The manufacturing process of the double-curved-surface aluminum plate curtain wall is characterized by comprising the following steps of: (1) establishing a three-dimensional model for a double-curved-surface curtain wall to be manufactured, and then dividing the three-dimensional model of the curtain wall into a plurality of quadrilateral double-curved-surface model pieces; (2) selecting a die and a press roll according to the curved surface and the size of the hyperboloid model piece, specifically selecting a die with a concave surface, wherein the radian of the curved surface of the concave surface of the die is consistent with that of the hyperboloid model piece; (3) blanking and shearing: shearing an aluminum plate with proper size according to the size of the hyperboloid model piece, and reserving a bending edge when shearing the plate; (4) hot-press molding: putting the plate sheared in the last step into the die selected in the step (2), performing roll forming on the plate by using a press roller, heating the press roller while rolling, and finally, deforming the plate under the rolling and heating operations of the press roller to form a curved surface consistent with the hyperboloid model sheet; (5) bending: bending four edges of the plate subjected to the rolling forming in the previous step, respectively processing bent edges on four side edges of the plate, bending and processing a hanging edge bent downwards on the bent edge on the upper side of the plate, and bending and processing a hook on the bent edge on the lower side of the plate to enable the hook part of the hook to bend towards the outer surface of the plate; (6) connecting L-shaped hangers on the bent edges on the left side and the right side of the bent plate, and connecting reinforcing ribs on the inner surface of the plate; (7) polishing: the inner surface and the outer surface of the plate processed in the previous step are subjected to coarse grinding and fine grinding by using a grinding machine, so that the inner surface and the outer surface of the plate are smooth and have no burrs; (8) spraying: spraying paint on the polished plate, firstly spraying corrosion-resistant and anti-aging primer, then spraying finish paint with a preset color or pattern, and finally spraying a layer of varnish with a protective effect to finally form the hyperboloid aluminum plate; (9) the manufactured hyperboloid aluminum plates are installed on the curtain keel frame one by one, hanging lugs on two sides of each hyperboloid aluminum plate are fixed on the keel frame through bolts respectively, a hook on the lower portion of the previous hyperboloid aluminum plate is hung in a hanging edge on the upper portion of the next hyperboloid aluminum plate, the upper hyperboloid aluminum plate and the lower hyperboloid aluminum plate which are adjacent are hung together, and finally the hyperboloid aluminum plate curtain wall is formed.
7. The process for manufacturing the double-curved-surface aluminum plate curtain wall according to claim 6, wherein the process comprises the following steps: in the step (4), the heating temperature of the press roll is 300 to 500 ℃.

The process for manufacturing the double-curved-surface aluminum plate curtain wall according to claim 6, wherein the process comprises the following steps: and (6) welding first bolts at the inner sides of the bent edges at the left side and the right side of the bent plate, and fixing the L-shaped hangers on the first bolts so as to fix the L-shaped hangers on the bent edges.

The process for manufacturing the double-curved-surface aluminum plate curtain wall according to claim 6, wherein the process comprises the following steps: and (6) welding a second bolt on the inner surface of the bent plate, and fixing the reinforcing rib on the second bolt, so that the reinforcing rib is fixed on the inner surface of the plate.
10. The process for manufacturing the double-curved-surface aluminum plate curtain wall according to claim 6, wherein the process comprises the following steps: and (3) when the plate is cut, cutting a hook part at intervals on one side of the plate with the hook.
