When determining whether the active BWP corresponding to the terminal broadcasts the positioning assistance information, if there is only one active BWP corresponding to the terminal, it may be determined whether the active BWP broadcasts the positioning assistance information; if there are multiple active BWPs corresponding to the terminal, it may be determined whether each active BWP broadcasts the positioning assistance information, or whether a part of the active BWPs is selected from the active BWPs.
The positioning assistance information indication data may include, but is not limited to, one or more of the following indication data:
the first type of indicating data: and whether the network side equipment provides the indication data of the positioning auxiliary information to the terminal or not.
Second type indication data: the positioning type of the positioning assistance information known by the network side device.
Third indication data: a positioning assistance information type of positioning assistance information known by the network side device.
Fourth indication data: the network side device supports indication data of whether the broadcast positioning assistance information is supported.
Correspondingly, after the terminal knows that the network-side device indicates support of broadcasting the positioning assistance information according to the fourth indication data, the terminal may attempt to receive the broadcasted positioning assistance information on the initial BWP or other BWPs when the positioning assistance information is needed.
Fifth type of indication data: supporting broadcasting of BWP lists of positioning assistance information.
Correspondingly, after the terminal knows the BWP list supporting the broadcast positioning assistance information according to the fifth indication data, the terminal may attempt to receive the broadcast positioning assistance information on the BWP in the BWP list when the positioning assistance information is needed.
Sixth type of indication data: and broadcasting scheduling information corresponding to the positioning auxiliary information.
Each piece of positioning assistance information has corresponding scheduling information, which may include, but is not limited to, a period of an SI corresponding to the positioning assistance information, a positioning data block SIB forming the SI, and the like, and the terminal may know, according to the scheduling information, the positioning assistance information that the network side device may provide, and specifically, a time for receiving the positioning SIB in a broadcast manner, and may also determine, based on this, a time delay required for receiving the required positioning assistance information in the broadcast manner.
When the network side device sends the positioning auxiliary information indicating data to the terminal, it may send one kind of indicating data at a time, or send multiple kinds of indicating data to the terminal in one dedicated signaling, or send multiple dedicated signaling to the terminal.
(II) after the network side equipment receives the request for obtaining the positioning auxiliary information indicating data sent by the terminal, the positioning auxiliary information indicating data is sent to the terminal
When the terminal device determines that it does not know whether the network side device can provide the required positioning assistance information, it may send a request for obtaining positioning assistance information indication data to the network device, where the request for obtaining positioning assistance information indication data includes one or more of the following information:
first type of information: and confirming whether the network side equipment provides the positioning auxiliary information for the terminal.
The second information: the terminal requests the location type of the acquired location assistance information.
The third information: the terminal requests a positioning assistance information type of the acquired positioning assistance information.
After the network side device receives the request for acquiring the positioning assistance information indication data sent by the terminal, the network side device can send the corresponding positioning assistance information indication data to the terminal according to the information carried by the request.
When the request carries the first type of information, the network side equipment indicates whether the network side equipment can provide the positioning auxiliary information for the terminal to the terminal; when the request carries the second information, the network side device may indicate the location type that the network side device can provide to the terminal; when the third information is carried in the request, the network side device may indicate the type of the positioning assistance information that can be provided by the network side device to the terminal.
The above positioning types may include, but are not limited to: a-GNSS (Assisted-Global Navigation satellite System), RTK (Real-Time Kinematic), beidou positioning System, and the like.
The positioning assistance information types may include, but are not limited to, positioning assistance information types predefined to be broadcast in a predetermined communication protocol, such as some positioning system information broadcast types currently defined in the 4G protocol, including posSibType1-1 indicating GNSS-ReferenceTime (GNSS positioning reference time), and posSibType1-2 indicating GNSS-ReferenceLocation (GNSS positioning reference position).
After receiving a request for acquiring the positioning assistance information indication data sent by the terminal, the network side device may send the corresponding positioning assistance information indication data to the terminal according to information carried by the request.
The positioning assistance information indication data may include, but is not limited to, one or more of the following indication data:
the first type of indicating data: and the network side equipment provides the indication data of the positioning auxiliary information to the terminal.
Second type indication data: the network side device obtains the positioning type of the positioning assistance information.
Third indication data: the type of the positioning assistance information known by the network side device.
Fourth indication data: the network side device determines whether the broadcast positioning assistance information is supported by the network side device.
Correspondingly, after the terminal knows that the network-side device indicates support of broadcasting the positioning assistance information according to the fourth indication data, the terminal may attempt to receive the broadcasted positioning assistance information on the initial BWP or other BWPs when the positioning assistance information is needed.
Fifth type of indication data: supporting broadcasting of BWP lists of positioning assistance information.
Correspondingly, after the terminal knows the BWP list supporting the broadcast positioning assistance information according to the fifth indication data, the terminal may attempt to receive the broadcast positioning assistance information on the BWP in the BWP list when the positioning assistance information is needed.
Sixth type of indication data: and broadcasting scheduling information corresponding to the positioning auxiliary information.
Each piece of positioning assistance information has corresponding scheduling information, which may include, but is not limited to, a period of an SI corresponding to the positioning assistance information, a positioning data block SIB forming the SI, and the like, and the terminal may know, according to the scheduling information, the positioning assistance information that the network side device may provide, and specifically, a time for receiving the positioning SIB in a broadcast manner, and may also determine, based on this, a time delay required for receiving the required positioning assistance information in the broadcast manner.
When the request sent by the terminal carries the first type of information, the network side device may send the first type of indication data to the terminal, and may also send other indication data to the terminal; when the request sent by the terminal carries the second type of information, the network side device may send the second type of indication data to the terminal, and may also send other indication data to the terminal; when the request sent by the terminal carries the third information, the network side device may send the third indication data to the terminal, or send other indication data to the terminal.
When the network side device sends the positioning auxiliary information indicating data to the terminal, it may send one kind of indicating data at a time, or send multiple kinds of indicating data to the terminal in one dedicated signaling, or send multiple dedicated signaling to the terminal.
To facilitate an understanding of the methods provided herein, several illustrative examples are given below for illustrative purposes:
example 1
This example is described by taking an example in which the network side device directly transmits the positioning assistance information indication data to the terminal.
As shown in fig. 2, this is explained in the following with the interaction of the terminal and the network side device:
step S201, aiming at the terminal designated terminal, the network side equipment detects that the preset trigger condition is met, and sends the positioning auxiliary information indication data to the terminal through a special signaling.
When the network side device determines that the terminal does not know the capability of the network side device for providing the positioning assistance information, it is determined that a preset trigger condition is satisfied, where the preset trigger condition includes the first trigger condition to the fifth trigger condition, and a repeated description is not repeated here.
The positioning assistance information indication data may include, but is not limited to, one or more of the first indication data to the sixth indication data, which will not be described repeatedly herein.
Step S202, the terminal receives the special signaling sent by the network side equipment, and learns the capability of the network side equipment for providing the positioning auxiliary information according to the special signaling.
The capability of the network side device to provide the positioning assistance information is described in detail in the above-mentioned part of the embodiment, and is not described repeatedly here.
Alternatively, the network side device may indicate in a system message (such as SIB1) whether the network side device is capable of providing positioning assistance information or whether the network side device is capable of providing broadcasted positioning assistance information; correspondingly, the terminal can acquire the capability of the network side equipment for providing the positioning auxiliary information through the system message.
Example 2
In this example, the network side device sends the positioning assistance information indication data to the terminal according to the request for obtaining the positioning assistance information indication data sent by the terminal device.
As shown in fig. 3, this is explained in the following with the interaction of the terminal and the network side device:
step S301, the terminal needs the positioning auxiliary information, determines that the capability of the network side equipment for providing the positioning auxiliary information is unknown, and sends a request for acquiring the positioning auxiliary information indicating data to the network side equipment.
The terminal does not know whether the cell currently serving the terminal can provide the positioning auxiliary information or not, or whether the required positioning auxiliary information can be provided or not, and the like, and sends a request for acquiring the positioning auxiliary information indicating data to the network side equipment.
The request may include one or more of the following messages:
first type of information: and confirming whether the network side equipment provides the positioning auxiliary information for the terminal.
Correspondingly, if the terminal determines that the network side device can provide the positioning assistance information required by the terminal according to the response of the network side device, the terminal can continue to request the network side device for the required positioning assistance information,
the second information: and the terminal requests the positioning type of the acquired positioning auxiliary information.
If the terminal sends the positioning type expected to be received to the network side, whether the expected positioning type can be provided is confirmed to the network side equipment, and if the indication that the confirmation of the network side equipment can be provided is obtained, the terminal can further request the relevant positioning content of the positioning type to the network side equipment.
The third information: the terminal requests the type of the positioning assistance information of the acquired positioning assistance information.
If the terminal sends the type of the positioning assistance information expected to be received to the network side, whether the expected type of the positioning assistance information can be provided is confirmed to the network side equipment, and if an indication that the confirmation of the network side equipment can be provided is obtained, the terminal can further request the network side equipment for the related positioning content of the type of the positioning assistance information.
Step S302, the network side device determines the positioning auxiliary information indicating data according to the request of the terminal and sends the positioning auxiliary information indicating data to the terminal.
The network side device may determine corresponding positioning assistance information data according to information carried in the request of the terminal, and send the positioning assistance information data to the terminal.
Step S303, the terminal receives the positioning assistance information indication data sent by the network side device, and learns the capability of the network side device for providing the positioning assistance information according to the positioning assistance information indication data.
The capability of the network side device to provide the positioning assistance information is described in detail in the above-mentioned part of the embodiment, and is not described repeatedly here.
As shown in fig. 4, based on the same inventive concept, the present embodiment further provides a network side device for sending positioning assistance information indication data, which is characterized in that the device includes a processor 401, a memory 402 and a transceiver 403, the processor 401 is responsible for managing a bus architecture and general processing, and the memory 402 can store data used by the processor 401 when performing operations. The transceiver 403 is used for receiving and transmitting data under the control of the processor 401.
The bus architecture may include any number of interconnected buses and bridges, with one or more processors, represented by processor 401, and various circuits, represented by memory 402, being linked together. The bus architecture may also link together various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further herein. The bus interface provides an interface; the processor 401 is responsible for managing the bus architecture and general processing, and the memory 402 may store data used by the processor 401 in performing operations.
The processes disclosed in the embodiments of the present application may be applied to the processor 401, or implemented by the processor 401. In implementation, the steps of the signal processing flow may be implemented by integrated logic circuits of hardware or instructions in the form of software in the processor 401. The processor 401 may be a general purpose processor, a digital signal processor, an application specific integrated circuit, a field programmable gate array or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components, or the like that may implement or perform the methods, steps, and logic blocks disclosed in embodiments of the present application. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or any conventional processor or the like. The steps of a method disclosed in connection with the embodiments of the present application may be directly implemented by a hardware processor, or may be implemented by a combination of hardware and software modules in a processor. The software module may be located in ram, flash memory, rom, prom, or eprom, registers, etc. storage media as is well known in the art. The storage medium is located in the memory 402, and the processor 401 reads the information in the memory 402 and completes the steps of the signal processing flow in combination with the hardware thereof.
The memory 402 is used for storing a program executable by the processor 401, and the processor 401 is used for reading the program in the memory 402 and executing the following steps:

As shown in fig. 5, based on the same inventive concept, the present embodiment further provides a terminal device for requesting positioning assistance information indication data, which is characterized in that the device comprises a processor 501, a memory 502 and a transceiver 503, wherein the processor 501 is responsible for managing a bus architecture and general processing, and the memory 502 can store data used by the processor 501 when performing operations. The transceiver 503 is used to receive and transmit data under the control of the processor 501.

Claims (19)

1. A method for transmitting positioning assistance information indicator data, the method comprising:
the network side equipment sends positioning auxiliary information indicating data to a terminal through a special signaling, wherein the positioning auxiliary information indicating data is used for indicating the capability of the network side equipment for providing positioning auxiliary information to the terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the network side device sends the positioning assistance information indication data to the terminal when detecting one or more of the following conditions:
a primary cell serving the terminal changes;
the primary cell serving the terminal is changed and the active bandwidth part BWP corresponding to the terminal does not broadcast system messages;
a primary cell serving the terminal changes, and an active BWP corresponding to the terminal does not broadcast positioning assistance information;
switching a main cell serving the terminal;
switching a main cell serving the terminal, and not broadcasting a system message by an active BWP corresponding to the terminal;
switching a main cell serving the terminal, wherein the active BWP corresponding to the terminal does not broadcast positioning assistance information;
the node providing the terminal with the positioning assistance information is changed;
the node providing the terminal with the positioning assistance information changes, and the active bandwidth part BWP corresponding to the terminal does not broadcast the positioning assistance information;
the node providing the terminal with the positioning assistance information is changed, and the active bandwidth part BWP corresponding to the terminal does not broadcast system messages;
the terminal and the network side equipment are synchronously reconfigured;
the terminal and the network side equipment are synchronously reconfigured, and the activated BWP corresponding to the terminal does not broadcast system information;
the terminal and the network side equipment are synchronously reconfigured, and the active BWP corresponding to the terminal does not broadcast the positioning auxiliary information;
the capability of the network side equipment for providing the positioning auxiliary information is changed;
the capability of the network side equipment for providing the positioning assistance information is changed, and the terminal correspondingly activates the BWP not to broadcast the system message;
the capability of the network side device for providing the positioning assistance information is changed, and the active BWP corresponding to the terminal does not broadcast the positioning assistance information;
and receiving a request for acquiring the positioning auxiliary information indication data sent by the terminal.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the request for obtaining positioning assistance information indication data sent by the terminal comprises one or more of the following information:
confirming whether the network side equipment provides positioning auxiliary information for the terminal;
the terminal requests the positioning type of the acquired positioning auxiliary information;
the terminal requests the type of the acquired positioning assistance information.
4. A method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the positioning assistance information indication data comprises one or more of:
whether the network side equipment provides the indication data of the positioning auxiliary information to the terminal or not;
the network side device obtains the positioning type of the positioning auxiliary information;
a positioning assistance information type of positioning assistance information known by the network side device;
whether the network side equipment supports the indication data of the broadcast positioning auxiliary information;
a BWP list supporting broadcasting of positioning assistance information;
and broadcasting scheduling information corresponding to the positioning auxiliary information.
5. A method for requesting positioning assistance information indicator data, the method comprising:
the terminal receives positioning auxiliary information indicating data sent by network side equipment through a special signaling, wherein the positioning auxiliary information indicating data is used for indicating the capability of the network side equipment for providing positioning auxiliary information to the terminal.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein before the terminal receives the positioning assistance information indication data sent by the network side device, the method further comprises:
and the terminal sends a request for acquiring the positioning auxiliary information indication data to the network side equipment.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the request for obtaining positioning assistance information indication data comprises one or more of:
confirming whether the network side equipment provides positioning auxiliary information for the terminal;
the terminal requests the positioning type of the acquired positioning auxiliary information;
the terminal requests the type of the acquired positioning assistance information.
8. A method according to any of claims 5 to 7, wherein the positioning assistance information indication data comprises one or more of:
whether the network side equipment provides the indication data of the positioning auxiliary information to the terminal or not;
the network side device obtains the positioning type of the positioning auxiliary information;
a positioning assistance information type of positioning assistance information known by the network side device;
whether the network side equipment supports the indication data of the broadcast positioning auxiliary information;
a BWP list supporting broadcasting of positioning assistance information;
and broadcasting scheduling information corresponding to the positioning auxiliary information.
9. A network side device for transmitting positioning assistance information indication data, the device comprising a processor and a memory, the memory storing a program executable by the processor, the processor being configured to read the program in the memory and execute the following steps:
and sending positioning auxiliary information indicating data to a terminal through a special signaling, wherein the positioning auxiliary information indicating data is used for indicating the capability of the network side equipment for providing positioning auxiliary information to the terminal.
10. The apparatus as claimed in claim 9, wherein the processor is specifically configured to send the positioning assistance information indication data to the terminal when one or more of the following combination conditions are detected:
a primary cell serving the terminal changes;
the primary cell serving the terminal is changed and the active bandwidth part BWP corresponding to the terminal does not broadcast system messages;
a primary cell serving the terminal changes, and an active BWP corresponding to the terminal does not broadcast positioning assistance information;
switching a main cell serving the terminal;
switching a main cell serving the terminal, and not broadcasting a system message by an active BWP corresponding to the terminal;
switching a main cell serving the terminal, wherein the active BWP corresponding to the terminal does not broadcast positioning assistance information;
the node providing the terminal with the positioning assistance information is changed;
the node providing the terminal with the positioning assistance information changes, and the active bandwidth part BWP corresponding to the terminal does not broadcast the positioning assistance information;
the node providing the terminal with the positioning assistance information is changed, and the active bandwidth part BWP corresponding to the terminal does not broadcast system messages;
the terminal is synchronously reconfigured with the network side equipment;
the terminal and the network side equipment are synchronously reconfigured, and the terminal correspondingly activates BWP not to broadcast system information;
the terminal and the network side equipment are synchronously reconfigured, and the active BWP corresponding to the terminal does not broadcast the positioning auxiliary information;
the capability of the network side equipment for providing the positioning auxiliary information is changed;
the capability of the network side equipment for providing the positioning assistance information is changed, and the terminal correspondingly activates the BWP not to broadcast the system message;
the capability of the network side device for providing the positioning assistance information is changed, and the active BWP corresponding to the terminal does not broadcast the positioning assistance information;
and receiving a request for acquiring the positioning auxiliary information indication data sent by the terminal.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the request for obtaining positioning assistance information indication data sent by the terminal comprises one or more of:
confirming whether the network side equipment provides positioning auxiliary information for the terminal;
the terminal requests the positioning type of the acquired positioning auxiliary information;
the terminal requests the type of the acquired positioning assistance information.
12. An apparatus according to any one of claims 9 to 11, wherein the positioning assistance information indication data comprises one or more of:
whether the network side equipment provides the indication data of the positioning auxiliary information to the terminal or not;
the network side device obtains the positioning type of the positioning auxiliary information;
a positioning assistance information type of positioning assistance information known by the network side device;
whether the network side equipment supports the indication data of the broadcast positioning auxiliary information;
a BWP list supporting broadcasting of positioning assistance information;
and broadcasting scheduling information corresponding to the positioning auxiliary information.
13. A terminal device for requesting positioning assistance information indication data, the device comprising a processor and a memory, the memory storing a program executable by the processor, the processor being configured to read the program from the memory and to perform the following steps:
receiving positioning assistance information indication data sent by a network side device through a dedicated signaling, wherein the positioning assistance information indication data is used for indicating the capability of the network side device for providing positioning assistance information to the terminal.
14. The device of claim 13, wherein before receiving the positioning assistance information indication data sent by the network side device, the processor is further configured to:
and sending a request for acquiring the positioning auxiliary information indication data to the network side equipment.
15. The apparatus as recited in claim 14, wherein said request to obtain positioning assistance information indication data comprises one or more of:
confirming whether the network side equipment provides positioning auxiliary information for the terminal;
the terminal requests the positioning type of the acquired positioning auxiliary information;
the terminal requests the type of the acquired positioning assistance information.
16. An apparatus according to any one of claims 13 to 15, wherein the positioning assistance information indication data comprises one or more of:
whether the network side equipment provides the indication data of the positioning auxiliary information to the terminal or not;
the network side device obtains the positioning type of the positioning auxiliary information;
a positioning assistance information type of positioning assistance information known by the network side device;
whether the network side equipment supports the indication data of the broadcast positioning auxiliary information;
a BWP list supporting broadcasting of positioning assistance information;
and broadcasting scheduling information corresponding to the positioning auxiliary information.
17. A network side apparatus for transmitting positioning assistance information indication data, comprising:
an indication data sending unit, configured to send, through a dedicated signaling, positioning assistance information indication data to a terminal, where the positioning assistance information indication data is used to indicate, to the terminal, a capability of the network side device to provide positioning assistance information.
18. A terminal device for requesting positioning assistance information indication data, comprising:
an indication data receiving unit, configured to receive, through a dedicated signaling, positioning assistance information indication data sent by a network side device, where the positioning assistance information indication data is used to indicate, to the terminal, a capability of the network side device to provide positioning assistance information.
19. A computer storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, the program, when executed by a processor, implementing the steps of a method according to any one of claims 1 to 4 or the steps of a method according to any one of claims 5 to 8.
