Abstract
The invention discloses a cylinder cover with an increased glue storage groove structure, which comprises a cylinder cover body and a cylinder cover sealed on the cylinder cover body through gluing, wherein a cavity is arranged in the cylinder cover body, one end of the cylinder cover body, which is close to the cylinder cover, is provided with a glue storage groove, and the glue storage groove is communicated with the cavity. In order to ensure the sealing of the periphery of a vacuum pump or the area of the joint surface of the whole cylinder cover body/cylinder cover, the invention provides the cylinder cover with the increased glue storage groove structure, and the glue storage groove is designed at one end of the cylinder cover body close to the cylinder cover, so that lubricating oil which seeps through the joint surface of the cylinder cover body and the cylinder cover can not pass through a sealing strip when the vacuum pump operates, and then flows back into a cavity of the cylinder cover body, thereby avoiding the oil seepage caused by the problems of part processing, gluing and the like, and simultaneously reducing the increase of cost as much as possible.

Background
Currently, the application of the turbo-charging technology is wide, and an actuator (such as an EGR valve, a supercharger bypass valve and the like) on an engine, a brake of the whole vehicle and the like need a negative pressure power source, so that a vacuum pump needs to be added, wherein a mechanical vacuum pump is the most commonly used scheme. The vacuum pump is driven to work through the cam shaft. The vacuum pump is usually arranged between the cylinder cover and the cylinder cover, and the cylinder cover are sealed by adopting plane gluing or sealing rings.

When the cylinder cover with the rubber storage groove structure is used, permeated lubricating oil cannot directly flow into the rubber storage groove 3 through the sealing strip, and then flows back into the cavity of the cylinder cover body 1. The glue storage groove 3 can contain certain sealant to form a uniform continuous sealing strip, so that the sealing of the joint 7 area of the whole cylinder cover body and the cylinder cover is ensured, oil seepage caused by the problems of part processing, gluing and the like is avoided, and meanwhile, the cost increase is reduced as much as possible. As a preferable mode of this embodiment, the glue storage groove 3 is formed in a circular, semicircular, rectangular, trapezoid or V-shape, mainly after gluing, glue can enter the glue storage groove 3, so that a sealing strip constructed by a proper amount of sealing glue is formed at the joint 7 of the cylinder cover body and the cylinder cover. As one preferable example of the present embodiment, the vacuum pump 4 is mounted on the side of the cylinder head body 1 near the cylinder head cover 2, and the vacuum pump 4 includes a vacuum pump input shaft 5 and a vacuum pump housing 6 that encloses the vacuum pump input shaft 5. In the present embodiment, an installation groove is provided on one side of the cylinder head body 1, and the vacuum pump housing 6 is installed on the cylinder head body 1 through the installation groove. The vacuum pump input shaft 5 is driven to work through a cam shaft of the engine, so that a negative pressure power source is provided for the whole vehicle brake.
As a preferable mode of this embodiment, the glue storage tank 3 extends from the joint surface of the vacuum pump housing 6 and the cylinder head body 1 into the cavity of the cylinder head body 1, so that the lubricating oil that has permeated through the joint 7 between the cylinder head body and the cylinder head cover during the operation of the vacuum pump 4 cannot pass through the sealing strip, and then flows back into the cavity of the cylinder head body 1 from the glue storage tank 3, thereby effectively solving the engine oil impact during the operation of the vacuum pump and ensuring the sealing of the joint region of the whole cylinder head body 1 and the cylinder head cover 2.
