The part commodity quotation method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to a service management system of a part industry, and the function of automatic quotation for different customers is realized. Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario provided in an embodiment of the present application, including a background server 101 and a front-end display device 102, in practical application, information such as names of parts and commodities, a client level, and the like is input through the front-end display device 102, and is calculated and quoted by the server 101.
Specifically, the server 101 obtains the name of the commodity to be quoted and the grade of the client to be quoted corresponding to the commodity to be quoted, and obtains a price list of the stock commodity; the stock commodity price table is constructed in advance by an offerer according to stock commodities (including fixed commodities and previously produced part commodities) and is stored in the server 101; the stock commodity price table comprises the name and the cost price of each stock commodity in a plurality of stock commodities, and the corresponding relation between the customer grade and the gross interest rate aiming at each stock commodity; if the server 101 determines that the name of the commodity to be quoted exists in the stock commodity name set, determining the target quote of the commodity to be quoted based on the stock commodity price table; the set of inventory item names includes a name for each inventory item. Therefore, after the name of the commodity to be quoted and the grade of the customer to be quoted corresponding to the commodity to be quoted are obtained, the quotation information of the commodity to be quoted of the current customer to be quoted can be quickly obtained.
Optionally, the front-end display device 102 may include a display component associated with a mobile device such as a desktop computer, a notebook computer, or a mobile phone.
The following describes an embodiment of a method for quoting a part commodity according to the present application, and fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of the method for quoting a part commodity according to the embodiment of the present application, and the present specification provides the method operation steps according to the embodiment or the flow chart, but may include more or less operation steps based on conventional or non-inventive labor. The order of steps recited in the embodiments is merely one manner of performing the steps in a multitude of orders and does not represent the only order of execution. In practice, the system or server product may be implemented in a sequential or parallel manner (e.g., parallel processor or multi-threaded environment) according to the embodiments or methods shown in the figures. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the method may include:
s201: and acquiring the name of the commodity to be quoted and the grade of the client to be quoted corresponding to the commodity to be quoted.
S203: acquiring a price list of inventory goods; the stock item price table includes a name, a cost price, and a correspondence between a customer rank and a profit margin for each of the plurality of stock items.
In the embodiment of the present application, before performing step S201 and step S203, a product database based on the names of the parts and the parts is first constructed for the existing inventory parts and products, where the product database includes an inventory product price table, and the inventory product price table includes the name and the cost price of each inventory product in a plurality of inventory products, and a corresponding relationship between the customer grade and the gross interest rate for each inventory product; for example, table 1 below is a stock commodity price table provided in this embodiment, where the cost price of the part trade name is a0098, the cost price is cost price, the gross interest rate is x1 when the customer Level is Level1, the gross interest rate is x2 when the customer Level is Level2, and the gross interest rate is x3 when the customer Level is Level 3.
Figure BDA0002761862200000061
Table 1: price list for stock goods
It should be noted that, the part trade name in this application may include its corresponding specification model; for example, the name of the product in table 1 may be a0098, and in other embodiments, the name of the product may also be a 0098-W100H 300, where W100H 300 refers to the specification of a 0098.
S205: determining whether the name of the commodity to be quoted exists in the stock commodity name set; the set of inventory item names includes a name for each inventory item. If the name of the commodity to be quoted exists in the stock commodity name set, turning to step S207; otherwise, carrying out manual quotation.
In the embodiment of the application, the format of the stock commodity price table can be set and fixed according to the name; in the process of determining whether the name of the commodity to be quoted exists in the stock commodity name set, the search range can be limited or the whole stock commodity can be searched; for example, when the name of the commodity to be quoted contains specification models, only a part of parameters before the name is taken, and the following parameters are represented by the wildcards, so that related various constraint relationship commodities can be searched, such as: the name of the to-be-quoted commodity is SAD01-D5-L100-H200, and after the universal characters are used for the to-be-quoted commodity, the name is SAD 01-D5-L100-X, so that the SAD01-D5-L100 in all the names in the stock commodity can be searched, namely the search result is SAD01-D5-L100-H400 or SAD01-D5-L100-H100, and the search result indicates that the name of the to-be-quoted commodity exists in the stock commodity name set.
In an optional embodiment, the name of the commodity to be quoted is determined by coding based on a preset rule; correspondingly, the step of determining that the name of the commodity to be quoted exists in the inventory commodity name set comprises the following steps:
determining a matching degree value of the name of the commodity to be quoted and the name of each stock commodity to obtain a matching degree value set; if the target matching degree value exists in the matching degree value set, determining that the name of the commodity to be quoted exists in the stock commodity name set; the target matching degree value is greater than or equal to a preset matching value. For example, the name of the commodity to be quoted is SAD01, the name of a certain stock commodity is SAD00, the matching degree value calculated according to the calculation rule is 0.95, when the preset matching value is 0.9, 0.95 is the target matching degree value, and the name of the commodity to be quoted exists in the stock commodity name set; for another example, for the case that the name of the to-be-quoted commodity includes specification models, the name of the to-be-quoted commodity is SAD01-D5-L100-H200, the name of a certain stock commodity is SAD01-D5-L100-H400, the matching degree value obtained through calculation according to the calculation rule is 0.98, when the preset matching value is 0.95, 0.98 is the target matching degree value, and the name of the to-be-quoted commodity in the stock commodity name set is determined; here, the error range allowed by the specification may be used as a reference condition for formulating the calculation rule.
S207: a target offer for the goods to be offered is determined based on the inventory goods price list.
In the embodiment of the application, the stock commodity price list mainly aims at the existing fixed commodity of the quotation party and the part commodity which is produced before. The commodities often have standard cost prices, and the stock commodity price list sets different gross profit rates according to different customer levels, so that if the names of the commodities to be quoted exist in the stock commodity name set, the corresponding cost rates can be easily obtained according to the names of the commodities to be quoted, and on the basis, the corresponding gross profit rates are searched according to the customer levels to be quoted, and the final target quoted price is calculated.
In an alternative embodiment, the method for determining a target price quote for a to-be-quoted commodity based on a stock commodity price list comprises the following steps: determining the cost price of the commodity to be quoted from the stock commodity price table, and determining the gross interest rate corresponding to the commodity to be quoted according to the grade of the client to be quoted; determining the target price of the commodity to be quoted based on the cost price of the commodity to be quoted and the gross profit rate corresponding to the commodity to be quoted, wherein the calculation formula of the target price can refer to the formula (1):
target price=cost price·(1+xi) (1)
wherein, target price represents target price; cost price represents cost price; xi represents the gross profit rate.
In another alternative embodiment, the inventory item price table may further set a corresponding relationship between the customer rating and the discount rate for each inventory item. That is, after the corresponding cost price is obtained according to the name of the commodity to be quoted and the corresponding gross profit rate is found according to the grade of the customer to be quoted, the corresponding discount rate can be found according to the grade of the customer to be quoted, and the final target quote is calculated, therefore, the calculation formula of the target quote can refer to the formula (2):
target price=cost price·(1+xi)·yi (2)
wherein, target price represents target price; cost price represents cost price; xi represents the hair ratio; yi represents the discount rate.
In the embodiment of the application, when the name of the commodity to be quoted does not exist in the stock commodity name set, the quoted price table shows that the quoted price is not proposed, and the corresponding commodity center is automatically transferred to for manual quoted price according to the type of the commodity.
The method and the system can realize the function of automatic quotation aiming at different customers based on the names of commodities to be quotated and the grades of the customers to be quotated; and only under the condition that the inventory commodity does not exist, manual quotation is carried out, so that the quotation efficiency and the quotation timeliness can be improved.
Another embodiment of a method for quoting a part commodity according to the present application is described below, and fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of the method for quoting a part commodity according to the embodiment of the present application, and specifically as shown in fig. 3, the method may include:
s301: acquiring the name of a commodity to be quoted and a customer grade to be quoted corresponding to the commodity to be quoted;
s303: acquiring a price list of inventory goods; the stock commodity price table comprises the name and the cost price of each stock commodity in a plurality of stock commodities, and the corresponding relation between the customer grade and the gross interest rate aiming at each stock commodity;
s305: determining whether the name of the commodity to be quoted exists in the stock commodity name set; the set of inventory item names includes a name for each inventory item. If the name of the commodity to be quoted exists in the stock commodity name set, turning to step 307; otherwise, go to step S309.
S307: a target offer for the goods to be offered is determined based on the inventory goods price list.
In this embodiment, steps S301 to S307 are substantially the same as steps S201 to S207, and the detailed implementation thereof may refer to the above related contents. The difference is that in step S305, if it is determined that the name of the product to be offered does not exist in the stock product name set, the process does not proceed to manual offer, and step S309 continues.
S309: acquiring a price table of producible commodities; the producible commodity price table includes a name, a purchase price, a processing price, a production period of each of the plurality of producible commodities, and a correspondence between a customer grade and a profit margin for each of the producible commodities.
In this embodiment, the fact that the producible goods in the producible goods price list means that the offeror does not currently have stock, but can produce the parts by itself by purchasing relevant materials, or directly from other suppliers. As with the stock commodity price table, the offeror needs to construct a producible commodity price table based on producible commodity names in advance, the producible commodity price table including the name, purchase price, processing price, production period of each of a plurality of producible commodities, and the correspondence between customer grade and profit margin for each producible commodity; for example, table 2 below is a price table of producible commodities, where the procurement price of a producible commodity is a purchase price, the processing price is a processing price, the production period is time, the gross interest rate is x1 when the customer Level is Level1, the gross interest rate is x2 when the customer Level is Level2, and the gross interest rate is x3 when the customer Level is Level3, provided by an embodiment of the present application.
Figure BDA0002761862200000091
Table 2: price list capable of producing goods
It should be noted that, when the names of the producible commodities include specification models, the corresponding purchase price, processing price and production cycle may be different for different specification models, so table 2 above may be refined as table 3 below:
Figure BDA0002761862200000092
Figure BDA0002761862200000101
table 3: price list capable of producing goods
S311: determining whether the name of the commodity to be quoted exists in the name set of the producible commodity; the set of producible commodity names includes a name of each producible commodity. If the name of the commodity to be quoted exists in the name set of the producible commodities, turning to step S313; otherwise, carrying out manual quotation.
In the embodiment of the present application, the names of the commodities to be offered are intelligently decomposed, and it is determined whether the names of the commodities to be offered exist in the commodity name sets that can be produced, and a specific search manner may refer to the implementation manner of determining the names of the commodities to be offered in the commodity name sets that exist in the stock in step S205, which is not described herein again.
S313: a target offer for the commodity to be offered is determined based on the producible commodity price list.
An optional embodiment for determining a target offer for a commodity to be offered based on a producible commodity price list comprises: determining the purchase price, the processing price and the production period of the commodity to be quoted from the producible commodity price table, and determining the gross interest rate corresponding to the commodity to be quoted according to the grade of the client to be quoted; determining the cost price of the commodity to be quoted according to the purchase price, the processing price and the production period of the commodity to be quoted; and determining the target quotation of the commodity to be quoted based on the cost price of the commodity to be quoted and the gross profit rate corresponding to the commodity to be quoted. The formula for calculating the target offer here may refer to formula (1) or formula (2) above.
In the two specific embodiments, considering that the service management system can automatically keep the historical product quotation records and the historical sales order records, the part commodity quotation method provided by the application can add the historical quotation records and the produced sales order records as reference conditions of target quotation, and serve as important reference bases in the target quotation.
Therefore, in an alternative embodiment, after step S207 or step S313, the part commodity offering method may further include:
acquiring a historical quotation record; the historical quotation records comprise names of quoted part commodities and historical quotations within preset time; if the name of the commodity to be quoted exists in the names of the quoted part commodities, determining the historical quoted price of the commodity to be quoted from the historical quoted price record; the target offer is updated to the historical offer.
In another alternative embodiment, after step S207 or step S313, the part commodity offering method may further include:
obtaining a sales order record; the sales order record comprises the name and the sales price of the sold part commodity within the preset time; if the name of the commodity to be quoted exists in the names of the sold part commodities, determining the sales price of the commodity to be quoted from the sales order record; the target offer is updated to the sales price.
The two alternative embodiments may be only one, and may be combined. For example, the sequence of the acquisition is limited, the historical quotation record is acquired first, and if the name of the commodity to be quoted does not exist in the names of the quoted part commodities, the sales order record is acquired; for example, if the historical quote and the sales price exist at the same time, the historical quote and the sales price are compared, and the lower or higher price can be selected as the target quote, or the latest price can be selected as the target quote from the quote time corresponding to the historical quote and the sales time corresponding to the sales price.
It should be noted that the two optional embodiments described above may also be performed after step S203 and before step S205, or after step S303 and before step S305, that is, if there is a historical quote or a sales price in a preset time, the historical quote or the sales price is preferentially taken as a target quote, and the query of the stock price table or the manufacturer price table is not performed.
In the embodiment of the application, after the target quotation of the commodity to be quotated is determined, the commodity quotation sheet of the client can be generated, and the commodity quotation sheet of the client can be sent to the client by the service management system through the mail or other modes until the sale quotation of the client is completed.
By the method, the automation of quotation can be realized aiming at the prior historical quotation, sales, commodity inventory and producible commodities, and the manual quotation is needed only under special conditions, so that the quotation efficiency and the quotation timeliness are greatly improved; and by setting quotation rules according to different customer grades, different commodity classifications and specification model parameters, the automation of quotation and sales of complex parts is realized, flexible and various quotation modes are realized, and the competitiveness of part commodities and companies is improved.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a part commodity quotation device, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of the part commodity quotation device provided in the embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 4, the device includes:
the first obtaining module 401 is configured to obtain a name of a commodity to be quoted and a customer grade to be quoted corresponding to the commodity to be quoted;
a second obtaining module 402, configured to obtain a price list of the inventory item; the stock commodity price table comprises the name and the cost price of each stock commodity in a plurality of stock commodities, and the corresponding relation between the customer grade and the gross interest rate aiming at each stock commodity;
a determining module 403, configured to determine, if it is determined that the name of the to-be-quoted commodity exists in the stock commodity name set, a target quote of the to-be-quoted commodity based on the stock commodity price table; the set of inventory item names includes a name for each inventory item.
