A dustproof ball bearing with a lubricating assembly comprises an outer ring (1), an inner ring (2), a rolling body (3) positioned between the outer ring (1) and the inner ring (2) and a retainer (4) connected to the rolling body (3), wherein the retainer (4) comprises a first retainer body (5) positioned on one side of the rolling body (3) and a second retainer body (6) positioned on the other side of the rolling body (3), the first retainer body (5) and the second retainer body (6) have the same structure and respectively comprise a retaining part (7) used for wrapping the rolling body (3) and a connecting part (8) used for connecting the adjacent retaining parts (7), the connecting parts (8) of the first retainer body (5) and the second retainer body (6) are connected through a pin shaft (9), and the dustproof ball bearing is characterized in that the retainer (4) is connected with the dustproof oiling assembly, the dustproof oiling assembly comprises a dustproof part (10), an oiling part (11) and an oil storage part (12), oiling portion (11) and oil storage portion (12) are all protruding to be established with on dustproof portion (10), dustproof portion (10) are the annular and are located between outer lane (1) and inner circle (2), be equipped with joint counter bore (16) that can with round pin axle (9) joint on oil storage portion (12), be equipped with oil storage chamber (17) in oil storage portion (12), be equipped with on oiling portion (11) and annotate oil duct (18), be located and be equipped with on dustproof portion (10) oil duct (19), oil storage chamber (17) link to each other with oil storage chamber (17) through oil duct (19), oil storage chamber (17), it all is equipped with lubricating oil in oil duct (19) and oil duct (18) to cross, be located and be equipped with the joint through-hole on keeping portion (7), the joint through-hole and oiling portion (11) joint.

The dustproof ball bearing with the lubricating assembly according to claim 1, wherein the oil passage (19) is formed in one side of the dustproof portion (10) far away from the oil filling portion (11), a sealing cover (20) is connected onto the oil passage (19) in a sliding mode, a piston rod (21) is connected onto the sealing cover (20), the piston rod (21) is connected into the oil filling passage (18) in a sliding mode, and the sealing cover (20) can move along the axial direction of the oil passage (19).
3. Dust-proof ball bearing with lubricating assembly according to claim 2, characterised in that the piston rod (21) is fitted with a rubber piston sleeve (27).

The dustproof ball bearing with the lubricating assembly according to claim 3, wherein the inner wall of the oil injection passage (18) is in a shape of an inclined cone, the piston sleeve (27) is in a shape of a circular truncated cone, when the sealing cover (20) is not moved, the side surface of the piston sleeve (27) is not abutted against the inner wall of the oil injection passage (18), lubricating oil can pass through a gap between the piston sleeve (27) and the oil injection passage (18), when the sealing cover (20) is moved, the side surface of the piston sleeve (27) is abutted against the inner wall of the oil injection passage (18), and the sealing cover (20) is continuously moved to drive the lubricating oil in the oil injection passage (18) to be accelerated into the retainer (4).

The dustproof ball bearing with the lubricating assembly according to claim 4, wherein the piston rod (21) comprises a first connecting section (22) connected with the sealing cover (20), a second connecting section (23) used for sleeving the piston sleeve (27), a third connecting section (24) with a diameter smaller than that of the second connecting section (23), and a sealing section (26) used for sealing the outlet of the oil injection passage (18), wherein the sealing section (26) is spherical, when the sealing cover (20) is not moved, the sealing section (26) is abutted against the outlet of the oil injection passage (18), and when the sealing cover (20) is moved, the sealing section (26) is separated from the outlet of the oil injection passage (18).
6. The dustproof ball bearing with the lubricating assembly according to claim 5, wherein a sink groove (25) is formed at the outlet of the oil injection passage (18), and the sealing section (26) is located in the sink groove (25).

The dustproof ball bearing with the lubricating assembly according to claim 1, wherein the cover body is provided with a one-way oil injection valve (29), the cover body is provided with a mounting hole communicated with the oil passage (19), the one-way oil injection valve (29) comprises a valve body (30) clamped in the mounting hole and a one-way valve plate (31) located in the valve body (30), air and oil can only enter the oil passage (19) from the outside, and the oil or air in the dustproof portion (10) cannot be discharged through the one-way oil injection valve (29).

The dustproof ball bearing with the lubricating assembly according to claim 1, wherein the dustproof portion (10) is provided with a dustproof ring (13) in a protruding manner, the two ends of the outer ring (1) are provided with first dustproof grooves (14), the inner diameters of the first dustproof grooves (14) are equal to the inner diameter of the outer ring (1), the two ends of the inner ring (2) are provided with second dustproof grooves (15), the outer diameters of the second dustproof grooves (15) are equal to the outer diameter of the inner ring (2), the outer diameter of the dustproof ring (13) is in clearance fit with the first dustproof grooves (14), and the inner diameter of the dustproof ring (13) is in clearance fit with the second dustproof grooves (15).

The dustproof ball bearing with the lubricating assembly according to claim 2, wherein a spring (28) is arranged in the oil passage (19), one end face of the spring (28) abuts against the bottom surface of the oil passage (19), and the other end face of the spring (28) abuts against the cover (20).
