Abstract
能在压力下输送低流动性而又不希望破裂的物料的一种泵。它有一机壳,可转动安装在机壳内的气缸和与气缸共轴心地安装在气缸上的一转动环。气缸限定住的叶片里端与转动环的外周表面毗接。因而,当气缸转动时,转动环按同方向与之一起转动。这会消除转动环外周表面与叶片里端的磨损。此外,在压力下输送的物料不会被破裂或破碎。
Description
本发明涉及一种泵,用于在压力下输送低流动性的而又不希望破裂的物料。
一般的叶片泵包括一机壳,一安装在机壳中的气缸,一偏心地安装在气缸中的转子,多个安装在转子上的叶片可以沿径向移动。当转子转动时,叶片的端部沿气缸的内壁滑动。由于限定于相邻叶片沿气缸内壁之间的泵室容积的变化,流体从位于机壳和气缸内的吸入口被吸入并被排至排出口。
对于这种叶片泵,叶片转动伴随叶片端部在固定气缸内壁上的滑动。叶片端部会产生磨损,在气缸圆周表面与叶片端部之间的滑动区域有时物料会破裂。因此,这种泵不能用于在压力下输送不希望破裂的物料,例如奶油、果酱、豆类酱和紫菜类。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种泵,用它可以在压力下输送低流动性的而又不希望破裂的物料。
依据本发明,该泵包括带有一吸入口和一排出口的机壳;一气缸可转动地安装在机壳中,与之同轴心,并且加工有多个径向通道;一转动环偏心地安装在气缸上,使转动环的部分外周表面与位于吸入口和排出口之间的气缸内壁相毗接;以及多个叶片,按一定角度间隔安装在气缸内,能够沿径向转动,并在其间形成泵室;叶片被压住,使其里端毗接转动环的外周表上,当气缸转动时泵室的容积发生变化,并且与相应的径向通道连通,在气缸转动时,径向通道与吸入口及排出口之间的通路或被打开或被关闭。
当气缸转动时,叶片会与转动环共轴转动,伴随着叶片里端毗接在转动环外周表面上。因此,在转动环的外表面与气缸的内壁之间以及由相邻叶片分隔而限定的泵室的容积会按转动的方向变化。当泵室与吸入口径通道连通时,物料被吸入。当与排出口连通时,物料被排出。
在气缸转动期间,在叶片和转动环之间不会发生滑动和摩擦,因为它们一起转动。这会抑制叶片里端处的磨损,以及在叶片与转动环之间物料的破碎和破裂。泵的使用期将会增长。
食品类,例如奶油、果酱和豆类酱不希望被破裂,可以在压力下输送。

下面我们参考附图描述本发明的实施例。
如各图所示,机壳1包括一筒形体2,其一端被前盖3封闭,另一端被轴承箱4封闭。筒形体2在其顶端两侧设置有一吸入口5和一排出口6(图3和4)。
可转动地安装在机壳1内的气缸7有一圆形端板9和一筒形部分8。气缸7固定到输出轴10上,后者由轴承箱4可转动地支承并且与机壳1的筒形体2同轴转动。
气缸7的筒形部分8的两端的外壁加工有一对凹槽11。筒形部分8上加工有多个径向狭缝12。它们从筒形部分8的一端沿轴向朝圆形端板9伸延,并且沿圆周方向按一定的角度间隙设置。
由具有良好滑动性能的材料例如聚四氟乙烯制造的环13安装在筒形部分8处,使它可以在筒形部分8的外壁和筒形体2的内壁之间滑动地转动。
在机壳1内,气缸7被夹在密封板14和密封片15之间,以保持筒形部分8两端的气密性。
一筒形轴16从前盖3相对气缸7偏心地朝气缸7的筒形部分8伸延。一转动环17可转动地安装在筒形轴16上。
转动环17的直径比筒形部分8的内直径小。由于筒形轴16相对气缸7的偏心设置,如图3所示,转动环17外周表面的较高部分与位于吸入口5和排出口6之间的筒形部分8的内表面的较高部分相毗接。转动环17可以与气缸7同步转动。
在每一狭缝12中可径向移动地安装了一个叶片18,其厚度恰好与狭缝12相配合。
在每个叶片18的两侧,台肩18a被圆口环19压住,后者安装在筒形部分8两端加工的凹槽11内,从而使叶片18的里端与转动环17的外圆周表面毗接。这样设置的叶片18形成一个与转动环17同心的圆。
如图3所示,由于叶片18的里端与转动环17毗接,在气缸7的筒形部分8的内周表面与转动环17的外周表面限定的空间被叶片18分隔,该被分隔的空间起泵室20的作用,其容积是变化的。
筒形部分8在大约狭缝12中心处加工有多个径向通道21。在图中,每隔一个狭缝12加工有通道21,但可以在每一个狭缝12上都加工出通道21。狭缝12的数量不受限制,狭缝12可以是任意数。
安装在气缸7上的环13开有多个通道22,与各相应的通道21相通。
在运转时,通过与一电机相连接的输入轴10转动气缸7,叶片18开始转动,其里端毗接转动环17,而后者与叶片18按相同方向转动。
由于转动环17相对气缸7偏心设置,被气缸7的内周表面和转动环17的外周表面限定的在相邻的叶片之间的泵室20的容积,在气缸7转动时会变化。当泵室20通过通道21与吸入口5相通时,物料从吸口5被吸入。当通过通道21与排出口6相通时,物料会在压力下排出至排出口6。
随着气缸7的转动,叶片18相对气缸7沿径向移动,而叶片18与转动环17会按相同的方向同步转动。这样,在泵室20内的物料就不用怕破碎或破裂。
因而在压力下输送如奶油、果酱和豆酱类低流动性的食物而不会破碎便成为可能。还有,叶片18的里端与转动环17的外周表面的磨损也能避免。
Claims (1)
1.一种泵,包括带有一吸入口和排出口的机壳;一气缸可转动地安装于上述机壳内,与之同轴心,并加工有多个径向通道;一转动环偏心地安装于上述气缸上,从而使上述转动环的部分外周表面与位于上述吸入口和排出口之间的上述气缸的内壁相毗接;以及多个叶片,按一定角度间隔安装在上述气缸内,从而能沿径向移动,并在其间形成泵室;上述叶片被压住,因而其里端会与上述转动环的外周表面毗接,当上述气缸转动时上述泵室的容积会变化并且与上述相应的径向通道连通,当上述气缸转动时,在上述径向通道与上述吸入口及上述排出口之间的通路或被打开或关闭。
