During actual operation, the size of the foreign matter is preliminarily determined through an endoscope or an imaging device, then the opening angles of the two fetching nets 4 are selected according to needs, and then the fetching nets are determined to be contracted in the guide pipe 2 through pulling back the two control slide blocks 12 respectively. In one embodiment of the present application, the surface of the steel wire 42 of the ferrule is covered with a hose, and the opening edge of the net bag 41 is fixedly connected to the wall of the hose. The hose coated on the ferrule steel wire 42 can be a polymer pipe made of plastic, flexible control is realized by lower pipe body hardness, and then the net bag 41 and the polymer pipe are fixed on the ferrule steel wire 42 after being subjected to hot melting. When the loop steel wire 42 is elastically deformed and bent, the loop steel wire 42 can support the polymer tube due to the fact that the opening edge of the net bag 41, the hose and the loop steel wire 42 are fused together, the polymer tube is deformed, the net bag 41 is driven to be opened, and after the loop steel wire 42 recovers the shape, the polymer tube also recovers the shape, and the net bag 41 is tightened.
In one embodiment of the present application, the open edge of the string bag 41 is connected to the looped steel wire 42 in a binding manner. The net bag 41 is fixed with the loop steel wire 42 by a binding method, and the net bag 41 can be bound along the edge of the loop steel wire 42 by a thin nylon rope. Also, it is possible to open the string bag 41 when the snare wire 42 is elastically deformed, and to tighten the string bag 41 after the snare wire 42 is restored to its shape.
It should be noted that, in the technical solution provided in the present application, if a plurality of fetching nets 4 are controlled individually, the control slider 12 may be disposed on one handle 1, or may be disposed on two or more handles 1 respectively. In practical application, the handle is preferably arranged on one handle 1, so that the purposes of simplifying the structure and being convenient to operate are achieved.
Further, in some embodiments of the present application, the access forceps further includes an injection luer 5; the injection luer connector 5 is arranged on the catheter 2, and the inner cavity of the injection luer connector 5 is communicated with the catheter 2. wherein the fetching net (4) comprises a net bag (41) and a loop steel wire (42) connected with the opening edge of the net bag (41); the loop steel wire (42) is connected with the handle (1) through the inhaul cable (3) so as to control the loop steel wire (42) to generate elastic deformation through the handle (1) to open or tighten the opening of the net bag (41); the ferrule steel wire (42) is shaped into a bent structure, and the ferrule steel wire (42) can be straightened into the guide pipe (2) under the traction of the inhaul cable (3) and stretches out in the guide pipe (2) to restore the bend.
2. The fetching mesh forceps according to claim 1, characterized in that the handle (1) comprises a handle main body (11), and a control slider (12) slidably connected to the handle main body (11);

The mesh fetching forceps according to claim 1, characterized in that the fetching mesh (4) comprises two sections of loop steel wire (42); the loop steel wire (42) comprises a bend which is outward relative to other fetching nets (4) and a bend which is separated between two loop steel wires (42) of the same fetching net (4).
6. The mesh fetching forceps according to claim 5, characterized in that the bending angle of the loop steel wire (42) outward relative to the other fetching mesh (4) is 30-140 °.
7. The net clamp according to claim 1, wherein the looped steel wire (42) is spaced through the grid space at the opening edge of the net bag (41), and the distal end of the looped steel wire (42) is fixedly connected to the net bag (41) by bundling.
8. The net clamp as claimed in claim 1, wherein the surface of the loop steel wire (42) is covered with a hose, and the opening edge of the net bag (41) is fixedly connected to the wall of the hose.
