Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an application environment of a terminal testing method in an embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, the application environment includes a terminal 100 to be tested and a test fixture 200, and when the terminal to be tested is disposed on the test fixture, the battery test can be performed in different battery test modes of the test fixture. The terminal 100 to be tested may be a wireless charging terminal, and the terminal 100 to be tested may be any terminal device such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a Point of Sales (POS), a vehicle-mounted computer, and a wearable device. The test fixture 200 can simultaneously test a plurality of terminals to be tested.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart of a method for testing a terminal in one embodiment. The terminal testing method in this embodiment is described by taking the testing tool having multiple battery testing modes in fig. 1 as an example. As shown in fig. 2, the terminal testing method includes:
s101, after the terminal to be tested is arranged in the test tool, determining a current battery test mode of the test tool from a plurality of battery test modes according to current test requirements.
The upper time battery test mode can test the battery in the battery working mode of the terminal to be tested. The test tool can provide different battery test modes, so that the battery in the terminal to be tested can be in different battery working modes after the terminal to be tested is arranged at the test terminal, and the battery test can be carried out under different battery working modes.
The plurality of battery operating modes may include different battery charging stages, different battery charging modes, and different battery discharging modes. Accordingly, the battery test modes may include test modes corresponding to different battery charging stages, test modes corresponding to different battery charging modes, and test modes corresponding to different battery discharging modes, which is not limited herein. Optionally, the plurality of battery test modes may include at least two of a non-flash mode, a flash mode, and a reverse charge mode. The non-flash charging mode lower test tool can charge the terminal to be tested according to the preset charging speed. The flash charging mode lower test tool can be used for rapidly charging the terminal to be tested, for example, the low-voltage rapid charging can be performed on the terminal to be tested. Under the above-mentioned reverse charging mode, the terminal to be tested can charge another terminal in the test fixture.
Specifically, the test fixture may automatically detect whether the terminal to be tested is already set on the test fixture, for example, the test fixture may receive a test instruction sent by the terminal to be tested to determine, and may also detect whether the terminal to be tested is already set on the test fixture through the gravity sensor; or, after the terminal to be tested is arranged on the test tool, the tester can input a test instruction to the test tool, so that the test tool can receive the test instruction input by the tester or the terminal to be tested is arranged on the test tool; the confirmation method of the test fixture is not limited herein.
The test requirement may be a requirement file matched with the model of the terminal to be tested, or a test item selected by a tester on a test interface, which is not limited herein. The test tool can select a requirement file matched with the terminal to be tested from a plurality of pre-stored requirement files according to the model of the terminal to be tested, and can also receive an input instruction of a tester to obtain the requirement file, and the acquisition mode of the requirement file is not limited here.
The requirement file can comprise a plurality of battery test modes which need to be provided by the test tool; the battery test system may also include each test item of the terminal to be tested, and each test item may correspond to a different battery test mode, which is not limited herein. When the test tool determines the current battery test mode from the multiple battery test modes, the current battery test mode can be determined by receiving a selection instruction of a worker, and can also be determined according to a test stage corresponding to the current moment, which is not limited herein.
And S102, determining a test path electrically connected with the terminal to be tested in the test tool according to the current battery test mode of the test tool.
In the test tool, different battery test modes can correspond to different test paths; the test tool can enter different battery test modes by switching different test paths. The test path may include one or more battery test units in the test fixture, and the test fixture may determine which battery test units form the test path corresponding to the battery test mode according to the current battery test mode.
The plurality of test paths in the test fixture may be independent test paths, or may be different test paths formed by intersecting and sharing the battery test units, which is not limited herein.
The battery test unit is used for being connected with a terminal to be tested in the test tool, so that the terminal to be tested can be in equipment units in different battery working modes. For example, the test path in the reverse charging mode may include another terminal, so that the terminal to be tested in the reverse charging mode may charge the other terminal.
Specifically, the test fixture may determine which battery test units are included in the test path in the battery test mode according to the current battery test mode in a preset correspondence between the test path and the battery test mode. Optionally, each battery test unit in the test access may be connected through a switch, and the test fixture may determine which battery test units are on the test access corresponding to the battery test mode according to the switch conduction direction corresponding to each battery test mode; the determination of the test path is not limited herein.
And S103, controlling the terminal to be tested to be electrically connected with the test access and then executing a battery test action.
After the test tool determines the test path of the current battery test mode, the test tool can control the conduction of the test path, so that the test path can be electrically connected with the terminal to be tested. The terminal to be tested can execute a battery test action in the current battery test mode, for example, the terminal to be tested can enter a tool mode, the current state of the battery is detected through a detection program in the tool mode, and further, the terminal to be tested can display a battery test result on a screen of the terminal to be tested, so that a tester can visually see whether the battery test result of the terminal to be tested passes or not.
When the test terminal controls the terminal to be tested to be electrically connected with the test access, the battery test unit on the test access can be in a working state by switching the power switch, so that each battery test unit in the test access can be electrically connected. Or, the test tool can also control the terminal to be tested to be electrically connected with the test access by controlling the conduction state of the change-over switch in the test tool after each battery test working unit is electrified and operated. The switch may be a single-pole single-throw switch, a single-pole double-throw switch, or a multi-channel switch, which is not limited herein.
According to the terminal testing method, the testing tool is provided with a plurality of battery testing modes, and after the terminal to be tested is arranged on the testing tool, the testing tool determines the current battery testing mode of the testing tool from the plurality of battery testing modes according to the current testing requirement; then, determining a test path electrically connected with the terminal to be tested in the test tool according to the current battery test mode of the test tool; and finally, controlling the terminal to be tested to be electrically connected with the test access and then executing the battery test action. The test tool determines the current battery test mode according to the test requirement, so that a test path corresponding to the current battery test mode can be determined, and the terminal to be tested is controlled to be electrically connected with the test path, so that the terminal to be tested automatically performs the battery test mode in the battery test mode; because the test fixture is provided with the plurality of battery test modes, the terminal to be tested can be tested after being arranged on the test fixture, and the terminal to be tested does not need to be manually moved to the test fixtures corresponding to different battery test modes, so that the operation steps of terminal test are simpler, physical collision caused by switching the terminal to be tested among different test fixtures is avoided, and the scratch proportion of the terminal to be tested on a production line is reduced; in addition, because various types of battery test modes are concentrated on the same test tool, the cost of the test tool in the terminal test can be reduced.
In one embodiment, on the basis of the above embodiments, the test tool may include a charging coil and a wireless receiving module, as shown in fig. 3. If the current battery test mode of the test tool is the reverse charging mode, the test tool can determine that the test path electrically connected with the terminal to be tested comprises the charging coil and the wireless receiving module. The charging coil is used for inducing a coil in the terminal to be tested, and transmitting electric energy in the terminal to be tested to the tool to be tested. The wireless receiving module can be any terminal equipment such as a mobile phone, a tablet personal computer, a PDA, a POS, a vehicle-mounted computer, wearable equipment and the like, and can also be a load for receiving electric energy in a wireless mode; the type of the wireless receiving module is not limited herein.
Optionally, the test fixture may further include a switch serially connected between the charging coil and the wireless receiving module, and the test fixture may switch on the charging coil and the wireless receiving module by controlling the switch. Specifically, the test fixture may send a switch control instruction to the switch through the control unit, where the switch control instruction may be a TTL signal or a differential signal, and is not limited herein. The change-over switch can conduct the charging coil with the wireless receiving module when the switch control command is at a high level, and can conduct the charging coil with the wireless receiving module when the switch control command is at a low level, and limitation is not made herein.
Further, the wireless receiving module can also return a feedback signal to the test fixture. The feedback signal is used for determining a battery test state of the terminal to be tested, wherein the battery test state can be used for representing that a battery in the terminal to be tested is in a reverse charging working mode, representing a reverse charging parameter of the battery in the terminal to be tested in the reverse charging working mode, and representing whether the working state of the battery in the terminal to be tested in the reverse charging working mode is normal or not; the type of the battery test status is not limited herein. For example, when the wireless receiving module is a mobile phone, the control unit in the test fixture may be connected to the mobile phone in a wired or wireless manner, and receive a feedback signal sent by the mobile phone to determine that the terminal to be tested is charging the mobile phone.
According to the terminal testing method, the testing tool can automatically and electrically connect the testing access of the reverse charging mode with the terminal to be tested in the reverse charging mode, so that the terminal to be tested can perform battery testing in the reverse charging mode, and the automatic testing degree of the testing tool is improved.
In an embodiment, on the basis of the above embodiment, the test tool may include a charging coil, a charging base, and a power connection interface, as shown in fig. 4. If the current battery test mode of the test tool is a non-flash charging mode or a flash charging mode, the test tool can determine that the test path of the battery test mode comprises a charging coil, a charging base and a power supply connection interface. The charging coil is used for inducing a coil in the terminal to be tested, and converting electric energy in the testing tool into the terminal to be tested. When the test fixture includes the reverse charging mode, the charging coil can be the same coil with the charging coil in the test access of the reverse charging mode, and can also be two independent charging coils. The charging base is used for providing electric energy for the terminal to be tested and transmitting the electric energy to the terminal to be tested through the charging coil. The power supply connection interface is used for connecting an external power supply, converting the external power supply and then connecting the external power supply to the charging base, and transmitting electric energy to the terminal to be tested in a flash charging mode or a non-flash charging mode through the charging base. The power connection interface may obtain an external power through a USB interface, or may obtain an external power through a power adapter, which is not limited herein.
Under the current battery test mode was dodged and is filled the mode and not dodge and fill the mode, test fixture can establish ties charging coil, charging base and power connection interface and switch on through control change over switch for the terminal that awaits measuring is connected with the test access electricity.
The input end of the charging base can be connected with a voltage signal and a control signal. The voltage signal may be a dc voltage output by a USB interface or a power adapter, and the voltage value of the voltage signal may be 24V, or may be 10V, or other voltage values. The control signal may be a TTL control signal or a differential control signal, which is not limited herein. Optionally, the power connection interface further includes a control signal switch and a voltage signal switch. The control signal switch can be connected in series with a control signal input to the charging base and used for switching on or off the control signal, so that the charging base can be switched between a flash charging mode and a non-flash charging mode. The control signal switch may be a TTL signal switch, or may be a differential switch, for example, a D +/D-switch. The voltage signal switch can be connected in series with a voltage signal input to the charging base and can control whether the voltage signal is connected to the charging base or not. The voltage signal switch may control the conduction of the voltage signal, and may have a voltage stabilizing function and a power conversion function, for example, convert an input 12V voltage into a 5V voltage and output the voltage to the charging base. Optionally, the voltage signal switch is a VBUS switch connected to the USB interface.
Specifically, if the current battery test mode of the test tool is a non-flash charging mode, the test tool can control the change-over switch to conduct the charging coil and the charging base; and the control signal switch on the power supply connection interface and the charging base are controlled to be disconnected, and the voltage signal switch on the power supply connection interface and the charging base are controlled to be connected. If the current battery test mode of the test tool is a flash charging mode, the test tool can control the change-over switch to conduct the charging coil and the charging base; and controlling the passage between a control signal switch on the power supply connecting interface and the charging base, and controlling the passage between a voltage signal switch on the power supply connecting interface and the charging base to be conducted.
The test fixture may send a control instruction to the control signal switch and the voltage signal switch, where the control instruction may be a TTL signal or a differential signal, and is not limited herein. The voltage signal switch can be conducted to the charging base when receiving a high level, and also can be conducted to the charging base when receiving a low level. Similarly, the control signal switch may be turned on to the charging base when receiving a high level, or may be turned on to the charging base when receiving a low level. When the charging coil and the testing path in the reverse charging mode share one coil, for example, the switch may switch on the charging coil and the charging base when receiving a high level, and switch on the charging coil and the wireless receiving module when receiving a low level.
Further, the test tool can obtain a voltage value of the preset voltage detection point, and determine the battery test state of the terminal to be tested in the flash charging mode and the non-flash charging mode. The voltage detection point can be the output voltage of the charging base, and the test tool can determine the battery test state of the terminal to be tested in the non-flash charging mode or the flash charging mode by detecting the output voltage of the charging base.
According to the terminal testing method, the testing tool can automatically and electrically connect the testing path corresponding to the battery testing mode with the terminal to be tested in the flash charging mode or the non-flash charging mode, so that the terminal to be tested can perform battery testing in the modes, and the automatic testing degree of the testing tool is improved; in addition, the testing channels corresponding to the flash charging mode and the non-flash charging mode in the testing tool are formed by the same testing unit, so that convenient switching between the flash charging mode and the non-flash charging mode can be realized, and meanwhile, the cost of the testing tool is reduced.
In one embodiment, based on the above embodiments, the current test requirement in the test fixture includes an arrangement order of the battery test patterns, and/or a test duration of each battery test pattern. When the test requirements comprise the arrangement sequence of the battery test modes, the test tool can be in different battery test modes according to the arrangement sequence, so that the terminal to be tested can complete battery test actions under the multiple battery test modes through one-time operation, and the terminal test efficiency is improved.

Further, in the test duration corresponding to each battery test mode, the tool to be tested can determine whether to keep the electric connection state between the terminal to be tested and the test access in the battery test mode according to the battery test state. For example, if the battery test state in the current battery test mode is normal, the next battery test mode is entered according to the arrangement sequence of the battery test modes when the electrical connection duration between the terminal to be tested and the test access is longer than the test duration; if the battery test state is abnormal, the terminal test is directly quitted. According to the terminal testing method, the battery testing state is monitored, so that invalid operation caused by abnormal battery testing state can be avoided, the terminal testing efficiency is further improved, and the battery testing result is more reliable and accurate.
In one embodiment, a terminal testing method is provided on the basis of the above embodiments. The battery test mode in the test requirement is arranged in the sequence of a reverse charging mode, a non-flash charging mode and a flash charging mode. The test duration in the reverse charging mode is a first duration (which may be 5 seconds), the test duration in the non-flash charging mode is a second duration (which may be 15 seconds), and the test duration in the flash charging mode is a third duration (which may be 21 seconds). As shown in fig. 5, the method applied to the test tool shown in fig. 5A includes:
s201, determining that the current battery test mode of the test tool is a reverse charging mode according to the current test requirement.
