Abstract
The invention provides a production process of a special steel strip. The production process of the special steel strip comprises the following steps: s1: inspecting and accepting the strip steel, inspecting the purchased strip steel raw materials, and inspecting and accepting after no quality problem is ensured; s2: chemical pickling, namely putting the strip steel raw material after acceptance inspection into a pickling tank, pickling by using dilute hydrochloric acid solution, and treating waste acid and acid mist generated by pickling; s3: cleaning with clear water, washing away residual acid liquor on the surface of the strip steel raw material by utilizing the clear water after the acid cleaning is finished, and treating cleaning wastewater after the cleaning with the clear water is finished; s4: and flattening, namely mechanically flattening the strip steel raw material washed by clear water by adopting a flattening machine. s6: slitting, namely mechanically slitting the special steel strip by using a slitting machine, and processing noise and leftover materials generated during slitting;
s7: checking and metering, namely, checking that the special steel strip which does not meet the requirements is repeatedly processed in the previous procedure, and performing the next procedure on the qualified product;
s8: oiling and packaging, namely oiling and packaging qualified products;
