The invention discloses an intelligent goods shelf system for counting flow of placed commodities, which comprises a goods shelf, a packaging body, a current and voltage sensor, a microprocessor and a cloud server, wherein a wireless transmitting coil is embedded in a goods layer of the goods shelf, a wireless receiving coil is installed at the bottom of the packaging body, when the packaging body is removed from the goods layer, the wireless transmitting coil is disconnected with the wireless receiving coil, the current and voltage sensor senses that the packaging body of the goods layer is removed to generate a sensing signal, and the processor sends the sensing signal to the cloud server so that the cloud server counts the accessed times of the commodities according to the sensing signal; the beneficial effects are that: when a consumer takes up the packaging body on the storage layer, the access flow of the consumer to the commodity is recorded through the on-off induction of the wireless transmitting coil and the wireless receiving coil, and the consumer can know the requirement of the commodity conveniently.

The principle of the invention is as follows: through the wireless transmitting coil embedded in the storage layer 2 of the goods shelf 1 and the wireless receiving coil 6 at the bottom of the packaging body 5, according to the existing wireless power-on technology, the distance between the wireless transmitting coil and the wireless receiving coil 6 generally cannot exceed 2cm, and the wireless transmitting coil and the wireless receiving coil 6 cannot be inductively powered on when the distance exceeds 2 cm; if a consumer is interested in the commodity 10, the packaging body 5 is taken down from the placing layer 2 for viewing, then the wireless receiving coil 6 at the bottom of the packaging body 5 is separated from the induction of the wireless transmitting coil on the placing layer 2, the current and voltage sensor connected with the wireless transmitting coil can generate the change of voltage and current, the microprocessor converts the change into data and wirelessly transmits the data to the background data management system, as the packaging body 5 is placed back on the placing layer 2 again, the wireless transmitting coil is reconnected with the wireless receiving coil 6 and can also be sensed, the microprocessor is set to only process the signal of disconnecting the wireless transmitting coil and the wireless receiving coil 6, and the commodity 10 is recorded to be paid attention once; different potential values can be set according to wireless transmitting coils at different positions on the goods shelf 1, the potential value corresponding to each wireless transmitting coil is recorded manually and stored in a microprocessor, for example, one potential value corresponds to a packaging body 5 number, after a human body takes up the packaging body 5, an induction signal generated by a current and voltage sensor on the wireless transmitting coil is transmitted to the microprocessor, the microprocessor identifies the number of the removed packaging body 5, and the signal is transmitted to a cloud server; the cloud server is internally provided with a database for storing the information of the commodities 10, the data stored in the database can be displayed in a background data management system which is in wireless connection with the cloud server for a merchant to check, and the merchant can know the interaction condition of a certain commodity 10 or a certain type of commodity 10 and a consumer in real time so as to prepare the commodities 10 and meet the needs of the consumer to the greatest extent.
The existing method for counting the commodity access flow is to directly electrify a display rod of a shelf 1, so that the surface of a commodity 10 hung on the display rod is electrified with micro electricity, when a person takes the commodity 10, the contact between the hand and the commodity 10 generates a potential difference which can also be sensed, and the attention of the commodity 10 is counted, but the method can often report by mistake, for example, a consumer accidentally touches the display rod, or a worker often touches the display rod when getting the commodity, and the wrong report can also be caused, so that the stability of the method for counting the attention of the commodity 10 is not high. The wireless transmitting coil and the wireless receiving coil 6 provided by the invention basically do not have the problems, and only when the commodity 10 is actually taken up, the current and voltage sensor can sense the change of the voltage and the current, so that the statistics of the visit of the commodity 10 is carried out.
As shown in fig. 3, the packaging body 5 sequentially comprises a base, a light-emitting cavity 12 and a commodity placing cavity from bottom to top, the light-emitting cavity 12 is detachably connected with the base, the light-emitting cavity 12 and the commodity placing cavity are separated by a layering plate 9, a wireless receiving coil 6 is embedded in the base, the light-emitting cavity 12 is provided with a light source 8 and a circuit board 7 connected to the light source 8, the circuit board 7 is provided with a power supply, and the circuit board 7 is connected with the wireless receiving coil 6. The wireless transmitting coil and the wireless receiving coil 6 in the material containing layer 2 supply power to the circuit board 7 through electromagnetic induction, the power supply arranged on the circuit board 7 supplies power to the light source 8 to enable the light source 8 to emit light, and the built-in light source 8 is used for increasing the attention of the commodity 10 to enable the commodity 10 to look new and more attractive to consumers; the light-emitting cavity 12, the base and the commodity placing cavity can be connected in a threaded or snap-in manner, the disassembly is very convenient, when the commodity 10 is sold, the commodity 10 in the commodity placing cavity is taken out, the packaging body 5 can be continuously reserved, and the recycling is realized.
As shown in fig. 1, this is another embodiment of the pallet 1 according to the invention: in order to facilitate statistics of the access times of the same type of commodities 10 on the same commodity accommodating layer 2, only one wireless transmitting coil is embedded in each commodity accommodating layer 2 and is fully distributed in the commodity accommodating layer 2, all the packaging bodies 5 placed on the commodity accommodating layer 2 can be sensed, only the same type of commodities 10 are placed on the shelf 1, and the access times of the commodities 10 are counted; the method is suitable for counting the access times of the same type of commodities 10 on the same storage layer 2, and the commodities 10 of the same type are all placed on the storage layer 2, and no matter which package 5 is taken by a consumer, the commodities 10 are counted to be accessed once.
As shown in fig. 2, this is an embodiment of the pallet 1 according to the invention: in order to facilitate statistics of access times of different types of commodities 10 on the same commodity placing layer 2, the shelf 1 is provided with four commodity placing layers 2, each commodity placing layer 2 is isolated into four commodity placing areas by four isolation plates 3, each layer can be used for placing four packaging bodies 5, the four packaging bodies 5 can be respectively placed with different types of commodities 10, and the bottom of each commodity placing area is provided with a wireless transmitting coil; the electric potential values of the wireless transmitting coils at the bottom of each commodity placing area are different, and the number of times that the commodities 10 corresponding to the commodity placing areas are visited can be counted.
The circuit board 7 is connected with the light source 8 through a switch circuit, and the switch is arranged on the side face of the hook body. Whether the light source 8 works or not can be controlled through the switch arranged on the side face, the power supply is saved, and the operation is convenient.
The shelf 1 is also provided with a micro camera 4 for further verifying whether the commodity 10 is picked up by the customer, and the micro camera 4 is provided with a wireless communication module in wireless connection with the background data management system. The micro camera 4 also has an anti-theft function, and can present the shot picture on a display screen of the background data management system in real time, and the recorded camera video can also be stored in the background data management system for monitoring whether the investigation commodity 10 is picked up or not.

The intelligent shelf system for counting the flow of placed commodities as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of the commodity layers is separated into a plurality of commodity placing areas by a plurality of partition boards, a wireless transmitting coil is disposed at the bottom of the commodity placing area, the current and voltage sensor is connected to the wireless transmitting coil and connected to an external power supply, the wireless transmitting coil is inductively connected to the wireless receiving coil when the package body is placed in the commodity placing area, the current and voltage sensor senses the commodities in the commodity placing area, and the wireless transmitting coil is disconnected from the wireless receiving coil when the commodities are removed from the commodity placing area, and the current and voltage sensor senses that the commodities in the commodity layers are removed and generates the sensing signal.
