As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present invention provides a plugging device for a drainage pipeline, comprising:
a flexible blocking layer;
the main supporting rod 1 is arranged on one side of the flexible plugging layer 2;
the flange plate 3 is sleeved outside the main support rod 1 in a sliding manner;
the first support rods 4 are movably arranged on the periphery of the flange plate 3, and one ends of the first support rods 4 are hinged with the flange plate 3;
one end of each second support rod 5 is hinged with one end of the main support rod 1, and the other end of each first support rod 4 is hinged with the middle of the corresponding second support rod 5;
the flexible blocking layer 2 is connected with a plurality of second support rods 5 to form an umbrella-shaped structure;
the annular air bag 6 is arranged on the periphery of the flexible plugging layer 2, and an inflation inlet 8 is arranged on the annular air bag 6;
one end of the third supporting rod 9 is hinged with the main supporting rod 1;
and one end of the supporting plate 10 is hinged with the other end of the third supporting rod 9, and the other end of the supporting plate is connected with the annular air bag 6.
In this embodiment, a sliding groove is formed in one end of the main support rod 1 close to the flexible blocking layer 2, the sliding groove is formed in the outer periphery of the main support rod 1 along the axial direction of the main support rod 1, a through hole is formed in the flange plate 3, a sliding block matched with the sliding groove is arranged on the inner periphery of the through hole, a first piston cylinder 11 is arranged in the main support rod 1, and the telescopic end of the first piston cylinder 11 is connected with the flange plate 3.

In this embodiment, the end portions of the outer fixing band 12 and the inner fixing band 13 are provided with mounting holes through which the support plate 10 is coupled, the end portions of the outer fixing band 12 and the inner fixing band 13 are formed with accommodating cavities 15, and the annular air bags 6 are inserted into the accommodating cavities 15.
In this embodiment, the device further comprises an occlusion assisting mechanism, wherein the occlusion assisting mechanism comprises:
the telescopic rod 17 is provided with an installation groove in one end;
the second piston cylinder 18 is arranged in the mounting groove;
one end of each fourth supporting rod 19 is movably connected with the telescopic end of the second piston cylinder 18;
one end of the fifth support rod 20 is movably connected with the outer wall of one end, close to the second piston cylinder 18, of the telescopic rod 17, the other end of the fourth support rod 19 is movably connected with the middle portions of the fifth support rods 20 respectively, and the other end of the fifth support rod 20 is detachably connected with the main support rod 1.
In this embodiment, the telescopic link 17 is provided with two connecting seats 21 along the axial direction on being close to the one end outer wall of second piston cylinder 18, fifth bracing piece 20 includes the bracing piece, lower support bar and backup pad 22, the one end of going up bracing piece and lower support bar respectively with connecting seat 21 swing joint, the other end of going up bracing piece and lower support bar respectively with backup pad 22's both ends swing joint, the distance is the same with backup pad 22's length between two connecting seats 21, one side of keeping away from the fourth bracing piece of backup pad 22 is provided with hinge 23, hinge 23 can dismantle with main tributary bracing piece 1 and be connected.
In this embodiment, still include aboveground recovery mechanism, aboveground recovery mechanism includes:
the top of the supporting frame 24 is detachably connected with the other end of the telescopic rod 17;
an air compressor 7 provided on the support frame 24;
the piston cylinder drive 16 is arranged on the support frame 24.
In this embodiment, the charging port 8 is connected to the air compressor 7.

To sum up, before plugging operation, the plugging device for the drainage pipeline firstly connects a support frame 24 of an aboveground recovery mechanism with a telescopic rod 17 of a plugging auxiliary mechanism, and a hinge 23 is connected with a main support rod, so that the aim of vertically hoisting the plugging auxiliary mechanism and the main support rod by the aboveground recovery mechanism is fulfilled, then a telescopic end of a second piston cylinder 18 is recovered through a piston cylinder driving device 16, a fourth support rod 19, a fifth support rod 20 and a support plate 22 are driven to be folded and retracted into a vertical strip shape, then a telescopic end of a first piston cylinder 11 is recovered through the piston cylinder driving device 16, a flange 3 is driven to slide along the main support rod 1, and the flange 3 drives a first support rod 4, a second support rod 5, a third support rod 9, the support plate 10, a flexible plugging layer 2 and an annular air bag 6 to be folded and retracted into a vertical strip shape; when the well plugging operation starts, the telescopic rod 17 extends and moves downwards to reach the bottom of an inspection well chamber, the main support rod 1 is changed from a vertical state to a horizontal state in a chute, at the moment, the piston cylinder driving device 16 extends the telescopic end of the second piston cylinder 18 to drive the fourth support rod 19, the fifth support rod 20 and the support plate 22 to expand outwards, after the support plate 22 is contacted with a pipe opening, the main support rod 1 finally enters the drainage pipeline, the telescopic end of the first piston cylinder 11 is extended through the piston cylinder driving device 16 to drive the flange 3 to slide along the main support rod 1, the flange 3 drives the first support rod 4, the second support rod 5, the third support rod 9, the support plate 10, the flexible plugging layer 2 and the annular air bag 6 to expand like an umbrella, at the moment, the support plate 10 is tightly supported on the wall of the drainage pipeline, then the air compressor 7 inflates the annular air bag 6, so that the annular air bag 6 expands into an annular strip shape to be tightly contacted with the, the flexible plugging layer 2 and the expanded annular air bag 6 form a plugging body to completely block water flow in the drainage pipeline so as to finally realize the plugging effect.

Claims (10)

1. A plugging device of a drainage pipeline is characterized by comprising:
a flexible blocking layer;
the main supporting rod is arranged on one side of the flexible plugging layer;
the flange plate is sleeved outside the main support rod in a sliding manner;
the first support rods are movably arranged on the periphery of the flange plate, and one ends of the first support rods are hinged with the flange plate;
one end of each second support rod is hinged with one end of each main support rod, and the other end of each first support rod is hinged with the middle of each second support rod;
the flexible blocking layer is connected with the second support rods to form an umbrella-shaped structure;
the annular air bag is arranged on the periphery of the flexible plugging layer and is provided with an inflation inlet;
one end of the third supporting rod is hinged with the main supporting rod;
and one end of the supporting plate is hinged with the other end of the third supporting rod, and the other end of the supporting plate is connected with the annular air bag.

The plugging device for the drainage pipeline of claim 1, wherein a sliding groove is formed in one end, close to the flexible plugging layer, of the main support rod, the sliding groove is formed in the outer periphery of the support rod in the axial direction of the support rod, a through hole is formed in the flange, a sliding block matched with the sliding groove is arranged on the inner periphery of the through hole, a first piston cylinder is arranged in the main support rod, and the telescopic end of the first piston cylinder is connected with the flange.

The plugging device for a drainage pipeline of claim 3, wherein the end portions of the outer fixing band and the inner fixing band are provided with mounting holes through which the outer fixing band and the inner fixing band are connected with the support plate, the end portions of the outer fixing band and the inner fixing band are formed with accommodating cavities, and the annular air bags are inserted into the accommodating cavities.
5. The device for plugging a drainage pipeline according to claim 1, further comprising a plugging assisting mechanism, said plugging assisting mechanism comprising:
the telescopic rod is provided with an installation groove in one end;
the second piston cylinder is arranged in the mounting groove;
one end of each fourth supporting rod is movably connected with the telescopic end of the second piston cylinder;
one end of the fifth supporting rod is movably connected with the outer wall of one end, close to the second piston cylinder, of the telescopic rod, the other end of the fourth supporting rod is movably connected to the middle portions of the fifth supporting rods respectively, and the other end of the fifth supporting rod is detachably connected with the main supporting rod.

The plugging device for the drainage pipeline according to claim 5, wherein two connecting seats are arranged on the outer wall of one end of the telescopic rod close to the second piston cylinder along the axial line direction, the fifth support rod comprises an upper support rod, a lower support rod and a support plate, one ends of the upper support rod and the lower support rod are movably connected with the connecting seats respectively, the other ends of the upper support rod and the lower support rod are movably connected with two ends of the support plate respectively, the distance between the two connecting seats is the same as the length of the support plate, and one side of the support plate far away from the fourth support rod is provided with a hinge which is detachably connected with the support rod.

9. The plugging device for a drainpipe according to claim 7, wherein the piston cylinder drive is connected to the first piston cylinder and the second piston cylinder.
10. The device for plugging a drainage pipeline according to claim 1, wherein the material of the annular air bag and the flexible plugging layer is high molecular polyethylene.
