the nose belt shearing mechanism comprises a shearing base, a shearing transmission shaft, a main transmission wheel, a shearing driven shaft, a shearing synchronous wheel and a shearing rotating head, wherein a plurality of cutters are arranged on the periphery of the shearing rotating head in an equidistant ring mode, the shearing transmission shaft and the shearing driven shaft are both rotationally arranged on the shearing base, the rear end of the shearing transmission shaft is sleeved with the main transmission wheel and the shearing synchronous wheel, the shearing synchronous wheel is in meshed transmission connection with the shearing driven wheel, the front end of the shearing driven wheel is coaxially connected with the shearing rotating head, a shearing shaft sleeve is arranged at the front end of the shearing transmission shaft, and a coiled material passes between the shearing rotating head and the shearing shaft sleeve and is sheared into sections along with the rotation of the shearing rotating head;
the two sides of the shearing base are respectively provided with a feeding channel and a discharging channel, and the feeding channel and the discharging channel are correspondingly arranged; and the outlet of the feeding channel and the inlet of the discharging channel are aligned with a gap between the shearing rotating head and the shearing shaft sleeve.
