Abstract
The invention discloses a high-solid paint and a preparation method thereof, wherein the high-solid paint is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of high-solid acrylic resin, 15-20 parts of high-solid hydroxy acrylic resin, 12-18 parts of high-solid amino resin, 4-6 parts of isocyanate, 0.5-0.8 part of ethyl acetate, 8-10 parts of diluent, 0.1-0.3 part of flatting agent, 0.8-1 part of dispersing agent, 0.3-0.6 part of bactericide, 0.5-0.8 part of stabilizer and 12-15 parts of organic pigment powder. The mass solid content of the coating reaches more than 75%, and the use of organic solvent is greatly reduced on the basis of ensuring the excellent performance of the coating.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of coatings, in particular to a high-solid-content coating and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The traditional solvent-based (oil-based) coating contains a large amount of volatile organic compounds (VOC for short) in the manufacturing and using processes, so that the environment is polluted or damaged to a greater or lesser extent, and the damage to a human body is caused. The coating material continuously improves the production and living requirements of human materials, and also pollutes the environment. Therefore, the reduction of the volatile components and the increase of the solid content of the coating are new research and development directions for the development of the coating.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention aims to provide a high-solid coating and a preparation method thereof, which enable the mass solid content of the coating to reach more than 75%, and greatly reduce the use of organic solvents on the basis of ensuring the excellent performance of the coating.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the high-solid paint is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of high-solid acrylic resin, 15-20 parts of high-solid hydroxy acrylic resin, 12-18 parts of high-solid amino resin, 4-6 parts of isocyanate, 0.5-0.8 part of ethyl acetate, 8-10 parts of diluent, 0.1-0.3 part of flatting agent, 0.8-1 part of dispersing agent, 0.3-0.6 part of bactericide, 0.5-0.8 part of stabilizer and 12-15 parts of organic pigment powder.
Preferably, 0.5-1% quinine is added to the diluent.
Preferably, the solid content of the high-solid acrylic resin is 80 percent, and the solid content of the organic solvent is 20 percent; the solid content of the high-solid hydroxyl acrylic resin is 80 percent, and the solid content of the organic solvent is 20 percent; the high-solid amino resin contains 95% of solid and 5% of organic solvent.
Preferably, the diluent is an epoxy diluent.
Preferably, the leveling agent is silicone resin, the dispersant is polyurethane dispersant, the bactericide is isothiazolinone compound, and the stabilizer is epoxy phosphate.
Correspondingly, the invention also provides a preparation method of the high-solid paint, which comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing raw materials of each component for later use;
(2) sequentially adding high-solid hydroxyl acrylic resin, a leveling agent and a dispersing agent into a reaction kettle, stirring at a high speed for 10-15min, sequentially adding high-solid acrylic resin, high-solid amino resin and ethyl acetate, stirring at a high speed for 20-25min, then adding a bactericide, a stabilizer and organic pigment powder, stirring at a high speed for 30-40min, and packaging to obtain a component A;
(3) mixing isocyanate with a diluent, and packaging to obtain a component B;
(4) during construction, the component A and the component B are mixed uniformly.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, the use of high-solid hydroxyl acrylic resin is reduced by adding high-solid amino resin, and the emission of VOC is greatly reduced by optimizing other components of the coating on the basis of ensuring the performance of the coating; the invention reduces the viscosity of the resin in the paint by adding the diluent so as to be more fully dissolved with other components and improve the process performance, and unexpectedly discovers that the adsorption force of the paint and a substrate can be improved by adding a proper amount of quinine into the diluent, so that the use amount of the diluent can be reduced, and the emission of VOC can be reduced; the invention improves the feasibility of manufacture and construction by selecting proper auxiliary agents such as the flatting agent, the dispersing agent, the stabilizing agent and the like.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to examples, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto, and various substitutions and alterations can be made without departing from the technical idea of the present invention as described above, according to the common technical knowledge and the conventional means in the field.
Example 1
A preparation method of a high-solid paint comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 parts of high-solid acrylic resin, 15 parts of high-solid hydroxy acrylic resin, 12 parts of high-solid amino resin, 4 parts of isocyanate, 0.5 part of ethyl acetate, 8 parts of diluent, 0.1 part of flatting agent, 0.8 part of dispersing agent, 0.3 part of bactericide, 0.5 part of stabilizing agent and 12 parts of organic pigment powder; wherein the diluent is an epoxy diluent and 0.5% quinine is added; the solid content of the high-solid acrylic resin is 80 percent, and the solid content of the organic solvent is 20 percent; the solid content of the high-solid hydroxyl acrylic resin is 80 percent, and the solid content of the organic solvent is 20 percent; the high-solid amino resin contains 95% of solid and 5% of organic solvent; the leveling agent is silicone resin, the dispersant is polyurethane dispersant, the bactericide is isothiazolinone compound, and the stabilizer is epoxy phosphate;
(2) sequentially adding the high-solid hydroxy acrylic resin, the leveling agent and the dispersing agent into a reaction kettle, stirring at a high speed for 10min, sequentially adding the high-solid hydroxy acrylic resin, the high-solid amino resin and ethyl acetate, stirring at a high speed for 20min, adding the bactericide, the stabilizer and the organic pigment powder, stirring at a high speed for 30min, and packaging to obtain a component A;
(3) mixing isocyanate with a diluent, and packaging to obtain a component B;
(4) during construction, the component A and the component B are mixed uniformly.
Example 2
A preparation method of a high-solid paint comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35 parts of high-solid acrylic resin, 17.5 parts of high-solid hydroxy acrylic resin, 15 parts of high-solid amino resin, 5 parts of isocyanate, 0.65 part of ethyl acetate, 9 parts of diluent, 0.2 part of flatting agent, 0.9 part of dispersing agent, 0.45 part of bactericide, 0.65 part of stabilizer and 13.5 parts of organic pigment powder; wherein the diluent is an epoxy diluent and 0.75% quinine is added; the solid content of the high-solid acrylic resin is 80 percent, and the solid content of the organic solvent is 20 percent; the solid content of the high-solid hydroxyl acrylic resin is 80 percent, and the solid content of the organic solvent is 20 percent; the high-solid amino resin contains 95% of solid and 5% of organic solvent; the leveling agent is silicone resin, the dispersant is polyurethane dispersant, the bactericide is isothiazolinone compound, and the stabilizer is epoxy phosphate;
(2) sequentially adding the high-solid hydroxy acrylic resin, the leveling agent and the dispersing agent into a reaction kettle, stirring at a high speed for 13min, sequentially adding the high-solid hydroxy acrylic resin, the high-solid amino resin and ethyl acetate, stirring at a high speed for 22min, adding the bactericide, the stabilizer and the organic pigment powder, stirring at a high speed for 35min, and packaging to obtain a component A;
(3) mixing isocyanate with a diluent, and packaging to obtain a component B;
(4) during construction, the component A and the component B are mixed uniformly.
Example 3
A preparation method of a high-solid paint comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40 parts of high-solid acrylic resin, 20 parts of high-solid hydroxy acrylic resin, 18 parts of high-solid amino resin, 6 parts of isocyanate, 0.8 part of ethyl acetate, 10 parts of diluent, 0.3 part of flatting agent, 1 part of dispersing agent, 0.6 part of bactericide, 0.8 part of stabilizing agent and 15 parts of organic pigment powder; wherein the diluent is an epoxy diluent and 1% quinine is added; the solid content of the high-solid acrylic resin is 80 percent, and the solid content of the organic solvent is 20 percent; the solid content of the high-solid hydroxyl acrylic resin is 80 percent, and the solid content of the organic solvent is 20 percent; the high-solid amino resin contains 95% of solid and 5% of organic solvent; the leveling agent is silicone resin, the dispersant is polyurethane dispersant, the bactericide is isothiazolinone compound, and the stabilizer is epoxy phosphate;
(2) sequentially adding the high-solid hydroxy acrylic resin, the leveling agent and the dispersing agent into a reaction kettle, stirring at a high speed for 15min, sequentially adding the high-solid hydroxy acrylic resin, the high-solid amino resin and ethyl acetate, stirring at a high speed for 25min, adding the bactericide, the stabilizer and the organic pigment powder, stirring at a high speed for 40min, and packaging to obtain a component A;
(3) mixing isocyanate with a diluent, and packaging to obtain a component B;
(4) during construction, the component A and the component B are mixed uniformly.
Comparative example
A preparation method of a high-solid paint comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40 parts of high-solid acrylic resin, 20 parts of high-solid hydroxy acrylic resin, 18 parts of high-solid amino resin, 6 parts of isocyanate, 0.8 part of ethyl acetate, 20 parts of diluent, 0.3 part of flatting agent, 1 part of dispersing agent, 0.6 part of bactericide, 0.8 part of stabilizing agent and 15 parts of organic pigment powder; wherein the diluent is an epoxy diluent; the solid content of the high-solid acrylic resin is 80 percent, and the solid content of the organic solvent is 20 percent; the solid content of the high-solid hydroxyl acrylic resin is 80 percent, and the solid content of the organic solvent is 20 percent; the high-solid amino resin contains 95% of solid and 5% of organic solvent; the leveling agent is silicone resin, the dispersant is polyurethane dispersant, the bactericide is isothiazolinone compound, and the stabilizer is epoxy phosphate;
(2) sequentially adding the high-solid hydroxy acrylic resin, the leveling agent and the dispersing agent into a reaction kettle, stirring at a high speed for 15min, sequentially adding the high-solid hydroxy acrylic resin, the high-solid amino resin and ethyl acetate, stirring at a high speed for 25min, adding the bactericide, the stabilizer and the organic pigment powder, stirring at a high speed for 40min, and packaging to obtain a component A;
(3) mixing isocyanate with a diluent, and packaging to obtain a component B;
(4) during construction, the component A and the component B are mixed uniformly.
The high-solid paint prepared in the above examples and comparative examples was subjected to performance testing, and the testing data are shown in the following table:

As can be seen from the above table, the coating composition is optimized, so that the performance is excellent, and the emission of VOC is greatly reduced; by comparing example 3 with the comparative example, it can be seen that the adsorption force between the coating and the substrate can be improved and the emission of VOC can be reduced by adding a proper amount of quinine into the diluent.

1. The high-solid paint is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of high-solid acrylic resin, 15-20 parts of high-solid hydroxy acrylic resin, 12-18 parts of high-solid amino resin, 4-6 parts of isocyanate, 0.5-0.8 part of ethyl acetate, 8-10 parts of diluent, 0.1-0.3 part of flatting agent, 0.8-1 part of dispersing agent, 0.3-0.6 part of bactericide, 0.5-0.8 part of stabilizer and 12-15 parts of organic pigment powder.
2. The high solids coating of claim 1, wherein 0.5 to 1% quinine is added to the diluent.

The high-solid coating according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the high-solid acrylic resin has a solid content of 80% and an organic solvent content of 20%; the solid content of the high-solid hydroxyl acrylic resin is 80 percent, and the solid content of the organic solvent is 20 percent; the high-solid amino resin contains 95% of solid and 5% of organic solvent.
4. The high solids coating of claim 1 or 2, wherein the diluent is an epoxy diluent.
5. The high-solid paint according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the leveling agent is silicone resin, the dispersant is polyurethane dispersant, the bactericide is isothiazolone compound, and the stabilizer is epoxy phosphate.
6. The method for preparing the high-solid coating according to claim 1 or 2, comprising the steps of:
(1) weighing raw materials of each component for later use;
(2) sequentially adding high-solid hydroxyl acrylic resin, a leveling agent and a dispersing agent into a reaction kettle, stirring at a high speed for 10-15min, sequentially adding high-solid acrylic resin, high-solid amino resin and ethyl acetate, stirring at a high speed for 20-25min, then adding a bactericide, a stabilizer and organic pigment powder, stirring at a high speed for 30-40min, and packaging to obtain a component A;
(3) mixing isocyanate with a diluent, and packaging to obtain a component B;
(4) during construction, the component A and the component B are mixed uniformly.
