As shown in fig. 2 and 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides a mobile winding structure for machinery and accessories, which includes a winding post 1, a support handle structure 6 and a clutch structure. One side of wrapping post 1 is equipped with first fender line board 2, and wrapping post 1 can rotate this first fender line board 2 relatively, wrapping post 1 and this first fender line board 2 normal running fit. Preferably, the one side of the winding post 1 may be provided with a rotating shaft 10, and the rotating shaft 10 and the winding post 1 are relatively fixed, for example, they may be fixed by welding or the like. First fender board 2 rotationally overlaps and establishes on this pivot 10, and pivot 10 has the external screw thread, and threaded connection has nut 11 on the pivot 10, and this nut 11 is located one side that first fender board 2 deviates from wrapping post 1, and nut 11 can be spacing to first fender board 2 backstop, prevents that first fender board 2 from taking off from pivot 10 pine.
The opposite side of wrapping post 1 is equipped with second fender line board 3 and locating part 4, and locating part 4 is located one side that deviates from wrapping post 1 of second fender line board 3, and locating part 4 is used for keeping off line board 3 axial spacing to the second, prevents that second fender line board 3 from taking off from wrapping post 1 pine. Wherein, first fender 2 and second fender 3 both cooperations can be with the cable restriction on the wrapping post 1 between the two, prevent that the cable from loosening from the wrapping post 1.
The clutch structure is used for circumferentially fixing one of the second thread retaining plate 3 and the limiting piece 4 with the winding post 1, and when the clutch structure circumferentially fixes the second thread retaining plate 3 with the winding post 1, the second thread retaining plate 3 can drive the winding post 1 to rotate together; similarly, when the clutch structure circumferentially fixes the limiting member 4 and the winding post 1, the limiting member 4 can drive the winding post 1 to rotate together.
The aforementioned support handle structure 6 comprises a linkage in two halves 61 of which can be opened and closed relative to each other to form a support foot when opened relative to each other and to form a handle portion when closed relative to each other. In other words, the linkage has two different configurations, namely a foot-supporting configuration and a handle-portion configuration, which have different uses when in different configurations.
The number of the supporting handle structures 6 is two, one is arranged on the first thread-stopping plate 2, and the other is arranged on the second thread-stopping plate 3 or the limiting part 4. Wherein the two support handle structures 6 cooperate to provide support to the winding post 1 when the respective links form a support foot.
In the above example, since one supporting handle structure 6 can be disposed on the second wire blocking plate 3 or the limiting member 4, the following description specifically exemplifies that the supporting handle structure 6 is disposed on the limiting member 4. In this example, one support handle structure 6 is provided on the first thread stop plate 2 and the other support handle structure 6 is provided on the stop 4. When the mobile winding structure for mechanical equipment and accessories according to the present invention is in the first state, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the respective connecting rods of the two support handle structures 6 form support legs and cooperate with each other to provide support for the winding post 1, for example, in the first state, the two support legs may be arranged vertically to provide stable support for the winding post 1. Under this first state, separation and reunion structure can keep off line board 3 circumference with wrapping post 1 and second and fix to when two supporting legss support the wrapping post 1 subaerial, the operation personnel can operate the second and keep off line board 3 and drive wrapping post 1 and rotate, with the rolling cable or to the cable unwrapping wire. When the mobile winding structure for mechanical equipment and accessories is in the second state, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the connecting rods of the two support handle structures 6 form handle parts, in the second state, the clutch structure circumferentially fixes the winding post 1 and the limiting part 4, an operator can hold the handle part on the first wire baffle plate 2 to lift the winding post 1, then the other hand holds the handle part on the limiting part 4 and rotates the limiting part 4, and the limiting part 4 drives the winding post 1 to rotate together, so that cables can be wound or paid off.
In conclusion, the movable winding structure for the mechanical equipment and the accessories can be used for winding and unwinding wires by hand and can also be used for winding and unwinding wires by being placed on the ground, so that the movable winding structure is more flexible and convenient to use.
Here, it should be noted that: as shown in fig. 6 and 7, when the respective connecting rods of the two supporting handle structures 6 form handle portions, the two handle portions are both parallel to the winding post 1, and the handle portion on the first line blocking plate 2 is opposite to the side surface of the winding post 1, and the handle portion on the limiting member 4 is located on one side of the limiting member 4 away from the winding post 1, so that an operator can conveniently hold the handle portion on the limiting member 4 to drive the winding post 1 to rotate.
In order to achieve the function of the clutch structure, the clutch structure may circumferentially fix one of the second thread retaining plate 3 and the limiting member 4 with the winding post 1, as shown in fig. 5 and 7, and may include a first rotating shaft 9 and a fixing member 8. The fixing piece 8 is arranged on the winding post 1, and the fixing piece and the winding post can be fixed through screws or welding and the like. The first rotating shaft 9 penetrates through the fixing part 8, and a through hole for the first rotating shaft 9 to penetrate through is formed in the fixing part 8. The first rotating shaft 9 is also fixedly connected with the limiting member 4, for example, the two can be fixed by screws or welding. The first shaft 9 is also axially movable relative to the winding post 1. The second wire retaining plate 3 is rotatably sleeved on the first rotating shaft 9, and the inner diameter of the shaft hole in the second wire retaining plate 3 is larger than the outer diameter of the first rotating shaft 9. The fixing member 8 is provided with a positioning hole 82, the first rotating shaft 9 is provided with a first positioning column 92, and the second wire retaining plate 3 is provided with a second positioning column 31. The first positioning post 92 is used for being inserted from one side of the positioning hole 82 under the driving of the first rotating shaft 9 to circumferentially fix the first rotating shaft 9 and the fixing member 8, because the first rotating shaft 9 is fixed with the limiting member 4, the fixing member 8 is fixed with the winding post 1, and therefore when the first rotating shaft 9 is circumferentially fixed with the fixing member 8, the limiting member 4 is circumferentially fixed with the winding post 1. Aforementioned second reference column 31 is used for inserting from the opposite side of locating hole 82 under the drive of second fender board 3 to circumference fixed second fender board 3 and mounting 8, because mounting 8 is fixed with wrapping post 1, thereby when second fender board 3 is fixed with 8 circumferences of mounting, second fender board 3 is also fixed with wrapping post 1 circumference. One of the first positioning column 92 and the second positioning column 31 is inserted into the positioning hole 82, and the other is extruded from the positioning hole 82, so that the winding column 1 can be circumferentially fixed with only one of the second thread stop plate 3 and the limiting member 4 at a time.
Here, it should be noted that: in order to facilitate the first rotating shaft 9 to drive the first positioning column 92 and the second line blocking plate 3 to drive the second positioning column 31 to be inserted into the positioning hole 82, preferably, positioning marks such as arrows and the like may be disposed on the first rotating shaft 9, the second line blocking plate 3 and the fixing member 8, and when the arrows on the first rotating shaft 9 and the fixing member 8 are aligned, the first rotating shaft 9 may be pushed to insert the first positioning column 92 into the positioning hole 82 of the fixing member 8. Similarly, when the arrows on the second line stop 3 and the fixing member 8 are aligned, the second line stop 3 can be pushed to insert the second positioning column 31 into the positioning hole 82 of the fixing member 8.
In order to improve the connection stability, it is preferable that the number of the positioning holes 82 on the fixing member 8 is two or more, the number of the first positioning columns 92 and the number of the second positioning columns 31 are equal to the number of the positioning holes 82, and the first positioning columns 92 correspond to the second positioning columns 31 one by one, each first positioning column 92 is used for being inserted into one positioning hole 82 one by one, and similarly, each second positioning column 31 is also used for being inserted into one positioning hole 82 one by one.
In a specific application example, as shown in fig. 5 and 7, the fixing member 8 has a shell-like structure with a hollow interior and an open end. The open end of the fixing member 8 has a first flange 81, and the end of the fixing member 8 facing away from the open end has a through hole for the first rotation shaft 9 to pass through. The fixing member 8 is fixed to the other side of the winding post 1 by a first flange 81, and the first flange 81 may be fixedly coupled to the other side of the winding post 1 by a screw or the like. Of course, the first flange 81 may be fixed to the winding post 1 by welding. The first shaft 9 is provided with a second flange 91, the second flange 91 is located inside the fixing member 8, and the first positioning column 92 is provided on the second flange 91. The first shaft 9 can drive the first positioning post 92 to move along the axial direction of the winding post 1, so as to insert into the positioning hole 82 of the fixing member 8 or pull out from the positioning hole 82.
In the above example, it is preferable that the fixing member 8 is fixedly coupled to the other side of the winding post 1 by a screw, so that the fixing member 8 can be detached from the winding post 1, which facilitates the mounting and detaching of the first rotating shaft 9.
