According to the nose band conveying device, the tension adjusting mechanism is arranged at the end part of the rotary sleeve 5 and comprises an adjusting nut 18, a compression spring 19, a check ring 20 and a rubber pad 21, the adjusting nut 18 is in threaded connection with the outer end part of the sliding sleeve 4, the compression spring 19 is sleeved on the periphery of the sliding sleeve 4 and located between the adjusting nut 18 and the check ring 20, the check ring 20 is movably sleeved on the periphery of the sliding sleeve 4, and the rubber pad 21 is sleeved on the periphery of the sliding sleeve 4 and located between the check ring 20 and the rotary sleeve 5. Specifically, the nut is rotated to adjust the tension of the compression spring 19, so as to adjust the friction force between the rubber pad 21 and the rotary sleeve 5, and finally the tension in the conveying process of the coiled material can be always adjusted by adjusting the rotation damping of the material tray, so that the purpose of adjusting the tension in the conveying process of the coiled material is achieved.

the material rack comprises a screw sleeve, a position adjusting mechanism arranged at the coaxial position of the outer end part and the screw sleeve, and a material tray and a tension adjusting mechanism which are all arranged on the periphery of the position adjusting mechanism, wherein the tension adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the tension of coiled materials, and the position adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the position of the material tray;
the position adjusting mechanism further comprises a sliding sleeve, and the material tray and the tension adjusting mechanism are both arranged on the outer circle of the sliding sleeve;
the charging tray comprises an inner tensioning part, an outer clamping part and a rotary sleeve, wherein the inner tensioning part and the outer clamping part are respectively arranged on the outer circle of the rotary sleeve, rolling bearings are respectively arranged at two ends of the inner wall of the rotary sleeve, and the rotary sleeve is sleeved on the outer circle of the sliding sleeve through the rolling bearings;
when the flexible material is conveyed, the inner tensioning part and the outer clamping part rotate along with the rotation of the rotary sleeve;
the inner side tensioning part comprises a tensioning fixing sleeve and a plurality of tensioning assemblies uniformly wound on the periphery of the tensioning fixing sleeve, the tensioning assemblies comprise tensioning rods, two swing rods and two screws, the two screws are detachably connected to two sides of the tensioning fixing sleeve, one ends of the two swing rods are respectively connected with the two screws in a rotating mode, the other ends of the two swing rods are respectively connected with the tensioning rods, and the two swing rods respectively rotate around the corresponding screws to do circular arc motions;
the outer clamping part comprises a fixed chuck, a movable chuck, an inner chuck seat and an outer chuck seat, wherein the fixed chuck is fixed on the periphery of the inner chuck seat, and the inner chuck seat is fixedly sleeved on the outer circle of the rotary sleeve; the movable chuck is fixed on the periphery of the outer chuck seat, the outer chuck seat is movably sleeved on the outer circle of the rotary sleeve, the inner chuck seat and the outer chuck seat are arranged at intervals, and the outer chuck seat is provided with a locking hole; the position adjusting mechanism is coaxially arranged at the outer side end part of the screw sleeve and comprises a screw rod and a first bearing, and the threaded end of the screw rod is in threaded connection with the threaded hole of the screw sleeve; the screw is rotated to adjust the position of the material tray; the first bearing is movably sleeved on the periphery of the screw rod; the first bearing is positioned between the sliding sleeve and the screw rod;
the fixed chuck is provided with a plurality of circular arc grooves, the movable chuck is provided with a plurality of straight waist grooves, the outer end of the tensioning rod is arranged in the straight waist grooves in a penetrating mode, and the inner end of the tensioning rod is arranged in the circular arc grooves in a penetrating mode;
the tension adjusting mechanism is arranged at the end part of the rotary sleeve and comprises an adjusting nut, a compression spring, a check ring and a rubber pad, wherein the adjusting nut is in threaded connection with the outer end part of the sliding sleeve, the compression spring is sleeved on the periphery of the sliding sleeve and is positioned between the adjusting nut and the check ring, the check ring is movably sleeved on the periphery of the sliding sleeve, and the rubber pad is sleeved on the periphery of the sliding sleeve and is positioned between the check ring and the rotary sleeve;
every two swing rods positioned on the same side of the tensioning fixing sleeve form a group, the two swing rods in the group are connected through an arc-shaped connecting plate, and arc-shaped connecting holes are further formed in the arc-shaped connecting plate;
