wash the laundry with the electrolyzed water, and after the washing process is completed, the laundry treatment apparatus is controlled to drain the water. Specifically, a drain valve of the laundry treating apparatus is controlled to be opened to empty the electrolyzed water in the water tub, and after the water level sensor detects the empty water in the water tub, the motor is controlled to drive the inner tub to rotate, so that the washed laundry is dehydrated. And controlling the water inlet valve to open to feed water into the clothes treatment device so as to rinse the washed clothes.
In one possible case, in the case that the washing water is not provided with the colored dye released from the colored laundry during the process of controlling the laundry treatment apparatus to rinse the laundry, the washing water may be used for rinsing without electrolysis.
It can be understood that, in the case that the colored laundry releases the dye into the washing water during the rinsing process of the laundry, the electrolyzing device may be turned on at the same time of the water feeding by turning on the water feeding valve to electrolyze the fed water to remove the colored dye from the water during the rinsing process. Therefore, the colored dye is prevented from dyeing other colors of clothes in the whole rinsing process.
In another possible case, in the case where the colored laundry in the laundry is discolored seriously and the concentration of the colored dye in the washing water is high during the rinsing process, the electrolysis means may be turned on at the beginning of the water supply to the laundry treatment apparatus or the entire rinsing process, so that the colored dye in the water can be removed efficiently.
In a possible case, when the color clothes in the clothes to be washed are not seriously faded and the concentration of the color dye in the washing water is low, the electrolysis device can be started when the clothes treatment device enters water, and the electrolysis device is controlled to be closed in the rinsing process, and in this case, the color dye in the water can also be effectively removed.
According to the control method of the clothes treatment device, water is injected into the clothes treatment device, the injected water is electrolyzed, and the clothes treatment device is controlled to wash by the electrolyzed water. According to the method, the water injected into the clothes treatment device is electrolyzed by the electrolysis device, so that the colored dye in the washing water can be effectively removed, and the phenomenon that the colored dye in the washing water dyes clothes with other colors when the colored clothes fade is avoided, and the use experience of a user is improved.
As an example, 4 pieces of white cloth and dyed cloth, 250X 10 pieces of white cloth and dyed cloth may be prepared in advance-6Hard water, respectively testing to obtain whiteness values of 4 pieces of white cloth before washing, respectively putting the 4 pieces of white cloth and the dyed cloth in a clothes treatment device for washing, rinsing for 2 times, drying at 40 ℃, and respectively measuring the whiteness values of the 4 pieces of white cloth after washing by starting the electrolysis device and not starting the electrolysis device. The whiteness value is the degree of whiteness of the surface of the material and is expressed as a percentage of the content of whiteness. The whiteness value in this example indicates the degree of whiteness on a white cloth.
It should be noted that, in the process of respectively putting 4 pieces of white cloth in the water of the dyed cloth for washing and rinsing, the electrolysis device of the clothes treatment device is turned on to electrolyze the water injected into the clothes treatment device, and then the clothes treatment device is controlled to wash by using the electrolyzed water. After the washing is finished, the whiteness values of 4 pieces of white cloth after the electrolytic device is started and the electrolytic device is not started for washing are obtained through testing.
And further, respectively subtracting the whiteness values of 4 pieces of white cloth after washing by starting the electrolytic device and not starting the electrolytic device to obtain respective whiteness differences, summing the whiteness differences to obtain an average whiteness difference delta E, and finally judging the degree of dye transfer from the laundry detergent to the white cloth according to the delta E. It can be known from experiments that the smaller the average whiteness difference Δ E, the better the anti-cross color effect of the clothes treatment device. Wherein, the average whiteness difference Delta E can be calculated by the following formula:
Figure BDA0002163692120000051
for example, as shown in fig. 2, after 4 pieces of the same white cloths and blue cloths with active methylene blue dyes are respectively placed in a common washing machine and a washing machine with an electrolyzer to be washed, rinsed for 2 times and dried, the average difference in whiteness after washing of the common washing machine and the washing machine with the electrolyzer is calculated to be 4.7 and 0.6 respectively according to the whiteness value before washing of the white cloths and the whiteness value after washing.
As shown in fig. 3, after 4 pieces of the same white cloths and red cloths with reactive red dyes were placed in a general washing machine and a washing machine with an electrolyzer, respectively, and washed, rinsed 2 times and dried, the difference in average whiteness after washing of the general washing machine and the washing machine with the electrolyzer was calculated to be 3.9 and 0.5, respectively, from the whiteness value before washing of the white cloths and the whiteness value after washing.
As shown in fig. 4, after 4 pieces of the same white cloths and black cloths were placed in a general washing machine and a washing machine with an electrolyzer, respectively, and were washed, rinsed 2 times, and dried, the difference in average whiteness after washing in the general washing machine and the washing machine with the electrolyzer was calculated to be 3.3 and 0.8 from the whiteness values before washing in the white cloths and the whiteness values after washing in the white cloths. Therefore, when the clothes treatment device washes colored clothes by electrolyzed water, the color of the clothes can be effectively prevented from being changed.
As a possible realization mode, under the condition that the color clothes in the clothes to be washed are not seriously faded and the concentration of the color dye in the washing water is low, the electrolysis device can be controlled to be switched on during the water inlet process and switched off during the washing process. The following describes the above processes in detail with reference to the second embodiment, and fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of a laundry treating apparatus according to the second embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 5, the control method includes the steps of:
step 201, water is filled into the clothes treatment device.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the implementation process of step 201 may refer to the implementation process of step 101 in the foregoing embodiment, and details are not described here.
Step 202, opening the electrolysis device and a water inlet valve for water injection to electrolyze the injected water by using the electrolysis device.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the water inlet valve of the clothes treatment device is controlled to open the water barrel for water inlet, the electrolysis device is synchronously opened, or the electrolysis device is opened when the water barrel is completely filled with water, or the electrolysis device is opened in the water barrel water inlet process, so that the electrolysis device is adopted to electrolyze the filled water.
Optionally, hydroxyl radicals and active chlorine generated by the electrolysis device can destroy the structure of the colored dye molecules free in water and oxidize the colored dye into carbon dioxide and water. Therefore, the colored dye in the washing water can be effectively removed, and the colored dye is prevented from dyeing clothes with other colors.
Step 203, the water is injected to reach the target water level, and the electrolysis device and the water inlet valve are closed.
The target water level may be preset by a user on a control panel of the laundry treatment apparatus, may be set by a built-in program of the laundry treatment apparatus, may be set by a terminal device controlling the laundry treatment apparatus, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment.
According to the embodiment of the invention, under the condition that the fading degree of the clothes to be washed is not serious, the water inlet valve of the clothes treatment device is controlled to be opened, the water level sensor arranged in the clothes treatment device is adopted to monitor the change of the water level in the water bucket in real time in the process of filling water into the water bucket, and when the water is filled to reach the target water level, the water inlet valve is controlled to be closed, and the electrolysis device is closed at the same time. Thereby, the light colored dye in the washing water can be removed.
Optionally, when the injected water reaches the target water level, the water inlet valve may be controlled to be closed for a period of time, and then the electrolysis device may be closed, so that the electrolysis device may fully electrolyze the water in the water tub, thereby completely removing the light colored dye in the washing water.
And step 204, controlling the clothes treatment device to wash by using the electrolyzed water.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the implementation process of step 204 may refer to the implementation process of step 103 in the foregoing embodiment, and is not described herein again.
Step 205, controlling the clothes treatment device to drain water.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the clothes treatment device is controlled to use the electrolyzed water to finish the washing process, the clothes treatment device is controlled to drain water.
And step 206, controlling the clothes treatment device to rinse by using water which is not electrolyzed.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the washing process is finished, the water inlet valve of the clothes treatment device is controlled to be opened, so that water is fed into the clothes treatment device, and the washed clothes are rinsed.
In one possible case, in the case that the washing water is not provided with the colored dye released from the colored laundry during the process of controlling the laundry treatment apparatus to rinse the laundry, the washing water may be used for rinsing without electrolysis.
In another possible case, in the case that a small amount of dye is released into the washing water by the colored laundry during the rinsing process of the laundry treatment device, the electrolyzing device may be turned on at the same time of the water feeding by turning on the water feeding valve to electrolyze the fed water to remove the colored dye in the water during the rinsing process. Therefore, the colored dye is prevented from dyeing other colors of clothes in the whole rinsing process.
For example, in the case that the color of the clothes to be washed is not seriously faded and the concentration of the color dye in the washing water is low, the electrolysis device can be turned on when the water enters the clothes treatment device, and the water inlet valve can be turned off and the electrolysis device can be turned off at the same time after the water is injected to reach the target water level. In this case, the colored dye in the water can be effectively removed.
According to the control method of the clothes treatment device, water is injected into the clothes treatment device, the electrolysis device and the water inlet valve for injecting water are opened, the electrolysis device is adopted to electrolyze the injected water, the injected water reaches the target water level, the electrolysis device and the water inlet valve are closed, the clothes treatment device is controlled to wash by adopting the electrolyzed water, the clothes treatment device is controlled to drain water, and the clothes treatment device is controlled to rinse by adopting the water which is not electrolyzed. According to the method, before the washing process is started, the electrolysis device is started to electrolyze water injected into the clothes treatment device, so that light colored dye in the washing water can be effectively removed, the phenomenon that the colored dye in the washing water dyes clothes with other colors when the colored clothes are faded is avoided, and the use experience of a user is improved.
As a possible implementation mode, under the conditions that colored clothes in the clothes to be washed are seriously faded and the concentration of colored dye in washing water is high, the electrolytic device can be controlled to be started in the water inlet process and the whole washing process, and the electrolytic device is stopped after the washing is finished. The above process will be described in detail with reference to the third embodiment, and fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of a laundry treatment apparatus according to the third embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 6, the control method may further include the steps of:
step 301, water is injected into the clothes treatment device.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the implementation process of step 301 may refer to the implementation process of step 101 in the foregoing embodiment, and details are not described here.
Step 302, the water is injected to reach the target water level, the water inlet valve is closed, and the electrolytic device is kept open.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the water inlet valve of the clothes treatment device is controlled to open to feed water into the water barrel, the electrolysis device is synchronously opened so as to electrolyze the injected water by adopting the electrolysis device. When a water level sensor arranged in the clothes treatment device monitors that the water level in the water bucket reaches a target water level in real time, the water inlet valve is controlled to be closed, and the electrolysis device is kept open.
It should be noted that, in the case that the colored laundry in the laundry is discolored seriously and the concentration of the colored dye in the washing water is high, the electrolytic device may not completely remove the colored dye in the washing water during the water injection process of the laundry treating device. Therefore, it is necessary to keep the electrolysis device on during the whole washing process, so that the hydroxyl radical and the active chlorine generated by the electrolysis device can thoroughly destroy the molecular structure of the colored dye free in the water, and thoroughly remove the colored dye in the washing water.
And step 303, controlling the clothes treatment device to wash by using the electrolyzed water.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the implementation process of step 303 may refer to the implementation process of step 103 in the foregoing embodiment, and details are not described here.
And step 304, closing the electrolysis device after washing.
In the embodiment of the invention, the electrolytic device is kept on in the process of controlling the clothes treatment device to wash clothes, and the electrolytic device is controlled to be off after the washing process is finished. Therefore, the colored dye in the washing water can be thoroughly removed in the whole washing process, and the phenomenon that colored clothes are continuously faded during washing and other clothes are dyed is avoided.
Step 305, controlling the clothes treatment device to drain.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the implementation process of step 305 may refer to the implementation process of step 205 in the foregoing embodiment, and details are not described here.
And step 306, controlling the laundry treating apparatus to rinse with the electrolyzed water.
In the embodiment of the invention, under the conditions that colored clothes in the clothes to be washed fade seriously and the concentration of colored dye in washing water is higher in the rinsing process, the clothes treatment device is controlled to rinse the clothes by using electrolyzed water.
As a possible implementation manner, the water inlet valve of the clothes treatment device may be controlled to be opened, the electrolysis device may be controlled to be opened, and when the water level sensor monitors that the injected water reaches the target water level, the water inlet valve may be closed, and the electrolysis device may be maintained to be opened. And controlling the clothes treatment device to close the electrolysis device after the electrolyzed water is adopted to complete the rinsing process. Thereby, the colored dye in the water can be efficiently removed throughout the rinsing process.
As another possible implementation manner, the water inlet valve of the clothes treatment device can be controlled to be opened, the electrolysis device is controlled to be opened, and when the water level sensor monitors that the injected water reaches the target water level, the water inlet valve is closed, and the electrolysis device is closed at the same time. Therefore, the colored dye in the water can be effectively removed, and the condition that the colors of colored clothes are mutually dyed in the rinsing process is avoided.
It should be noted that when the laundry treatment apparatus is controlled to rinse with electrolyzed water, the apparatus can not only remove the colored dye in the water, but also sterilize the laundry in the washing tub, and can clear the residues of the detergent on the laundry, thereby preventing the residues on the laundry from harming human health.
According to the control method of the clothes treatment device, water is injected into the clothes treatment device, the water inlet valve is closed, the electrolysis device is kept opened, the clothes treatment device is controlled to wash by using electrolyzed water, after washing is finished, the electrolysis device is closed, the clothes treatment device is controlled to drain water, and the clothes treatment device is controlled to rinse by using the electrolyzed water. The method can thoroughly remove colored dyes in the washing water by controlling the electrolysis device to electrolyze the washing water in the whole washing process, and meanwhile, the electrolyzed water is adopted to rinse clothes, so that the phenomenon of color cross in the clothes rinsing process is avoided.
In order to realize the above embodiments, the present invention also provides a control device of a laundry treating apparatus.
