Constructing an interface bonding waterproof layer;
the interface bonding waterproof layer is positioned between the concrete base layer and the polymer concrete surface layer after the roughening treatment, and is used for enhancing the bonding of the interface so as to ensure that the surface layer and the base layer form a whole and play a waterproof role at the same time. The speed is optimized to supply the paving speed, so that the bonding waterproof layer material is always in a wet state, and the paving speed is not influenced.
Paving a polymer concrete surface layer;
the spreading adopts a mode of falling to the ground by a chute. The engineering is carried out by adopting a one-time paving mode of 8cm polymer concrete, so that the concrete can be densely paved in place, and the structural integrity can be ensured.
In order to ensure that the intervals between the granite blocks on the surface layer are uniform and dense, 5-16mm of elliptical granite macadam (namely concrete stirring coarse aggregate) with the thickness of 1-2 cm is uniformly spread on the surface layer to be subjected to aggregate embedding treatment after the concrete is paved.
If the construction is suddenly in light rain, the construction is finished to the construction section under tight shielding, and the construction is stopped immediately in heavy rain. The slump of the concrete is well controlled according to weather and construction section conditions.
For special construction sections, polymer concrete is poured into the mold using a trolley.
5.6.5 after paving the concrete, leveling strictly according to the elevation of the steel plate slide rail, and leveling by using a friction vibration type leveling machine after leveling. Washing and processing the surface;
(1) before large-area construction, test blocks are needed to be used for test washing, and after the optimum washing time is found out successfully, large-area surface treatment can be carried out.
(2) After 6-18 hours of pretreatment (determined according to factors such as maintenance temperature, humidity and the like), a high-pressure cleaning machine is used for surface washing processing, and the effect of imitating the natural sesame and white granite is realized. When cleaning, the spray gun is higher than the surface layer by at least 500mm, and can not spray water for a long time at one position to prevent the montmorillonite. The parts with unobvious treatment effect of individual cement paste should be cleaned by using a hairbrush and a spray gun. And after the cleaning operation is finished, covering the water-retaining film and the color strip cloth in time for maintenance. According to the construction of the project, the construction enters the season with highest temperature all the year around, and watering maintenance is combined with film covering maintenance. Before and after cleaning, a special person should stare at the operation area to avoid pollution and cleaning effect in the cleaning process.
And (4) maintaining the pavement, namely performing water spraying maintenance on the surface concrete after the pretreatment is finished, and spraying water for 1/3 h. After the polymer concrete sesame-imitated white stone is washed and processed, the polymer concrete is immediately covered by a plastic film or geotextile. The life-preserving period is not less than 7 days. The overlap of the films has a certain length of about 50 cm. The film must not be pulled over the facing during the draping process. The edge of the covered film is fixed, so that the sealing is ensured to be tight, and the quality problem caused by partial water loss is avoided.
Setting requirements of the expansion joint;
(1) the expansion joint is arranged according to the size requirement of the cutting block planned by the design, the expansion joint is penetrated to the bottom, and dust generated by the saw joint is immediately washed away after the cutting of the joint is finished. The width of the seam is 20-25 mm, and the seam can be cut by a special cutting and sewing machine after the concrete is finally set. The filling material is polyurethane adhesive tape or foam rod, the expansion gap is reserved, and the edge of the expansion gap is preferably made into a fillet with the radius of 10-15 mm.
(2) The longitudinal contraction joint can be arranged according to the width of the road surface and the central line of the parallel road, and the transverse contraction joint is arranged according to the width of the drawing and transversely penetrates through the road surface.
(3) The width of the contraction joint can be 3-8 mm, and the depth can be 90 mm. Polyurethane rubber strips and foam rods which have good indentation resistance and are well bonded with concrete are filled in the gaps. The cutting expansion joint should be operated by a special person, the paying-off is required to be kept straight during cutting, and the feeding speed is required to be kept constant and consistent with the paying-off direction during cutting.
(4) The shrinkage cutting is carried out before the maintenance is finished, and can not exceed three days after the forming at the latest so as to prevent the surface layer from cracking.
Cleaning and sealing;
and (3) after the surface concrete is maintained for 7 days, cleaning the surface concrete by using clear water, wherein a certain area has 'white fog' and the surface concrete is washed off by using weak acid. After the surface is completely dried, the BOMANITE-EXPOSE-LIQ Shield is uniformly sprayed on the surface to be used as surface curing treatment to protect the working surface.
The surface curing treatment not only achieves the beautiful appearance of the pavement, but also protects the polymer concrete sesame-like white stone and increases the oxidation resistance and acid-base corrosion resistance of the polymer concrete sesame-like white stone. After the construction of the functional surface treatment layer is finished, the traffic is closed and passed, and the traffic can be opened after the functional surface treatment layer is kept stand for 8 hours (the time can be properly adjusted according to the field air temperature, ventilation conditions and the like).

The cement mortar is prepared by stirring various materials according to the mixing proportion and the dosage and solidifying cement and polymer in the pouring and curing processes. The polymer fills the pores and micro cracks in the cement concrete, can improve the compactness of the cement concrete, enhance the binding force between cement stones and aggregates, alleviate the stress concentration at the tips of the cracks, change the original performance of common cement concrete, and have good performances of oil resistance, flame resistance, heat resistance, light resistance, acid and alkali resistance, ozone aging resistance, flatness, skid resistance and the like.
The foregoing is a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that variations, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in the embodiment without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention.

Claims (4)

1. The easy-maintenance construction method of the polymer concrete sesame-imitated white stone is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
step 1, mixing polymer concrete;
the construction mixing proportion of each cubic meter of polymer concrete is water: cement: fine aggregate: coarse aggregate: inorganic type bulk dyeing dispersant: a reinforcing agent: water reducing agent: polymer emulsion: = 170: 430: 543: 1255: :10.25: 9.84:6.75: 11.02;
transporting various materials to a mixing station by using a transport vehicle, firstly pouring a dispersant, a reinforcing agent, polymer emulsion and the like into a batching pool, simultaneously adding a small amount of water for mixing, controlling the fluidity of the solution by using a flow tester, controlling the time within 14-18 s, wherein the amount of the water is increased or decreased according to the actual measured fluidity on site, fully and uniformly mixing the mixed solution in the batching pool, starting a mixer, pumping the solution in the batching pool into a mixing pot by using a water pump, simultaneously adding cement and aggregate, wherein the metering accuracy of various materials is particularly important for the quality of the mixed materials in the production process of polymer concrete, so that the materials are metered by using a computer in the mixing process to ensure the quality of the mixed materials, and the materials are mixed in trial according to the designed proportioning and the temperature, the transport distance and the water content of aggregate before actual mixing to determine the final mixing ratio, the mixed mixture can meet the construction performance required by paving, and the quality of the mixed polymer concrete is prevented from fluctuating in the stirring process, so that the mixed mixture is uniform and consistent, and the phenomena of white material, segregation and caking are avoided;
step 2, transporting the polymer concrete;
the closed concrete tank truck is adopted for transportation, the tank truck washes away the wastes in the carriage before charging each time, so that the moisture in the carriage is ensured to be free from accumulated water, the viscosity of the polymer cement concrete is very high, and the time from the charging to the discharging of the mixture cannot exceed 60 minutes;
step 3, constructing an interface bonding waterproof layer;
the interface bonding waterproof layer is positioned between the concrete base layer and the polymer concrete surface layer after the scabbling treatment, the function of the interface bonding waterproof layer is to enhance the bonding of the interface so as to ensure that the surface layer and the base layer form a whole and also play a role in waterproofing, the interface bonding waterproof layer is polymer cement slurry formed by mixing and stirring an interface agent, cement and water, the polymer cement slurry is uniformly stirred after being mixed, the interface agent is vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer VAE emulsion (BJ-707), the polymer concrete is coated and brushed after being transported to the front field and before being paved, the cement slurry is uniformly and flatly coated by a scraper during the coating, and the speed is optimal in terms of paving speed, so that the bonding waterproof layer material is ensured to be always in a wet state, and the paving speed cannot be influenced;
step 4, paving a polymer concrete surface layer;
the concrete is paved in a mode of falling to the ground by adopting a chute, and the engineering is carried out in a mode of paving 8cm polymer concrete at one time, so that the concrete can be densely paved in place, and the structural integrity can be ensured;
in order to ensure that the intervals between the granite blocks on the surface layer are uniform and dense, after concrete paving is finished, 5-16mm of elliptical granite macadam with the thickness of 1-2 cm is uniformly spread on the surface layer, namely concrete stirring coarse aggregate is used for carrying out aggregate embedding treatment;
if the construction is suddenly in light rain, the construction is finished to the construction section under tight shielding, the construction is stopped immediately when the construction is in heavy rain, and the slump of the concrete is well controlled according to the weather and the construction section condition;
for special structural parts, polymer concrete is poured into the mould with a trolley;
after concrete paving is finished, strictly leveling according to the elevation of the steel plate slide rail, leveling by using a friction vibration type leveling machine after leveling, reserving a compaction allowance when concrete of a pavement layer is paved, wherein the compaction allowance is between 10 mm and 15mm, and a proper amount of materials are supplemented by a spade timely by a special person in the friction vibration leveling process;
the friction vibration type leveling machine is operated by the length of an experienced team, the traveling speed is not suitable to exceed 0.2 m/s for the first leveling, and the traveling speed can be properly accelerated for the second time and the third time but is not required to exceed 0.5 m/s;
in the friction leveling paving process, a special sprayer is used for spraying water to the steel roller in time so as to keep the surface of the steel roller clean all the time, a short roller with a connecting rod is added in the middle of three times of rolling for transverse rolling, and finally a worker uses a light-collecting machine for light collection;
step 5, surface treatment;
surface pretreatment, namely spraying a surface treatment agent after no water is accumulated on the surface of the concrete;
the surface treatment agent is a Superce deactivating agent for concrete surface, and is sprayed by an air compression spraying machine;
the polymer concrete is subjected to surface aggregate pretreatment by using a surface treating agent sprayed by an air compression pulp sprayer within ten minutes after paving;
the first spraying is thin and uniform, interruption is prevented as much as possible, the thickness is increased as much as possible, the second spraying can be performed for the third time, the distance between the sprayed surface treating agent and the surface layer which is not smoothed and leveled and the roller of the leveling machine is at least 500mm, the total spraying thickness is about 1-2mm, and after the spraying is completed, finished product protection is performed;
washing and processing the surface; before large-area construction, a test block is needed to be made for trial washing, and after the optimum washing time is found out successfully, large-area surface treatment can be carried out;

the width of the seam is 20-25 mm, the seam can be cut by a special cutting and sewing machine after the concrete is finally set, the filling material is polyurethane rubber strips or foam rods, an expansion seam is reserved, and the seam edge is preferably made into a fillet with the radius of 10-15 mm;
the longitudinal contraction joint can be arranged according to the width of the road surface and parallel to the center line of the road, and the transverse contraction joint is arranged according to the width of a drawing and transversely penetrates through the road surface;
the width of the contraction joint can be 3-8 mm, the depth of the contraction joint can be 90mm, the contraction joint is filled with polyurethane adhesive tapes and foam rods which have good indentation resistance and are well bonded with concrete, the expansion joint is cut by a special operator, the paying-off is kept straight during cutting, and the advancing speed is kept to be uniform and consistent with the paying-off direction during cutting;
the shrinkage cutting is carried out before the maintenance is finished, and can not exceed three days after the forming at the latest so as to prevent the surface layer from cracking.
