The invention relates to a multifunctional portable ITX case structure based on bolt connection and an installation method thereof, and the multifunctional portable ITX case structure comprises a case body and an extension structure, wherein the extension structure is screwed on the case body, four corners of the top of the case body are respectively provided with at least one upper threaded hole, four corners of the bottom of the case body are provided with at least one lower threaded hole, the extension structure comprises a common case extension structure and a large case extension structure, the four corners of the common case extension structure and the large case extension structure respectively correspond to the upper threaded holes and the lower threaded holes in the same position, and the upper threaded holes and the lower threaded holes for threads to pass through are arranged on the lower threaded holes.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a multifunctional portable ITX case structure based on bolt connection and an installation method thereof.
Background
Conventional ITX cabinets are fixed structures. The structure with water cooling support is usually large, and when water cooling heat dissipation is not needed, the portability and the attractiveness of the case are seriously influenced by the redundant structure; the structure without water cooling support cannot provide sufficient heat dissipation after the high power graphics card or CPU is upgraded.
The method is based on bolt connection and structurally expands the ITX case. The expansion module is connected with the case main body through the bolt, so that the 8 case structures can be conveniently, quickly and stably additionally expanded on the basis of the case main body. Not only can increase water-cooling equipment and external quick-witted case fan, can also support more hard disk storage device extensions.
The combined effect of expansion installation of a fan of the case, expansion installation of a 2.5'' hard disk and expansion installation of water cooling equipment can be met according to the requirement of a user through the expansion structure of the case, and cooling and expansion are realized.

As shown in fig. 1-2, a multifunctional portable ITX case structure based on bolt connection is characterized in that: the expansion structure comprises a case body 1 and an expansion structure 2, wherein the expansion structure is screwed on the case body and is an outward expansion structure which is provided with an upper direction and a lower direction on the basis of the case body, four corners of the top of the case body are provided with at least one upper threaded hole, four corners of the bottom of the case body are provided with at least one lower threaded hole, the expansion structure comprises a common case expansion structure 5 and a large-size case expansion structure 6, and the four corners of the common case expansion structure and the large-size case expansion structure are respectively provided with an upper through hole 3 and a lower through hole 4 which are used for threads to pass through and correspond to the upper threaded hole and the lower threaded hole at the same position; the chassis body is provided with connecting structures from top to bottom, the extension structures are connected with the chassis body in a bolt fixing mode to form 8 extension structures, and the bottom and the top of the chassis body, the bottom and the top of the common chassis extension structure and the bottom and the top of the large-size chassis extension structure correspond to social groups and are provided with line hole sites for lines to pass through.
