the other end of the lever piece is provided with an anti-falling part which is used for fixing the main cable;
the other end of the lever member is provided with a swing arm, and one end of the swing arm, which is far away from the lever member, is provided with the clamping ring;
the pressure sensor is electrically connected with the elevator controller.
Further, still include the anticreep round pin, pressure sensor is last to be provided with first through-hole, the anticreep round pin is worn to locate in the first through-hole, the anticreep round pin is used for preventing pressure sensor breaks away from the mounting.
Furthermore, still include supplementary anticreep spare, the both sides of swing arm are provided with one respectively supplementary anticreep spare, supplementary anticreep spare is used for preventing that the main cable breaks away from the swing arm.
Further, the clamping device further comprises a locking member, and the locking member is arranged on the clamping ring.
Furthermore, a second through hole is formed in one end of the lever piece and one end of the fixing piece, and the fulcrum piece is arranged in the second through hole in a penetrating mode.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: one end of the main cable penetrates through the anti-falling part and then extends into the clamping ring to clamp the main cable, when the main cable is separated from the main cable due to the influence of external force and is hung by other objects when the elevator runs, the elevator drives the main cable to ascend or descend, then the main cable tilts or presses down one end of the lever piece, the other end of the lever piece applies pressure to the pressure sensor, the pressure received by the pressure sensor changes, when the pressure exceeds a critical value, the pressure sensor transmits a signal to the elevator controller, then the elevator controller controls the elevator to stop running, therefore, when the main cable is separated from the main cable due to the influence and is hung by other objects, the main cable is prevented from being pulled apart when the elevator goes up and down.
Detailed Description
For the purpose of better explaining the present invention and to facilitate understanding, the present invention will be described in detail by way of specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The most key concept of the invention is that the elevator stops running after the pressure exceeds the critical value through the pressure change of the pressure sensor, so that the main cable can be prevented from being torn off when the elevator lifts when the main cable is influenced to be separated and hung by other objects.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the lever-type cable breakage-preventing protection device of the present invention includes a lever member, a fulcrum member, a pressure sensor, and a fixing member, wherein the lever member is disposed inside the fixing member and connected to one end of the fixing member through the fulcrum member, the other end of the fixing member is connected to the pressure sensor, and one end of the lever member is connected to the pressure sensor;
the other end of the lever piece is provided with an anti-falling part which is used for fixing the main cable;
the other end of the lever member is provided with a swing arm, and one end of the swing arm, which is far away from the lever member, is provided with the clamping ring;
the pressure sensor is electrically connected with the elevator controller.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: one end of the main cable penetrates through the anti-falling part and then extends into the clamping ring to be clamped tightly, when the elevator runs, the main cable is separated from the clamping ring under the influence of external force and is hung by other objects, the elevator drives the main cable to ascend or descend, then the main cable tilts or presses down one end of the lever piece, the other end of the lever piece applies pressure to the pressure sensor, the pressure received by the pressure sensor changes, when the pressure exceeds a critical value, the pressure sensor transmits a signal to the elevator controller, and then the elevator controller controls the elevator to stop running.

Further, still include the anticreep round pin, pressure sensor is last to be provided with first through-hole, the anticreep round pin is worn to locate in the first through-hole, the anticreep round pin is used for preventing pressure sensor breaks away from the mounting.
As can be seen from the above description, the pressure sensor is provided with the first through hole, the anti-drop pin is inserted into the first through hole, and the anti-drop pin is used for preventing the pressure sensor from being separated from the fixing member, so that the pressure sensor is prevented from being separated from the fixing member.
Further, still include supplementary anticreep spare, the both sides of swing arm are provided with one respectively supplementary anticreep spare, supplementary anticreep spare is used for preventing that the main cable breaks away from the swing arm.
It can be known from the above description that, through the both sides of swing arm are provided with one respectively supplementary anticreep spare, supplementary anticreep spare is used for preventing that the main cable wire breaks away from the swing arm is favorable to avoiding the main cable wire to break away from the swing arm leads to pressure that pressure sensor received to fluctuate.
Further, the clamping device further comprises a locking member, and the locking member is arranged on the clamping ring.
From the above description, it can be known that the locking member is arranged on the clamping ring, which is beneficial to fixing the main cable, so that the pressure data received by the pressure sensor is more accurate when the pressure fluctuates.
Furthermore, a second through hole is formed in one end of the lever piece and one end of the fixing piece, and the fulcrum piece penetrates through the second through hole.
As can be seen from the above description, the lever member and the fixing member are provided at one end thereof with a second through hole, and the fulcrum member is inserted into the second through hole, thereby facilitating the stability of the lever structure between the lever member and the fulcrum member.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a lever-type cable breakage-preventing protection device includes a lever member 3, a fulcrum member 2, a pressure sensor 1 and a fixing member 9, wherein the lever member 3 is disposed inside the fixing member 9 and is connected to one end of the fixing member 9 through the fulcrum member 2, the other end of the fixing member 9 is connected to the pressure sensor 1, and one end of the lever member 3 is connected to the pressure sensor 1;
the other end of the lever member 3 is provided with an anti-drop part 4, and the anti-drop part 4 is used for fixing the main cable 11;
the other end of the lever member 3 is provided with a swing arm 5, and one end of the swing arm 5 far away from the lever member 3 is provided with the clamping ring 8;
the pressure sensor 1 is electrically connected with the elevator controller;
the pressure sensor is characterized by further comprising an anti-dropping pin 10, wherein a first through hole is formed in the pressure sensor 1, the anti-dropping pin 10 is arranged in the first through hole in a penetrating mode, and the anti-dropping pin 10 is used for preventing the pressure sensor 1 from dropping off the fixing piece 9;
the swing arm is characterized by further comprising an auxiliary anti-falling part 6, wherein the auxiliary anti-falling part 6 is arranged on each of two sides of the swing arm 5, and the auxiliary anti-falling parts 6 are used for preventing the main cable 11 from falling off the swing arm 5;
the clamping ring further comprises a locking piece 7, and the locking piece 7 is arranged on the clamping ring 8;
one end of the lever member 3 and the fixing member 9 is provided with a second through hole, and the fulcrum member 2 is arranged in the second through hole in a penetrating manner.
When the elevator is operated, the main cable 11 is pulled out by external force and hung by other objects, the elevator drives the main cable 11 to ascend or descend, then the main cable 11 tilts or presses down one end of the lever member 3, the other end of the lever member 3 applies pressure to the pressure sensor 1, so that the pressure received by the pressure sensor 1 changes, when the pressure exceeds a critical value, the pressure sensor 1 transmits a signal to the elevator controller, and then the elevator controller controls the elevator to stop operation.
In summary, according to the lever type cable breakage preventing protection device provided by the invention, one end of the main cable penetrates through the disengagement preventing part and then extends into the clamping ring to be clamped, when the main cable is disengaged under the influence of external force and is hung by other objects when the lifter operates, the lifter drives the main cable to ascend or descend, then the main cable tilts or presses down one end of the lever member, the other end of the lever member applies pressure to the pressure sensor to enable the pressure received by the pressure sensor to change, when the pressure exceeds a critical value, the pressure sensor transmits a signal to the lifter controller, then the lifter controller controls the lifter to stop operating, so that the main cable is prevented from being torn when the lifter is lifted when the main cable is disengaged under the influence and is hung by other objects, the auxiliary disengagement preventing members are respectively arranged on two sides of the swing arm, the auxiliary anti-falling part is used for preventing a main cable from being separated from the swing arm, and is favorable for avoiding the main cable from being separated from the swing arm, so that the pressure received by the pressure sensor fluctuates, the pressure sensor is provided with a first through hole, the anti-falling pin penetrates through the first through hole, and the anti-falling pin is used for preventing the pressure sensor from being separated from the fixing part, and is favorable for avoiding the pressure sensor from being separated from the fixing part.
