the intelligent terminal 201 receives user instruction scanning and analyzes epidemic situation supervision two-dimensional codes; wherein epidemic situation supervision two-dimensional code information includes: the position information of the two-dimensional code identifier and the URL which jumps to the 202 epidemic situation supervision platform are obtained;
the 201 intelligent terminal enters 202 an epidemic situation supervision platform interface through the URL and reports user information; wherein the user information includes, but is not limited to, user identity information, physical condition information, and location information;
and according to the acquired at least two pieces of user information, the 202 epidemic situation supervision platform executes an epidemic situation management strategy.

In a further optional embodiment, the system further comprises an intelligent temperature measuring device 203, wherein the intelligent temperature measuring device 203 has a camera and a wireless communication function; the 203 intelligent temperature measuring device in the reference area measures the body temperature information of the user; wherein the 203 intelligent temperature measuring device comprises but is not limited to an infrared temperature measuring device with a communication function; the 203 intelligent temperature measuring device sends the body temperature information of the user to a 201 intelligent terminal; the 201 intelligent terminal reports the body temperature information of the user to a 202 epidemic situation supervision platform;
in a further optional embodiment, when the temperature of the user measured by the intelligent temperature measuring device 203 exceeds a preset threshold, the intelligent temperature measuring device 203 alarms the epidemic situation and/or sends alarm information and user portrait information to the epidemic situation supervision platform 202; the 203 intelligent temperature measuring device is provided with a camera, and the user image information comprises but is not limited to human face video information of the user.
In a further optional embodiment, after the 202 epidemic situation supervision platform receives the alarm information and the user portrait sent by the 203 intelligent temperature measuring device; the 202 epidemic situation supervision platform sends alarm information to other 201 intelligent terminals in the reference area; and/or the 202 epidemic situation supervision platform sends alarm information to the community management platform where the user is located; and the community management platform is determined according to the communication information reported by the user.
It can be understood that the above-mentioned constituent devices of the epidemic situation management system in this embodiment have functions of implementing the corresponding steps of the method in the embodiment shown in fig. 1. The function can be realized by hardware, and can also be realized by executing corresponding software by hardware. The hardware or software includes one or more modules or systems corresponding to the above-described functions. The modules and systems can be software and/or hardware, and the modules and systems can be realized independently or integrated by a plurality of modules and systems. It is understood that the structure illustrated in the embodiment of the present invention does not specifically limit the specific structure of the epidemic situation management system. The processor 301 is applied to the embodiment of the present application, and is configured to implement the method shown in the foregoing method embodiment. The transceiver 304 may include a receiver and a transmitter, and the transceiver 304 is applied in the embodiment of the present application and is used for implementing the function of the electronic device of the embodiment of the present application to communicate with other devices when executed.
The Processor 301 may be a CPU (Central Processing Unit), a general-purpose Processor, a DSP (Digital Signal Processor), an ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit), an FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) or other Programmable logic device, a transistor logic device, a hardware component, or any combination thereof. Avoiding repeated accesses reduces the latency of the processor 301, thereby increasing the efficiency of the system.
The processor 301 may operate the epidemic situation management method provided by the embodiment of the present application, so as to reduce the operation complexity of the user, improve the intelligent degree of the terminal device, and improve the experience of the user. Optionally, the memory 303 is used for storing application program codes for executing the scheme of the present application, and is controlled by the processor 301 to execute. The processor 301 is configured to execute the application program code stored in the memory 303 to implement the epidemic situation management method provided in any embodiment of the present application.
The memory 303 may be used to store computer-executable program code, which includes instructions. Of course, the code of the epidemic situation management method provided by the embodiment of the application can also be stored in the external memory. In this case, the processor 301 may execute the code of the epidemic situation management method stored in the external memory through the external memory interface, and the processor 301 may control and execute the epidemic situation management process.
The display screen 305 includes a display panel. The embodiment of the present application provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the computer program implements the epidemic situation management method shown in the above method embodiment.
The computer-readable storage medium provided in the embodiments of the present application is applicable to any embodiment of the foregoing method, and therefore, the beneficial effects that can be achieved by the computer-readable storage medium can refer to the beneficial effects in the corresponding method provided above, and are not described herein again.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a computer program product, which when running on a computer, causes the computer to execute the above related steps to implement the method in the above embodiment. The computer program product provided in the embodiments of the present application is applicable to any of the embodiments of the method described above, and therefore, the beneficial effects that can be achieved by the computer program product can refer to the beneficial effects in the corresponding method provided above, and are not described herein again.

2. The epidemic management method of claim 1, wherein the reporting of the user information by the intelligent terminal comprises:

3. The epidemic management method of claim 1, wherein the reporting of the user identity information by the intelligent terminal comprises:

4. The epidemic management method according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the reporting of the user's location information by the intelligent terminal comprises:

the intelligent temperature measuring device sends the body temperature information of the user to an intelligent terminal;
and the intelligent terminal reports the body temperature information of the user to an epidemic situation supervision platform.
7. The epidemic management method of claim 6, further comprising:
when the intelligent temperature measuring device measures that the body temperature of the user exceeds a preset threshold value, the intelligent temperature measuring device gives an epidemic situation alarm and/or sends alarm information and user portrait information to the epidemic situation supervision platform; the intelligent temperature measuring device is provided with a camera, and the user image information comprises but is not limited to human face video information of the user.
8. The epidemic management method of claim 7, wherein the epidemic administration platform executing the epidemic management policy comprises:

and executing an epidemic situation management strategy by the epidemic situation supervision platform according to the acquired at least two pieces of user information.
11. The epidemic situation management system of claim 1, wherein the intelligent terminal reporting the user identity information comprises:
the intelligent terminal acquires the SIM card communication number of the intelligent terminal;
the intelligent terminal requests a communication server to acquire the user information of the SIM card according to the SIM card communication number;
the intelligent terminal reports the acquired user information to an epidemic situation supervision platform; wherein the user identity information includes but is not limited to: the name, the identity card information, the communication information, the SIM number of the intelligent terminal and the ID information of the intelligent terminal of the user.
12. The epidemic management system of claim 11, wherein the reporting of the location information of the user by the intelligent terminal comprises:
the intelligent terminal determines the position information contained in the epidemic situation supervision two-dimensional code as the current position information of the user and reports the current position information; or the like, or, alternatively,
when the intelligent terminal determines that the analyzed two-dimension code is the epidemic situation supervision two-dimension code, the intelligent terminal sets the enabling state of the GPS of the intelligent terminal to be the starting state, and the intelligent terminal acquires GPS information and reports the GPS information of the intelligent terminal in the reference area to the epidemic situation supervision platform; the reference area is the area information of the epidemic situation supervision platform marked by the two-dimensional code.
13. The epidemic management system of claim 5, further comprising an intelligent temperature measuring device, wherein the intelligent temperature measuring device has camera and wireless communication functions;
the intelligent temperature measuring device in the reference area measures the body temperature information of the user; the intelligent temperature measuring device comprises but is not limited to an infrared temperature measuring device with a communication function;
the intelligent temperature measuring device sends the body temperature information of the user to an intelligent terminal;
and the intelligent terminal reports the body temperature information of the user to an epidemic situation supervision platform.

The epidemic management system of claim 13, wherein when the intelligent temperature measuring device measures that the body temperature of the user exceeds a preset threshold, the intelligent temperature measuring device alarms the epidemic and/or sends alarm information and user portrait information to the epidemic supervision platform; the intelligent temperature measuring device is provided with a camera, and the user image information comprises but is not limited to human face video information of the user.

The epidemic management system of claim 14, wherein when the epidemic surveillance platform receives the warning message and the user representation sent by the intelligent temperature measuring device; the epidemic situation supervision platform sends alarm information to other intelligent terminals in the reference area; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the epidemic situation supervision platform sends alarm information to a community management platform where the user is located; and the community management platform is determined according to the communication information reported by the user.
16. An electronic device comprising a processor and a memory;
the memory is used for storing operation instructions;
the processor is used for executing the method of any one of claims 1-9 by calling the operation instruction.
